I bought a FT smartband through fastrack website, order ID-67145 on 5th Oct 2018 and delivered to me on 7th Oct 2018, . since then it was working fine but on 21st eve it stopped showing anything, I thought might be battery drained out. so plug in for recharge but display showed no indicator. I tried again several times but invain then I register complaint on phone and mail also.. first of all they responded very late after my initiation to revert back and when they connect me to technical team they suggest me to visit nearest service centre, there they again tried same thing i.e. recharge the battery and after 30 min they said its not working, so either submit to us we will send to the company and will take 15-20 days minimum. I didn't deposited yet.

Fastrack Watch Which I purchased two year ago not working since the date of purchase and I complaint about this five times at the store where I purchase it but no response there. the store keeper set it fives but the main problem not resolve yet. the watch stop after two or three days when i purchase it.

    Dear team,

    please find herewith attached *credit note cum tax invoice*. I had
    purchased at fastrack sun-glass from fc road store on 2nd october 2018 to
    gift on my brothers birthday which was on 6th oct 2018.

    and somehow my brother does not like which product i brought. So we
    visited store on 7th oct 2018 to buy another sun-glass. The product which
    we like was not available in box pack (New piece). We requested store
    keeper / supervisor to bring a new piece. He assured us that he has ordered
    the product and will be arranged in couple of days.

    we visited after two days on 10th oct 2018 but it was not available. Again
    i requested him to make it available since i was travelling all along from
    other suburban city (Almost 57 kms). Again he promised and requested me to
    come by same weekend i. E. On 14th oct 2018.

    i visited on 14th oct 2018 but the product which they had received was
    faulty/broken. So they told me that they will call me once they receive
    another product, but today is 24th oct 2018 and i am still awaiting for
    their call.

    i don't know why they are making false commitments if they are not able to
    fulfill customer requirement. When i inquired more about product delivery,
    they informed me that we have this piece (Broken/faulty), you can take this
    otherwise we don't know when fresh piece will be delivered/available at our
    store.

    i request you to involve someone into this since i am frustrated to follow
    up with them. Or please share concerned person's no. To me so that i can
    take this matter with him.

    please provide me escalation matrix to escalate this matter.

    each time getting different promises from different person.

    I have bought a Fastrack 3110sba model watch 2 year back from nearby shop, but its key fell down 3 times within this period.First time company replaced the watch, but again the same issue on that watch also.

      I had order a men wrist watch (Fastrack 3039sm02ck metal analog men's watch (Dial color: black, strap color: white,) on 16 oct 2018 through www.snapdeal.com with offer price rs 702/- only (As in attachment).

      Today on date 20 oct 2018, i have received the ordered watch but it is looking totally duplicate or copied.

      I am not satisfied at all with the product and want to take suitable action against such fraudulent.

      So please look into the matter and tell me what should i do.

        Sir i have purchased fastrack reflex 2.0 watch from titan showroom at jodhpur. I was trying to connect it with my phone but it was not working. Than i contacted on customer care no. Where i was informed that this watch not works with samsung a9 pro and c9 pro. So i go to the shopkeeper and tell him to take back watch and refund me my money but he refuse. Please note that at the time of sale nobody told us that this watch not works with a9 pro and c9pro. Now for me watch has no worth. This was wastage of money for me. Please do something for me otherwise i have to go to the consumer court.
        The back panel of my watch just came out automatically and not getting fixed in any ways.the watch costs around 3200 INR. What is the use of buying such expensive and branded thing which is of no use in 5-6 months of purchase??

          Sir mene fastrack reflex watch purchase ki and 0hone se connect krne ki try ki nahi hui. Customer care ko call karne par pata chala ki ye watch a9 pro and c9 pro k saath compatible nahi hai unse connect nahi hoti. Ab is watch ka mere liye koi use nahi. Jaha se purchase ki vo return nahi le rha. Sale k time batana chahiye na ki in phones me nahi chalti watch. For me now this is wastage of money.
          I received a broken Fastrack watch from Snapdeal but I request for a refund they refused to do it and they are using your brand name with sending customers low quality watches. Kindly take necessary action on them.

          This watch pin is always going to remove and it is not water resistent always water is going inside the watch .im feeling very sad about this worst watch .i think this is the worst making company i think .
          I Purchase Fastrack Reflex in August, now its not working properly and its battery drains in a day.

            I have purchased a fastrack watch 2 months back from a nearby shop. Now when i faced some issue and i took it to the titan service center, they said its a duplicate one. Now what action can i take against the shopkeeper or fastrack company will take as we buy your products based on the goodwill and brand value and the company should ensure there should be no duplicity in the market.

            I can share the address of the store and i need you to take action against the shopkeeper as there are numerous fastrack watches in the store which i am sure are all duplicates.

              I am a fastrack metal strap watch user since 3yrs.The fastrack product doesn't worth the money.The analog time set is good, but the other external case, strap and all are totally useless.I had totally two watches and the coating on the watch goes off within 6months of purchase.Even though we wipe and handle it after sweat, the coating gets off completely.The company provides 1 yr guarantee, and once we can claim warrenty which takes more than a month to get fixed.After warranty if we want to fix it, it costs nearly 2000rs.Nearing the ending period of warranty, the watch again turns useless and completely waste.But with some hidden clause the company says that it gives warranty for 2 yrs which doesn't include back case for analog metal strap watch.The product can only be used for a year with that too 1 month in service centre.I am ready to give the feedback directly at [protected].They stand safe with a condition that the coating goes due to mishandling.But both of my fastrack watch have the same problem.

              5 month old fastrack watch stopped repeatedly... after giving this to service center.. it can't any help, after receiving this from the service center the next day it will stopped again... it is my humble request from the fastrack company... plz exchange this defective product with a new one...

                Hi i perches one product of fastrack from amazon but its currently stop working and it is in warranty period but one of fastrack service center had refuse to repair this watch. And told me that this product was duplicate so what i should do now next. Amozon said that this was not our issue this is fastrack watch company service center issue and fastrack company said that its seller issue. So both putting ball in each other side but refuse to repaire or rre[place this product so what i should do. Plase help me

                your service center agent was not provide proper service to customer if we not buying product from their own shop .
                Hi Steve Sir I purses one fastrack watch from amazon. but after few days back its stop to working.then i was showing this watch to one of your fastrack service center in pune and they checked my watch and told me that this watch was duplicate and first copy and they refuse to repair this watch. i must told them you can give me handwritten not regarding this issue so that, i communicate with amazon.in, regarding this watch but they refuse to provide any note/letter to me regarding this watch.this is main concern so without getting this letter or note how i will prove to the amazon to this product was duplicate so sir please help me what i should do now next.

                  I booked a tata hexa xe car from puneet automobiles pvt ltd parao varanasi by giving a booking amount of rs 3.48 lakh in two parts after that there was no response shown from the dealer to me... But after a month or more when i reach to a showroom and ask for a car then they told me they have done rto of my car when i ask for my money return and i refuse to take a car then they return my half money which is rs 2.28 lakhs and rest of my money which is rs 120 lakh i told them that i'm ready to take accesories from the dealer for my rest of the money but still they are not showing any interest towards my issue and they almost pass 1 or more month but no result came yet... I kindly request u to take some fast track action towards my case

                    customer care they disconnect call and tell its not working day... Wherein

                    shows clearly that fastback is doing malpractice in its business by keeping
                    peoples money.

                      I have purchased a fastrack backpack from a retailer recently.in that product the sib is not attached properly. The attachment of runner on the sib is not in a good condition. It came out from the attachement easily. I have lost one of the runner with in a single use, because of the probelem. So i am requesting you to give me a spare of runner for the product or make it correct. I have attached the photos below.

                        My name is sunnulal from kerala .I would purchased a fasttrack watch from Amazon online site on 23/09/18.I received the product on 08/09/18. I used on 09/09/18 only few hours I seeing the strap of watch is broken without any external force.i already contact Amazon and titan customer care. Amazon said no replacement only refund the product. I want the same product bcz it's a gift for my wedding anniversary.
                        I already contact titan Kollam showroom they would be said no warranty.
                        Sir wat I do...Plz help me

                          I had bought this watch recently and it stopped working in a day n half... Am really very upset... Coz i have been using fastrack since yrs and have been recommending too... But this is the first time i am facing a problem... Am really very upset... I reached the near by showroom but they couldn't da anything about it coz i had purchased it in amazon... Neither could they do anything about it... And my 2500 is a waste... Am really sad about this... Please fastrack do something about this...

                            I had paired my watch with my phone. After some days, i had updated reflex app, after that i saw a new option that is firmware update. While updating i closed in middle o[censored]pdate. After that the watch is not responding. Now i opened the app and it is responding that band is not connected. After that, i charged it also but it is not responding. What should i do now.

                                I want to say that one item i. E fastrack watch is purchased from snapdeal on 23 july 2018. Its order id is [protected] and watch number is fastrack ng-3039sm01c metal analog.

                                Sir this watch i want to return because of duplicacy. When i visit fastrack store for minimise of chain then he told me i can't do because it is duplicate, then i told him i will pay extra for same but he denying and again he told me sir on watch no and serial number is not mention like other watch and i told him that please give me in written then he also denying and titan shop is located in ratu road, ranchi jharkhand. Shop is not entertaining with customer and when i visited titan shop, they told me this watch is not purchased by my shop then how can i give you written that this watch is duplicate so please tell me where i have to go?

                                After this several mail send by me at snapdeal and titan but didn't got any good response from his side. Titan also not entertain with me so please tell what should i do?
                                You are my last person for contacting for same.

                                So i request to you please return this item and credit my money. If you can't do then replace my item and give me original at same rupees and same model. Other wise if you will not support me then i will go consumer farm for further process.

                                  I want to say that one item i. E fastrack watch is purchased from snapdeal on 23 july 2018. Its order id is [protected] and watch number is fastrack ng-3039sm01c metal analog.

                                  Sir this watch i want to return because of duplicacy. When i visit fastrack store for minimise of chain then he told me i can't do because it is duplicate, then i told him i will pay extra for same but he denying and again he told me sir on watch no and serial number is not mention like other watch and i told him that please give me in written then he also denying and titan shop is located in ratu road, ranchi jharkhand. Shop is not entertaining with customer and when i visited titan shop, they told me this watch is not purchased by my shop then how can i give you written that this watch is duplicate so please tell me where i have to go?

                                  After this several mail send by me at snapdeal and titan but didn't got any good response from his side. Titan also not entertain with me so please tell what should i do?
                                  You are my last person for contacting for same.

                                  So i request to you please return this item and credit my money. If you can't do then replace my item and give me original at same rupees and same model. Other wise if you will not support me then i will go consumer farm for further process.

                                    I had brought a sun glasses in specsmart vidyaranyapura. That was a defective product. So when i went and asked for a replacement they charged me 50%. I feel this is injustice. So as per my knowledge i feel they should have given replacement
                                    .. I have paid 50% of the money and also they didn't return my old specs. They didn't provide service uto the mark to my expectation.
                                    I have lost my fastrack watch's bill and guarantee card but the retailer is not providing me the dublicate bill so i kindly request you to do something witch is possible... As i am your reputed and regular costomer

                                      I s. Raghuraman reporter (Retd) the hindu, have traveled 14 hrs package on august 24. But driver drawn rs.500 for fuel. But he has not returned till today. I have settled full amount of rs.3383. My complaint id no.28235 dt.28.8. The driver seems to be brahmin hatred and made sarcastic comments degrading the community. Direct all drivers not to talk about religion, caste or politics while travelling. It irritates the smooth travelling. Also direct drivers not to collect any money for fuel. If so, let them give receipt to claim the amount. Or make facility to send the collected amount to your office.

                                        Titan showroom nadiad branch gujarat i visit 10 days ago i select this products then price rs.2770 particular model price are so high after evening i search this product in titan fast track website price are 1655 i confused next day visit the showroom you chet me this product company price is 1655 you borrowing 2770 why you are change the watches tag and loot me
