I bought a Titan Fastrack Watch. It has a warantee period of 2 years. The wrist watch stopped performing before one year from purchase. I gave the watch for repairing at the company's servicing centre. They fix it. But the same problem occured again. They again fix it. For the third time, it has stopped working again. Do I have to go to the servicing centre again and again? What are the things that can be done. I don't want to carry on with this headahce of going there again and again. Please help.

    This is a complaint regarding the products that are sold in Wills Lifestyle.
    I had bought a Fastrack watch from them just 15 days back and that watch is not working properly.

    I person buys branded products so that he/she would not have to rush to the shops every now and then for complaining.

    I suppose these mall people buy the stuffs which are not up to the mark or is not functioning well, from the branded company and sell those fro their outlets.

    Please stop doing that and sell only genuine stuffs please and maintain repo in the market.

      I have purchsed fast track glasses(m-024-BR-08) of Rs.1595 from westside mumbai. I live at bhavnagar, gujarat, india. Glasses broke from its joint within the warranty period. I have given to the titan show room B.G.Electronics, Bhavnarar, Gujarat. After one month they tell to buy new glass and take discount of Rs.685 for this new glass.
      Now pl look into the matter and do the needful.
      This is my second complaint to you

        dear sir,
        i was presented with a titan fastrack womens watch (9648PFA), few months back.Now the black strap is broken. I enquired with few watch shops in kerala. they told me that spare strap is not available in market.some shop keepers even told me to go and ask TITAN!!!. I would like to know whether the strap alone can be replaced?
        Where can i get it?

        Hope all is well. No offense, but the person posted his query in 2008, and you are replying to him 5 years later, in 2013.

        By the way, I came here to ask TITAN WORLD regarding the same problem. I have been looking for the strap for last 4 years. Titan Showroom's persons say I have to forget about this watch. FASTRACK 9648PFA. I have to give this watch (with broken strap ) back to Titan and have to deposit some money (like 75-80% of new watch's cost) and I would get a new watch in place of this watch. Well I would like to tell you here that I am not giving this watch back, its not our fault that this watch model has been discontinued by fastrack. this watch's strap is not available anywhere and now this watch is useless without its unique strap.

        and also I have written to Titan Customer Care for many times but never got a single reply. so Disappointing. Thats why I have stopped purchasing Fastrack/Titan's watches and also stopped recommending to my friends.

        Please contact me only if you have strap (Black/white/pink/any color) for Fastrack 9648PFA.

        My problem is not resolved till now. If the person is not replying, doesn't mean her problem is resolved. I could not reply as I was occupied with some work. I have contacted your customer care. They are saying they are not sure whether the problem would be solved or not as the model has been discontinued. Again, how it is my fault that watch model has been discontinued.
        Please arrange for the strap, infact as the strap is prone to breakage with normal delicate use, please arrange for atleast 5 straps for me.

        Hope all is well. Please dont send same message again. Your customer care team has contacted me, a person from that team asked me when could I submit my watch (which is now, more of a dial only) to Titan's service centre and then after 7-10 working days, they will tell me what to do with the watch. I didnt understand why I had to submit the watch when you can't even assure that I would be getting strap for the watch or not?

        Please be informed I didn't submit the watch earlier in 2012 when I requested for a new strap from Titan for this watch. So now too, I am not going to submit the watch.

        I would like you to provide me answers to the following questions:

        Please tell me whether I can get strap for the watch as it has unique strap which is not availble loose in market. its customised strap is prone to breakage, so I would like to get 5-7 straps for it, in case the straps would be made available by you.

          i had purchased a sunglass of fast track of price near to 1500/- which was having a warrenty of 1yr, but after purchase with in 3 months its glass was shades of diff colours and its vision was very poor, i had purchased it from my in laws place at rourkela, i had to go there for change it was replaced in 2 months, the replaced one was also same and i had send it to my father in law of replacement but the shop people says they will not replace it now but its purchase is within a year, i thing if the warrenty is valid it should be replaced, if the same is not replaced i wish to bring to the notice of the Fast Track People that i m forced to move to Consumer Forum.
          in view of the above i request you to take serious action.

          I have purchased Fast track glasses of 1595 Rs.(M-024-br-08)from bombay for my wife and it is saperated from one of its joint within warranty period. I live at Bhavnagar Gujarat. so i have given glass at Tital/Fast track show room name B.G.electronics, Bhavnagar.           Pl advice me what to do because i want to make it repaired or new glasses and i am given only 685 instead of 1595Rs. My customer service voucher no. is 564 dated 15-11-08 for your kind consideration.

          I need to change the glasses of fasttack sunglasses..can I do that ..frame will be the same...
          I have purchased fasttack sunglasses from Ahmedabad, CG Road Titan eye before 3 years. Now the glasses quality is detoriated...I need to changes the glasses only frame remain s the same...guys at the same shop have not much idea... Plz help

            on 2nd May 2008, i have registred a complaint in Fastrack for service of my CAR Maruti 800 the no is HR51-P-4427 at gurgaon, and received a SMS from fastrack for my complaint no-118928 for service. but no service has not been given by Fastrack . my customer service no in fastrack is 044418 issued on 25/3/2008.

            I am fed up about the services of fastrack help line they have cheeted me. please do something my mobile no [protected].

            My name is Mohit Dua livng in Ashok Nagar. we attempt his contect no given 41657999, [protected], [protected] all are no are not rechable & not responce . i tired for make him contect from last 4 days (from[protected] to till date they have not even any responce.
            They take money before hand and do not give service also.

            I strongly feel this company should be shut down and I need to compensated agianst the distress that I have gonnne through.

            Some action against company is need to be taken at the earliest.

            I want to launch complinat against these fasttack car help line. if fast track helpine guys read this compleind plz make a call to Mohit Dua [protected], [protected]
