Hi,
I have bought fast track watch model no 3066KL02, around 25th of May 2012. I am a fast track fan hence I have two fast track goggles and second wrist watch I bought, which was very new model and I bought it on the spot.
It has special design like black color iron strip on top of model case which gives terrific look to the watch.
But unfortunately on third day the one of the screw got missing.
So I have question here that is this case of mishandling????
I don’t think so, because after spending that much amount on lovely watch I would mishandle and purposefully I would remove that screw. And I was in the office same day, so after seeing the screw is missing I could not remove watch and put it pocket as safe, hence I was wearing it. In mean while it rubbed with my shirt and that iron strip got bend a little bit and it lost its shape and twisted.
Next day I went to the service center of Fast track address mentioned bellow.

They saw it twisted and refused to take a watch initially. They said you have to change the entire case and it is clear case of mishandling. I told them again and again how can I remove the screw by mishandling the watch? They said we don’t have even the screw for this watch. And it will take minimum six months for the screw to come in service center (wt…f). I requested them that I cannot wear this as it will be twisted again if it brushes with something else. Then they put some another screw and fix it. But the black iron classy strip is still not in shape and they said it will never get fixed now. I did not have any choice but accept it. I came back home frustrated and with feeling of cheated by fast track…
First phase of the story ended there…….
One fine day morning (date: 23rd July) I was wearing my watch, by mistake watch fallen from my wrist height of my hand which is hardly 3 feet. And guess what, the minute or hour hand moved upwards and second hand (ticking hand) stuck with minute hand. The watch cannot give a time now it stopped working. With no option I again went to the service center (on 29th July). They told me we will call you back on next day. I waited for entire week no one called me. I went again today and they said it has been thrown from 10 floor story again case of mishandling. They were throwing other fast track watches from 6-7 feet and saying see all watch does work even if it is thrown from that height. So its proved that you have thrown with force (again wt…f). What an engineering mind they use to fool us. I told them that, these watches works and I trust fast track that’s why I bought this, and my poor model does not work. So what else I should do???????????? They accepted finally and sending it to the company and I have to wait for more than one month with no guarantee, If they somehow prove that case of mishandling then I have to pay for the repairing cost as they did previously.
I have not worn my watch even 10 straight days continuously and on top of that headache with this service center guys. I really doubt that I got the duplicate model in the name of fast track. As of now I have submitted the watch sent to the company as they say. Can you please pay close attention to it and figure out what is wrong in that model, as getting screw out of 4th day of purchase it is also a big defect. And as it went to the company can you please fix that iron strip, as service center guys are not ready to take ownership. I have attached image and bill I got from the service center.
