I had placed an order on 16th May, 2017 vide order no.[protected] which was delivered to me by your courier services.
The product ordered was of improper size to me and unfortunately I had to return the said product to your good selves. The product was returned on 26th May, 2017 and there have been several email exchange with your counterparts, wherein your counterpart have taken my bank info for initiating refund to my account (Bank details appended below for your ready reference) but till today there is not refund credited to my account.
I have given rigorous follow-up emails to your counterpart but which were not fruitful and also have tried calling your customer care but none of calls were attended.
Prior to registering my case with the consumer district forum, I give to you a final opportunity to refund the amount in the below bank account, the name difference between the person
ordering and the bank account details is because the bank account was opened prior to my marriage.
