Fastrack digital watch swd90059pp06 band damaged

I have a fast-track watch from February 2nd week worth ₹ 4700/- and now it has a lot of problem with the chain of that company

Dear sir, I have purchased Fastrack reflex 3 three months back but it is not working and not getting pair with mobile and showing a circle made of two clock wise arrow and a triangle in middle of circle on its screen. So you are requested to resolve our issues or replace my watch.

My watch comes with water resistant garantee. But it is not. Kindly solve my problem

In my watch it is writtten that it is water resistant but water has went inside my watch during small rain

On dtd 20.04.2022 I, bought a Fastrack Google's model no -P420GR1V from Santosh watches at purulia town. after few days I have doubts about its quality and whether it's original or not.on dtd 25.05.22 when I try to wearing it it's make a broken sound then I removed it and checked and found that it's broken.I have a big experience and faith with Fastrack quality.
So my request to Fastrack official kindly did a enquiry whether the shopkeeper selling original product or not and if the quality is original then how can it's broken within a month at the time of wearing it. If I am not wrong then it's companies responsibility for full replacement.

Sir my band is continuously vibrating . vibrating is not stop .and rest function is not working.only time is displayed.

This is the second time when I purchase Fastrack handbag and it’s highly disappointing when you face the same issue again. And the issue is their leather start peeling off. I faced the same issue 5 years ago and this time again the same issue. I bought this bag for my sister she was coming from Canada as a gift. She used it twice or thrice and we noticed that it’s leather started coming out from the edges which was very embarrassing for me. I don’t understand what’s wrong with their leather material. They have very good name then why compromising with the quality????

65/- was debited from my paytm wallet.On 16/5/2022 recieved messege stating that an amount of Rs.175/- was debited from my Paytm wallet again with Rs. 175.0 for vehicle class mismatch/incorrect toll fare dispute raised by toll plaza. This dispute was for my FASTag toll transaction 0010032205031649244372 on on 03 May 2022, 04:48 PM at Athur Toll Plaza against my vehicle = TN05CD7078.
Kindly look in to this and credit the amount in my Paytm account as early as possible.

I have a purchased fastrack eyeglasses from vision hub Kota just a month ago.
The frame got cracks within a month of purchase and got broke. When I tried to contact the representative of the shop he had not responded to my problem satisfactorily. Despite the Brand identity and recognition for it's hard and durable frames, the frame got broke within one month. Kindly solve my issue at the earliest and get back to me as soon as possible.

On 19th Apr, i purchased a watch in world of Titan store, vanasthali puram - 500070.
It's not even 20days crossed my watch is color faded.
When I contact store they r neglecting my complaint and not issuing warantee.. please issue warantee and fix my issue.

On 30th March 2022 and they promise to deliver by 2nd April 2022 through express delivery mode but I didn't received a product on mentioned date. After couple of times follow up with Fastrack customer care and created ticket request TKT-[protected] for delivering the product. They delivered the product on 5th April and I received the colour fade defect product for 4995 rupees which is not met my expectation and I called the Fastrack on the same date within 15 minutes after receiving the product to ask for exchange it and they mention exchange is not possible will raise the request for return the product but they mention their system is not updated as delivered and it will take 24 hrs to update in the system and they request call me next day to raise the return request but I told them I will not be available after 11th April and I request them to pick up the product before 11th April and they mention will arrange the pickup before 11th April and they created one more ticket request for my concern on the same day TKT-[protected] from the day of 5th April I'm following up with the Fastrack team to pick the defect product and daily calling and informing them that I will not be available after 11th April but they keep on saying system is not update. I request the team to share the fastrack address to deliver product from my end before moving out of town but they didn't respond it. Till 11th April they didn't arrange or process from their end to pick the product. I called them again on 11th April but they mention from their side it's an expectional scenario will try to arrange pickup from alternative location where I'm traveling so I shared the alternative location address too but they didn't progress on that and keep on following up the team and they mention will come up with possible resolution on 9th April and ask me to wait 24 working hrs and today they dropped me a mail stating that can't able to pickup the product from alternative location. I can't able to accept the defect product and their response is not giving me a possible resolution. Please help me to solve the problem as earliest.

My watch strap is broken

Sir I ordered a Fastrack watch model number NN38048PP01 from Amazon on 27-10-21 and it was delivered on 04-11-21.Since the watch claims to be water resistant but it got water inside on the very first day since then I haven't used it till now. The watch has 24 months warranty on manufacturing defects, so I want my watch to be replaced or repaired. Below are the pics of invoice and warranty card of watch please help me out.
