It is most shocking and disturbing to see that an order worth thousands (shopping date early October 2012) hasn't been delivered to date! I am tired of calling and writing to them and they have been unresponsive so far. This is extremely frustrating as I as a shopped have always believed that online shopping is to make our livesand shopping experience easier and not more difficult. Imagine that over a two dozen e-mails and the same number...

I had placed an order for a Giordano Watch (Order No: 2710597) on the 17th of December, 2012. I had received my order on the 4th of January, 2013.

They sent some female garment. Now, they accepted that it was a mistake and promised to arrange a reverse pick up within 2-3 days.
After waiting for 2-3 days, I wrote a mail, asking what cane be done..and again the same reply was there -to wait for 5-7 days.

I had ordered 2 dresses from online shopping fashionandyou.com. After ordering i received my product which was containing one dress correctly as i had orederd but in other dress fashion and you had sent sidecut top instead of tube dress on 7th Nov. I immediately called courier boy and asked if he can take product back but he said i will have to make official complaint.
