I bought two handsets from Fashion and You in first half of 2012 - one had a reinstalled OS (HTC windows phone) and would freeze intermittently and the other a blackberry phone didn't work from day 3 and nothing could revive it I lost Rs 18000 due to this Beware consumers this website does not guarantee fair deals for its customers

    Hello, This complaint is regarding the referral bonus that was promised as a normal person for shopping from Fashion and you and they haven’t keep up to the words. I have referred one of my cousin to this site for RakshaBandhan purchase and he has purchased a hand bag for his sister, however the referral amount was not given to me. When called the customer care regarding the same they have given a bull answer saying that the referred person is from same building so we cannot give the referral amount. We stay in a family building and I stay in 2nd floor, whereas my cousin stays in 1st floor. If this the case though we stay separately the address are same the referral amount will not be given as per the company. This was nowhere given nor informed to the customer before referring. This is totally fraudulent caused from the company to attract the customers to purchase and then misguiding them towards them and not meeting their needs after getting money from them. I have no idea how many people has been cheated like this giving all the wrong information and due to misguidance from this site. Request you to kindly look into this issue on a serious note and help me to get my amount accordingly.

      I order one pair of shoes order no. is 4043159 dated 23/07/2014 and recived very third quality product . At the time of order in description of material showing leather shoes but when i received the product material is not leather it something else like rexine or etc but i am sure its not leather. so you are requested pls do needful at earliest. and plz find attached recived shoes snap shot for your reference. at the time of ordering they show good quality but when you receive the product its really third class product . Its my personal experience that i am share to my all online buyer its totally fake and fraud site so plz aware ..

        My sister bought a product (order ID: 3882870) but because of the bad quality product a refund was made. Product taken back. The refund made was in the form of store credits of 799. As per the site the refund for COD related returns cab be NEFT'ed to the given bank account. At first this did not happen. The policies are mentioned at http://www.fashionandyou.com/cms/returns So we were okay to keep the store credits for later use. But since there are not good collection to choose from for months, we requested an NEFT to my given bank. The FashionAndYou agreed and asked for authorization by my sister to do the NEFT transaction to my account. My sister provided the desired authorization statement and the requested valid id proof of mine. We did not receive any response from FashionAndYou after that. After a few days when we asked about the status of the transaction, following reply came: [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected]------- Dear <sister-name>, Greetings from Fashionandyou.com ! Apologies for the inconveneince caused.This is to inform you that as per company policy we can't transfer the StoreCredits into your bank account, so we request you to use the credits in your next purchase with FashionandYou as it is valid till 23/12/14. And of course we can certainly buy things again sometime in future if FashionAndYou keeps good stuff. But sadly it is not happening for months. That is why I am asking you again to do an NEFT to the account we have mentioned earlier. I requested FashionAndYou to respond us as early as possible. Sadly there is no response from them. We have no choice in this situation but report a consumer complaint. I wish our legal system could take some steps towards resolving such money related complaints. Not returning the money is like stealing the money. Worst part is that such businesses are still operating. Please resolve our complaint.

        Atleast they returned you the money in the form of store credits, for my order no. Order 4137350 inspite of repeated requests since the last two weeks !
        Fashionandyou team is cheating with consumers. They should pay back the money as per policy mentioned. Consumer Complaint court should take strict action against Fashionandyou team.
        I have ordered 1lehngha(order no[protected] dated on 07/06/2017) from this site about 2 months back but i didn't like so made request for return and to get return in bank account which i mailed to them many times. but they have no responsive asked them when i am requesting you for about 2 month for refund in bank account and whatever they need at that time i provided it to them but now they even not responding. its a fraud please don't buy from fashion and you. and please take action against them its a request.

          I received an order on 28th July. Now they have return policy to return within limited period of time. SO I sent the email same day when i received the order that I want to return it. No ONE responded. So again, I sent email. By Now I have sent 5 emails with pictures twice. Also, I spoke with them on phone. I told them I dont like the fit, so please take it back. Apparently the customer care lady wanted a PICTURE !! Because I told her i dont like the design as well. She said she wont initiate the return process until I send her a picture. Well, I have sent pictures too...I dont know what are they waiting for now. Horrible customer service !!

            HI, , I have been facing this issue from http://www.fashionandyou.com/ very frequently. The first time I faced this issue waswith reference to order 3975855 placed on 23.06.14(Faux Georgette green suit), the delivery of which was delayed and finally the order was cancelled after several follow-ups from my end.As this was the first time, I considered it must be a genuine reason and agreed for the refund towards this order. I faced this issue again with ref. to order 4012110..They delivered the product to my friend who ordered the same outfit as I ordered but not me. I dint confirm the cancellation of the product but they have done it from their end.They have tried all the tricks (mail enclosed stating that payment was successful and later stated that payment wasnt successful) to cheat a consumer.When I dint give approval for cancellation, no.they have tried to forcibly refund the amount and sent a false mail stating that the payment wasnt successful but I have order confirmation mail from them which will not be sent without payment being successful.Hence, I need the product to be delivered at the price I had placed the order.

                I have purchased 2 dresses from fashion and you on 9/7/2014 and 10/7/2014 respectively but I haven't received my orders till date. The order number is 4012010 and 4011023. I would like to know why it's taking so long to deliver the goods. I also tried calling a couple of times to the customer care but the number is not in use. Please help me to get the orders cancelled and refund the cash.

                    I am nazu dafedar and I have account at Fashion and you last one month. I have Procure one product from website fashion and you “Faux Georgette Suit, Dupatta and Inner” and last one month I’m continuously following for delivery of product. Every time customer care given me answer product not received from vendor we will deliver to you next couple of days. But till it’s not received and on net website showed status in procurement.

                    Kindly help me .

                      Hi, I do regular shopping with fashionandyou.com, and not only one time but several times i faced problem with their courier partners, from where they find these kind of worst courier partners that god only knows. Several of my orders reach bangalore from delhi and other places in 2 days but their courier partners deliver after 4/5 days(within bangalore) even in some cases after a week time. Even i made several complaints to fashionandyou.com, no use. still the problem is there. Regards, Pravinth G

                        I ordered for a silk stole and when i saw it in real, it was disappointing. I placed a return request on June 16 2014. Order No: 3934205 They said they can not return my money, they will give store credit. Return pick up happened on June 20th 2014. Since then i've been struggling to get a proper response from customer care. I received a mail from "Hitesh Sethi, Customer Support Team" that the returned product is going through inspection. When i called the customer care after a week, they said they will reconfirm if the product was really received. I called yesterday again, the customer care executive said he will call me yesterday itself with the correct status. I have still not received any call from them. I see this as unprofessional behaviour from them and FnU is trying to cheat me. Never buy from this site unless you are 100% sure that you will not return the product. If you return your product, be ready to lose your money!! Never buy from this site!!

                          I purchased one pair of shoes on 19th April at http://www.fashionandyou.com/ website, details below:
                          Order no 3823684
                          Amount Rs.799/-
                          Mode of payment Credit card
                          Dispatch date 21st April.
                          Since the shoe had uncomfortable fit, I requested for return of the same 25th April'2014 and have been facing the following issues since then:

                          1. After repeated requests and follow-ups (phone/emails), the product was collected after 2 weeks on 12th May’2014 in spite of making the commitment of 4-5 days.
                          2. Even after receiving the product, the company did not communicate on the confirmation of receipt. When contacted by me on 17th May’2014 they agreed that the product is received however does not pass the quality check (no reasons were given at this time). This raised suspicion in my mind as the product was not used by me and was absolutely unused and clean and packed properly when returned. Hence, I understood that this is a wasteful discussion and advised them to return back the product to me at earliest as I already sensed their intentions and did not want to fall into further discussion/argument with them.
                          3. The product is not delivered till 22nd June’2014 and not the money either in spite of having various to and fro of the emails.

                          The company is claiming that the product is already used and cannot refund the amount however the point is that why the product have not delivered till date? I suspect that the product has been misused or lost by them and my money and product have now got stuck forever.
                          This has resulted in a monetary loss of Rs. 799/-and lots of mental harassment and wastage of time and effort. Please help.

                              I ordered a Ferrari Black Deodrant (order no.3940415) on 6th June 2014 which was delivered to me on 11th June 2014. As soon as I received the courier, I opened it only to find the product not being genuine. The followings were the reasons: 1. The bottle has a dent in it right across the centre over SF sign. (Snapshot IMAG0089, IMAG0090 & IMAG0083 attached) 2. The Scuderia Ferrari (SF) sign is just a sticker clearly pasted on the bottle. (snapshot not possible) 3. The instructions written on the bottle were originally in silver but have turned bluish symbolising the bottle has fallen into some blue fluid. (Snapshot IMAG0091& IMAG0092 attached) 4. There is no outer covering or case of the bottle. There has to be a case of the deodrant which is not provided. 5. The cap of the bottle has some engravings which is difficult to capture in snap shot (snapshot IMAG0093 attached).

                                The site sucks. They are not ready to take my return order. It was never mentioned while ordering that you cannot return back this item. Plus they always take away shipping prices and never refund that. Websites like Myntra and Flipkart are awesome in those matters. Never buying from FashionandYou again. Oh wait, forgot to add...when you return something, money added as store credit BUT when u order something next time, it takes that money OFF from your account saying it expired. And if you call them, they will say sorry and put it back in your account.but then what is the use when you have already placed your order ??? FRAUD !

                                  I had purchased one article from online website www.fashionandyou.com on 11th of April'2014 (Order No. 3801897) which was supposed to be a present for my wife whose birthday was on 18th of April'2014 - enough time for the material to be delivered before that. After placing the order when I called up the customer support I was shocked to learn that they will dispatch the goods after 21 days. Even then I agreed to take the delivery. Meanwhile I had to leave the city as I got another job at Kolkata. I called up the company helpline on 25/4/14 for change of delivery address as the material has not been dispatched by that time. I completed the formalities for change of address and got a confirmation mail on 26/4/14 that the material will be delivered to the new address. Even after the confirmation the material was dispatched on 28/4/2014 to the old address which I had already left. I called them to send the material to my new address. I was assured on 2/5/14 that they are talking to the courier company and it will be delivered to my new address shortly. Again called them after few days & I was informed that they do not have re-shipment policy and the money will be refunded to me once they get back the material in their warehouse. They have received the material with them on 14/5/2014 but still they have not refunded the money to me. Every time I get a same stereotype mail that they are looking into the matter and will refund the money shortly. I have all the correspondence with me as a proof. These people are playing with my money.

                                    I had ordered four diffrent products. they cancelled two saying no stock. N products i got were also not satisfactory so i returned and as per their policy they gave me a sgore credit for which i had to wait a month. One week after my previous order was cancelled i saw that the same product was avialble in the same size i had ordered. Though iwas annoyed i waited patiently for the crdits. i had a store credit of 4998. I ordered smthing and was about to check out when it showed website not available. when this transaction got cancelled it said ur credit is zero. after 10 mins it says 2599 available. I am really unhappy with the way the website works. first i had to wait for 1 month to get those credits after my return. now this hoax. i should have read all those complaints about d website in the consumer forum. lot of ppl have said that u get into such tactics to make customers shop often with you. i called customer care, they said u ll get your credits back in 48 to 72 hours as banks dont work on sunday! wat non sense. i had made no payment. my store credit is lost so they have to credit it back, wer is the question of bank here? and the sotre credit they give is valid only for 5 months and every time u try to shop sm confusion happens like this and you hav to wait for thm to resolve it and after 5 months ur money is all goone. now the product i want is available only for 2 days. by the time i get the credits back the product will be gone. I have wait for weeks then again if the same same hoax happens, am nt going to keep quiet I warn you that if your company is trying to hoax customers into buying more than what they want, you will face severe penal action for the same. I am a lawyer and i ll take all steps possible to bring you down if i get any evidence. So give me back my credits by Monday latest and let me buy sm from your website and close it! if not be prepared for my notice. I wan t to lodge a complaint with your customer care head about the useless customer support. let me know how

                                      They cancelled my product automatically saying nop stock. firstly they shouldnt accept orders if there is no stock. i was like it is ok it happens. when i was browsing after sm 10 days, the same product and size which they cancelled was being shown as available. I was annoyed, but still waited for the store credits to buy some thing. I had to wait nearly one month.                                         My order number is 3800007. This order from Fashion and You comprised of two pieces, one of which I received almost a month after I placed the order. I wanted to return a piece of the order and have been following up with F&U via email and phone calls for more than 15 days now however they are unable to initiate the return pickup!! Each time over email they tell me it'll be arranged as soon as possible however it just doesn't materialize!! In all probability, this is my last online shopping with F&U. Considering I've been a loyal customer since almost 2yrs now, this is certainly not how I had expected them to deal with the situation! Additionally - I'll be forced to shop with F&U since they do not give refunds but only shopping credits, and these credits expire within 6 months. There are sales running on the site right now where I could have used those credits, if it weren't for their sad pathetic service, even to long term customers. But no, I have to endlessly wait for the courier guys to call. Looking at all the other complaints, I don't even know if the return pickup will happen at all or not.
