I purchased two articles one is fastrack baga and one fastrack wallet from lifestyle store situated in pacific mall in subhash nagar new delhi-110064 may be on 12 or 13 february 2023. It was expected that this is a renowned brand so the quality must be very good but unfortnately the quality of bag is very very poor. I can share the photos also and i am really feeling pathetic and embarssed after using such bag. pls do resolve my issue. i can share the payment slip everything

      Hi,

      I want to return my fastrack reflex play + watch that I bought yesterday from store for my friend's birthday . But somehow she didn't like it.
      Now if I return, the store says no.
      It is unused and sealed and under warranty.

      I would like to return it.

      Could you please help me out.

              Very worst. cutomer care representative tell one amont. but after trip always over charging message, this is happing for all trips. After trip, I have called customer care regarding this. they have just put the call on hold long time. I have fight with driver for over charging. but fast track representative does not care about by putting my call on hold

                I bought a fastrack watch on 28 Feburary 2023, from Titan store from our local market which my parents doesn't like.
                Now I want to return it and get my money refunded without buying something else because I don't want to. How can I get my money back? The watch is in exact same condition as bought not even a single time used.

                    description- I had purchase fastrack reflex play watch form croma store, nr BRTS Zundal, chandkheda, Ahmedabad. at croma store while demo it was blinking Fastrack logo on and it was instructed that watch is working, after that is was instructed to charge this watch for and hour, then watch will start. after taking the watch I tried to charging the watch but it was not getting start.

                        HI i stay in Cayman Islands and I bought fastack smart watch on my trip to India.I was not able to start it as I never received any otp because counyry code mentioned in the site is not correct. I boxed it back. I opened it today to charge it and found that it is not even charging now. The watch is still under warranty but as I stay outside the country I cannot even return it.
                        It just a month ago since I bought it and its such a disappointment. I am an ardent fan of titan products but seems the co has lost its credibity. I spent good 10k for such a bad product..

                          I stay in Cayman islands but this time on my visit to India I bought FasTrack smart watch. I was never able to set it up as country code in the FasTrack site is wrong so I never received any otp. I kept it inside for sometime and today thought of charging it but it is now not even charging. It's remained black even after 1 hr in the charging. Nothing happened. The watch is still under warranty but I can not change it nor return it as I m staying outside the country. I will appreciate if someone can help.

                            I have booked a cab for short travel from West to East Tambaram for 5 people in fast track. At that time, they didn't say anything about 6 km travel. But soon driver called and asked all the details including fare which he is supposed to know and rudely said that he is cancelling the booking. Actually we were going for a timely event and was totally disturbed by the ridiculous and ill-mannered driver. Very very poor customer service by fast track. Don't ever go for this fast track call taxi.

                              I am used fastrack watches several years ago.My watch strap was complained and i went to near my service showroom at Trivandrum M.G road and requested to replace of watch strap.Service men told me to now not available this strap.This strap now company was not manufacture and not any idea for this strap in this service availability in future. .Now i am checked internet new watch are available for same model.

                                    I bought fastrack watch model no G1474 in silver polish which is almost 2 years old. I bought this watch because of a good company. This watch was bought for Rs 3500 which was more than enough for me. In a short period of time, the silver color of the back part of the watch started to show the color of brass. Also the dailcase also started rubbing which is not right as such a big company. Because the company has made its dialcase entirely of brass instead of steel, due to which I feel very cheated.
                                    The company should make the product keeping in mind the own image so that the customer is not disturbed. Please change this watch of mine to a steel watch because I bought it thinking it was a steel watch. Made from stainless steel is also written on its backside.
