Hi Team, I ordered these 3 below items from fashion and you on 15/05/2015. Order number:[protected] On 22nd of May, the delivery boy came with one box, on that box one receipt was pasted where all these 3 products and price were listed. Without opening that box (because I trust that site and doing shopping it from last 2 years), i paid the total amount of Rs.. 1117.60 But after 5 minutes, when I opened that box, there were only 2 products there and power bank was missing. I called fashion and you several times and they asked me to drop a email but was not ready to refund the amount. Now its one week over, did not received a single email from them for the same. Please address the same asap. This is totally a fraud thing and I want compensation too for the same as this is the second time, I am complaining about fashion and you on this consumer forum.     Hi, I had recently purchased a shoes from your www.fashionandyou.com and was delivered to me some days ago. I had purchased the same to wear for my son's birthday. I had worn the shoes for the first time and only for 3-4 hours and I see that the shoe within is defective. Now when I complain about the product defect they inform me that they cannot change the product because the defect was not informed after 24 hours after delivery, meaning no guarantee for the product. I was always of the opinion that even though they deliver the product very late the product was genuine. Using the product, I understood that it is a counterfeit product and not genuine. What a cheap company selling fake items. Regards Hemant

      The order was cancelled without my consent. Further, before this when one item was returned they did not refund my money instead they given me a voucher code which will be applicable on a minimum cart value of Rs. 1500/- although I had paid them hard cash.

        http://www.fashionandyou.com/ Horrendous service from this awful e-commerce company. Each order placed takes a minimum of two months for delivery. No response to emails and calls. Please never ever shop from this portal . They are fraudulent and have no business ethics. There are many others which are customer friendly and the lines of amazon speak about hourly delivery using drones while this company takes months together post successful payment. Please dont waste your time and money on them. They are the worst of all of them.

            I had ordered a product to fashionandyou.com with order no.[protected] on thr 27th of feb 2015. without any information the order was cancelled after 15-20 days. on calling the customer care there were hundreds of excuses. Being the biggest fool i again tried to trust these cheats and ordered a product on the 24th of march 2015 with order no.[protected].And as everyone would have guessed..these chaets cancelled the order on the 14th of march. Request all to stay away from this site.

              I ordered a sandals online & paid by my credit card. The courier partner ecom express did not deliver the product as there was some confusion & was sent back to FashionandYou. Its been a month that I ordered my product (12th March exactly) & till now I neither have the product nor the money refunded into my account. How do I go about suing this e commerce retailer?

                fashionandyou is a fraud on the name of a website. On 8th March, 2015 I had placed an order consisting of three products, one of which included an atorse trouser. The trouser finally arrived on 15th of March, 2015 and as soon as it arrived, i informed the website that to my utter shock, both the size and the colour of the trouser was absolutely wrong! I immedietely informed the customer support and placed a return for the Order, by e-mail as well as telephonically. Then and there i informed the customer care that i wanted refund in my account and not as fashionandyou credits as i was very disappointed with the website. The customercare informed me that i would have to send them certain bank details. I complied with that as soon as possible on the very same day, and the same was duly acknowledged by website. However, even after waiting patiently for the return of my Order, i did not received a refund. After about a week i contacted customer care again an to my utter shock and dismay, they told me they did not have the bank details in an utterly careless manner. I expressed my utter disappointment and then they magically said that they had found the bank details in their database. They promised to resolve my issue within two days. Post that i kept following up to get my issue resolved but to no avail!! After about 5 more days when i contacted them regarding my refund, the customer care informs me that the name and the bank account details do not match and for that i have to sent an id proof. I was literally red with anger as after so much delay they were inorming me of this issue. That too, the company did not once contact me. I was the on following up consistently for my refund!! Once again they assured me that the issue would be resolved. After that i kept following up with them in several mails and phone calls to resolve my issue and they kept giving me false assurances but took zero action!!! Now as of today. It has been approximately a month since this issue first arose and i do not even have a whisper of action taken by fashion and you. This company must note that i will ruin them for their worth if my complaint is not resolved. And i being a lawyer, it is not going to cost anything to me. I will stop at nothing and you may please register and note that!

                  i have ordered 2 saree from this site about 2 months back but i didn't like so made request for return and to get return in bank account which i mailed to them many times but they have done it for one order but for second they were saying that there is name issue in that so asked me to sat end pan card for NEFT. Which I mailed them as per requirement. whatever they said i did but now they are saying that they have credited that amount in Fashion and you account. i asked them when i am requesting you for about 2 month for refund in bank account and whatever they need at that time i provided it to hem but now they even not responding. its a fraud please dont buy from fashion and you. and pleae take action against them its a request.

                  I have ordered 1lehngha(order no[protected] dated on 07/06/2017) from this site about 2 months back but i didn't like so made request for return and to get return in bank account which i mailed to them many times. but they have no responsive asked them when i am requesting you for about 2 month for refund in bank account and whatever they need at that time i provided it to them but now they even not responding. its a fraud please don't buy from fashion and you. and please take action against them its a request.

                    I ordered a pair of marco tonio boots from fashion ad you two months back and I got the wrong order so I asked them to refund my money..they said to place a reverse order and email them the details and my money ll b back within two weeks..every procedure is complete by my side and its been more than two months but they still have ot refunded my money once or placed a call taking any responsibilities. I would like to inform everyone not to shop from here because they don't refund as they proclaim to. They are liars and the worst website ever. No authencity of products and a total reckless attitude. And Fashion and you i have mailed you tonnes of times about the refund. When ll u return my money back..I ll not leave it here i ll complaint about this site everywhere.

                        This is to raise voice against the fraud that the online portal "Fashion and You" is running. I had placed my order of 8 items on Fashion and you website on 26th of January 2015, all of which I had prepaid. Like in the rest of the online websites, I tried tracking the orders were the tracking system turned out to be obsolete. However, by the 6th of Feb I received 6 of the 8 products. Amongst the 6, two products were damaged and hence I wrote a complaint mail. Since my mail went unacknowledged, I instantly called them with my complaint. I was asked to mail pictures of the damaged products. I wrote mail and informed them in detail of the damages alongwith the pictures. I received a response stating that since the products were damaged, they would not arrange for a reverse pick-up but would refund my lost money within 2-3 working days. Neither did I received any refund nor have I received any mail from you updating the status of it and frustrated, wrote another mail on the 4th of March 2015. I have not heard from them yet. Also, have not heard about the 2 other orders (amongst the 8 orders placed, only 6 were received) that never was delivered. The status on their website shows, that those orders are cancelled. My serious issues against this fraud online shopping portal are the following- 1. I had requested all my orders on the 26th of January, 2015. Two of my orders are still pending (29th of March 2015) and I have no information whatsoever if they will ever be delivered. 2. Their tracking system is the worst that I have faced online so far. It is never updated not can the orders be tracked. 3. One of the two pending orders, has status as 'order cancelled'. Neither am I informed of the cancellation nor do I have a refund of the money that I have paid for the order. 4. There is no update/ communication/ acknowledgement on the damaged products so far. They are practically running a scam here and if this is continued, it would set an absolute inappropriate example for te otherwise booming online market. I have had an otherwise enriching experience with other online shopping portals and would not like this an example in the online platform. Deceiving customers should have no place in our booming economy. I am a lawyer and it is my duty to bring it to the notice of not only the relevant authorities but also the customers. Buyers beware.                           i had ordered a shoe from fashion and you size is UK-8 but they had delivered me wrong size o[censored]K-6 and also they had removed the size sticker from the shoe when i asked them for exchange the product from a big size they refused to do so and told me that the amount will transfer in my fashion and you account in form of credits so if still i am not intereseted to shop with them then i have to shop and also delivering time period of them is more than 15 days.                             I have ordered a LEVIES JEANS on 10 march 2015 against order No[protected]. And the product was delivered also. But I found that the product was not fit at all. So I ask their customer support team Mr Rajender. For the return process but at the first moment only he refused to raise a return request, But as far as return policy mentioned in their website, its clearly mentioned that the product can be easily returned within 7 days of delivery of product.                                 This is regarding my online shopping at the FASHION AND YOU site. I ordered some products and everytime I made a purchase they cancelled it automatically deducting all my amount. Now I am mailing them since 13th Feb for my refund and not received even 1 reply from them. This really shows no matter how much these guys publicise themselves as standard online portal, from inside this site is actually the worst I have experienced. Whether it is the poor quality of their products, late deliveries or late refunds or their dont give a damn attitude towards customers when we mail or call them. Let me just tell you guys that without being customer focused you cannot succeed in the long run no matter how much you try to publicize yourself

                                  Order#[protected] I ordered a pair of #CARLTONLONDON shoes from #fashionandyou.com, and what got delivered after 2 weeks of placing the order is a pair of over sized shoes from some other brand altogether(on 6th Feb'15).

                                  It's been 20 days since the wrong product got delivered. Despite numerous follow ups and many mechanical copy paste template responses from their support team, I still havent heard from the courier guys for the return pick up. Till that doesnt happen, the refund wont be initiated, which is another issue.

                                  Instead of helping resolve the issue, they're busy deleting my posts from their facebook page! Last time shopping with fashionandyou for sure!

                                  fashionandyou.com is pathetic.

                                  They wrongly portray local products under random brand names and then do not send return pick up for wrongly delivered products, or initiate refund on time.

                                    I would like to bring under the kind notice of fashionandyou authorities that

                                    1. In reference to my order number it is most respectfully submit that fashion and you has delivered used product to me and it is not the one instance as the same act of sending used product is the business strategy of fashion and you.

                                    2. It is also worth to mention here that your service is as pathetic as your used products.

                                    3. The process of bullying the customer is a deep integrated part of fashionandyou. I initiated the return request and fashionandyou has really obliged me by picking up the product from my address.

                                    4. It is surprise and shocking to see that fashionandyou has told me that the used product which they send me has to go through quality check after receipt of my return product.

                                    5. It is severe shame on the part of fashionandyou that once you sent the used product and than instead processing the refund they want quality check for the used product.

                                    6. I most humbly submitted to your excellence that the pick up of the product has already been done on 6th of this month and no information of refund is provided to me.

                                      I have ordered a barbecue from F&Y & this was the mistake i did (order no[protected] I got the product after 20-15 days That too in damaged condition I asked for refund about 1 mth ago & send all the details, In had made 15 calls to customer care & every time i get the same ans, "it will be done in 1 or 2 days". This company is such a fraud company, they are biggest frauds in online shopping,

                                      Mr.Hitesh Sethi, I was loving your website until this fraud happnd to me/ My 6k stuck with u.
                                      1)I have cancelled the order number[protected], product code 1930120-Orange Kurta. Reason- poor customer service when I’m contacting u people for other products and query, I getting worst response. That’s why and quality also I don’t like, I seen it and ordered from another place.
                                      2)I received the product code 1150983 of order number[protected] green anarkali suit. The cloth material is good, but the border looks very old and faded color, so want to return it. Already emailed so many times, no one replies. why your website doesn’t have options online to return like other shopping apps.
                                      3)I received the product code 1687968 of order number[protected] Ethnic peach color dress. The dress looks very grand on website, but in real when i got, it looks faded and I not liking the material and color. Please take it back. I want to return it.
                                      4)I received the product code 1705647 of order number[protected] Blue color dress. The dress looks very grand on website, but in real when i got, it looks good but the border material looks very bad unlike other F&U dresses and I not liking the border. Please take it back. I want to return it.

                                        i have ordered to sun shades one for Verna and one for Fiesta, but they have sent the same Shades which aren't fitting to either of them. So i have requested for reverse pickup. Despite of making 50 calls they havent refunded my money yet. still they say that i have forwarded the issue, i dont know to whom they are forwarding it.
