i had purchased a wallet whose Product Code is 832077 of fastrack company.i had purchased that wallet in january from a shop in vashi navi mumbai.but i started using that wallet from last week and its leather and stitches are coming out.its of very poor quality..so i thought to complaint against it..please solve my complaint as soon as possible.....

Hi,

Happened to book a Fast track last evening. Booked at 1.30pm & the cab was booked for 6.30pm.

Called the driver at 6.30pm to check where he is. he said he had already informed the office that he can't come for the pick up.

This was never told to me. Called the customer care about 10 times no proper reply, but they cut the calls.

Reached home on my own at 7.30pm &...

i have ordered two fastrack bags on shop.fastrack.in/ worth Rs. 2180/-
but instead of two bags i receive only one bag.. and the bag color also different.
i have received invoice for two bags...
when i contact to the customer care there are not response properly..
what can i do now........

I bought a watch on 11/02/2012 which had a strap problem . I gave the watch for repair on 21/02/2012. But got the same watch in the same condition without any service done to it . I did wait for 1.5 months for the small strap change.

I was called by the driver at 11.10 am and I told him that I've booked for only at 12.15pm. that means

A booking call was registered to have a TATA INDICA on 15.03.2012 to Pick up from Chetpet Guest House at 05.00 AM on 16.03.2012 and drop him at Chennai Central Railway Station to catch the train at 06.00 AM .

SIR I HAD BOUGHT A FASTRACK WATCH IN SEPTEMBER 2011 AND WATCH STOPPED WORKING IN JANUARY 2012 . I HAD GIVEN IT TO DEALER BUT HE HAD NOT PAID A BETTER SERVICE AND TILL NOW THE WATCH DON'T SHOW CORRECT TIME. I IS NEEDED TO BE SET AFTER A ROUGH DURATION OF THREE HOURS . On February 12, 2012 we had booked for call taxi service at around 9.30pm for the next day early morning at 6.30. We received a confirmation SMS with the booking code - 2155 stating that the cab would be available at 6.15am. As we had used this call taxi's services many times, we did not suspect anything wrong until 6.30am, Feb 13, 2012.

This is with regards to the adamancy of the fast track cal taxi at Chennai Airport.
I stay at Kolathur.
Kolathur - Airport (Chennai) - Rs 345/- including Rs.30 waiting charges.
Airport(Chennai) - Airport - Rs.750/-----
For the same routes how, they charges more than double rates. I kindly request concerned authorities to take action against this.

I have bought fastrack watch on 29/7/11 worth Rs. 995. discount was available at that time so paid price was 795. before 3-4 months it has stopped running. I visited Fastrack service center. they kept it for 5-6 days and said it has machinery problem. after 15-10 days again it stopped working. I dont have time to visit service center again n again. did not expect this kind of service from Fastrack....
