I am waiting since two month for my refund. Please check ASAP. The customer care gives the same reply all the time. Now they even stopped replying. Phobe is not working.

I wanted to shop more but because of this delay in refunds is stopping me. I am a very old and consistent shopper from your site so please resolve my problem asap for orders numbers given below:

The products were so bad. Had returned. Its been 2months no refund. Also no response to emaild. Incoming calls have been barred ob their customer care numbers. Its ridiculous. Order#[protected]. Everytime i mail, i get only automated response. No proper response .not able to call as there is no phone numbers listed anywhere which could be contacted. Products were picked up in jul and thats it. No response.they say technical difficulty. I wonder what technical difficulty in refunding the amount. Its 4.4k, not a small amount. I would have ignored if it was small amount

The order has been returned by july, but the refund has not been initiated so far. I already faced a similar issue regarding my refund. Why are you making complications with such simpler things? I didn't ever face such situation with other leading online stores. Since i had a very good shopping experiences earlier & i love the collections at fashion and you, i keep coming back here. But, if you people going to be in this same manner, i have think before i stop here. Kindly proceed with my requirements swiftly.

I have ordered a brijraj saare which is confirmed by the vendor. Whenever i email them they sent a mail but there is no action. I am shopping from fny from last 6 years. I have never faced this type of behaviour. There phone no ia not working[protected]. We can only have communication by mail. So kindly tell me when i get my product? Please fny dont do this. Hope you will not dissappoint me.

I have returned partial orders due to size issue.
There has been more than 26-30 mails to them, still no refund of order.

I had returned items in july first week only.
Also, i am a very old customer with them. I had almost like shopped for 50-60 k previously.
But very bad experience this time. I wont recommend anyone. I urge them to send me the store credit of the same and more amount as we should
Get some compensation as well for consumer harassment and inconvenience.
Hope my issue gets resolved still.

I ordered 4 items from FnU Order ID[protected] they not refunding my money... I keep sending mail .. but still i am didn't get my money...

Fashonandyou is not providing refund from last few months. i have followedup with them regularly, eveytime they say their refund system is not working, please give us some time. They said that they are not refunding monet for anyone from few months.
@Everyone, please dont buy anything from them. In case of return you may have to believe that your money is gone.

They have no telephone number... Only converse with emails... And they only give auto generated emails... Please give solution to this problem... Whenever i ask them about my refund i get auto generated mail from their system... That they are trying to resolve my problem... But it never solved in actual...

No one listening at fashion and you. I had placed my order in the month of june and returned it early july but i am yet to get a refund in spite of multiple follow up. Can you pls help reaching out to them and getting my refund.

I haven't still got refund in my bank account
It's been over 9 weeks now
My order numbers are as follows

I had returned the orders as there were size issue.
All their promises have failed
I want my money back asap
They just cite technical issue as a problem in returning my money
I have been writing them mails asking for my refund but they just don't bother to reply and when they do it is just a system generated mail that i get stating that they appreciate my patience and they will get the matter escalated to the concerned department. I have requested for a call back but nobody acknowledges it. Their customer care number is always no reply. I want everyone to be beware of the fraud website. Please help me get my refund otherwise i will go to the consumer court

I placed an order for a maroon palash saree and instead got red colour of it.
So i mailed them and they accepted my return request and got it picked up from the address. This whole thing happened on 25th may.
From then they have to refund me amount of 1650 or so and they are not refunding it.
Everytime i enquire about it they say that there is a technical problem give some more time n so..

Fashion and you is a 4th grade online shopping site ever i have seen. Their customer support doesn't pic up your call and didn't reply of your mail. It's about 20 days to return the product but they didn't make my payment yet. I am suggesting you all please do not shop from this site anyone. Fraud shopping website. Be aware. Experience tells everything and i have full of experience about this fraud website. If you want to return any product to this fraud website they will easily provide the courier to take the shipment. But when the time comes for make payment. Their real face will come on front o[censored]s. That was my first and last

I had placed the order on 29/5/2017 from fashion and you for home decor item order no[protected] but i got wrong order delivered so i raised the return for the order which was picked up on 6 june its almost a month when my product was picked up where fashion and you customer support just gives fake assurances that there is some technical issues on there end so they cant process the refund at least i have written 20 plus mails to them they just give fake assurances the customer support number also nobody is answering this. I feel by fashion and you how many more months i have to wait for my refund

I've placed order[protected] on 19-may-17 for loafer shoes on www.fashionandyou.com website. The product was delivered on 29-may-17 with different color and the size of the shoe was not correct. I've raised return request and the return product was picked by one of the logistics. Its been more then, 40 days i've been chasing for them for refund or replacement of new product but every time i ask them i only get one standard reply from them:
"thank you for writing to us. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We have escalated the matter to the concerned team and they are working to get the matter resolved on priority.
Kindly allow us some more time before we get the issue resolved for you. We seek your patience in this regards."

I had placed an order on 16th May, 2017 vide order no.[protected] which was delivered to me by your courier services.

The product ordered was of improper size to me and unfortunately I had to return the said product to your good selves. The product was returned on 26th May, 2017 and there have been several email exchange with your counterparts, wherein your counterpart have taken my bank info for initiating refund to my account (Bank details appended below for your ready reference) but till today there is not refund credited to my account.

I have given rigorous follow-up emails to your counterpart but which were not fruitful and also have tried calling your customer care but none of calls were attended.

Prior to registering my case with the consumer district forum, I give to you a final opportunity to refund the amount in the below bank account, the name difference between the person ordering and the bank account details is because the bank account was opened prior to my marriage.

Got defective product (Sari) orderid :[protected] from fashion n you. Which was returned on same day 27may17.
I am doing a follow up with the team since last 20 days on the refund but they are saying we cant give you refund now as some technical issue is there.
But at the time of making the payment today everything is fine, then why cant they can process the refund.

They are repetitively saying give us 7-8 days but its been more then that (Approx 20 days) and i could not see any output or follow up from fashion and you team.

Totally fraud website. I have received damaged and lowest quality products from them which they charge me more. I have complaint them and returned. But they still not refunded my money. I have tired of sending them reminder. I just want to contact them but they have fake numbers on all website. Someone please help me to get there ceo email address so i can complaint him about such a fraud team and services his /her company is providing.

I ordered a saree and received a defective product and returned as it was a defected item. I initiated a procedure to return it on the same day and handed over the defected item to the courier boy on may 2017 but still i have not received my fund. I have mailed them but didn't get any significant revert from their end despite an automated generated response. Kindly help me in this regard as neither they respond to my mails nor do they respond to their telephone calls.

My name is anant singh, i ordered a pair of reebok sport shoes in beginning of may 2017, i unfortunately received a damaged product and placed a return/refund request the next day and it was picked up by the courier person, till this phase it was all smooth and hasslefree process. Now it has been almost a month since i returned it and have not receive the refund yet, tried calling fashion and you customer care but no one ever answered a single call. Reached them via emails and got a revert saying you will get refund asap but havent received my money till date and now they have stopped reverting to my mails. Kindly help me regarding this, i want refund back into my bank.
