I bought a fastrack reflex 2.0 smart band 2 weeks ago. As far as the look is concerned, it is awesome
. When it comes to performance, i'm totally disappointed for buying this.
This device often gets disconnected from my phone automatically.
I had a nice sleep for 6 hours, but the device shows as 3 hours.
I have no idea how to fix this.
So i request you guys to take this up and get it resolved for me.

I got my reflex 2.0 2 days ago. It never lodged the sleep timings. Yesterday it lodged the sleep timings from 12pm to 10 pm. It is day time I never sleep in day there it mentions out of 8 hours 5 hours I was awake.actually I was awake all the day. And it didn't captured my night sleep data. I really lost the confidence on the product

    I purchased a Fastrack road trip watch fro world of titan showroom at Kochi the product has stopped working the next day.I got it repaired but now the strap of the watch is damaged it is written on the strap that it's genuine leather but I don't think so.Also the showroom staff behaved me very badly.I request to repair or replace my watch.I am totally disappointed by your product.

      I ordered two combo watches rs 1199 when i saw the images and videos the told me that they are original fastrack watche i opened the box the are useless fake watches when i contacted many times. Neither and nor they replied me nor responded may mails they only shows me we will contact u soon but but i waiting their replies but no respond came from them so kindly please help me that will b ur humble kindness

      I purchased my watch on 2 july 2017. After one year cell was changed.After 6 months watch was showing wrong time.I changed my cell again but the problem stll continues.So i want service of my watch as soon as possible.

        Why does fastrac only allow$ 50.00 in debit when using the desill pumps. Anyone knows that a desil truck takes at least $ 130.00 to $ 150.00 to fill. We use a lot of fuel in our trucks and are very exasperated with fastrac therefore we will no longer use their fuel until this is fixed. When we go to the manager all we are told is its your bank but we can go anywhere else and the shut off ranges fron $ 75.00 to complete fillup so there is no truth to "its your bank". Please let me know when you expect to correct this.

          Respected sir,
          With reference to above matter this is to inform you that i have purchased fast track watch from abhishek comm. Complex, opp malad shop center s. V road, malad (W) mumbai 400064 worth rs. 1995/- via inv no: 025659 dt: 22/02/2019.
          I have given twicely that watch for servicing in that shop on 16/03/2019 and 31/03/2019 respectively. Issue with watch is that its bluetooth device is not functioning properly and i am receiveing message very late from expected time, but i am refgret to inform you that no proper solution to this matter has cometill time
          I have wasted so much time for this but response received is not at all expected from such a big concern. It is very bad experience i had from the brand like titan.
          Again, i am requesting you to take the necesaary action against it and do the needful. I am attaching copy of my invoice tith it.

            I bought a fastrack watch for rs 1560 its is stain less steel.in discription it was mentined that the product is water resistant for 50m. So i used it while washing hands. But in few days it got moisture under front glass which vanished
            The beauty of the product as it can be seen in attached photo.
            Now i request to suggest me the option for future episodes.

                Fast track watch was purchased in a month of october still it is under warranty and it's be 6 months and leather belt got ripped and colour also fadded and when we visited fast track and titan service center they didn't had any proper solution for the same we have paid for that watch 1800₹ for that watch is that a service provided from your end?

                We are not happy at all we have purchased branded watch because we had trust on that brand which is shattered now...

                  I bought this band on jan 1st, 2019 and am really frustrated with its performance as i had given this band for servicing two times for same charging issue. Every time it works after servicing but it again stop working when i put it for second time charging. I have wasted precise time in giving for servicing and following up.
                  End result is band is not working!!
                  As i do not want to spend more time on this by again giving servicing and seeking for solutions, i need a refund for this band. Kindly help me to get the same.

                    I had orderd one sunglass from the fastrack official website. The product was defective and i asked whether i could take the product to a shop and replace it. I didnot get a proper reply. Instead they themselves initiated the return and refund.
                    They took the return and said they have processed the amount of rs 2799/-.
                    Its been a week and i havnt got any refund to my account.
                    I tried contacting via email and the only toll free number. No response literally the team in testing my patience.

                    I was recently gifted with this watch and its causing toxicology issues.
                    Every time i wear the band continuously for more than 2 days, I have skin irritation and allergy at my wrist.

                    Also coming to the performance, it records the steps even when we are driving.
                    The data is totally wrong.

                      Date of purchase 2.8.2018 from titan store (Pooja times) bangalore.
                      I noticed the time changes automatically and stops sometime. Given back to pooja store and got it back after service, but still had the same issue.
                      Now given again to service center nearby no. 4m-404 hrbr layout on 27/04/2019. They said they will change the internal part. On 30/04/2019 collected the watch back from service center. Now i noticed the issue still exists, it is not repaired.
                      I have attached the video about the issue, challan and ack form.
                      Fastrack service center never repairing the watch, rather delaying it to complete the warranty period. How to get my watch repaired and how many times?

                        This is in reference to my order No- 467038. I would like to raise a complaint because I have not received the product yet.

                        The Bluedart website might show that it has been delivered on my name but the fact is I have not received it because I was not at home. Nobody was at the address when this update was loaded. I checked with our security guard but they also confirmed that no parcel has been handed over.

                        How can Bluedart cheat customers by putting their initials when the delivery has actually not happened.

                        I want a detailed investigation on this and would expect my product to be delivered to me by calling me for the same.

                        Anticipating a positive response purely because of the brand you hold!!!

                              Making to return the product there is no response from their side.

                              No proper response.

                              I made call to them but they replies to send mail.

                              Please solve this issue asap.

                                I have booked a cab from thirumullaivoyal to to chennai egmore railway station at 7.15pm on 16/04/2019. The booking was done prior to 6pm in advance.. But up to 8 pm i did't get any call from driver or msg from fast track office... My train was around 9.20pm... Finally around 8.20pm i have booked another uber call taxi and running to train at the last minute.. I suggest please don't use fast track call taxi... It is worst in service and respond to the customers... Moreover i was travelling with my family with new born baby..

                                  My fiancé and i both purchased fastrak devices at costco. We followed the instructions on the packaging which resulted in a $25 credit, instead of the $30 promised on the packaging along with a $25 charge to our credit cards.

                                  I called fastrak to request the $5 fthat was promised to both o[censored]s. I spoke with tania, who was rude and uncaring, insinuating that i was not that intelligence because i didn't set up the account correctly, so i received the $25 credit card charge and did not receive the full $30 credit.

                                  I asked if we could return everything and start over and she stated emphatically that costco would not take the devises back and she would not provide any help.

                                  I feel disrespected at best and out of $5 as well. Please help.

                                    First I got battery issue I went to service centre. But they are saying no technicians to repair the watch. After that I went today for. Needle issue in watch they saying same story that technician not there to repair the watch. I went to a local shop and he repaired my watch in 10 minutes

                                      I have purchase Fastrack NK 3039SL02 from showroom of Lucknow and within 30 days its strap got crack .when I went to the service centre employees over there were telling that strap is not kept under guarantee. why should I pay for this kind of material which is getting cracked within one month. it is worst company for me I will never buy this product in my future and please take possible actions against this thank you

                                        I have booked through fast track app from my location to chennai airport on 09/11/19 at 11.15 p. M. I booked at early noon on the same day and i got confirmation message too. Till evening i didnt get the drivers number then i called them and ask about the status they said we cant check the online booking through phone call and your booking is confirmed driving will call you before 10 mins of pick up. I waited until 10.45 and i called costumer care and they were simply saying no cab is there around your location like.
                                        Then i talked them very politely and explained to my situation its not possible to book by other cab now and i have many luggage with my family they repeatedly said we will arrange you sedan that too after 40 mins. After very long conversation they agreed to send a suv after 20 mins and they cut the call.

                                        Then again after 15 mins they called and said only sedan is available no suv, again started arguing and finally they said they will arrange some other vehicle at least around 11.30 i got a call from a driving and speaking very rude and saying he may reach my location after 40 mins more. Really i got frustated too much and finally decided to quit arguement with them and i cut the call

                                        I arranged some other local cab at that mid night and reached airport at the neck of moment and finally get inn.

                                        My strong advise to all really dont book with this fast track at any cost if you have an emergency they wont worry about your personal commitments,

                                        I can give negative 5 star for their services.

                                        Worst attitude people working and they are not transferring calls to higher officials as well.
                                        I brought dis glass on January 2019 just used for three times.. Now the glass screw s missing and all the screws were in loss your service center which s in royapuram branch telling tat it will not cover with warranty.. The glass worth s 2455 this s your quality product?? And good service centre responsibility.. I will never buy yo product..
