Mr.Hitesh Sethi, I was loving your website until this fraud happnd to me/ My 6k stuck with u.
1)I have cancelled the order number[protected], product code 1930120-Orange Kurta. Reason- poor customer service when I’m contacting u people for other products and query, I getting worst response. That’s why and quality also I don’t like, I seen it and ordered from another place.
2)I received the product code 1150983 of order number[protected] green anarkali suit. The cloth material is good, but the border looks very old and faded color, so want to return it. Already emailed so many times, no one replies. why your website doesn’t have options online to return like other shopping apps.
3)I received the product code 1687968 of order number[protected] Ethnic peach color dress. The dress looks very grand on website, but in real when i got, it looks faded and I not liking the material and color. Please take it back. I want to return it.
4)I received the product code 1705647 of order number[protected] Blue color dress. The dress looks very grand on website, but in real when i got, it looks good but the border material looks very bad unlike other F&U dresses and I not liking the border. Please take it back. I want to return it.
5)I emailed so many times, very poor response from one week. Called the number, its not working. Regarding order number 1705647. when I got response u ppl saying already shipped, what’s my fault, u ppl have poor cust srevc dept. earlier it was good, now very bad. Plz refund my money for this order. I haven’t got it neither want. So, cancel n take back n refund my money. From 2 months u ppl r saying will reply will reply technical issue etc.
whats the issue?? your cust servc worst and on top of that when I want to return according to your guidelines you ppl not cooperating.
