Hello Team,

Issue - Placed an order for 2 Fastrack smartwatches last week - dint receive the products yet but the status of the order is delivered. Also received delivered emails and messages.

After multiple follow ups writing this email requesting for refund. Am not getting proper response from the team.

I lost hope and I don't have time to continuously followup on the below issue of order being...

I got the watch as a gift from our department, i dont have a invoice or warranty card.. its not charging at all. I tried connecting it to my laptop as well to charge it, but nothings is working. Please give me a solution to this. Its just been a month i have received it...

I want to return my fastrack reflex play + watch that I bought yesterday from store for my friend's birthday . But somehow she didn't like it.
Now if I return, the store says no.
It is unused and sealed and under warranty.

I would like to return it.

Very worst. cutomer care representative tell one amont. but after trip always over charging message, this is happing for all trips. After trip, I have called customer care regarding this. they have just put the call on hold long time. I have fight with driver for over charging. but fast track representative does not care about by putting my call on hold...

I bought a fastrack watch on 28 Feburary 2023, from Titan store from our local market which my parents doesn't like.
Now I want to return it and get my money refunded without buying something else because I don't want to. How can I get my money back? The watch is in exact same condition as bought not even a single time used....

HI i stay in Cayman Islands and I bought fastack smart watch on my trip to India.I was not able to start it as I never received any otp because counyry code mentioned in the site is not correct. I boxed it back. I opened it today to charge it and found that it is not even charging now. The watch is still under warranty but as I stay outside the country I cannot even return it.
It just a month ago since I bought it and its such a disappointment....
