    avinash, i buyed watch at world of titan it is a fast rack product, and the strap of the watch is damaged within 3 months and it has 11/2 year warrenty

      I didnt receive my ordered product yet but i received shipment details has received someone name Rekha who is unknown to me.

      Pls give back my money or dispatch my order to me only.

      This is really frustrating that waiting for 2 weeks for my order and getting shipment details even if i didnt receive it.

      I wanted to escalate this to high priority , I didnt know that such a well known brand fastrack will deliver to a wrong person.

      Pls look into this to whom the product was delivered and which product was delivered.

        Hi All,
        On June 2012 booked a calltaxi to go to chennai egmore station. The train at departs at 7.30 pm and so we booked the taxi to report at 6.00pm but till 6.15 no one reported. when we called the drivers no which they provided he did not attend the call. at 6.30 pm he attended and said very irresponsibly that he was in some other customers house and he also added that the call taxi booking officer has booked two customers for a single driver. we got irritated and got an auto and in a hurry burry we reached the station exactly at 7.30 pm to our amazement train was 15 min late that day so we were able to board the train.

        When we informed this issue to the customer care dept their response was very bad. so we decided never to book a fasttrack call taxi and we also suggest the same to our friends, neighbours and colleagues.

          Booked a taxi to go to chennai central to catch a 10:00 PM train, Booked the taxi in the morning 10:00 AM & was promised that the taxi would arrive by 08:30 PM for pickup. Taxi never came after several calls. If there is a company award which is an example of poor service it has to go to Fast Track Call Taxi.
          There is no words to describe This FastTrack [censored]s guys..

          I too had a very very bad experience with Fasttrack...Time at which cab was suppose to come(7:00pm) to pick me, my sister(Got discharged from hospital) and my mother from MMM-hospital to Nanganuller... Driver had reached the place at 7:40pm. We got into the Cab and after some time we asked him to switch-on the AC as my sister just got dischared from hospital. The driver switched on and after some time he simply stopped the car some where in the middle of the way and said there is some problem with the car (Time was 8:15PM)... Then we call FastTrack and asking for cab and also explained them the current suitation. They said they will send one more car in 10-20 mins...we waited for 10-15 mins and did not receive any message or call. Then again we gave a call and asked for the updates...they said they will send and before i asked for the car details ..they disconnected my call(Time was 9:30pm)...Even driver started acting too smart..he said car cannot move and then later when we started shouting at him...he took as to the destination but we payed 150/- extra...There is no problem with the car but cab-driver simply acted too smart to get extra money and we reached our home at 10:15pm...

          Here is the cab-number...please be aware of this car while booking the cab

          I had never seen such an irresponsible Vendor(FastTrack) and an Irresponsible, reckless driver.

            i have purchased the fastrack watches at online shop fastrack.in with model no Basics - Model No: N2298SL04 black strip ,when it reached home the watch color is different and model also different. please take the complaint and recovery the watch as soon as possible

                I am sharing my very bad experience with Fast Track call taxi,Chennai.

                We booked Innova on 1st June 2012 at 8 am for our to and fro trip from Pallavaram to Nanganallur at 5 PM for my son's engagement.We are 7 people including 2 children.Our booking no is 5162 and customer representative confirmed the trip.At 4 pm, we received a message about driver contact details.At 4.45 PM driver called us and informed that he received two trip instructions one to Mambalam and other is to Nanganallur (for us) and he is attending Mambalam trip.Immediately we contacted customer care and they gave another driver's (Driver Name: Ganesan) number.We contacted him and he informed that he is already attending trip to airport.We then contacted customer care and informed our situation.The representative promised that he will look into the situation.But they are neither arranged an alternative taxi nor kind enough to call us and inform.
                This is second time I am facing this mis communication problem with fast track.I could not reach the destination on time and faced lot of hurdles reaching there.I would like to alert people who is planning to book Fast Track taxi.
                I have two questions for the authorities of Fast Track call taxi.
                1. If they are not able to arrange trip,why didn't they inform us before time so that we could have find an alternative?
                2.Fast Track is boasting about having highest number of cabs in chennai.They are not kind enough to arrange alternate cab after we explained our situation?

                  We booked two tavera in fast track before one day for our colleague reception,we got the confirmation message, even i also call them and confirm. They said its confirm only and send confirmation message. But at Last min they canceled my Booking due to unavailable of vehicle. no alternative is Done. At last min we get any vehicle and we are not able to attend the reception.

                  This too bad service from Fast track....


                  It Last min we face more problem....Really Fast track very worst service....

                  Don't Go for Fast track in case of any emergency

                    Dear Sir/Ma'am,
                    I bought this fastrack wrist watch in Sept. 2008. Its unique strap has broken in Jan. 2012. I have enquired several Titan shops in Delhi. All of them have different answers. Some of them say that there is no solution for the broken strap, the wrist watch is a waste now. Some of them have told me that the repair would cost Rs. 1000 while I had bought it for Rs. 850. And some of them has suggested me to contact Titan directly. I request you to please find a solution to my problem as I really love this watch. If possible, kindly forward my complaint to the Titan World.

                      I booked a Call Taxi on 13the May at noon around 2 pm for thee car requirement to report at Palavakkam at 8 pm. They had taken thee booking and gave me thee booking number 9906. At 7 pm when i called to get thee driver details, theey said theey will call me in 5 minutes and in 2 minutes theey had sent a message saying YOUR BOOKING HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO HEAVY ADVANCE BOOKING.

                      I would request your intervention on this please.

                        I have booked a call taxi from fast track chennai in the morning around 9 am on 07 May 2012 to pick up at santhosha puram chennai and drop at chennai central station. I have asked for tata tavera vehicle at 8.45pm.
                        my booking No was 6203, since I have not got any message till 8pm about the driver and vehicle I rang up fast track, the telephone operator told me that the vehicle will come in time. I waited till 8.30 pm and not received any information about the vehicle, again I rang up fast track, some other operation telephone replied that no vehicle can be provided at the time asked for, may get delayed by an hour or so, we have to catch a train for Mumbai, I had to run around for a transport at that eleventh hour, it never happened with fast track first bitter experience, management has to pull up their staff.

                            Hi,

                            Happened to book a Fast track last evening. Booked at 1.30pm & the cab was booked for 6.30pm.

                            Called the driver at 6.30pm to check where he is. he said he had already informed the office that he can't come for the pick up.

                            This was never told to me. Called the customer care about 10 times no proper reply, but they cut the calls.

                            Reached home on my own at 7.30pm & the driver calls me, i jus disconnected.

                            Next minute i get an sms" CAB CANCELLED AS CALL DISCONNECTED".

                            Had the same issue couple of times.

                            Guys, PLS DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. THEY ARE FRAUDS & NO QUALITY AT ALL.

                            My booking number is 4801 dt.04.06.2012.

                            I booked taxi today at 7.40am to pick up a lady and a child coming from Coimbatore by intercity express at Perambur railway station at 1.30pm and to Ambattur O.T. by my son Mahesh Kumar, mobile#[protected].

                            At 1.00pm there is call from office that no taxi is available near Perambur and it will be available only at 2.30pm.

                            Since I am your regular customer I contacted your office from my mobile from my office at 1.20pm and I got the same answer and asked me to contact the customer care#[protected].

                            By this time the train arrived at perambur and poor lady and a kin were stranded at the station under the hot sun.

                            At 1.30pm I contacted your customer care and he was helpless and he can only pass on the complaint to his manager and I wanted to know the ph# of the manager but he refused provide number stating that he is not authorized to give the ph# to anybody. I asked him to give the same in writing through SMS to go to consumer court and there again he said he is not authorized to send SMS. I am wondering what the hell the customer care people are doing sitting throughout the day in the office.

                            I am really surprised and shocked to get such atrocious treatment from such a reputed and well organised organisation like Fast Track.

                              i have ordered two fastrack bags on shop.fastrack.in/ worth Rs. 2180/-
                              but instead of two bags i receive only one bag.. and the bag color also different.
                              i have received invoice for two bags...
                              when i contact to the customer care there are not response properly..
                              what can i do now.....
                              I have ordered the watch of worth rupees 1300 from the shop.fastrack.in site on 15-jun-2012,
                              but Still i didnt get the watch.
                              now it is more than 20 days .

                                I bought a watch on 11/02/2012 which had a strap problem . I gave the watch for repair on 21/02/2012. But got the same watch in the same condition without any service done to it . I did wait for 1.5 months for the small strap change.

                                I purchased Fast-rack watch from Watch world Kharghar on 10.02.2011 vide bill no. 2065, Model 3031SM its bezel ring got removed within a month. I gave it to Watch world shop on 13.03.2011. They have sent to Titan service center at Vashi, Navi Mumbai on 17.03.2011 vide CAF No. 328. Approximate delivery due date was 30.03.2011. Today it is 19.04.2011 neither Watch shop nor service center responds. They say we do not know how much time it takes. They are very causal.                                   16/3/12.
                                  Chennai.
                                  Today I've called fast track at 11.00am and booked taxi to pick me up at 12.15 noon
                                  ,Adyar and drop to kelambakkam. The booking No is 6238.
                                  I was called by the driver at 11.10 am and I told him that I've booked for only at 12.15pm. that means
                                  an hour after. Then I went to buy some medicine in Adyar, As the traffic is heavy I cant reach the destination
                                  (ambika appalam depot, Adyar) So I called the taxi to pick me up near the medical shop, shastri nager 1st main,which will take only 5 minutes to reach, but he refused that he doesn't know ponnusamy hotel and
                                  he can wait at ambika appalam depot. Then he called me frequently yelling at me why its taking so much time.

                                  Then when he came to pick me up, he again yelled and used violent language with so much anger
                                  .
                                  I dont know who can do this in any other profession. I'm travelling alone and I can't react at that moment.
                                  I was in the taxi at 12.41pm and it was only 25 minutes late and I don't know why he was yelling at me even he
                                  charged Rs 121 when I got into the taxi. I think that was waiting charge and it was really too much for 25 minutes.
                                  Finally I paid Rs 460 .

                                  All I have to ask is how could somebody shouting at me for no reason.
                                  He was shouting from the beginning and
                                  several times actually not at all my fault. I was very much upset and din't even make my purchase which I really wanted a taxi
                                  to carry,,otherwise I could have taken the public transport. So please make it clear for those annoying taxi drivers.

                                    This is the complaint lodged with fast track call taxi

                                    A booking call was registered to have a TATA INDICA on 15.03.2012 to Pick up from Chetpet Guest House at 05.00 AM on 16.03.2012 and drop him at Chennai Central Railway Station to catch the train at 06.00 AM .

                                    The call was booked with Registration No. 640 and the confirmation details indicating the vehicle No. etc were received in the mobile number . As per the message , the vehicle was supposed to have reported at 04.45 AM on 16.03.2012.

                                    But to our surprise and shock , the vehicle has not reported and there was no proper response from your office for our repeated calls. They could neither confirm the availability of the vehicle nor the contact details of the driver. It made us to toil for more than 45 minutes to understand the irresponsible and negligence attitude of your services and finally he was forced to book an auto and reach the station at the last minute. This has created a lot of tension and anxiety not only to the Guest but also to the Guest House officials.


                                    We are not sure whether you are aware that their customer service call no. 24732020 is always put on hold on all Sundays with a repeated and continuous message “ THE LINE IS BUSY WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS AND PLEASE WAIT” . This wait normally never ends. Instead the message could be altered as the “Services today are not available” which it would at least help us in avoiding repeated calls that end only in negative replies but not known to us till we complete at least five to six attempts & wasting the telephone calls.

                                    I really came across the same situation where I booked the cab at 8:00 PM in night for a cab which they said it will be arriving by 9:30 PM. I waited till 9:30 and called them back and they gave a response saying that no cabs are available in that area. The customer person also said that they will be arranging the can in another 20 mins. After 5 minutes I received a message from them saying that my booking is cancelled.

                                    Irresponsibility service and speaking lies to the customer. It was 9:45 when I received my cancellation notice and I have to reach my home which is at Old washermenpet from Guindy.

                                    They dont even care talking to the customer and the way they responded is very rude.

                                      SIR I HAD BOUGHT A FASTRACK WATCH IN SEPTEMBER 2011 AND WATCH STOPPED WORKING IN JANUARY 2012 .                                       I have purchased a fastrack watch and it's bracelet breaks thrice within three months.
                                      i have submitted my watch to the dealer but it has been 3 weeks and didn't got my watch back.....
                                      everytime they keep on saying next week next week and so on........

                                      My fastrack digital watch had gone dead.I had got it repaired 4 times.Last time i got it repaired on[protected], but it had again gone dead on[protected].I am very angry about this.My watch serial no. is 4053PP01.
                                      this is the 5 th time i m giving my watch for service within the 1 and half year today i i went to service centre again and tell them about the complaint and their behaviour to a customer is very bad and they dont know how to treat a customer
                                      . at that time they serviced my watch when i get home its not working again the service is very bad and they dnt know how to talk to a customer

                                      I have bought fast track, studded watch, 1 year back, now 1 stud on the dial of the watch is lost,
                                      I have given then for repairing but it came back by company, saying stud is not available.Now my watch is of no use,
                                      I cannot wear that watch anymore as without stud it looks ugly.
                                      I ordered fastrack hip hop watch worth Rs.1444 and it has white strap within just one day its turned colorless and dirty.I did not accept such bad quality from your brand highly disappointed with the quality you have provided

                                      i bought my sunglasses 3 months bk. suddenly my glasses got crack without any mishandling of them it is one of the manufacturing defect. so kindly replcae them or fix my problem

                                        On February 12, 2012 we had booked for call taxi service at around 9.30pm for the next day early morning at 6.30. We received a confirmation SMS with the booking code - 2155 stating that the cab would be available at 6.15am. As we had used this call taxi's services many times, we did not suspect anything wrong until 6.30am, Feb 13, 2012.

                                        We did not receive any call from the driver and to our astonishment and disappointment, we received a SMS at 6.10 am, Feb 13, 2012 (just before few mins we were assigned a taxi) stating "Sorry Ur Booking is Cancelled 06:08 - 13/12/2012 Reason - SIR YOUR BOOKING HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO HEAVY ADVANCE BOOKING FOR QUERIES CALL [protected]."

                                        We were supposed to reach our place by 8am as we had an important appointment. Due to this negligent behaviour from the company towards a customer's booking, we are still caught at the other end. This is totally unacceptable and irresponsible from the company, who claim themselves to be leading taxi services.

                                        My question is how can the company personnel accept a booking from a customer, if there were too many advance bookings at that given time?
                                        Is it not important to stand up to the commitment given by the company?
                                        Who would take up the responsibility for the missed appointment or lost deal due to this negligence?

                                        This is a serious issue and a customer should not be taken for granted by any company.

                                        Please do the needful about this complaint.
