It is most shocking and disturbing to see that an order worth thousands (shopping date early October 2012) hasn't been delivered to date! I am tired of calling and writing to them and they have been unresponsive so far. This is extremely frustrating as I as a shopped have always believed that online shopping is to make our livesand shopping experience easier and not more difficult. Imagine that over a two dozen e-mails and the same number of phone calls, I am still clueless about my order!

    I had placed an order for a Giordano Watch (Order No: 2710597) on the 17th of December, 2012. I had received my order on the 4th of January, 2013.

    1) The watch delivered to me was not as displayed on their website (Unfortunately The Image has now been removed).
    2) The watch seems to be used
    a) Scratches on every Steel Portion of the watch
    b) The Leather Strap is dirty

    I had purchased this watch through a Credit Note that I had received on return of another product that I had previously purchased with them. I initially had to undergo tremendous harassment to get the Credit Note, and post that, I have now received a used watch for which I paid Rs. 4,000.

    I request the people at Fashion & You to refund my money immediately because I don't want to go through the same process of harassment once again.

    @FashionandYou I have received the credit of rs 3397Rs in my Account. I am going through your website each day and checking
    which product to buy and simultaneously checking consumer form. I am not able to buy anything from your website
    after seeing lots of complaints for ALMOST ALL your product. I have been through a very bad experience TWICE and
    don't want to go through it again and waste my hard earn money. It creates lots of emotional trauma when the
    right good is not delivered. It would be great on your part and process my Refund through cheque
    can please somebody get back to me on this
    This fashionandyou ppl are now freaking me out...I called for 4 itmes...they had delivered after a very long gap. Since, I was waiting for all the good to come to me...I didnt reply them that the 1st good - hide design wallet is old use one.

    Therefore, I wrote a mail to them when I had received all good so that I dont have to write different mails for each product.

    Having said all of this, now FNU people are saying that since I have mailed them after 2 days of delivery they wont give me credit.

      Kindly request you all not to make a purchase from Fashionandyou.com as they are bloody cheaters and hopeless people to serve their customers. I had ordered an Species Cardigan for which they took 29 days to deliver that is already a week longer than their usual delivery time period and 4 weeks longer than every other e-commerce site on the net. I returned on the same day and asked for the refund as the person whom i was supposed to gift went to US before 4 days of Product's delivery. Also they are charging bloody Rs.100 for delivery which is more than anyone else and dont reflect that amount anywhere in your profile or bill. Only when you pay for the product it reflects there. I talked to 6 executives there and everyone said to me the same thing that your query will be resolved within 72 hours and we have escalated your issue. since 20th december and today is 4th jan, my complaint has not been resolved.

        I ordered a pepe jeans Men's t-shirt from fashionandyou.com

        Order number: 2612438 Date: 14/11/2012

        They sent some female garment. Now, they accepted that it was a mistake and promised to arrange a reverse pick up within 2-3 days.
        After waiting for 2-3 days, I wrote a mail, asking what cane be done..and again the same reply was there -to wait for 5-7 days.
        After that I mailed them again, asking for arranging reverse pick up. They asked to wait for 5-7 ,more days
        After waiting, I called them again, and talked to a supervisor, and he said that this issue will be given a high priority, and reverse pickup details will be shared the day after tomorrow
        After that I wrote a mail once again yesterday, as yesterday was already one day past to their deadline, and till now no response is there.
        I've spent a lot of money calling them, and tired of waiting for them, again and again.

          First of all I accept, i did a blunder mistake to choose a worst site for online shopping. And this site is FASHION AND YOU.
          i just waste my 1700rs on purchasing two kurtis 800/rs each and 100rs for shipping. Quality of fabric is more than worst....... I never saw such a bad
          fabric in my life. secondly there was a size issue. i asked them to exchange it they also replied and send me email regarding this and there were many formalities to do. I want to clear it that people are doing online shopping to save their time but you bother this on me..... Help line number they provided me is also damn busy or sometime not in use. And now these people dont bother to reply on my email. I just want my money back because i don't rely on you..........
          AND ONE MORE THING - i just want a easy solution of it..............

              Hello,

              I had ordered 2 dresses from online shopping fashionandyou.com. After ordering i received my product which was containing one dress correctly as i had orederd but in other dress fashion and you had sent sidecut top instead of tube dress on 7th Nov. I immediately called courier boy and asked if he can take product back but he said i will have to make official complaint.

              So i immediately talked with fashion and you customer care and told them about incorrect order they had sent. The man on phone apologized and sent me shipping label to return my order. Fashionand you has reurn pick up policy so i asked them to send me return pick up. But the man said we dont have pick up available till 15th nov. Due to fashion and yous policy of sneding return within 10 days and as i was not available on 15th i decided to send courier on my own. And i sent courier immediately on 7th nov,2012. I informed the customer care about the same.

              Even after my phone calls and mails fashionand you sent pickup on 20th nov. I cleared to courier boy that i have already sent my return through other courier.

              After that i started sending them mails to ask about my refund but got no response. Hence i called them on 22nd nov, that time their representative checked status of my courier on website of courier company and told me that status was delivered and i will receive reply regarding my refund in 48 hrs. but i got no reply.

              After waiting i sent 2-3 reminder mails but no reply was received. Hence i called once again, the man said your complaint has been raised to 2nd level and there are total 3 levels. You will get reply in 24 hours. As for npw i am still waiting for their reply.

              Pl. never trust fashionand you Its better to go out malls and shop by yourself.

                I HAVE SUFFERED A HUGE LOSS BECOZ OF FASHIONANDYOU.COM. THEY ARE A CHEAT. WHEN YOU ORDER A PRODUCT WORTH 5k-10K. THEY WILL PROCESS THE ORDER AND AFTER 1 MONTH WHEN YOU ENQUIRE ABOUT WHY ITS NOT GETTING DELIVERED, THEY WILL SAY GIVE US 48 HRS AND SO ON FOR MANY DAYS. THEN THEY WILL CANCEL THE ORDER SAYING OUT OF STOCK. IMAGINE WHEN THE ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK HOW CAN YOU ENABLE THE CART AND THEN LET US PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. AFTER CALLING NUMEROUS TIMES THEY WILL NEVER LET YOU KNOW WHEN THE MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED BACK WHEN THE ORDER IS CANCELLED BECAUSE OF THEM...

                Please help how can i get my money back.
                My order number is 2561582. fashionandyou.com doesnt have any evidence to proof that they have refunded the money
                I got my money today after 15days of submitting a complain to return my money. Thank Go i am relieved. I am very happy now. If they would have given me the exact timeframe i would have never been so worried. They 24 - 48 hrs where as the money is returned after 720hours

                  Hope Pearl Uppal and Harish Bhal is reading this with thousand other FB users..

                  Order#2637929, Dispatched on 23rd Nov, Not yet delivered. Contacted your support(28th Nov thru your website and 2 Dec thru phone) only received Pathetic customer service. The at the other end was useless and needs to be fired. I would if he behaved the same with my clients - I have worked in Service industry and know what customer service means. His Manager, who never came on the phone even after repeated requests made over 30 min should also be thrown out.

                  This is bad experience on my return after one similar experience over a year back. Looks like you guys have not learnt anything in the last year but continue with your detirorated service. I read a lot of blogs voicing out poor service offered by your team and maybe should have done so before I placed any further orders.

                  Pearl/Harish, time to wake up and smell the reality at ground zero, cause if you don’t all you will have is one time shoppers on your sites and will be left online shopping phobia shoppers as your target audience. Imagine running your shop then.

                    i am facing issue with fashionandyou. if you see on fashionandyou website there is option if you invite friend from you account and when your invited friend make online shopping you will get one coupon of 1000 rupees.

                    I have invite one of my friend from my account , they have made shopping from their account but i did not received any coupon.
                    i have called fashionandyou customer care regarding this they told me that your friend have register with my mobile number so they cant provide coupon. But if you see on website there are no such type of information mention.

                      Rejects/ duplicate products/ no policy adherence/ pathetic customer service
                      I am not surprised of so many complaints about this portal which is really causing the ecom based on trust failing, we really dont want these burglars to mix up with the high quality online shopping portal with their second hand, poor quality products, worlds most pathetic customer service and false promises on the website around easy refunds etc..
                      I plan to take some action and go to newspaper publishing an article about such online portals and make buyers aware. I URGE YOU to join me with writing to me with your specific 'bad experiences'.

                      I have used there services quite a few times and always been dissatisfied but its time now that I do something about it as they are not refunding my money of the product that I returned BACK TO THEM nor they are replying emails, looks no one is bothered, no management, no ceo or whatsoever looking in the quality of services.

                      I am not able to view my usages as unable to opening portal account, The message is like - your username & password is inncorrect, But i am submitting the correct informations as previously.

                      There are many innocent people lost their money in F&Y... I have also been a satisfied customer earlier but now i have seen their true face...
                      Please read the below as posted by me in consumer court India forum...
                      I placed an order in fashionandyou.com for 3 products on 16th January 2013. The order number is 2788217.
                      I got 2 products with wrong sizes which is a mistake of fashionandyou which I sent back to them as directed by their customer service via delhivery courier service for a refund. Since i did not get the refund in the stipulated time i called their customer support and sent emails.
                      Whenever i call they say that they have received the products through return shipment on 12 february but the refund status is supposedly not updated and asked me to wait for some more time. I have contacted the customer support more than 20 times later and sent several emails too. Each time they simply say status not updated. They simply dodge each time and have no proper response but ask me to wait indefinitely. Such fraudsters they are that their business should be completely thrown out from India. I could see in many forums that many customers are not getting the refund.
                      fashionandyou.com is number one fraud site.
                      The mistake is theirs, they even took the money, but is not refunding the money. Hope they need it to wipe their !

                      And iam not alone in this, check in google about fashionandyou's fraud. There are many customers who have lost their money. Lets bring them down before it turns into yet another fraud scam in India. There are already many to boast in India's kitty...

                        I have made a number of calls to the customer care of Fashion and You and have also written to them a number of times. I have been provided a number of different reference numbers on each of my calls and mails to them. My case was told to be escalated to Tier 3, Tier 2, Tier 1 in these 2 months. Complaint and reference numbers given to me so far are: 2487193, 363593, 2534163, 2567701, 2589516, 2589516, 2589735, 2604876, 2632294, 2632614, 359853, 2459424, 2500019, 2534163 etc. The team at Fashion and You has not contacted me a single time to explain the status of delivery of my product and inspite of my repeated calls to them, I have had no proper response from the team. They request me to wait for the next 24-48 hours each time I call. The date of today is November 19, 2012 and is far beyond the normal period for waiting. I have expressed my disappointment to them a number of times and have received no good response from the team. On my call to a number of people of the customer care team and even speaking with the Store Manager Mr. Ranveer Singh twice, I have received absolutely no response on the status of the delivery. The Store Manager himself had told me that he does not know the status of the product delivery and that he would find out and let me know in 24 hours time on my last call to him on 9th November, 2012. I still have not received the product nor the updates on the status of delivery.

                        All the calls to the customer care are charged more than normal rates and I have in the process used up a lot my prepaid balance over calls to this irresponsible organisation who dont even know the status of whether the product has been dispatched, whether the product is going to be dispatched. I have wasted a lot of my time over contacting the customer care and asking them to refund my amount. They do not respond to that also. I am asking them to refund my money which I have lawfully earned with all blood and sweat and this organisation considers it a joke to play with the customers.

                        As a customer, I am subjected to very poor and ill treatment where I have to keep calling them each time with no response from their end and absolutely am not being informed about the status of my complaint even when I call up.

                        I would like to take legal action against this organisation and would want a complete refund of the order amount along with the reimbursement of all amounts that I have spent on making calls to them and other costs as you find right.

                          Bad service here they do not care for their past clients also!!!! I had place 2 orders, order no 2553762 & 2553820 respectively but both got cancelled as they say no stock available and they charged me INR 927 each for both the orders on my ICICI statement on 27th October. After really running behind them we got only one refund which is INR 927/- on 31st October but still waiting for INR 927/- till date. Have played a lot mail & call game with them but no positive reply from their end. I had mailed them the statement thrice as per their request but t its almost 5 days from that mail have not received the refund amount Someone please help as they are not reverting me positively.

                            I recently purchased some gift items from Fashionandyou.com. They were some T-lite candle votive holders. Sadly, each of the items I received were of very inferior quality as compared to what was displayed on the website. One of the items was completely cracked and the art work was they had stuck on the holder was literally falling apart. I don't know which one is worse, "damaged goods" or "INFERIOR goods".. In either case you cannot use them, forget gifting someone.

                                I had made an online purchase by credit card on the website fashionandyou.com for shoes costing Rs.499/- on 4-Sep-2012. The normal time frame for delivery is 3-4 weeks as per their website. Today is 31-Oct-2012 and the timeframe for delivery of product has lapsed. On enquiring about the product I have been told by the website that the product has been delivered long back which is not the case since I have not received the product. The order number for reference is 2343439 (Steps Pings Sandals). I had informed this to website and have been trying to follow up with them repeatedly for the past several weeks. Finally they asked me on 15-Oct-2012 to send me my specimen signature so that they could verify the proof of delivery at their end since they were informed by the courier service that the product was delivered. I sent my signature proof on the very same day and got a reply from them that they would get back to me after 72 hours with resolution of my problem. I did not however receive any call from their side until 29-Oct-2012 with an email from the website attaching my signature proof received from the courier service certifying receipt of product. Surprisingly the signature wasn't mine and my name was just copied and written in a crude fashion. I am attaching samples of my signature as well as the signature sent by them where the difference clearly shows.I am accusing fashionandyou.com and the courier service of fraudulent activity and falsely duplicating my signature. Such experiences are uncalled for with such a reputed website. I would like to be given justice with refund of my money (499/-). When I contacted fashionandyou.com saying that these signatures do not match they totally denied saying that it must be some family member who has received your product which is not the case at all. It has been more than a month with this ordeal. Kindly look into my problem. Attached are few documents for your reference.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I have not received the Indigo Nation shirt which I ordered on 7th Sept (Order no.[protected] and i raised a complain for that with Reference no. as 2445385. But till now the issue is not resolved.
                                  After lot many Email complaints as well as telephonic conversations they told that they will refund cash worth 461 to my A/c. Finally they informed me that my refund of Rs. 461 has already done through Netbanking on 15-10-12 and the transaction id is CCA12IKED716. But i later got to know that's a fake transaction ID from my home SBI branch and hence i have not received the money till now.
                                  I ordered shirt on 7.09.12 and it has been already more than 1.5 months. And i am still struggling with the refund issue. Such acrid experience has left me jolted.

                                    I ordered one apparel and it had some size issue so I returned the order (order number 2380963), the reverse pickup was done by Smiley Express (Fashion and You's courier delivery agent ) by 8th of October 2012. I was supposed to get a refund of 799/- INR (price of the product) in terms of store credit.
                                    But, after calling multiple times also none of the customer care executives were able to give any satisfactory answer about the return and refund, some said the product is not reached to their warehouse , when some other was saying that the complain was conveyed to the upper layer , etc etc. every time they ware assisting me with some false answers and was transferring my call here and there. Worst customer service, worst quality of products and absolutely no support for returns. Forget about getting your hard earned money back , they will just give you lots and lots of fake excuses.
                                    Online fraud , Fashion and You, it will be no where , there are lots of e retailers available now a days who just delivers the product within 2 days after ordering, with "no question return" policy.

                                    Get lost Fashion and You . My 799 Rs is lost or may be I will think I have given it to some beggar.
                                    thousands of people got cheated by Fashion and you by many ways.

                                      I had purchased a photoframe from the above online store vide order # 2346263 in the month of August 2012.I product was delivered to me in damaged condition and post complaining they requested me to send them photographs for extent of damage to enable them to execute a reverse pick up and refund.
                                      However till date neither have they picked up the product nor has refunded my money.After multiple phone calls and complaints vide complaint # 2439019 they informed me that they cannot do a reverse pick up as the area is not covered under the services of their courier company. However a supervisor named Amit on 16/10/2012 assured that he will arrange a pick up by some other company and refund the money. He also told me that he would cinfirm the same through an email which I am yet to receive.

                                      Under such circumstances I am extremely dissatisfied with these services and this has led to unnecessary harrassment for me. I want my money back asap.

                                        I ordered a perfume on this useless website www.fashionandyou.com on 29th September.Its been a month and it has not been delivered as yet. It was suppossed to be an express delivery to be delivered within 6-7 days of ordering. I called their customer support team at least 5-6 times and also raised the complaint twice , there was no revert or proper response from any of the customer executives. They always asked me to wait for 72 hours saying that I'll get a revert but all fake it was.Frustrated with the heights o[censored]nresponsiveness, I asked them to cancel my order to which also they did not agree.Donno what they are upto, bloody cheaters. It has been my worst experience on this site. Plz improve your infrastructure support before starting with any such kind of business.
