Till today i have not received any information regarding my parcel. Ihave made several calls to your office but i did not get any information regarding my parcel. This parcel is very urgent and it has been delayed by track on which is very bad. . It is now about a month i have ordered it.I would like to know the status of my parcel right now. We purchased 3 dress item from the site www.fashionandyou.com. We paid INR 5397 by our visa card. Now after placing order we got no confirmation. A little later we received and sms stating our order number as[protected] dated 5th novemeber. We were informed that rest details will be sent by email. Now even after 24 hours we never received an email. We contacted there contact center and spoke to Ms. Tulika. She assured that all detaisl will be sent to our email id in next 30 min but nothing happened till next 48 hours. Again we contacted them on 8th nov and again we got reply we will send details in 30 min. Even they are not having any order details as well as delivery details. When we insisted then they became rude and stopped responding. we also came to know that there system is showing only two items worth 3400 even when we placed an order of 3 items worth INR 5397. it seems this website is very unprofessional and is duping lot of customers. They have no order managment process. Customer service is unresponsive and rude. It is a cheat company and should be stopped immediately.

Hi, I have placed one order on 4th October from Fashion And You website. Money was debited on the same day from my account but order was not confirmed. I haven't even got a signle mail from them that i have placed order. So far I have called them many of the times by spending much of my mobile balance. All the times I haven't got proper response. They told me to wait for 1 hr and so far 4 days was over. Please do help me to get refund or the product.

I booked a product on fashion and you on 6th Oct they told it will be delivered in 15-20 days maximum i am still waiting for the product to be delivered its been a month and when i call to complain they reply with 48 hours it will be rectified, till now their 48hrs are not done. Same day one of my order was not placed successfully and my money was deducted from my account their customer care person said it will be returned in 7 days its been a month and this company has still not returned my money. They are big cheats and just eat people's money.

Hi, My name is Javaid .I ordered two enigma dresses one is of 1699 rupees order no is 4363858 and another one is of 2199 rupees order no is 4363505 for my Girlfriend .The quality of dresses is very cheap. The material is not good and it does not fit her properly. Even one dress which was looking a party wear gown in images in reality looks like a Nighty and the neck of the gown falls because the neck is too large. It looks like a road side dress of 500 rupees. It has size, fitting and stitching issues.The material is different from the images. Please help me getting my money back. I had placed an order with this website for a wall shelf on 5th June 2014, Order # 3937926 for Rs.1199. The same was returned in the month of July due to poor quality and have been chasing refund since then. I have made umpteen phone calls to the customer care and have spoken to the floor supervisors Lovy and Adhil and also the Floor Manager Ritika. 5 months ON.. and the refund has still not been processed. I have spent more money on phone calls chasing up the refund than the actual due to me. I would want somebody to take stern action on this website for their irresponsible behaviour and please help me get refunded for the product returned and the phone calls made.

I ordered a Jacket with Order[protected] and it was oversize I contacted Fashion And You and asked them to replace it with correct size . They said they wont be able to replace it and I can return the order for refund and I did that 15 days before. They promised me that they will refund my money in the Bank/Wallet mode of payment I said to pay them. However, it's been15 days and ever time they make a false promise that it is in process. I've email them several times and called them numerous of times and still no refund.

I've done with them and need to take this issue to next level.I've attach the copy of email that they send me 13 days ago regarding the refund status.

Please help me to get my money from this company who is not willing to return my money.

My order number on fashionandyou is – 4215912I ordered a Net Suit/Lehenga with Lining on 16th September 2014. The website says that they have policy to deliver the product within 10-14 working days but its been almost 1.5 months that I have not received the order. I have contacted the customer care several times but no satisfactory answer is given. Every time I call them, I hear same answer-it will be delivered to you in 2-3 days and after so many days their 2-3 days hasnot come to an end! They say that its just not only you but many have called them for the same concern and such big company has failed to adhere to the concern of so many people!! What a shame Fashion and you.Although, it is a COD(cash on delivery product) but the mental harassment is too much. They posted the same offer couple of days back without clearing the backlog.Had I paid them in advance, my money would have been blocked. I want them to pay for the mental anguish a customer goes through because of such irresponsible behavior and stop such advertisements when they cant even deliver the product within the promised time frame.

I returned my complete order (Order No. 4149239) on September 9' 2014 but still haven't received the refund of one of the handbags. I have contacted this fraudulent site almost 20 times now and all i get is their pre-written email of "we are handling your issue at top priority and have escalated the matter". First they send cheap stuff to the customers and then after so much haggling, they refund but that too in the form of store credit! (Which in my case, i am still waiting for!) Also the store credit, that i already had, of Rs1000 is now shown on the site as Rs699. Where the heck did the rest of it go???

I placed an order of a dress material on fashion and you. Order number is 4290891. It was placed around Oct 7th and i did not get any response from them about the delivery of the order. I called them up yesterday and came to know that i wont be able to get the delivery anyhow. There are some blah blah issues with courier services. What i should do with that, theyw should be the one to check with courier services and keep the customer updated. Only when i called them, then i came to know the status. I am not sure also when i will get the refund. I asked them to connect me to some supervisor, they did not do so also. I will rate as very poor services, after awaiting this much for that dress, i am not going to get it at all. Then why they display all that also.

Hi Team,

This complaint is for Fashionandyou website through which I made a purchase of saree, which was not exactly what I ordered, so I asked them to start refund/replacement on 1st Sept'14. Because of stock issue they told me they will start refund in terms of store credits. They initiated return process on 15th Sept 2014 after frequent mailers and updates from my side which was acknowledged by their respective seller on 16th Sept'14. After that FNY team is not replying/ responding to my mails.

Please help me in getting this problem resolved. And also take strict action against FNY Team for their negligence and not treating well to their consumers.

Hi,

I placed an order no. 4140791 on 23rd august, 2014 for one item.

The item was showing status as in transit since a long time and it was not received.

On checking up with the customer care, i came to know that the courier has been sent through ecom express courier tracking number[protected].

I kept on waiting and checking the status of the order on ecom express site for a few days but neither i received the courier nor the ecom express site shows any status for tracking number[protected].

I have taken up the matter with you no. Of times on telephone and through emails, but with no response . I was promised that i will receive the package in 2 days time but it has not been received till 16 sept 2014. Even after repeated requests to share the updated tracking number it has not been done.

I request the concerned officials to look into the matter and get the packet traced and delivered to me without any further delay.

I had placed order of 3 suit lengths on 24/08/2014. I called customer care and cancelled the order on 1st of August over phone. The Customer Care Executive told me that she is cancelling the order from her side and most probably it will not come. If it comes also we can return the full package through the same person and then it will be credited back to the CREDIT CARD account. Only then did I order another suit length. And 2 more suit lengths have been ordered whose delivery I am still expecting. So when a package came from fashion and you I told the person to wait so that I can check if this was the package i had cancelled or the one that I have ordered. He did not wait and so I had to keep the product. I haven't opened the packaging yet. I have just made a small cut to check what suit lengths are there inside. I have called on the customer care and asked for return but now they are saying that it can be only in the form of store credits. I cannot accept store credits at present as i had confirmed with them before, , only then did I order another suit length. This is cheating as I have already paid for the suits and they are not ready to return the money to my bank account. They are taking advantage of the fact that it was a prepaid order. Moreover I have written a mail to the support team and have not received any reply or call from their end. I am really feeling cheated by this online shopping site. My order number is 4143585 and the amount is Rs. 8397.

Hi, I purchased a saree in Fashion and you on 1/9/2013. (georgette) I was interested in the product looking at the saree displayed in the site. But when i fianlly received the saree it was completely different from the one shown in the site. The saree was not of good quality and it did not have the same charm as they promised on the website. Also it was way over the price and value of money. no returns were available and i am stuck with this product which is horrible and cannot be used even once. This is regarding order # 4093894. I was allowed less discount because of some technical issue on F&Y website. However, I was assured by their support team that the extra amount(Rs 250) paid by me will be credited to my account thru NEFT and they asked me to share my bank account details. I shared on same day, but I have not received the refund. Everyday, I write mails to them, but they do not respond. I call them to hear the same response(We have escalated your issue...etc...). But, no resolution done! For getting RS 250 back, I have already spent more than Rs 50 over telephone calls...Yes, there is no Toll free number!
