dear sir,

I am Jinoy from Kerala. My friend gifted one fastrack watch on dec 2011 to me. but within 6 months watch gets damaged, colour is totally changed and strap is damaged. i return this watch to my friend because she having warrenty card. she return back to the same shop on november 2012 before one year warrenty peroid. after 2 months the shop owner return back that watch to my friend and it is in same condition, he said it cant changed.

So please Look into this matter

    I Had recently recently purchase goggles for my mother and the next day found that they are faulty and now he is saying blaming us for the faulty piece and it was not properly handled by us. I request fastrack to replace the faulty piece.

      Hi,

      I have ordered a Sun glass worth Rs.970 from shop.fastrack.in .. My order no is[protected]. I have not received my Sun glass yet. I have not even got any status of the order like courier's name , or courier's status. When I call the customer Support no. [protected]. They asked me to send a mail to [protected]@fastrack.co.in. The mail delivery to this address failed. Let me know when I am going to receive my sun glasses. Please provide me my order status.

      Shop.Fastrack.In — Product is not delivered on time

      I have ordered the watch of worth rupees 1300 from the shop.fastrack.in site on 15-jun-2012,
      but Still i didnt get the watch.
      Today is 6th july ,now it is more than 20 days .

        Dear Sir,

        I would like to bring the today incident for the improvement of your service.

        Today, I have booked the call taxi for my Koyembedu to Perungudi at 7.20 AM.
        The booking person told that the taxi will come within 5 -10 minutes.
        Got the confirmation SMS @ 7.24.

        After 20 minutes of waiting I called again for the clarification.
        They gave the driver [protected] and call directly for the available time.
        After repeated calls to that number in vein, I called the [protected] again for the assistance.
        No proper reply.

        At 8.07 I got a call from [protected] informing, he is a driver and he is calling from Ambattur.
        I told him, I am waiting for almost 1 hour and enquired how much time it will take to reach.
        He told may be 30 -40 minutes due to present traffic.
        I told him not to come, and called the Chennai Taxi for a cab. Got it in 20 minutes.

        At 8.43 a person called from [protected] and enquired about the booking.
        Got the SMS @ 8.45 stating the reason for the cancellation as “guest need veh immed….”
        I can’t understand what that means.

          Irresponsible behaviour of Fast track call taxi...Booked a service on 26-Jan-2013 at 8.30 pm for a pickup on 27-Jan-2013 at 8.00am. Booking ID is 1645. I called to confirm the booking status on 7.00 am at 27-Jan and made calls to them for almost 8 times...there is no proper response and everyone saying as vehicle will be coming soon...especially a customer service executive named Mr.Suresh lethargically speaking as the vehicle will come soon and also gave a complaint number [protected]...i spoke to a person called Mr.Sasi in the complaint cell...Again a lethargic reply as we are not in a position to send vehicle now, if needed you can book vehicle in some other call taxi...at 8.30 am...This is how fastrack is losing thier customers and other call taxi servers as NTL, Bharathi are gaining customers...

          My concern is, if they are not able to send us vehicle on proper time, why the hell are they registering a booking and CHEATING customers at cheap rate...

          Please dont continue this cheap rate fake promises for the sake of just earning...

          Fast Track — irresponsible

          today i have need urgently go from my place w.kk nagar to kolathur, so i have called to fast track on 7.00pm and i said i need call taxi on 9.30pm, they booked a taxi , they gave booking no 5546, but didn't send a taxi, i called up again on 9.15 and 6 more time, they should not give responsible answer

              Respected Sir,
              myself Sana Salim Shaikh,age 23 yrs old hav bought watch of fastrack from Devi Times,kohinoor arcade ,shop no-8,opp.Nigdi bus stop,Pradhikaran,Nigdi-44,of cost 1600/- on dated 21/09/2012.
              due to its working problem i hav submitted it to again on that shop on 24/11/2012.
              That shop owner assured me that i vl get repaired watch within 15days.and that watch is in worranty period.
              But till now i havn't got that watch.almost 40 days passed away.
              atmost 5-6 times i have visited that shop and he is saying that problem is from executive officer.
              that means the person who is collecting watches from our area to company for repair.
              So,kindly requesting you to consider my complaint

                Hi,
                I purchased a Fastrack watch on August 2012 in HOSUR, tamilnadu. After a week span of time, the connectivity between dial and stap went off and because of that watch glass broke down. I brought this watch to service center in HOSUR and those guys accepted it as manufacturing fault and repaired the glass and connectivity. Then again it broke down within 2 or 3 days. i repaired it in chennai. Then again it broke down, for the third time i repaired in Bangalore. Again it broke down, i repaired in chennai.
                Then I gave a complaint to Fastrack center. They said that they will send a guy to my office to get watch and inspect for replacement. But two weeks over. I still did not get any call. And the guy named Ramesh in Fastrack is not picking the call. Still My watch is not ready.

                Fastrack/Watch — Poor response and Poor quality

                I purchased a watch on the 1st of Oct2011 from on the leading shop (PR&SON), I found the watch not working on the second day, when i took the watch to stores for a replacement , poor response was given and the same was confirmed that the problem was fixed in 2 minutes time....
                the same problem started after 10 minutes.....
                is that the quality of a branded watch which you produce????????????

                i used feel proud when i used 2 wear ua fastrack watch :) :) but nw :( :( :( :( blood is bleeding on my hand with that same fastrack watch :( :( :( freinds are laughing at the quality of this fame watch :) got over 1 n half years :) but under side of my watch has becum sharpen as equal to saw :( :( :( this is because of bad quality :( :( :( but i stil hope u il surely find the solution to this by changing the dial :) :) so that my laughing freinds feel proud with ua custmer care :)( :) waiting ...

                  I HAVE PURCHASED ONE FASTRACK WATCH MODEL NO NC9827PP07 ON 16/ 12/12 FROM RAJANI ENTERPRISES, VASCO DA GAMA. GOA.

                  THE NEEDLE OF SECONDS CAME OUT INSIDE THE WATCH, AFTER FEW DAYS.
                  ON CONTACTING THE ABOVE DEALER THEY ARE REFUSING TO REPLACE THE WATCH WHICH IS UNDER GUARANTEE ..

                  I am Arul.G a loyal customer of Fast Track brand from a long time. I used to purchase fast track watches from Anna Nagar show room and i am happy with the way they handle customers and their service in case of any issues regarding their products.

                  Unfortunately, with same belief i bought fast track wrist watch worth Rs.4600/- from P.ORR & SONS (P) LTD., vignesh plaza, .6a, salai road, thillai nagar, trichy - 620018. While selling the product, the sales person was very pleasing and he happily explained about the company's service, product's one year guarantee period etc to satisfy us.But the wrist watch which I bought had manufacturing defect, that is, left pin was not properly fitting in to the dial and so it fell down resulting in glass breakage.

                  Hence, I visited P.ORR & SONS (P) LTD., again (vignesh plaza, .6a, salai road, thillai nagar, trichy - 620018 which is 60 kms from my home) to complain about this defect but had bitter experience with the same sales person this time. He was not at all willing to listen to any of my complaints and to my surprise, he also stated that for any complaint received from the customer it will take atleast two months to get response( not solution). With intervention of other staff in the show room, they accepted my complaint on 06.08.2014 and assured best of service within a month.

                  Now, Iam getting calls to collect my watch without resolving any complaint stating nothing can be done due to non availability of spares.

                  I) If the company does not have spares, y do they make products and give us guarantee?

                  II) If they can't resolve the issues as per their SLA, Why they have written SLA?

                  III) From above case, its explicit that customer complaint redressal procedure is not available when the watch was sold by retailers.

                  IV) I want to know whether service from
                  P.ORR & SONS (P) LTD., vignesh plaza, .6a, salai road, thillai nagar, trichy - 620018 is poor (i.e.selling defective products to customers) or the brand fast track is not supporting the retailers.

                  I need your attention to this mail immediately and my request to you is to solve my complaint and give back my wrist watch or suitable replacement.

                  After this complaint again the watch sent to chennai for service.

                  Dear Sir/ Madam, I am very sorry to inform you
                  that I am really got frustrated with the attitude of your company
                  towards the customer. I lodged a complaint on 31st December, 2014 and I
                  was told that within two working days someone will call me. Today is 8th
                  January and till date nobody bothered to call me back. My complaint No.
                  is 727711I purchased a lady's watch on 9/2/2014 (Model Number
                  NB9734SL03). Within few days, it developed some problem and watch was
                  not running. I contacted the dealer (M/s Sidhivinayak Corporation,
                  Guwahati, Assam). They took the watch back and supposed to send the
                  watch to company service station for repair. The repair note said that
                  it was battery problem (ridiculous- a watch has battery problem within
                  one month that too Fastrack watch!!). They supposed to change battery.
                  The watch again started showing problem from July, 2014 (It stops when
                  it is worn and runs when it is kept on the table -was it a table
                  watch?). As my daughter stays in Hisar, Haryana in a residential school)
                  I could not give the watch to the dealer again. I have given the watch
                  to the dealer on 30th December. The dealer asked me to give complaint
                  through your telephone. The same was done but no response. Please tell me, should I go to consumer court for your company's attitude?I shall wait for a fortnight only after that I lodge formal complaint in the consumer court.

                    i brought a fastrack watch Model- FastrackEssentials Nb6013Sm01-C943 Silver/Black Analog Watch on 9 Jun 2012 from Ibex at sahakar nagar, pune, which is not working properly,
                    i gave the watch for repair "twice" and still i dint get my watch back..
                    no response to calls made by agent as well as owner of shop...
                    i m frustrated...i had waited for more than 5 month for a small problem...n still dint get it back...
                    i am requesting to reissue me fresh model for the same....

                    Fastrack Watch — manfacturing deffect

                    We had bought fasttrack watch model no 30111TL from there autorised dealer M/S Golden Times, 4 Red Cross Market , G.T. road Jalandhar City-1 against retail invoice 4169 dated 11 mar 2009, we have faced problem last month. due to manfacturing fault the dial ring had open laid down suddnely i have seen it and picked. i had visited the above said dealer they said i will repaired the same but i had told them i had purchased branded watch(Fast Track) in Rs. 3000. from company autorised dealer not in local market so i want to replaced it.

                    So it is request to you kindly replaced or refund my money.

                      I had purchased fastrack watch model no. 6014SCA on 15 th October 2012 from Pune Central Mall, Behind Garware college nr S M Joshi Bridge, Pune central mall charged excess price of watch. actual price of this watch is Rs 1294/- after 20% discount price is Rs 1036/- but Pune central mall charged me 1895 /- which is excess 90% of the actual cost. the fastrack marketing executive confessed the wrong charge. but while going to ask the clarification of this pune central manager said i am unable to refund the amount. so i decided to launch the complaint against pune central mall. so please assist me how to launch a complaint against pune central mall. I appeal to all people be careful while purchasing any product from mall. I had sencond time bad experience about pune central mall & also big bazar. so people don't purchase any object from pune central , big bazar, food bazar etc. .....

                        a pair of fast track sunglasses was purchased on 1st week of july, 2012 from Salt Lake Big Bazaar Outlet, Kolkata. One of the glasses became loose and needed repair for whcih it was taken to the World of Titan, Gariahaat outlet, kolkata on[protected]. The pair was given for repair along with the case/cover as well as the guarantee card. While returning the same pair after repair on[protected] the service cente people denied to return back the case of the sunglasses as well the guarrantee card, saying that during repair the case and the guarrantee card was not given. Please do the needful.

                          This Consultancy will give fake offers mentioning that it is a good and popular company but really it is a man power supply. They will give fake pay cycle mentioned in offer letters. They will get amount from gulf contries and send poor INDIANS to work as a slaves.

                            This was my first experience buying something from infibeam,i bought fastrack wallet,on site appeared to be in beige color but got brown one,asked them to replace,no response.first and last worst experience.

                              I booked a taxi with Fast track one fine morning around 10:00 AM for a taxi pickup at evening 06:00 PM to Chennai central. I had very little knowledge at that time that the Fast Track guys are going to make us end the day horribly.

                              Immediately after the booking I got the due sms acknowledgement from the taxi guys confirming the booking along with the pickup time.

                              Till 05:30 I didn't get the cab and the driver details. So I called around 05:30 to check if the cab will arrive by 06:00 PM.

                              I was asked to wait for sometime while they find the status. After sometime I got a answer that no one would want to hear at the eleventh hour. The call center lady told me casually that we don't have any available taxi currently and asked me to find alternative way for the travel.

                              I got terrified and asked the lady to put me onto the in-charge and she transferred the call to another person. The person who introduced himself as Karthik, customer relationship manager, told very cooly the following sentences

                              "We don't have taxis currently to allocate against the bookings. So leave this instance and the booking. Find some other way for the travel."

                              I asked him about the following
                              1) Whether he knows how this will affect us - like missing the train (for me) or flights (for some others).
                              2) Why the taxi guys didn't inform us in advance that they cant send the taxi.

                              Karthik (CRM) maintained his coolness and told all the bookings with them are either for train or for flights. He also told he would not be able to send the taxis to all the bookings today due to shortage. He further told that they wont be able to call them and inform the status as the bookings are huge.

                              Finally I had to run around in the last minute to arrange for a cab.

                              I was quite appalled about the don't care attitude of the Fast track fellows.What should have been considered very important is taken very very lightly. This clearly shows how they treat their bookings and the people and their business who depend upon these guys for their travel. God save the people who are relying on Fast Track for their important travels.

                                i brought a fastrack watch N6027SM01 on 20/9/11 from just in time at jangali maharaj road pune,which had a strap problem,
                                i gave the watch for repair on 14/7/12..
                                today is 21/8/12still i dint get my watch back..hafazard answerz are given by the shopkeeper...no response to calls made at fastrack service center...i m frustrated...i had waited for more than a month for a small strap problem...n still dint get it back...
                                no response/no replacement....
                                vry much pooor service they are having....

                                  fastrack store in lucknow at sahara mall are cheating customers , fastrack has highly untrained and incompetent staff to deal with customer segment to which it proposes to sell its sophisticated brand products

                                  i purchsed a wallet and i was misled by saying it is mens though it was ladies

                                  post returning after three hours of purchase , they outrightly said they cannot exchange as it is sold and later said that it is not in saleable condition
                                  and wrote the same on receipt, upon my repeated requests that it is they who sold ladies wallet as mens they never agreed and rejected
                                  Their customer care is accepting the same and gave me complaint no but they are very impolite and rude

                                  i hate fastrack and its products ...now

                                    I have booked a Fast Track call taxi to have a vacation trip with my family last sunday (04/08/12). We have instructed the driver to reach us by 6 am in the morning. Here are my complaints.

                                    1) The driver reached my home by 6.45 am. Not even apolozied for that.
                                    2) He himself stopped at an restaurant where he will have food at free of cost. He requested us to have the breakfast there.
                                    3) Throughout our journey he was spoken to his friends in his mobile. (some abusive words too, where there are few ladies in our trip, i dont want to explain how they have felt those moments). It has been captured in my Mobile. soon you can see those things in FB & Youtube.
                                    4) My mom is a patient, who stayed at the car when we gone for sightseeing, I asked him to switch on the A/c since it was too hot. He didnt denied and told anything to us. But didnt switch on the A/c and says its Rs.500 / hr. Who the hell he was to decide our plans. I have spent Rs.3000 for this trip. Cant I able to spend Rs.500?
                                    5) He had a dispute with one of the bus driver, and tried to chase to use few abuse words (which he mentioned in the car). Not at all worried about the passanger.
                                    6) While coming back he says about company where you give only Rs.300 as a daily allowance which is not enough for him.

                                      Hi,
                                      I have bought fast track watch model no 3066KL02, around 25th of May 2012. I am a fast track fan hence I have two fast track goggles and second wrist watch I bought, which was very new model and I bought it on the spot.
                                      It has special design like black color iron strip on top of model case which gives terrific look to the watch.

                                      But unfortunately on third day the one of the screw got missing.
                                      So I have question here that is this case of mishandling????
                                      I don’t think so, because after spending that much amount on lovely watch I would mishandle and purposefully I would remove that screw. And I was in the office same day, so after seeing the screw is missing I could not remove watch and put it pocket as safe, hence I was wearing it. In mean while it rubbed with my shirt and that iron strip got bend a little bit and it lost its shape and twisted.
                                      Next day I went to the service center of Fast track address mentioned bellow.
                                      World of titan, Shrihari distributors authorized service center,
                                      Shop no. 127-129, opp. Multiplex, Kalyani Nagar, Pune – 6, Tel : 26608819.
                                      They saw it twisted and refused to take a watch initially. They said you have to change the entire case and it is clear case of mishandling. I told them again and again how can I remove the screw by mishandling the watch? They said we don’t have even the screw for this watch. And it will take minimum six months for the screw to come in service center (wt…f). I requested them that I cannot wear this as it will be twisted again if it brushes with something else. Then they put some another screw and fix it. But the black iron classy strip is still not in shape and they said it will never get fixed now. I did not have any choice but accept it. I came back home frustrated and with feeling of cheated by fast track…
                                      First phase of the story ended there…….
                                      One fine day morning (date: 23rd July) I was wearing my watch, by mistake watch fallen from my wrist height of my hand which is hardly 3 feet. And guess what, the minute or hour hand moved upwards and second hand (ticking hand) stuck with minute hand. The watch cannot give a time now it stopped working. With no option I again went to the service center (on 29th July). They told me we will call you back on next day. I waited for entire week no one called me. I went again today and they said it has been thrown from 10 floor story again case of mishandling. They were throwing other fast track watches from 6-7 feet and saying see all watch does work even if it is thrown from that height. So its proved that you have thrown with force (again wt…f). What an engineering mind they use to fool us. I told them that, these watches works and I trust fast track that’s why I bought this, and my poor model does not work. So what else I should do???????????? They accepted finally and sending it to the company and I have to wait for more than one month with no guarantee, If they somehow prove that case of mishandling then I have to pay for the repairing cost as they did previously.
                                      I have not worn my watch even 10 straight days continuously and on top of that headache with this service center guys. I really doubt that I got the duplicate model in the name of fast track. As of now I have submitted the watch sent to the company as they say. Can you please pay close attention to it and figure out what is wrong in that model, as getting screw out of 4th day of purchase it is also a big defect. And as it went to the company can you please fix that iron strip, as service center guys are not ready to take ownership. I have attached image and bill I got from the service center.

                                      HI,
                                      I purchase a Fasttrack watch Model no.1235SM01 ON 29/07/2010 from SGS Marketing Guwahati, but after a few days the colour faded and sometimes it stops working. Its not even an year but it has stopped working with its crown missing. Its quite an unexpactable product from a brand like Fasttrack. It has disappointed me a lot within the Year with its poor function. One more thing to be noted is the response of the Service Centre which didnot help me out from my problem. According to them my watch will not be repaired under warranty for the faded colour and missing crown. Is the color fading in three months is my fault? At the time of delivary I was told that it will be replaced under warranty if colour fades. But it was not so at the time of servicing. If it is so what the warranty stands for? And now I honestly request you to replace the product immediately. Because I dont have that much time to engage myself in a single issue. Otherwise unwillingly I shall have to go to the Consumer Forum.
