On February 12, 2012 we had booked for call taxi service at around 9.30pm for the next day early morning at 6.30. We received a confirmation SMS with the booking code - 2155 stating that the cab would be available at 6.15am. As we had used this call taxi's services many times, we did not suspect anything wrong until 6.30am, Feb 13, 2012.

We did not receive any call from the driver and to our astonishment and disappointment, we received a SMS at 6.10 am, Feb 13, 2012 (just before few mins we were assigned a taxi) stating "Sorry Ur Booking is Cancelled 06:08 - 13/12/2012 Reason - SIR YOUR BOOKING HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO HEAVY ADVANCE BOOKING FOR QUERIES CALL [protected]."

We were supposed to reach our place by 8am as we had an important appointment. Due to this negligent behaviour from the company towards a customer's booking, we are still caught at the other end. This is totally unacceptable and irresponsible from the company, who claim themselves to be leading taxi services.

My question is how can the company personnel accept a booking from a customer, if there were too many advance bookings at that given time?
Is it not important to stand up to the commitment given by the company?
Who would take up the responsibility for the missed appointment or lost deal due to this negligence?

This is a serious issue and a customer should not be taken for granted by any company.

Please do the needful about this complaint.

    I booked with fast track call taxi and got the tracking number 849 one day in advance on 05/02/2012 for 06/02/2012 to leave at 9.30 am. I received the following message at 9.10 am on 06/02/2012 from the booking office of the call taxi that the booking is cancelled 09.09-06/02/2012-Reason-advance booking is heavy, so vehicle is not available. This is too unfair and reckless part of the services that at the last minute of departing i had to rush up with an auto. Atleast the services would have rang up an hour before, so that i would have made up some other arrangement. This is so disgusting that call taxi in this city is not to the services of the people but they are at their own services.When they are not interested to do such services, why should they do and make unnecessary commotion in routine of people.

    i had booked call taxi at 9.15 am on 23.4.12 W.mambalam to porur my booking no is 5118. iam waiting for a long time still vehicle had not reached so i called at 9.20 am to fast track office they told me that there is no vehicle at present
    so iam very upset bcz they were informed me late . so i had to walk with more luggage & old age people to catch auto .
    this make me very angry irresponsibly job done by the CRO .
    I BOOKED ON LINE TEXI TODEY BUT I HAVE GET NO RESPONSE FROM THAT END AND WHEN I CALLED TO THEM THEY ARE SAYING THAT WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ON LINE PAYMENT. NOW TELL ME WHAT I HAVE TO DO. THE AMMOUNT HAS BEEN ALREADY DEDUCTED FROM MY ICICI BANK ACCOUNT.

      Dear Sir,

      I bought a fastrack bag from Westside, Korum Mall, Thane. Within months o[censored]sing, the bag tore near the handle because of a defective stitching. Though, it is in warranty period, when reported to the store on 4th of Feb, they strongly denied to provide any assistance or help from their side. Please help me on this

        I had purchased 'fastrack watch model No. N1172SM03' from The Watch Store, Big Bazaar, Sarda Mill, Savedi, Ahmednagar - 414003, Mobile: +91 [protected].
        I also had received from the same watch store the 1 year guarantee & 1 year free service. On the next day I found the date system was not functioning properly.
        I went to same store where I had purchased my watch to show them regarding that problem. They told me this is manufacturing defect by fastrack company so, they can't replace that one. when I asked them about solution, they told me they have another watch store called 'Amit Watch' another location of same city they will do repair.

        I repaired that watch of that issue but, my newly bought watch scratched from top & bottom side. I am not happy with this type of services by fastrack distributor.

        I expecting that watch shall be replaced & justice.

          I have booked fast track call taxi on 1st jan 2012 at 11.30....I asked to come at my home on 5.30...Some one has called my mobile at 5.14.... that time my mobile was in my handbag...so the call was cut and it was missed call...within 2 minutes, means at 5.16 i called back that no....it went to fast track services....they said, i didnt pick up the call, so they cancelled the vehicle...i was shocked...i said it was in my handbag..they said, no vehicles around ur area...so we cant send it now....

          finally we took auto and go back..
          Really they are veryyyyyyyy poor poor in customer services...they didnt reply properly...no proper response....
          Really i was depressed n the day one of the year...

          I have booked fast track call taxi on 9th jan 2012 at 03.00pm. my booking number is 10760. I asked to come on 7.00pm and they given one driver mobile number .No vehicle is reported, then i tried (7.00pm) that mobile number they said wrong number. again called fast track office (7.30 pm), they said sorry sir, we will arrange another vehicle you get another vehicle at 8.00pm and they given another driver mobile number .then i tried that number, he told i am engaged another trip i am not able to come, again i tried(8.30 pm) fast track office and inform the status they are simply cut the call. we tried several time to fast track office they asked my booking number and cut the call ...i was waited up to 9.0pm and take auto and go back to home.Really i was depressed on that day .

          Really they are very very very very very very poor poor in customer services...they did n't reply properly...no proper response...

            i hav taken a Watch from THE EXICLUSIVE TITAN SHOWROOM shop no. 29,30,31, dev's aecade , samarth nagar , nashik - 422005 . i hav ordered a clip of my fast track Watch clip from last 2 months model no is 3019SM01 they havent given me any reply .whenever i call there ans is that they have given an order & the order came in between 2/3 days .they dont give me a satisfied answer. so i have 2 registered a complaint agansed the showroom .

              This is with regards to the adamancy of the fast track cal taxi at Chennai Airport.
              I stay at Kolathur.
              Kolathur - Airport (Chennai) - Rs 345/- including Rs.30 waiting charges.
              Airport(Chennai) - Airport - Rs.750/-----
              For the same routes how, they charges more than double rates. I kindly request concerned authorities to take action against this.

              In Bengalooru airport, which is 50 kms away from city, charges only Rs.600 for any pick up or drop.

                I have already bought a Fastrack 749pp03 watch. But neither the shopkeeper nor the company has mentioned that the watch is waterproof or not? What to do? Is there any customer care number for this or you can tell me. Please help me out.
                It is not waterproof . 50 Meter water resistance, See back cover it is written there.

                  I have bought fastrack watch on 29/7/11 worth Rs. 995. discount was available at that time so paid price was 795. before 3-4 months it has stopped running. I visited Fastrack service center. they kept it for 5-6 days and said it has machinery problem. after 15-10 days again it stopped working. I dont have time to visit service center again n again. did not expect this kind of service from Fastrack.

                  Hello Team, My name is Omlan Chowdhury I bought a new Fastrack wrist watch from Tulsi Watch Korba ( Address is Near Mamaji Bakers TP Nagar Korba Chattisgarh on 10/02/2014 after 5 days it stops working that time I was out of station after returning to my town I complaint to dealer that watch is not working, he says that we have to send it to service center that date was 26th Feb. 2014 .Today I again visit the shop but the dealer says that still he have not get the watch . From the date of purchase to till date I have not wear my watch its already 20 days gone .                     I'm totally fed up with the fast track services and support.

                    Booking Number: 1066 Santhome to Velachery 01 Dec booked for tavera for 9 people but I got Innova which couldn't accomodate 9 people. So, this a example for FAST TRACK's service.

                    Booking Number: 2069 Velachery to Chennai Central 03 Dec booked Indica for 12:15pm, the cab driver's number is not reachable even after 12:30pm. No cab arranged till 12:40pm. Alternative cab arranged was in rto tiruvanmiyur @ 12:50pm. How could it reach velachery in 10 minutes?. So, cancelled booking. This is a example for FAST TRACK's punctuality.

                    Is this the special care you give for central drop?

                    Please give me a proper explanation for the above non compliance.

                    Am Chandra Mohan, i too had a worst experience from fast track cab, they are accepting the order & not sending the cab, while calling them they are telling that it got cancelled, it happened to me more than two times.


                    Avoid FAST TRACK CAB during weekend to avoid frustration.

                      I hired a cab (indica) from Fast Track today from Guindy to Medavakkam (15 km). The charges came were higher than what adds up with kilometers showing up in their meter and waiting charges showing up. When I called their complaint number, they could not explain the charges either. Their summation was coming same as mine. The moment that happened, they just stopped explaining and kept repeating only one thing - Sir we have checked all the meters and they are correct. You have to pay whatever comes in meter.

                      FRUSTRATING. No more fast track any more.

                            myself JIGNESH J PATEL, purchased fastrack watch from BASTA WATCH CENTER,SURAT.which one is already given in soft copy.i got this watch in rs.2495 as per given in bill but on titan's fastrack site its original price is rs.2295. so this retailer had taken more 200 rupees higher than its original or onsite price.now i want justice because whenever i called him on phone at that he was said that its your problem and we cant give you cash back.so please take any action give me cash back all money behalf of my watch.

                              I bought a Fastrack bag from Pantaloons on September 22, 2011. Its not even 1 month and the handle of the bag came off. I went to Pantaloons, Kaurgachi. Their executives said we dont cover this in warranty period. I asked them the contact details of the concerned people of Fastrack, who can do something about their defective products. The customer care executive of Pantaloons, Kaurgachi never bothered to give me the details, I asked for.

                                I have perched a fastrack watch 26/07/2008 from kolkata bidhan-nagar road 'world of titan' showroom. they gave me 2 year warranty normally for all problem, and offered me extended year warranty for 3 year for few extra INR, and i got warranty for 5 years. I have warranty till 26/07/2013.
                                Yesterday 28/09/2011 i went there for battery replacement and "DIAL" change. they give me battery but don't give me "DIAL" within warranty profile. they told me u have only "service & battery" within warranty, and i[censored] have need parts for servicing period u have to pay for that. i told there this watch have "50 miter" water resistance. they told me water resistance mean not water proof, and want money for change "DIAL". there i agree because i need that and they check and told we have that dial out of stock.
                                NOW I PRAY TO U PLEASE DO SOME STRONG STEP FOR THIS TYPE MAKING FOOL TO CUSTOMER.

                                HI m Sabnam From Darjeeling .I' ve recently bought a watch from Titan Showroom in Darjeeling near Rink mall, Its just been 5 months, I Had bought in Febuary (8.2 2019) but after keeping away while diswashing and washing clothes, then also the water get inside the watch, this is the 2nd time as i beleive the watch is water resistance,
                                If this used to happen by spending this much of amount, then would've bought the branded watch.And the man over there in Titan Showroom he is also very undisiplined, he don't know how to talk with ladies.
                                i JUST want to request, please take strong step for this type of making fool and doing fraud to the customers.
                                And I would like to suggest people, please don't ever buy fastrack fake watches, especially in darjeeling showroom.

                                  Exchange/proper repair of a Watch

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I purchased a ladies wrist watch(Fast Track) at a titan showrom(Address mentioned below) on 28 Oct 10. It went out of order within 2 months of purchase. I went to service centre, where they told me that it was in warrenty period and will be sent to service centre of the company. It was given back to me after repair after about 25 days. Again it went out of order in the beginning of August 2011. Again it was sent to the company service centre on 5th of August and I got it back on 30 August after being repaired and in non-working condition.It is still in warranty period and even if it is sent to authorised service centre of the company, the defect part is not found or replaced. For approx. 2 months out of the actual utility period of 10 months after purchase, the watch was kept in service centre of the company and without any fruitful result for me.
                                  My Request:
                                  I want the defective watch to be replaced at the earliest & a proper training be given to the guys in the service centre about the repair/replacement of the defect parts, at least during warranty period. another thing, they take a very long time for service or repair, which is not good for authorised service centre of the company.

                                    Respected sir,
                                    I am a loyal customer of fast track watches. i had bought a fast track watch to gift my brother at 20% discount from brand factory , kankaria ahmedabad. some how my brother didnt like the model and also it dosent suits him. so i went there for the replacement, they literally didnt listen any thing and told that they will not replace it.

                                    I am highly dissatisfied with it as the watch became scrap for my brother now. I lost my faith from fast track wactches. I think you are only concentrating on selling not on customer satisfaction. yet i expect a positive reply from you.

                                      I have ordered a fasttrack watch on 16th may. There was a change in address which I mentioned at first. So I informed them through mail and gave new address. But it was never delivered to the new address. On tracking the order it shows that its returned back to consignor. I have mailed them a number of times that I did not receive it and asked for their office address so that I can go and collect it from there. Then I mailed them to return the money atleast if they can't do anything else. But they never reply back. I dont even have their contact number, so that I can talk directly and clear the issue. Also, I have asked them their contact number several times, but again they didn't reply.

                                        I got my fastrack watch on 17th july 2010 as a birthday gft...with model number:1229 sm-01.its over 1year now bt on 12july while getting back from my college my watch nd me got wet in rain,dayaftr 12th july i saw mosture all on the glass of the watch nd made me unable to see the tym...i rushed to the service center,they kept the watch for 5days almost nd gave me back nd said your watch cant resist heavy rain as its nly 30meters resistant.bt the day whn my watch got wet it wasnt raining that hard.yesterday again it was drizling nd my watch again got mostured. please suggest me some way to getrid of this mosture problem permanently.this prblm was something whch i never saw earlier.my watch never got mostured even when its hard raining here nd i am riding my bike putting the watch on.my contact details:[protected]Email:[protected]@yahoo.co.in
                                        hey man the same problem was with me...i also got the fastrack watch before a year of the army collection...and got wet from inside...the watch can't resist the pressure of rain then how would it be able to sustain if i wear during diving or swimming...??
                                        i got the watch serviced once but on the same day when i was riding on bike...the atmosphere was having bit humidity at night time...the glass again caught the moisture from inside...now what should i do??
