Respected sir, I had purchased fastrack wrist watch for my son on his birthday on 31st January 2013. Some defect was noticed on 4th of january 2014. I sent it for repair where I had brought it named- "JUST IN TIME 3, 4, 5 MITTAL CHAMBER J.M. ROAD SHIVAJINAGAR PUNE. I When I enquired then shopkeeper informed me that it was sent for repair to company as he told me on 30th January. About 25 days have been gone watch is still repairs. what is credit of company against customers. Pl. do needful for me. J.N.     Sir, I purchased a fastrack watch from reputed showroom of Gwalior. Its lock got damaged and the materiall which was used in that watch was not good. Its being 45- 50 days that I given the complaint regarding this and no strict action is being taken to repair or replace. you will be shocked to know that I even visited the respective showroom but the owner didn't give positive response. Hence being a regular customer of FASTRACK I don't expect this behavior from the company to its people. Therefore, I hope my complaint would be taken into consideration.

      I HAD PURCHASED A FASTRACK WATCH MODEL 3063SM02 FROM SHOPPERS STOP LTD., MULUND ON 19.03.2013. IT IS QUITE SURPRISING THAT WITHIN THIS SHORT PERIOD, THE STEEL BODY OF THE WATCH HAS BECOME RED. SEEMS POOR QUALITY OF STEEL OR MANUFACTURING DEFECT. THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS ISSUE AS AFTER SPENDING A BIG AMOUNT, THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN AT ALL.         I have a Fastrack watch 9950PP05 SS black worth Rs.1295 whose belt from the pin opens after a while.2 days after purchasing it's belt firstly opened and when I was gone to Titan Fastrack showroom, the service man serviced it .After 1 week, it again opened from the pin belt, then again I go to the showroom, then serviceman said to me that if it continuous then you will have to buy a new frame worth Rs.750. So, I want a better solution because I wore my watch easily, then why it is happened to me, please reply as soon as possible.

          Dear Sir, The e-mail chain below is self-explanatory. It's a case wherein a driver affiliated to Fast Track has cheated me. I do understand that some drivers can be crooks by nature and it is very difficult to control all of them. But what surprises me is Fast Track's approach to customer problems...they just don't care. In my case, till date I have sent them 15 SMS' and 12 e-mails detailing the matter. They are yet to respond. They have got a so called complaint mechanism...a number +[protected] and an e-mail ID [protected]@fasttrackcalltaxi.in, wherein one can lodge complaints. But all these are of no use. There are generally two things which Fast Track generally does on a complaint: 1) They will not respond; OR 2) They will tell the customer that the driver's ID has been blocked...this is a very easy 'escape route' for Fast Track. Would request Consumer Complaints to help. I have also reported this via SMS on your so called complaint number (+[protected] Post sending my first e-mail, I have called your so called complaint number (+[protected] several times, but still no action has been taken from your end. First time when I called, I was told that Fast Track would revert to me shortly. I got no revertal. Then when I called the second time, I was told that my e-mail was not received. I immediately forwarded the e-mail and the executive confirmed to me that he had received it. When I called the third time, I was again told that Fast Track would revert to me. I got no revertal. Fourth time when I called (around 8 days back), your executive told me that the driver's ID has been blocked and that he (the driver) would call me to convince me, and only after I communicate to Fast Track that I have been convinced, will his ID be unblocked. I have yet not got any call from Fast Track or the driver. Today again I called up your so called complaint number (+[protected] exactly at 8:43 A.M. To my surprise, the executive told me that my e-mail hasn't been received and that there is no such complaint on record. And he cut the phone very brashly. The feeling I get now is that Fast Track is trying to protect the fraudulent driver in question. And your executives have been lying to me everytime I called up the so called complaint number (+[protected]. It's a very small matter and this driver would have defrauded many people like the way he defrauded me. But I am going to pursue this. Because this kind of dishonest and corrupt practices should stop. I will still continue to use Fast Track services, because I have come across some very good drivers also and have been extremely satisfied with their services. But for this one case, I will pursue it, because people like this corrupt driver (mobile no. +[protected] should be questioned and brought to book. In case I don't hear from Fast Track by the end of the day today (Wednesday, October 30, 2013), I will go the consumer court, write to consumer portals and also approach the media against this driver. Because somewhere this corruption and dishonesty has to stop. And if Fast Track cannot take action against such fraudulent drivers, you have no right to claim best service and best fares. The trip we intended was from Collectorate Colony (in Aminjikarai) to Mehta Nagar (in Kundrathur) to Metro Star City (in Kundrathur, which is just 2 kms. from Mehta Nagar) and then back to Collectorate Colony (Aminjikarai). I have undertaken similar trips over the past 2 months, and the total no. of kilometres always came to approximately 45 kms. Today, we went to Mehta Nagar (Kundrathur) and Metro Star City (Kundrathur), and on our way back when we reached Pallavaram, I found something fishy and asked the driver as to how many kilometres we had covered. He replied that we had covered 41 kms., which actually meant that we had 16 - 17 kms. more to go to reach Collectorate Colony (Aminjikarai). We got down there itself, because we thought that we could be defrauded of more money if we travelled further. I paid the driver Rs. 664/- (Rs. 650/- for the 40 kms. + Rs. 14/- for additional 1 km.). I did not argue with the driver because I know that such crooks can get dangerous if one argues with them. Actually, we had covered only 27 kms.             I had purchased a Fastrack watch for my 14 year old son om April 13, 2013, bearing the model no NB3022SL02 from Malabar watches, RP mall, Kollam . After four months, the key button broke and I took the watch to the dealer, who sent the watch to service centre Trivandrum, assuring me that the watch would be ready by a month. I was asked to contact by September 21st . I contacted the service centre repeatedlyafter the said date and was informed that it is sent to company for repair and got it back by 22nd October 2013.After bringing it back, it was noticed that the key button was flimsily attached to the watch. The button was lost with in 2 days. It is highly objectionable that a responsible company like Fastrack has cheated the customer so badly.                 Today (19/10/2013) I booked a cab in Fast track pick up @10:30am from santhosapuram but they didn't provide a cab till 10:35am. They gave a driver number who is in Padappai, this place is almost 25km fare away from my place. So driver told he can't come to that place if he come it will take time so he asked me to inform Fast track office to re-arange another cab near by my place. I also informed to them @ 9:30am itself but again and again they gave the same driver number while I calling. Booking Id: 3995. Finally I cancelled my booking itself. Waste of money & time booking in fast track. My personal advice please don't go to fast track.

                  sir, my name is sudheesh, i bought a watch of yours (model no.1235SL08) from "SUDHEER WATCH COMPANY" (Authorized Dealer)perinthalmanna, malappuram (dt), kerala, on 13/10/2012. On 8/10/2013 i noticed that there some rust on the dial of watch, they are like dots. I went to sudheer watch company they checked and say that ' rust is because of water get in to the dail and warranty should not get'. But i can say that there is no chance of water get in to my watch i can assure you that and also watch is 50 m water resistant. I compell the dealer to send back the watch to company and get my warranty. Now they said that 'they will send it to the company and they can't give any surety.                   i am using fastrack watch looking is very good but after using it the rust of the watch got my skin scratch and lost hair their and also small small pox... very bad.. local watches are taking care for prevention of rust but such a big company not able to do so...

                  item quality is poor but price is high... what is this ?? Use brains to serve customers not to theft from them..

                  About my new fastrack watch

                  Dear sir/madam... I bought a fatrack watch 3112SL02 model three days ago.. I used this watch only 2 days.. The colour of the leather strap s faded. And become an old look to my new watch.. So pls take an appropriate action..

                    I had purchased on hand bag worth Rs. 1695 from Fastrack Store, Fatehgunj, Vadodara on 22/04/2013. After a span of four months i noticed defect in the nhand bag and submitted the same to Fastrack store at fatehgunj for replacement. It was confirmed by the store manager that duplicate fresh piece of the same handbag will be provided to me within one week. After one week when i visited the store the manager confirmed that the company has stopped the production of simialr handbag and hence asked to purchase or pick up any other item/handbag available in the store. None of other handbag was of my choice and i asked to return me back my money or get me the same fresh piece of same handbag which i had purchsed. The manager denied and talked to me very rudely and asked to lodge complain at the customer care since in any case they cannot return back the money nor provide fresh piece of same handbag.

                    I dont know whether a company with such a brand name is interested in resolving customer issues or not.
                    I am fed up with this brand and the approach customer relationship team has. Even after lodging complain with consumer forum no result.

                        respected, sir I am ABIN S BIJO . I had bought a fastrack watch 12/11/2013 after 5 months incide the glass fungus is coming . I asked in the shop for cleaning this fungus they says we should not do clean this type

                          Dear Sir/Madam I purched Fasttrack watch Model No.3076SEA form OM Watch company, Borivali West, Mumbai on 05/02/13. In the monsoon I found water droplets in side the glass. I visited Authorized work shop twice at " Word of TITAN" Kukatpally, Hyderabad. But the problem is persists. Details are as 1) Date 10/08/2013 for 3days 2) Date 31/08/2013 for 2weeks 9as they said that they will send this to coampany. what i thought, if the water going in side just becoz of rain out side, it means it is not water resistance at all(as pper specification it is 50mtr).                             Booked Indica CAB, doesnt came in time

                            I booked at morning 11:00 am for evening 7:30 pm to koyambedu bus station

                            They given the booking ID

                            after 7 o clock trying to call 100 times seems to be busy

                            7.25 they gave driver number when i called from other phone

                            driver said hes in other part of the world and he cnnot come and he already informed to fast track

                            they didnt updated in the system

                            all the telecallers are telling the same number and said within 5 minutes cab will come


                            after shouting at 8 o clock they said innova with higher tariff availabe

                            I said for 2 people which i need to pay more for 8 people capacity


                            after that cab never came and i missed my bus to madurai on that day

                            they said they will arrange a cab with in 5 minutes and call back but nothing have come


                            , called over 100 times and no response from telecallers


                            since there is a drizzle in the evening they arranged for better profit i think

                              i have purchased fast track watch model no - 4052pm02 there are both digital and analog in it. when i set both to the correct time after 10 r 12 hours . there will be a 10 to 15 min difference. we get only reasons when we go to fast track show rooms. but no solutions it better we STOP Buying this Fast Track watch's

                              I had purchased a pair of sunglasses for Fastrack Adyar. I had given the same for service on 19.6.2011. They had told me that i would receive it in a month. Now it is 8.10.2011, I staill haven't received it. Whenever I call the response I get is "We will contact you in two days", that call NEVER arrives.
                              I really think they should do something, there is NO way that I would reccomend this place.

                              3 years back purchased this watch(model model 4052pm02), recently i have visited your store in Kormangala (near Sapna book house) for replacing the battery.

                              I don't know either the service guy know how to replace it or not. When i got my watch back, it was broken(which connects the body and chain). That was around 7 PM, so luckly I have seen the moment how he was doing. that service engineer was arguing with me that he has not done in that way. Now I am not able to use that watch, he has taken back telling the he will get it ready. earlier he asked for one day time for this, it was not done properly still it was broken. Now he asked for 1 week time.

                              Could you please tell me how i can go further on this because fault is done by that service engineer.

                              Hi Steve,

                              Still issue is not resolved, I am fed up with that service engineer as he argues more. Got call from Mr. Ramesh Murali (Sales Manager) on 11th November. He assured that he will speak with the that engineer and that owner of that franchise, still waiting for the updates. Tried to reach Ramesh but didn't any response.

                              In the mean time visited one of the fast track showroom in Kathriguppe. They suggested that now this model is stopped so if we sent this watch to back to company for disclaimation(sorry i don't remember the word) after checking you will get a new voucher after debiting 30% of the amout (10% for each year as i bought that watch 3 years).

                              So thought for 2 days and went back to them and they requested me to visit the service center(in the same building). Once i reached their i got information from the engineer amount will debit 20% per year and you may get the voucher after debiting 60% of the amount. Radicolus RIGHT... no idea why every one is playing with customer here... At the same time i tried to reach Ramesh Murali but no response.

                              so Steve could you please tell me what can be done on this..

                              Correct me if i am wrong, if any product is stopped then atleast the accessories or parts needs to be supported by the company for next five years for that product right.

                              I got call from Ramesh on 25th Nov stating he will get 35% for the depression on this. And he didn't give any update till Dec 11th. I got call from the titan care stating they got the strap for the watch and i need to pay Rs 900/- for that or you will get 50% of depression. At the same time I tried the reach Ramesh he was telling that he forgot on this and assured to call back in 1-2 days. At the same time he is telling that whatever he told earlier that was for titan watches not for fastrack. This case was raised on Fastrack watch then how he is giving false assurance. THIS SHOWS HE IS ALSO PLAYING WITH THE CUSTOMER GIVING FALSE STATEMENTs. So whole TRUST or HOPES IS LOST ON YOU GUYS and ON FASTRACK also.

                              Now I need to think on this, as it almost more than 3 months over. Hope this will be my last try.

                              Fastrack — Stay away from this company

                              I had bought a fastrack watch on[protected].Now it got some complaint and consult a titan showroom.They said it will cost 600 for repairing.I said it has 5 months more guarantee, but they did'nt said anything.What will i do with this?

                                I purchased a watch from fastrack thane Naupada just after 2 days the machine was stopped so I took the watch to the showroom and they said to give it for servicing I did so and just after 2 days the key of the watch broken so the guy who serviced my watch in titan had done wrong with my watch and now in just 20 days I have given my watch for servicing twice and I asked them to replace my watch they said thats not possible because this is a machine andso it can have problems but dear admin if a branded watch has so many problems then a China watch is much better than fastrack Please revert me back my watch is still in titan care as they said me to keep watch 15 more days the worst part is that this fastrack guys says to give watch for servicing in titan care Just pieced off with this This is my number [protected] Email I'd :- [protected]@gmail.com

                                  Around 7pm it started when I told the driver to go a way. He replied that his car is new he can't drive. I insisted to go. He started to murmur in bad language. Then I called customer care and complaint his behaviour. They told me to call complaint center. After seeing me complaining the driver told me he ll fulfill what I want and took me into the dark area (tidel park left. Near polytechnic college). As the car turned left from main road I opened the door and jumped out of car. Police was standing nearby saw a car passing them with door opened and enquired me as I jumped out it. I told everything. They took the driver. Then I left the place.
                                  I was trying to contact fasttrack customer care for nearly 3 hours for complaining but no response.
                                  When I contacted them they simply told we not responsible and cut the phone line.
                                  Earlier many times I had bad experience with fasttrack hence I always avoided fasttrack, but yesterday I didn't get any other cab.
                                  Very irresponsible answer from fasttrack. Please always avoid fasttrack.Chennai

                                    I have 3 fastrack watches One 30m water resistant and other two 50m water resistant but water gets inside these watches even in mild rain or even while washing hand so why have you given water resistance so much if these cant withstand mild water droplets.
                                    When I went to the fastrack care store the told me that the watch is waterproof but can't be used In mild rain so what's the he use If I couldn't wear it all time. Your products are getting worse and misguiding information is written on your products.

                                    Before 3-4 month before I purchase fastract watch online(Cost Upto 2k) but I am finding too much difficulties in it.

                                    1. It is not water resistance, I can see water in it which flows once I move it. I thought it would be water proof.
                                    2. Its time setting button automatically pull out and it stop, sometime watch stop automatically, don't know how.

                                    I am having bad experience with this watch and it is not up to my satisfactory level, actually it is waste if my money.
