i had purchased a sunglass of fast track of price near to 1500/- which was having a warrenty of 1yr, but after purchase with in 3 months its glass was shades of diff colours and its vision was very poor, i had purchased it from my in laws place at rourkela, i had to go there for change it was replaced in 2 months, the replaced one was also same and i had send it to my father in law of replacement but the shop people says they will not replace it now but its purchase is within a year, i thing if the warrenty is valid it should be replaced, if the same is not replaced i wish to bring to the notice of the Fast Track People that i m forced to move to Consumer Forum.
in view of the above i request you to take serious action.

Hope all is well. No offense, but the person posted his query in 2008, and you are replying to him 5 years later, in 2013.
By the way, I came here to ask TITAN WORLD regarding the same problem. I have been looking for the strap for last 4 years. Titan Showroom's persons say I have to forget about this watch. FASTRACK 9648PFA. I have to give this watch (with broken strap ) back to Titan and have to deposit some money (like 75-80% of new watch's cost) and I would get a new watch in place of this watch. Well I would like to tell you here that I am not giving this watch back, its not our fault that this watch model has been discontinued by fastrack. this watch's strap is not available anywhere and now this watch is useless without its unique strap.
and also I have written to Titan Customer Care for many times but never got a single reply. so Disappointing. Thats why I have stopped purchasing Fastrack/Titan's watches and also stopped recommending to my friends.
Please contact me only if you have strap (Black/white/pink/any color) for Fastrack 9648PFA.
