I'm surya and I had reflex beat watch and I had got a lots of issues with its strap. I has been broken and also is not replaceable by new band because the watch is undetectable from the strap.. So right now I don't what to do. I to get a replaced strap.

Hii fastrack my watch is fastrack fs1 revolt smart watch, i wear my watch everyday one day suddenly my accident has happened in the accident my watch display is rugged and deep scratches are on there then i go the fastrack service centre and they said that your watch is in warranty but we can’t cover the damage display in warranty and i feel so bad but i said it’s okayy but i wanna repair my watch’s display so how much do i spend then the fastrack employee said you have to pay same amount of money when you buy your watch and also said that use roughly and broke the watch and buy a new one. “Fastrack” please help me to get fix my watch display!!

I have purchased a watch on 23 may 2023 worth rs 2195 having water resistant of 50m. The condition specified for the 50m water resistant is that it is suitable for wear during rain and even for swimming but after two days during washing hand water entered in it when I contact store they said we can't do anything.

We had planned a trip to Kodaikanal
The booking for the vehicle for done one week prior. We were given a time of 11 o clock for puck up but the company made us wait till 12:30 by telling 10 mins
And when we qere fed up by waiting, he told we dont have a vehicle.
Thats the most unprofessional disrespectful service that i have ever received

I have online(Amazon.in) purchased one smartwatch Fastrack Reflex play + on 13/02/2023. The ticket is of my complaint is TKT-[[protected]].The product was damaged due to manufacturing defect the display is not working and regarding this i complained to the company CUSTOMER CARE and i have sent all the relevant data needed to claim the warranty on 05/05/2023. And the technical team has said they will.no reply any mail.

Please my humble request please solve issue

I have purchased one smartwatch Fastrack revolt fs1 on 22/03/2023. And the order id is #OD[protected]. The ticket is of my complaint is TKT-[protected].The product was damaged due to manufacturing defect the display is not working and regarding this i complained to the company CUSTOMER CARE and i have sent all the relavent data needed to claim the warranty on 09/05/2023. And the technical team has said they will update regarding this within 24hrs. no response from your side. And again i called to the CUSTOMER CARE and they again said will make an arrangement with the relavent team within 24 hours. Waited for 24hours no response. This is happening from 10th may and every day im calling to your CUSTOMER CARE and they are saying everyday 24hrs. Is your company policy like this like 24hours means 24 days ?
Because from past 2 week im struggling with claim my warranty. They are saying ### reasons which is not valid . They have to update us clearly. Remember if there no CUSTOMER no all big zeroes. I need a proper update regarding this . I have all the call recordings with me . If i didn't get any update i will legally move. Because its not a fault from my side . You have to learn from other companies how they are handling CUSTOMERs.
So i kindly requesting you to make an update regarding my issue. I[censored] want i will attach all the call recordings of the communication with CUSTOMER CARE team .

Issue - Placed an order for 2 Fastrack smartwatches last week - dint receive the products yet but the status of the order is delivered. Also received delivered emails and messages.

After multiple follow ups writing this email requesting for refund. Am not getting proper response from the team.

I lost hope and I don't have time to continuously followup on the below issue of order being not delivered.

Could you please initiate the refund of Rs.4990 which I spent on this order. This being my hard earned money I don't want to stress further for the products which are not being delivered and faked as delivered. Not sure where it went wrong.

I got the watch as a gift from our department, i dont have a invoice or warranty card.. its not charging at all. I tried connecting it to my laptop as well to charge it, but nothings is working. Please give me a solution to this. Its just been a month i have received it

The Fastrack Women's Animal Printed Multi-Color Dial Analogue Watch was purchased on date: 08 March 2023 thorough online mode. The watch if of rose Gold Color and is now the color fads and the belt part has been now with silver color with a very bed look. Also it has been stated that the the watch is used very smoothly and has not been in any us desirable in contact.

Hi this is Nithin I bought this watch Fastrack reflex play plus in kukatpally Hyderabad store I used one time only when iam comming to USA right now when I plug the charging it shows blinking display I have worst experience with this watch

I purchased two articles one is fastrack baga and one fastrack wallet from lifestyle store situated in pacific mall in subhash nagar new delhi-110064 may be on 12 or 13 february 2023. It was expected that this is a renowned brand so the quality must be very good but unfortnately the quality of bag is very very poor. I can share the photos also and i am really feeling pathetic and embarssed after using such bag. pls do resolve my issue. i can share the payment slip everything
