Its fraud company i would like to request alll those ot cheated by thier promise will file a court case against this company its just like timtara.com whose owner is in jail for fraud and cheating thousands of customer.

Care full about this company they wil never notify about your order and deliver your order in month time.

    Iam sick and tired of doing business with you guys. Is this for real? Do you even check the number of emails I have sent to you guys!! I even gave my user id and password to you guys to fix the Drop cart error. But NO!! Its still there and I can't use either my credits or vouchers!! Can I please get a refund of the said amount of Rs 100+Rs 481 from my last order. Well there is no other way to use it, so for God's sake, please refund this amount from my last order bill. Iam just irritated wasting my time losing my cart items every time I try to select the pay option and then losing out on items when I go back to the main page (as they are sold out)!

    And yes just fix this issue. What do I have to do to get rid of this? And why in the world do you issue credits and vouchers if you dont allow customers to use it? Do you even see my frequency of shopping from your site? I literally shop every week! Had I not been in Mexico, I would certainly have given a piece of my mind to you guys over the phone. But I don't want to waste another hour of ISD call as I did last to last week speaking to someone in your CS from US(with no resolution).

    So please just refund the credit and voucher back to my credit card I used to place another order today. And despite all this mess I still trust you guys to fix this and shop from you!! Wow!! You should be embarrassed of this. I would really appreciate if someone shares teh number and email of your CEO.

    Cos Iam going to Social media to share my experience over the last one year with you guys. Absolutely non-responsive and pathetic customer service.

      Order number 3132442 was placed at www.fashionandyou.com by me on 23/06/2013 and payment was made through netbanking at iicibank.com. Amount of rupees 2697 was deducted from my ICICI Bank Account but I did not receive the ordered articles. Fashionandyou is NOT ready to pay back money despite sending them the bank statement.

        i was told i would be given refund against my order but they have given me store credits which i am not even able to use. so finally i am left with no money nor store credit. and they dont bother to tell me what the problem is, they only say they will forward my complaint and nothing happens after that. kindly help me to teach them a lesson. the amount may not be much but this is fraud and i do not want them to continue this. thankyou.

          It is really important to expose the sub-standard quality of
          fashionandyou.com. It is an amazing fact that after 35 days of my
          order placement i did not receive any order and worst of all no
          information has been provided regarding the delay of product delivery.
          It is a obvious evidence of careless and substandard service by fashionandyou.
          Now it is not a matter of my product delivery rather it has to be
          floated among the customer so that such fraud and fake firms must be
          exposed.
          It is relevant to mention that i also served any legal notice to
          Fashioandyou which need to be replied in stipulated time period.
          Even the time of hold to talk to customer representative is also too
          long. I paid whole amount through my credit card, i would request the
          concerned officer not to provide me the product now and it is
          intimated that no refund request would be initiated by me in the
          future.
          It is viable to mention that all cost put on me to pursue my legal
          case further will be bearable to fashionandyou.

            I ordered a pair of boots from FashionandYou.com on 14/11/13. The product was on sale (a pair of carlton london boots) and i paid 1499 INR for them. I immediately got an sms from them saying "thank you for shopping with fashion and you.com" along with my order number. My money was debited from my bank card. I did not receive any email from them saying the same, just an sms. Their terms said upto 21 days for delivery, so i waited for my shoes, all the while hoping that product will be delivered to me.There was no intimattion about any tracking or order status from their side. Finally, I filled out their submit your query form asking them where my order was, and they sent an automated response saying they will ship it through the vendor as soon as possible. Another week went by, and still no sign of them . This time I wrote them an email, to which Ms.Priyanka Singh of fashionand you support team again sent me an automated response saying sorry and that vendors take time to ship orders. I waited a while and sent another email telling them that i shall put this complaint online and offline for benefit of all online shoppers who get cheated on this site. I recd a phone call the next day from an utterly useless and untrained customer service represntative or it might be priyanka singh herself, who said my order was cancelled because it did not pass quality check. When I asked them, how does the customer get to know what happened to the order and it is only when the customer initiates a tracking and complaint form, that they come to know that the product was cancelled...but the money was debited by fashionandyou. When I asked them, when I will get back my refund amount, she cut the call and never called back.I wrote them an email again the other day saying I shall put this news in press, also file a legal complaint against them and there is still no action. There is no contat of any top official of fashionand you on the site, and therefore, the only way to submit a complaint is through their online form submission. I feel thoroughly cheated with this extremely ridiculous shopping experience. First and last time i have shopped with them, and to all customers and online shoppers, these guys are cheats who will just debit the money from yuor account and then not even inform you what happened to your order. NEVER shop with www.fashionandyou.com

                I bought a watch in this site, they mention that delivery will take 2 to 3 weeks, ok, i ordered it, after 30 days i called cust care and asked about product, they told that we will enquiry about it and we will inform to u, after 4 days they called to me and said ur order is cancelled due to they got defective item from vendor. worst worst online site. dont buy anything there. refund will take 4 to5 working days, still im waiting for refund

                  <B>But when I received the Consignment on 18th November 2013, "Cake Modeling Kit" was missing in the consignment. But I was asked to make the payment by the courier boy because I had opened the consignment. I called up on the Call center and they requested for 72 hours, and today its 1st December 2013, you they are still taking 72 hours to resolve the simple issue of Rs. 264/-. When I informed them that I would like to return to the pizza tray because of the fitment issue they said they will not take it back.

                    I ordered a bag from this site...they sent a dirty and old which is loosing its colour. ..I talked to their customer executive. ..they agreed to take it back and provide me store credit. ..they aasked me to parcel it...so I did but they sent it back ..now I m stuck with that hideous bag...I paid fir the bag, its dilevery charges and for the parcel...

                      Hello, I had ordered Fila jacket, order no. 3282045 on 9/9/2013 and it had size issues so I returned the the goods which were picked up by ECOM Express. AWB No.[protected] on 16/09/2013. I was entitled to get refund as way of store credit after the goods were received at their warehouse. But, after calling many a times none of the customer care executives were able to give any satisfactory answer about the return nor refund. Is this what you call Customer Service or Customer Harassment? Moreover the site does not show ones Order history or Account details i seriously don't know why? When Fashionandyou.com calls itself "India’s Most-loved Shopping Club" & Fashion & Lifestyle online portal where is the merit to back it up? There are serious discrepancies which Fashion and You need to look into. I request all customers to go through this checks before buying anything from this Online portal. Thanks & Regards.

                        This is to bring in your notice about the order ORDER SUMMARY - Order No : 3330703 | Order Date : 9/30/2013 for an amount of 1197/- rs Im not able to find any information about the product or the consignment on the website. Purchase history shows blank, no consignment details found for the order. Fortunately the order i made was on Cash on delivery and normally i recieve calls from fnu for order confirmation which i did not get. Something which i got really frustrated was about the customer service number provided on the website is not reachable. Im waiting for an answer. Warm regards, Sujesh A k

                          The website lists products that it has no way of delivering. More often than not, the products vary from what they are promised from in the product description. That's not all, if you make an online payment, and the company could not provide you with the product, they refund the money in terms of store credit.

                          I placed an order with the company (order number 3253774) which was promised to deliver in 15 working days. Upon constant reminders and follow-ups, all I received were hollow assurances and finally when I demanded either the product be delivered or my money be refunded, they decided to refund in terms of store credit, even though I explicitly mentioned against it in my communication.

                          This raises a few questions:-

                          1. Can companies fall back on their commitment to provide a product against which they have already accepted payment, without any repercussions?

                          2. Why do I as a consumer have to agree to purchase from the same company to get a refund on my amount? Remember, I did not return a product, the company failed to produce it.

                          3. 'Listing products in the first place that they cannot offer later' - is a falsification of a promise and fraud as it breaches the written intent contract between the company and the potential customer.

                            Order No.: 3189733; Order Date: 24.07.13; Order: 3 quantities of Arrow socks; Payment: Full payment using Net banking option + Rs. 100 as shipping charges. Committed Delivery by Fashion and You: Express Delivery; item would be shipped within the next 24 hours Actual Status: 2 quantities of Arrow socks received 8 days later on 01.08.13 Pending Order: 1 quantity of Arrow socks never received till date (over 2 months since order was placed and full payment made) Contacted Customer Support numerous times; escalated the complaint several times, was promised resolution of query but I have still not received the product. Written Complaint: Emailed them on 24.09.13 however the only response received was: "We are trying to resolve it as soon as possible and will keep you posted on the proceedings." It has been one week since my written complaint and there is no update from Fashion and You regarding the status of resolution. Instead, since the last two months, I have spent several precious minutes of my day following up for what seemed like a simple and easy purchase on the website. I have made several purchases using other online portals too and this has been my worst shopping experience. I will not be surprised if I do not receive a resolution from the Fashion and You team or if I do not receive the pending product I have already paid for. Please think twice before buying from their website so you do not fall prey to their cheating ways and false commitments.

                              Fed-up completely.
                              I have placed an order for a dress on 20th July 13 and have paid the full amount while placing my order.
                              My order no. is 3183304.
                              I have been following up on my order since last 2 weeks and have called thecustomer care executive countless times. But I failed to receive any concrete reply about the delivery.
                              Every time, I have been told that the response will be provided within 48 hours about the delivery. I don't think these guys are making any note of customer's request or questions because every time I had to explain my request and history of all the calls I have made. In spite of many follow ups, neither a mail nor a phone call from FnU to provide me the status. I have sent a mail as well to the [protected]@fashionandyou.com and got no response.
                              Out of frustration I have written to their media relation mail id as well, but i am tired to repeat that I HAVE NOT GOT ANY RESPONSE FROM THEM.
                              I am totally furious now with their service and customer handling. It's a stress to deal with them.

                              Fashion and You — No delivery and response

                              Hello Sir/Madam,

                              I booked an order of order number #1299373 in Last month from fashion and you. I did payment online at the time of order only.

                              They dispatched the order on last 9th Jan but i could not get the delevery.

                              I have called them 100 of times and sent more than 20 mails. Every times they ask me 3 more business days to solve the issue.

                              its more than one month and neither i got my order nor my money returned.

                              So please help me to get this.

                              Fashion and You — Not delivering order on time

                              I have ordered a T-Shirt and it was showing that it will be dispatched on 10th of April 2012 and now it is being 7 days since it is not delivered to me.                                 I had ordered a Mango Watch from Fashion and You in July. I made a payment of 2100/- and upon checking the product realized it is not working. I called the customer care who said they will arrange it to be picked up in 5 days. I have been waiting in the last 3 weekends for them to pick up, now they say that they don't work on saturdays or sundays. I asked them atleast tell me a time on a weekday , they cannot tell that either. Basically they do not want to replace the product and we end up calling and wait to speak to their customer care and send mails repeatedly everyday. It is surprising that international brand like Mango is spoiling its image by tying up with these kind of services

                                This is the totally worst service which i have seen i am using Zee dish TV as well but the problems which i am facing with Sun TV thats totally disgusting and i has been only a week time when i installed the Sun TV but from that day to till now your people are not doing anything i had got the extra recharge packages for my current pack but till now those channels are not working and while installing the same i was not at home they have put just 8 to 9 metre wire while according to rules it shouldnt be less than 15 meters
                                So i request u people to resolve my issue otherwise i am going to take it back to u and also i going to log complaint against u consumer court as well.

                                IT — Poor Service

                                This was my very bad experience with GO AIR. I took a flight from Mumbai ( G8 193, FLT[protected] ) which was 3 hrs delayed from Mumbai,At the time of check in at Mumbai Airport my suitcase was locked and was in well condition,But when I reached Bangalore Airport I found that my suitcase was damaged badly and found it's lock in opened condition and some luggage was missing.Probably this was done due to poor service of GO AIR staff on duty.
                                Later on I reported it to one of the GO AIR officer on duty,he told me that the company will ,make an arrangement to repair the suitacse which was damagedand also assured that I will receive the Voucher of Rs. 250/- on my mail id.And till date I have not received any call from GO AIR.Moreover I tried so many times the customer care number of GO AIR but it all went in veins, always call is being put on hold that the staff is busy...busy.And after 10 min putting on hold the call gets disconnected.
                                This is the real image of the GO AIRLINES.I have an receipt in which I had taken the signature of that officer who was on duty at that time at Bangalore Airport.I was going to raise an FIR at polcise station but as my was suffering from fever and due do this problem I could not do so.Please suggest what to do next.

                                I Paurched online on Monday 25th of Oct 2010, I got the conformation mail at 4:53 PM on same day.

                                But my order was dispatched on 12th of Nov 2010, and they relplied

                                Myself Arunraj Dhariwal, An Internet Enter-pruner I Myself have been suffering from Some Issues with FNY but still at some stage i beleive that they have been trying real hard to prove this Unique Concept of Retailing High Fashion International brands at very low prices, We step in to big showrooms we buy products at Full prices at most of the times, we are satisfied, here i bought Goods with an total value of Over a Lac of Rupees, i am sure i have saved around 30-40 Thousands as i compared my purchases.

                                I also referred this to a few friends of mine just because i liked it and of those 8-10 friends its only Me and one Another friend is suffering with some issues with FNY.

                                At some point if we calculate these sufferings total to Rs. 3-4 K in commercial value but FNY delivered us Worth over 50K so i somehow feel that servicing over 5 million user base and processing more then a lac of Orders in just past 2-3 months itself is not an easy task, its very well possible and expected to face issues as every person is this organization is a human being.

                                Also here on this complaint Website we see a few not over an hundred complaints for FNY try looking at The Social Website Facebook where you can see a whopping 5 Lac+ people who like FNY. I agree at times individual experiences may differ, but we cant state anyone or judge anyone as Fraud or Cheat without studying everything.

                                Further this company recently got an Venture Investment from Sequoia Capital, India which is an VC investment company of an value Equal to 8 Million USD (Approx 35 Crore Rupees) Now such big Investments by Giants like Sequoia are not made into Fraudulent and Cheat Companies.

                                I am not favoring FNY but trust me they are really working hard with issues, further now as company is enjoying this big capital it will surely invest in Expansion as Well as Customer Servicing and Improving things at their end.

                                Mr. Bahl who is the Chairman of this Company is a Big Visionary who earlier Promoted Big Online Ventures and is Very Instrumental in overall Development of the Company. Same is the Profile of Co-Founder Pearl Uppal.

                                Myself Raised Over 10-15 Mails for My Order No 57618 Dated 16/09/2010 POKER - Heritage Folding Chess 30X30 Which Trust me Was my Second order Out of Total 20 Orders on This Website. I Received all remaining 19 Orders but not this one, They attempted to Deliver it but it failed, Due to a Software Error at the Company which i believe is there as they have a problem mainly in case if you are keeping Shipping and Billing address diffrent (In case you want to Gift it to someone) there System Swaps the Names of Billing and Shipping Persons and keeps the Address same Eg. Billing is Mr. Arun and Sadar Area as Address in City Nagpur and Shipping is Mr. Rahul in Cantt Area of Varanasi he Will Make MR. Arun, Cantt Area, Varanasi. and Vice Versa, In This case there are problems even to the courier company.

                                I think company should work on this though i reported this error a few times but i guess it did not reach the right person.

                                All parcels i receive the have this problems, every single parcel hid the name of the Shipper in place of the name of the Receiver.

                                Further i have not received the product with respect to above stated order no.yet neither i received my money. May be i get it someday.

                                Also my Friend got Order No. 57082 Carlton London Shoes, which were mis sized, they asked her to Return the same she did after some mess with their local courier partner (Blue Dart) it was again not easy process to return them, even though she updated all the details of Courier to FNY she is still waiting for Size changed Boots or Refund.

                                Well if we see to these things closely these are orders which are more then 3-4 months old, as seen from their order number, currently order numbers are somewhere near 145000, and i am not facing any new issues, but yes my old problems are not being solved.

                                I think they will work on these small issues to overcome this problem, as their company will rise a lot.

                                BUT FNY SHOULD REALLY INVEST TIME AND MONEY TO IMPROVE CSD (Customer Service Delivery) For A Brighter Future. & I Am Sure This Year The Best Startup Award is Already Reserved of Mr. Bahl & Team FNY.

                                    FashionAndYou — The Ordered product not yet delivered

                                    I had order for a Infinity Women Watch on 15th May with the order number 1905407 online. I paid the amount through netbanking using citibank debit card. I was been told that, The watch will be delivered within Ten business days when spoken to customer care executive. i have not received the watch till 6th of june( 22 days from the date of Order). When I called the customer care again, They told me that the watch is been dispatched only on 31st May. I should be getting the watch by 8th June. If I dont get the watch by 8th of june, I should be calling them back, they wil check whats the status only then. I requested them to check the exact status of the shipment or atleast give me a date as to when I will be receiving the watch. The person called Ashutosh seemed to be rude and could not answer what was asked. According to the website rule the order will be delivered with 7 working days from the time of dispatch. But still there is no proper information woth them as to when the order will be delivered. There is no information about the shipper through they have shipped. No proper customer service nor polite enough to answer the baic questions asked.

                                    I request you to please look into this. There should be some compensation given as the order was places more than 23 days back and still no news about it.

                                      This is in reference to my Order number 3147035 . I bought a suit from Fashion and you for 1600 on 29 June and I received the product on 5th August which was committed to reach me within 3-4 weeks. After that the suit which was shown on the website was too bright and the one I received was very dull. As I did not like the product I called them and asked for a return or exchange and I was informed that the suit cannot be returned on the basis of liking or disliking. If I don't like a product how can I keep it .This is sheer cheating. I sent an email to them as well and they wanted me to send the snapshot of the suit.

                                      I have returned the product to the warehouse now.

                                      I would request an urgent action be taken on this and companies like this should be held up for doing such frauds.
                                      I would also like to receive my amount of 1600.

                                      there is a programme of giving a referral voucher of rs.1000/- to the person who has referred a friend or family member and the invitee shops with you.

                                      I RECEIVED A EMAIL ON 22ND NIGHT THAT YOUR REFERRED FRIEND SONU MAHAJAN HAS MADE A PURCHASE AAND ACCORDINGLY A REFERRAL VOUCHER OF RS.1000/- HAS BEEN CREDITED TO YOUR ACCOUNT.

                                      BUT THE VOUCHER WAS NOT APPEARING IN MY ACCOUNT.

                                      I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER CARE NO. OF TIMES, EVERYTIME I WAS COMMITTED THAT THE NEEDFUL WILL BE DONE BY EVENING OR WITHIN 2 HOURS OR WITHIN HALF AN HOUR BUT THE SAME HAS NOT BEEN TILL DATE.

                                      I HAD ALSO SENT TWO EMAIL S AND 3 REMINDERS ON THE SUBJECT MATTER BUT OF NO USE AND I AM STILL AWAITING FOR THE REFERRAL VOUCHER OF RS.1000/- TO BE CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT.

                                      SO MUCH SO NOBODY GIVES A REPLY OR RATHER NOT TO TALK OF REPLY EVEN THE EMAIL IS NOT ACKNOWLEDGED.

                                      Fashion and You — No Refunds

                                      I bought these shoes from fashion and you in dec.2010,but due to sizing issue i had to return those shoes.Now they have to refund an amount of Rs.1500+Rs.1000 , which i asked as a store credit.To my surprise its been 12 days,despite of me calling them 10 times and they promising me another day again and again.Nothing has been done till now.They are violating the promises they made and i don't know how to get that money from them.Please help getting my money back from these people..This is my hard earned money i just feel so cheated and helpless.

                                      wen i contacted dem they only have few repeated words2 say.... sorry 4 the inconvinence....

                                      one of the kurti i bought..its web price was shown 899..n on sale it was 399....but wen i received it..to my shock their was a hand written price tag as we get on norrmal readymade garment shop worth rs.200 only...

                                        I had purchased a Sandal from fashionandyou.com, it was delivered to me on 3rd July 2013. As soon I received it, I realized that it was slightly bigger than my size and I called the customer care. They said that I could return it, but because size did not fit me, it was considered to be my fault and so they would not return the money to my credit card account, instead they would give me store credit. I was fine with it and asked them the complete procedure. They said that their courier partner would come and collect the item from me and once it is picked from my side, in 5 working days it would reach them and in next 24hours they would do the quality check and refund my money as store credit. On 7th of July a person from ecom express courier came to pick up the sandal from my place. According to the courier partner site (http://www.ecomexpress.in/) airway bill no.[protected], the sandal was delivered to Fashion and you (AWARI TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ) on 16th July. I never got any update from fashion and you, so on 21st July. I called the customer care of fashion and you; they said that they have not received the product yet. I gave them the courier person's mobile number and airway bill number also, still they kept on saying that they have not received it. They also said that the courier person is lying, when I told them that it is clearly mentioned on courier partner's site that the product was delivered on 16th July, they said the airway bill number is invalid and the courier company is not reliable. I was wondering how much time would a courier take to reach from Noida to Gurgoan? I spoke to the courier person many times but it seemed that he was reliable. Moreover Fashion and you had themselves selected this courier partner not me. From 21st July almost every day I have been calling them, but every day they say that they do not have any update from the backend department and would take another 24 hours to update it. I'm tired of calling them, but they are not tired of giving me the same excuse everyday...I also spoke to their supervisors like Nitin Sharma, Ritu Chauhan, but they also said the same thing and now these supervisors are not ready to talk to me. Whenever I call them I get to hear that the supervisors are busy on other calls and they would not be able to talk to me. It is a very frustrating and harassing experience for me. I also told them once that I would file a police complaint against you and mention your name also in it, the customer representative on call said that please do it, you can mention my name...they have no respect for the customer. Once a customer representative "Mudit" started shouting at me. First of all they are not returning my money, never updating me about my return status and then shouting at me. This is absolute exploitation of customer and loot of one's hard earned money. I request you to please take appropriate action against this.
