I have placed an order with fashion and you.com online with order no [protected] on 2nd sept, i have paid for the order but still not received my shirts, i have also called the courier co ecomexpress with awb no[protected], they say that at pick up no goods were given to them and to contact fashion and you, the tel number listed in the app is wrong one, also in spite of sending over 10 emails to the support team i have not got any response...

I have exempted fastag under invalid carriage catg. I am 100% kargil disabled. The reader at panipat elevated toll always shows my tag blocked and charges money. However at no other place this problem is faced.

Request look into matter, correct system and punish if deliberately done as no one listen there.

I have ordered a product from fashion and you but they have not delivered the product. I have paid the amount through debit card. Somehow I got the contact number and I was told that they have cancelled my order but they have still not refund my money. They do not response any mail neither they are receiving any calls now.
