I received the Fastrack combo watches & the products are not original Fastrack watches & received in broken condition, I also call the delivery man but could not received my call.I would like to return the material right now and return my amount please organise your person to collect the same and handover the cash to me

I am an regular buyer of fastarck watches i bought an factrack watch worth 5000rs which is an metal strap type.
The joints of the watch was somewhat not at the position while buying the showroom techie fixed it and gave me after some days the joint got detached and the watch fell down, i reported to the same techie he again fixed and gave an assurance that this wont happen again coz he had changed the part. But now iam again facing the same problem.

Now i need an solution, please fix the problem.
Very bad experince from my favourite brand.

I want to share my pathetic experience with so-called branded fastrack wrist watch and if possible to get a solution.
One of my friend gifted me a fastrack wrist watch of price about rs. 3300/-. After few days watch it's slowing down. I went to the service centre, they repaired it with making some scratches in the dial. Now again its slowing down. So just after the warranty, i have to through it out. So where is the difference between this branded watch and a footpath watch of price rs. 100/-.
If possible replace my watch.

Hi,
I bought a watch in fast track worth 5000₹. Water went into the dial and when i ask the service person. He said water resistance work for 3mm. I don't understand about 3mm water resistant concept. Then y do they mark the product as water resistant which is not actually. Very bad experience in showroom also. The person is not ready to answer instead he said service is not done here. Why is it not covered in warranty. Very much disappointed with the product as well as the service. I'm not ready to buy a fast track product again.

I have bought a fastrack 3153kga model watch from a fastrack retailer with warranty. But within a month the buggle got broken and lost. When i ask the retailer they told that the company won't sell spares like this. This is really insane. How am i supposed to lose my money with this low quality watch that won't even last for two months. I need a solution for this issue.

I request government to take stpes to start public call taxi for citizens of india at lower cost just like city transport buses

Purchased fast track ladies watch on 21 aug 2018 from lifestyle mysore, paying 1745 rupees.
Within two months o[censored]se strap damaged and unable to use. Called customer care no response from customer care.
Looks the strap used is cheap quality and for such a high price watch.
I never thought i get such poor quality watch from such a company. Request company reply.

I orderd fastrack menwatches combo through facebook but i didnt receive any mail but today product is delivered through blue dart after payement rs 1398 i opened courier i have seen very cheap quality of 3 watches packed in a box and in that also one watch glass has broken and another watch is not in working condition... I need my money back if not i will file complaint regarding this issue...

I had purchased a watch from fastrack store in pune may be an year ago. I am really satisfied with the quality of the product but now the color of the watch strap is faded and it looks like its been used for years. We tried to look for its belt at couple of fastrack & titan stores around here but unfortunately it isn't available. Please help me with this issue.

Which products i have been actually ordered i didn't get the same produc. At the time of ordering i have snapped a screen shot with order id and details with the photo of actual watch. How you can make mistakes on that cases when you are doing your business in a international domain. This is unbearabl. And please return my money what i have paid. The products i got are totally fraud. The products already they are looking like broken or repaired product. I don't have any need of this kind of product, please take this product and return my money.

I just booked a car from periyar nagar to saveetha medical college.. The estimated cost is rs. 660.. Incl. Gst but the driver asked the rs. 780rs.. And i also paid the toll amt 55rs.. Total amt is 835rs.. It was very big cheating.. Even the customer care person also didn't tell a proper reason.. Its ver very vey big cheating.. They're stoling the money from people.. Cheating company.. Very worst service..

Fast track watch which was purchased in the month of march 2018 in guntur arundalpet guntur andhra pradesh store is not working properly. Suddenly watch time is stopping after 2 months of purchase. Once we gave to the store people, they have retained this watch for one month for repair and returned back with working condition. But immediately after 3 days again it is not showing the time watch not working. Repeatedly am facing this problem.
Kindly replace my watch.

My name is sumit desale from nashik, and i'm an application engineer on the one of leading valves manufacturer company. I have had very bad experiences about fastrack watch. And now i am experiencing the same thing. I took a watch fastrack 2 months ago but they always fall behind 5 to 10 minutes a day. So i showed him fastrack service care, but his problem still did not go away. Till now, i've been going to the service center 3 to 4 times, but still it is the worst thing to watch. I have had a very bad experience about fastrack. If someone is thinking of purchasing a fastrack watch, then i request you don't choose such type of bad and foolish brand.
This is the on of most useless brand/company in the world. Watch that gets at road side that also shows right time ever, even that not have much longer life but not fall time back. But fastrack watch at any time falls back.
Fastrack is a thirdclass brand than a brand are sell on street. I feel ashamed to call it has a brand.

I brought a fastrack watch ng3133sl01 in june, 2017 but soon after 3 months, the watch stopped working. I gave it to the repair centre and after 1 month they finally gave it back repaired. But soon after 2 months, the watch stopped working again and repaired it once again. Currently the watch is not working and i am truly unsatisfied with the product. This manufacturing defect costed me 3400/- rupees. The watch is still in the warranty period and i need my money back or a better replacement. I am certainly not going for fastrack the next time.

Bought a fastrack watch online in flipkart but stopped within 1.5 months. I have visited the service center of fastrack in my area today. But they denied to check the watch and even told me that they will charge me for battery change. They old me that the company have instructed them not to do any free service to the products bought online by any customers. Also they are making nuisance of the online marketing by saying that just to save 100 to 200 bucks customers buy grey market products from them which becomes faulty within 1 to 2 months. Ideally a new watch cannot stop working within 1 month that to from a branded company costing nearly 2500 bucks. I would say that china watches are far more better than this which costs only 500 bucks. I haven't face such kind of problem while purchasing any products from amazon. The store people are convincing me in front of other customers not to buy any fake products online to save 100 to 200 bucks. Below are the store details i have visited.

I bought a ft smartband in delhi, bill sl no. 649 on 7th oct 2018, since then it was working fine but on 10 th eve just after four days of purchase it stopped showing anything and even not connected with phone, i thought might be battery drained out. So plug in for recharge but display showed but not connected. I tried again several times but in-vain then i register complaint on phone they told me that you contact world of titan. On 10th evening i visted world of titan show room sco 367, sector 8 panchkula. They said that the person concerned is on leave so that please come on the next day. After calling and confirming from there the presence of the authorised person i again visited to the show room and submitted for repair. They have given aslip and said that i have to come on 25.10.2018 on 24.10.2018 one call received from the show room that your fast track watch repaired but i was not in panchkula. I came back on 01.11.2018 and again visited there for collecting but the show room person told that it will take 7 more days. How the watch was repaired on 24.10.2018 and the same is not yet reapired. It is showing lacklustre of the company after selling the goods, if the product is not good why the company is selling in the market. Please replace the watch or refund the money as it not worked even for three days.
Please do the needful urgently.
