I bought a 1100 worth Fastrack bag from Lifestle, Inorbit Mall, Malad West, Mumbai on 22nd April, 2011.
Within a few days of the purchase, the bags material started showing some small black spots all over.

After a few weeks, the entire backside and front side of the bag has deteriorated. Its a shame to even carry that bag, and to show off that FASTRACK logo!!

The material has rotten sort of, like attacked by some fungii.

I tried mailing on their website several times, but to no avail. Such an expensive product, such a HUGE brand, and so much money, for what?

Very disappointing. Can someone provide me information for the right person to contact? Thanks.

    I booked through online the call taxi from Fast Track on 13th June to travel from madipakkam to chennai central for the next day travel (15th june, tuesday, 10:00 am) and next day morning around by 8 am i called and confirmed the booking and asked for the driver's number. The person told the will call before 15 or 30 mts and i no need to worry about that.

    I didn't receive any call till 09.30 am and i called and the person the car is coming from guindy and will reach the spot within 20 mts. and i rec'd the call at 09.45 am and the person told that the car alloted for us is now at medavakkam and will reach within 25 mts.

    train is at 11.40, and i asked my family to take an auto. after a long struggle they central but couldn't catch the train, in the mean i called the fast track and the cancelled the car.

    after my family missed the train, my wife called the fast track to scold them and they replied that we cancelled the car only after the car has reached the spot. ....................

    we lost time, we lost the commitment and we lost the money and we lost much more....

    fast track is not a fast track......... and fast track is a slow track..............

    Hi,

    FAST TRACK call taxi is now becoming WORST in their service. I had almost last 4 VeRY BAD experience with this FAST TRACK taxi. Hope the management will take needy actions...

    2 of the events happened for me was while our family had to reach to station to catch the train. yesterday I called tambaram booking office for cab from Sembakkam to Tambaram Rly station drop, got my booking number from one of the lady executive of Fast track office, tambaram. I called around 3.30pm for a cab around 8 pm. I also stated, I need to catch train.

    i called them around 7.30pm to confirm the cab numbr, phone number. a male executive attended the call and said, they will send details by 7.45pm. it was 7.55pm, i got no details, i called them again. then anothr male executive attended my call and said will send details in next 5 mins.

    Later, when I called at 8.10pm, they made me waiting in call and at last said, they dont have vehicle around my area. I asked, why could you not inform my atleast by 7.45pm, so that i could go for alternate arrangemnts, they simply said, they didn't find any vehicle around the area. then i asked, you gave me booking numbr and said th and hang up the call.

    FAST Track dont have proper complaining cell numbers for customers and their executives are doing their worst services...

    its really a painful part for our family before commencing for a travel and had to have mental stress of searching for autos and to reach station on time to catch the train...

    Better think twice before going for th taxi... Management beware of things happening around...

      Sir/Mam,
      i have purchased a Fast track 3025SM02 watch on 7th Oct 2010 from your Fast tract showroom in Thane - Naupada road. After a month the watch started going slow so i gave it for servicing on 16th Nov 2010, after almost one month i got the watch back but again the watch continued having same problem from 15th feb 2011 so i went back to your showroom on 18th Feb but they did not take the watch for servicing claiming that its better i gve it for servicing to the Titan showroom near Malhar Talkies in Thane. I did the same and the watch was given for servicing on 9th March 2011. now that i got the watch on 6th May 2011 again the watch is having same problem. please either give your customers proper service or at least refund me the amount. it was a gift some my end to someone but due to the problem in watch my Loyalty on Fast track appears to be lost. Anyways Damage to my image is already done. complaining here is my last hope

      Least i can expect is if you can Please change the piece.

        Having captured the public support and branding, Fast track is totally on wrong track. At Central I paid Rs.295/- at the booking counter on 23.5.2011 from Central Station to Mandaveli. I was duly given a computer printed invoice without the vehicle id. I boarded the A/c Logan car allotted after 10 mins and asked the driver to switch on the meter. When i reached my residence via beach route, the reading was Rs.167/-. While questioning the driver, he said Fast Track counter payment has started excess charging of late and he asked me to register the complaint with them.
        I understand they have taken on tender contract the station call taxi counter at a cost of Rs.5.5 crores as claimed by Fast track Manager (Kodambakkam). Why should customer be over charged for that reason? As a consumer can i file a case? Where and whom should i contact? Will this come under MRTP Act? Any guidance would be welcome. I gave about 15 calls in this regard to Chennai Central call taxi counter and listed mobile numbers and their Kodambakkam office. The staff were rude, uneducated, non-cooperative, illogical....you name how a service industry should not function, they set a living example for it. They challenge that i can take this to any court. I have the invoice document as the only proof of payment. The meter reading was observed only by view.

        Hi There,

        Yesterday morning we booked taxi from Palavakkam to Mylapore. We asked for Tata indica however Indigo was sent. When we told the driver that we asked for indigo he replied that charges for indigo and indica are same and he charged Rs 240 to us,
        When we called on the complaint number, a lady accepted our call, she did not understand hindi and English and then she banged our call.

        if you my record you would be finding that i m a regular customer of Fastrack. Tariff comes from Palavakkam to Mylapore is approximately Rs 200 and not more than that. I am really very much disappointed with the services..

        yesterday night i booked a taxi for today morning from OMR to airport. I asked for indica(non a/c) but mahindra xylo was sent. i told the driver that i asked for indica but why this vehicle came...? then he replied that "the tariff will be according to indica, no problem...".As since i am using or traveling by call taxi for last 3 years and none of the taxi charges exceeds more than Rs300-Rs370(from OMR to airport and vice versa) but your driver charged me Rs 450. Then i asked him whether it is according to indica(non a/c) tariff and then he said yes, of-course...so i gave him Rs500 and he returned me Rs20 by saying that he do not have change and he left away... Since i am a student not a working employee so i care of the money...So please tell me how can i get the excess amount taken by your driver...I have sent a message also in your complaint number but no reply came...So i hope you'll send me a reply very soon.           We have booked fast track taxi at 1900Hrs for travelling from KK Nagar to Madanandapuram at 2130Hrs with Two small kids. The booking was confirmed. At about 2125 we called fast track, with the booking clerk cutting the call multiple times without speaking. Fourth time when we could talk to the clerk, we were given drivers number. The driver told he is in another trip and cannot come for us and that he has already informed the fast track booking office. Now this being the situation we called the office again, with no proper response and they told we have to call the driver only. After 5 minutes they called back and informed that we have to make alternate arrangements, since their vehicle has broke down (a blunt lie they have told us as the driver was telling us he is in another trip).

          Each time we were talking to the booking clerk they were talking in arrogant way and cutting the call without speaking fully or explaining the things.

          I urge the users of rented cars that they should NEVER USE FAST TRACK, as they are arrogant, opportunistic, and customer unfriendly.

          I have called Fasttrack cab service and had a reservation at 01:30 P.M. The cab driver who was supposed to pick us came at 1:30 P.M. But he is waiting at a different place though we had the correct reservation. After making him realize that he should be coming to the place I've reserved for. He turned up. But, the meter is showing 30 mins waiting time already, when asked, he is fighting with us that it's because o[censored]s he is waiting in a different place. He told us clearly that he didn't understood the place we reserved. But, he don;t want to cancel the waiting time.. This is hillarious...!!! and frustrating ...

          After giving them another chance, by making another reservation on a different day, the people from office told us that they reserved a booking for us. When we didn't get a call from cab driver even before 5 mins, we called the office and they told us that they cancelled the reservation. This is a high level of testing patience...!!!

          Guys.. Now it's up to you to wake up and to take a decision
          i face a similar problem, very poor, irritating fellows, i have booked 8 hrs before also, its too waste. Don't book fast track, very poor response and uneducated call-center fellows, poor management. please try other services

            Fast Track Call Taxi Service is the most unprofessional Call taxi Service
            They are not punctual
            The drivers donot know the routes most of the times..even famous land marks in the City. You have to guide them 99 % of the times.
            The customer service desk who take customer complaints are the worst. They are just not trained to handle irate customers , infact I feel they are hired on purpose so that customers get so frustrated that they will never call the customer complaint number again. While you are speaking with them they will be speaking with someone else and you can hear them do that !!!! They struggle with English but yet deny not knowing English....so a non tamil speaking person like me will go totally mad because after you have narrated the entire story to them and let out your frustration they will giggle and pass the phone to someone equally capable and intelligent.
            I have had very bad experience with them 4-5 times and I pledge not to use or recommend their services ever again.

            They should be heavily fined for wasting peoples time and causing mental harrassment.

                  My name is Pradeep, I had booked for Fast Track call taxi on 22.04.11 @ 14:00pm for a pick up from Kottur - Chennai central at 22:00pm. Fast Ttrack had taken the booking & given the booking reference as 10154.Till 21:30 there was no call from the cab driver & when I contacted Fast Track @ 21:40 they gave me a driver's no.& asked me to call.

                  When I called his no. from my mobile he was not receiving my call & then I tried through my land line no. he picked up the call & was saying that he has got a different pick up from other area.Then again I contacted Fast Track to find out what is the problem, one idot was informing me that vehicle will not come.

                  The best part is when I started quetioning them why they are creating such problems, they just kept the phone without even listening to me. At last I went to search for an Auto Rickshaw to reach the station on time.

                  Hence Beware of Fast Track while booking. In case if we book for Fast Track, we need to contact them 1hr before our departure to find out whether they are sending the cab & get the mobile no. of the driver.Otherwise we will land up in a big mess like this. who are working in Fast Track are so busy & doesn't even have a courtesy to call up / sms the customer to give the mobile no. of the driver.

                    I HAVE PURCHASED FAST TRACK BAG BUT WITHIN 10 DAYS IT COLOURS WERE DEFECTIVE I COMPLAINT IN SHOWROOM THEY GAVE ME HELP DESK NUMBER TO CAAL BUT THEY FOR 1 WEEK TOLD ME MA'AM TOMMOROW , OR TODAY BAT I JUST ASKED THEM TO GIVE ME THE CALL TO TEAM LEADER BECAUSE THEY WERE JUST MAKING MY TIME WAIST . THEN AFTER ONE WEEK TODAY THEY TOLD THE DEPARTMENT I WAS CALLING IS NOT FOR FASTTRACK EVEN THEY DONT KNOW ( THIS IS CALLED LOOP HOLES IN BIG BRAND HAVING SUCH A GOOD GOODWILL) . BUT FORSURE IM FEDUP WITH THIS AND I''L TRY ME AND ALL MY FREINDS WILL NOT PURCHASE OR GET CONNECTED WITH THIS BRAND.

                      I miss somadey brought a frast track watch Rs/-2000.00 from your authorized dealer Sathi time , Siliguri. But from the purchase date (05.03.2010) to till date i faced various problem with this watch. First of all i complain against your dealer that theer behabiour is not good with there customer.secondly, after purchesing date to till date watch is not in my hand.this is in your dealers shop.Thirdly, from the purchase date this is the third time i already give my watch to your dealer dur to same problem(battery problem).they told me that they are not responsible for this& they are not talk to me for this matter.after sealing company is response for this type matter. But they dont give your company number & cut the phone line.there behabiour is they gave me this watch & money also. if i face this problem with your branded watch then why we bye this brand. we only bye any local brand.Several time when i went there shop they only told me that we are not responsible we send to your watch at company.


                      Now, you tell me what is my next step against your dealer & your company.previous i also used the watch of your brand. but when i go to your other dealer or service centre never i get feed back this type.


                      So, i request to you please look into this matter & take neccessary action against your dealer & solve my watch problem.Either you can change the Watch or refund my money.

                        Respected Sir,

                        I bought a Fastrack Eyegear (Model No. RO41) on April 14, 2010 from Topcon Exclusive, I.P. Mall, Sigra, Varanasi, the warranty on the product being one year. The bridge of the sunglass started to crack in December and got broken by itself on December 20, 2010. I went to Topcon Exclusive for the complaint on December 22, 2010. The shop keeper sent me to Topcon Opticals, Rathyatra, Varanasi, saying that customer grievances were addressed there. I went there and showed them the broken sunglass. The shopkeeper misbehaved with me and said that company policies restrict him to do anything in this regard. I requested him over and over again to help me. He, then, gave me the mobile number of Mr. Ajay, a representative of the service-provider of Fastrack (Navtex Commercial (P) Lt., Kanpur), who came to Topcon Opticals within an hour of the call and asked me to hand him the original bill and the broken sunglass, giving me a Customer’s Complaint Acknowledgement Form (no. 3381) of the same. Mr. Ajay, along with the shopkeeper, assured me that I will get a call from the company within 45 days regarding the product and after 45 days the company will replace the broken sunglass. I waited patiently, but to no avail. After 45 days, i.e. on February 05, 2011, I called Mr. Ajay, who said that at that time I will have to pay 30% of the M.R.P., but if I wait till February 23, 2011, the company will replace the broken sunglass free of cost, as the product got broken by itsel[censored]nder warranty period. Time and again I kept calling him and finally on March 20, 2011, he denied changing the product and told me that he will tamper the sunglass by scratching its lens and also challenging me to get it replaced. I am extremely aggrieved at such a customer-unfriendly behavior of a Fastrack representative and need your help.

                          I have purchased Lemon mobile model number iQ707 on April 18th 2010 from Matta Mobile World in Chakrata Road, Dehradun. My purchase invoice no. is 419 my handset’s IMEI No’s are [protected] & [protected]. After a few weeks it has many problems. After sometime my mobile got switched off automatically and after 4-5 seconds it got switched ON. It has a warranty (warranty card no. PN[protected]) for one year. I have got the same problem more than 16 to 17 times within last 10 months. On 25-11-10 I have given my mobile for repair to Authorized Service Centre(ASC) of Lemon mobile at Dehradun i.e. Ujjawal Telecom & they said me there was a software issue in my handset and they upgrade it and now my handset will not face any problem (Job Sheet No.: LASPUPW042R830 dated[protected]. But My handset again facing auto shut down & auto ON problem on Saturday[protected] and also its Phonebook icon was become distorted, it seems a dotted strip instead of the original phonebook icon. When i saw it then again it automatically shut OFF & within 2-3 Seconds auto re-started then the icon appear as its original i.e. the problem of dotted strip disapear. I contacted with sanjay.[protected]@lemonmobiles.com regarding this issue and I also contacted the ASC (Ujjawal Telecom, Dehradun) & told this problem to Mr. Roshan (Head of ASC, Mobile no. [protected]), as he said I handed over my handset once again at Service Centre on[protected]. ASC personnel could not able to resolve my problem that’s why it again arises. I have asked them to replace the product, since it has the warranty. They have not accepted it, and they said that they will service the mobile. Even after the service, I got the same problem. Then they send my mobile to Lemon mobiles head office at NOIDA, there Mr Ramvir singh (Mobile no. [protected] & [protected]) told me they will re-place my set with new one but after 20 days they send my handset back to Ujjawal Telecom,Dehradun. When I go there to collect my phone I found that was my old phone. When I asked to ASC personnel then they said there was a problem in my set’s PCB & at Noida centre this problem has been resolved and returned my phone to me(Job Sheet No.: 424 dated[protected].
                          But now again on[protected] I faced the same problem of auto shut ON/OFF and distorted phonebook icon. I am asking them daily regarding this issue, but there was no proper response from them. I want them to replace my mobile with the similar mobile or refund my money.

                            On 28 Jan 23011 around noon, we booked a cab with Fast Track to pick us (Myself, my wife and 82year aged mother from our place on 29/1/2011 at 06.00 AM and drop us at Chennai Central Railway Station . They registered our request and and gave a booking number.

                            On the morning of 29th Jan till 6.10AM, we did not get any cab and when we called up their Call center and enquired, the lady gave us a mobile number and said that “ Driver will call you in a few minutes”. We tried to contact the driver on the mobile number given by the lady, the phone kept ringing, there was no response from the other end. We rang up Call center again and the lady repeated that “Driver will be calling you within 5 minutes”. We waited for 10 minutes and when there was no telephone call or a cab even at 6.30AM, we decided not to wait any longer. We had booked by TATKAL to travel by Brindavan express (ETD 07-15AM). With great difficulty we could get an Autoricksha and rushed to the station and just managed to board the train.
                            The mental agony and the strain that we, especially my aged mother, had to undergo cannot be described here.
                            Upon my return to Chennai, I sent an email to Fast Track giving my mobile number and asking them to furnish me the contact person with whom I can lodge my complaint. Till now there is no acknowledgement or a reply from them

                            Booked at 16:30 Hrs
                            Pickup from Kolathur DRJ Hospital to Chennai Central

                            Till 21:30 I didnt receive any cal from your services.
                            So I called by 21:30 and informed, He told he will send the car soon & cut the cal abruptly. (Called from mobile Number [protected])

                            Again I called by 21;45., a gal picked up my cal and told that car has not assigned for my booking (Booking Number 6468)
                            Again She gave the call to another Madam named Miss.Selva nayagi (I guess). She responded sooo irresponsible. She told car assigned is break down and she can not send another taxi. But gave a number of Maruthi Taxi & get from there.

                            My booking time is 21:45. By 21:50, that gal answering is soo irresponsible. I told here, I need car maximum in 10 minutes.
                            If there is any problem in the services, you should update the customer atleast half an hour earlier.

                            But again when I called, I didnt get any reply from ur telecallers and after listening to the incident. They told that I have cancelled the service by 21;50 (which I have not done). and they kept the phone.

                            Again I called by 22;30 for which the telecallers were very reluctant to accept the complaint.

                            Regarding this some decision need to be taken. I hurriedly caught my train.

                            If no proper response is sought from you, the issue will be very serious.

                            I too underwent the similar experience. whenever you call the call center, the driver will call you in 5 minutes is the standard anwser.
                            Fast track complaint cell number is[protected]. When i had the problem in many instances, I called the complaint department once, got a good response. But, the similar experiences are coming up again and again only. Inspite of booking the cab atleast 8 hoursbefore, i have to follow up with them almost 3 hours before my pick up time. Highly irritating
                            I have experienced the same problem by yesterday (2nd Jan 2012). Useless services...
                            Joining the Club. I agree too with all above. I have booked a regula cab to pick and drop. Daily i have to call the call center for picking and dropping.                             I called 2 hrs in advance and booked a taxi for a drop from my home to koyembedu bus stop at 8 pm!!the driver confirmed to reach by eight pm.. At 8 I called up the number the number was switched off!! When I called up fast Track office they said they are unable to reach the driver on phone!! The driver given a proper adress is nothing less than a nursery boy who goes to school for first time finding the class room for hours!! And they finally said sorry we can't provide the taxi since network is reachable!!! I have been to 65 countries but nothing India and a bunch of who' screw others life !! Finally I had to drive myself to destination !!! It's not about the system, , it's about the uneducated and irresponsible people workin there which makes others life miserable !!!                             i had a same experience yesterday.then i tried to reach the complaint number they said will send the car within 10 mins. but i cancelled the booking . they send the sms like customer program cancelled.

                            I booked a Fast track call taxi to take me to the airport on 29/8/12 from my home in Mylapore at 7:30 am.The vehicle, a TATA INDIGO N0.TN23BV4668. picked me up and dropped me at the airport.The Meter Reading was 298 Rs.The driver demanded that i should pay an extra Rs.60(totalRs;358).I told him that i would pay only the meter charges.But he insisted that since he had to pay toll charges i should compensate him for that.i told him i had used Fasdt track cars many times for the same airport drop and i have not paid this.I asked him to produce a receipt for the same.He hesitated for sometime and then ran across and met another fast track car and came back with a yellow piece of paper(no:534080) and wrote on it Rs;358 and gave it to me.Hence i had to pay him Rs;358.

                            I know that this driver has cheated me.I have been using fast track for the past nearly 3 yrs and i have not come across anyone like this person.He was not only cheating me but also falsifying the receipts in connivance with another driver

                            Since i am a regular user of Fast Track i thought i should bring this to your notice so that you rectify these occurences.This not only brings a bad name to your company but also prevent people from using these cars.
                            I have the same problem, yesterday I booked the car for 4 hrs and 40 kms at 2.30pm to pick me up at 5.30pm, till 5.45 i did not got the cab or any message, i again contacted fast track they said that my phone no was taken wrongly and they assured me that the driver will callme in 5 minutes time, after 5 minutes called me and asked for the route landmark everything, after 15 minutes he did not turn up, when i called him he said that he is going for another call and he asked me to contact me fast track office, when i contacted they said that my call has been cancelled, when i asked wny, they gave me no complaint no to give a complaint. Then I said that i want a car and not the complaint no, after much argument they send the car at 6.50 pm and went very.
                            Yesterday night I went to home by walk from thiruvottiyur bus stand during heavy rain with umbrella your fast track vehicle no tn - 22 cy 7546 came from thiruvottiyur with rash driving, blow horn continuously due to this I got guilty. Driver also use some word, due to heavy rain I m not able to left over the road. So that I m very dis appointed about your service. Pl advice concern vehicle driver for safe public movement in road.                             I booked a taxi to the airport for my daughter on Sept 14 at 12am. I had to call them 3-4 times to remind them to send the taxi which came at 12.35pm!
                            Then the driver of the cab to the Airport charged my daughter extra money saying that Deisel price had gone up!
                            He never gave a bill, and didn't start the meter either.

                            The driver's name is Reddy, cab 160, and his cell number is [protected].

                            The distance to the airport is 20 kms from my house, and the rate was Rs 14/km. Why has he taken Rs 400?
                            This driver must be thinking, she is flying out and I can cheat this girl.

                            Fast track has horrible service. I stay in bangalore. I am a pregnant lady and wanted to avail taxi's for initial few months. They always send cab half an hour or one hour late. I have to atleast call around 10 times before they send the drivers number. They say they have sent the driver, but i never get call from driver nor a msg from these people about driver details. So many days i had to undergo frustration. I really want to know if there is a way to post complaint against them since i have undergone enough torcher. I do keep alternating between taxi service. Sometimes other taxi's they say cabs are not available and i end up booking fast track and they mess up badly every time. Sick of these unprofessional .
                            The worst taxi service ever experienced.>... they should stop this business...driver comes and stands before said time..n dat too near the landmark though he is told the exact location... doesnot call the passenger on coming ..passenger calls up n gets a answer m waitin here from 15 mins u come and see me..then on boarding..rude behavior with passenger...then on the way he gets a call for his behavior by executive (as the relatives had called up the executives )and this driver stops the car..and in the middle of road tells the passenger to get down and pay the full amount including the waiting time which was drivers own mistake...then he physically abused the passenger and locked his luggage until he pays the money...passenger had no choice but to pay the money and leave the situation because he had to catch a train ... so he paid 300 +150 auto fare ...relatives called up the customer complaint manager..but of no use..no action till now...and they are not even bothered... so this is fastrack 's real ugly face...if any of fastrack people read this do take a action and prove that u know hospitality ..or this proves your impotency.

                            place on 03/12/2012 at 07.00 AM and drop us at Chennai Anna Nagar Ayyappan Temple. They registered our request and gave a booking number 450.

                            On the morning of 03rd Dec 6.10AM, we did not get any cab and when we called up their Call center and enquired, the lady gave us a mobile number and said that “ Driver will call you in a few minutes”.
                            I received the call from Avadi Fast track Driver. He confirmed next 20 minutes reached with your place. Meanwhile i receive call from Fast track office. They asking the driver mobile number and i provided the driver mobile number. next two minutes i received the SMS from Fast track " YOUR BOOKING ID IS CANCELLED " Without information. we decided not to wait any longer and we arranged Share auto to reach the Temple.

                            This is very poor service.
                            never book thru internet...will end up into height of frustration.
                            We booked the fast track taxi on 27th april 2013 and we requested the cab driver not to put the guitar on top of the car.He told that nothing would happen and atlast on the way the guitar fell down on the road and it got broken and we have maid the complaint to the fast track also and there is no proper reply.

                            My advice is kindly dont take fasttrack call taxi where the drivers are careless and the fasttrack is not concern about the customer

                            i have no words to explain my hardship for waiting for a cab after getting booking number 3152 on 5 august 2013. i have made repeated calls to fast track with same reply the driver will call u in 5 min. we are waiting in the hospital and they didnot turned up.the driver called and later said the fast track will arrange another driver. NO USE. they not even called me once to explain delay.
                            any legal options please tell me.

                            today i hired fast track taxi TN16-2983 from central to kilpauk at 9.30 PM on 9 january 2014. when i requested him to switch on the AC he abused me and threw the prepaid receipt at me. he shouted at me and asked me to get off the cab. i refused to get off. he continued to abuse me through out the travel
                            when i got down i noted his car number. he jumped out of the car and shouted abusingly at the top of his voice aganist me and my wife for noting his car no.

                            Today I had a very bad experience with the Fast Track Driver, who came and stopped in front of my flat gate, I asked him to move the car from there, for which he told that it is a common entrance and I dont have any rights to say that. As I had to leave my vehicle in the flat parking and he did not let me go and started using filthy language and unparliamentary words and I got wild too and shouted at him stating that I will complaint to Fast track People and as well to police, but he still used bad words and came to hit me with the wooden plank which was on the road side.

                            As I an 50+ years old, I was highly unhappy and stressed by the language used by the driver. I only take this to commissioner office and make a complaint on the driver. As I could not tolerate the abuse.

                            Fast track is only worried about money but not the customer satisfication. I waited till 7.30 no proper response them and atlast i took bus to reach my home.

                            I booked Fast track call taxi on 19th jan to go to Kumbhakonam and returned on 20th to Chennai. While leaving the taxi I forgot to take my special pillow for neck as i was suffering from spondelities.Next day i contacted the driver Mr Ramesh who confirmed that he would bring it immediately. But till now he has not returned it nor picked up the phone call. I complained to Fast track office with little effect. Her must return it immediately.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I'm 28 weeks pregnant lady and booked call taxi through Fast Track Call Taxi for drop at Nungambakkam from Mugappair Eri Scheme at 5.30pm on 05.01.2011 (Wednesday). I booked the taxi well in advance at 12.15pm in view of traffic and to avoid other inconviniences. My booking number is 5545. I did not receive any call or sms from the said party till 5.20pm and hence i called them. Till that time they did not move any vehicle for my booking no. I was in deperation to reach the said destination by 6.30pm. I received sms from Fastrack by giving the vehicle no. 3146 and driver's mobile no. as [protected] at 5.42pm. I called the driver and he said he was stranded at ambattur OT. Persons knowing tghe distance between ambattur and mugappair definitely know that it is not possible for him drop me at Nugambakkam at 6.30pm.

                              I was totally pushed into hardship, mental agony and stress since i had no means to catch another transport ( I'm pregnent and cannot move in auto or two wheeler) since the time was very less and i dint have any other options because i relied on their service.

                              I request your goodself to kindly look into this issue seriously

                              Im Raghu last day i booked call taxi from fast track the vehicle model is Indica but the driver come with Innova. reason for indica not in here so im very upset.
                              i am john, This is the fifth time i am facing this problem, every time whenever i book a cab you are taking orders without checking the availability of cab. at the last minute, you are coolly saying sir i don't have cab and saying sorry.
                              If you are not having availability of cab then why you are taking orders,
                              past few months your support is being very worst to customers.

                                With reference to above this is to inform that I had bought Sunglasses (FASTRACKSU/NOCOL/FRSIZ) from SHOPPERS STOP (MULUND store-113 at Nirmal Lifestyle) on[protected] and at the time of purchase I did not check the Sunglasses as it was not required since we were buying something from shoppers stop which should not have any defect or anything wrong, but when I came home and tried the Sunglasses I noticed that there was a defect (the glass had small scratch on the front side) and when I went to shoppers stop (dt.[protected] to change the same the supervisor and Customer care person have refused to the exchange the same saying that it is not a defect.

                                As I have been a valued to customer of shopper stop for such a long time. I did not expect this type of behavior from a Customer care person towards the customer which was really disturbing. He just refused to exchange the same which ideally should have been exchanged since there is a 14 day exchange policy.

                                  I had hired a fast track taxi today vehicle no 1431 regn no 2722. The driver was showing extremely bad behaviour. charged me lots of extra money apart from hthe tariff..when i denied to pay extra shouted for 30 mins in front of my house.. while going he asked fr money in advance on the way to fill up petrol. i was a daily user of first track call taxi. now i will think 100 times before booking any fast track vehicle. would prefer any other call taxi than fast track because of drivers like this.i would also advise my friends not use fast track to avoid such incidents unless n untill these drivers r thrown out.

                                  I hired a call taxi in the early morning hours from Chennai central to go to guindy. As soon as the cab came out of central station, the driver wanted to pickup someone (as that vehicle had stopped). The driver said he will charge the the meter amount to both o[censored]s. I objected to this due to security reasons travelling with a stranger at 3:30 AM.

                                  The driver was arguing to help the guy when the guy was just standing outside central station. Clearly the driver wanted to pocket two trip's money in one trip. I am not sure if there were any security threats for me too. why would someone go for Railway authorized taxi if it poses same security threat as any roadside taxi.

                                  The same guy was then taking me through a longer route. When i asked him, the driver rashly states that Central to Guindy via Koyambedu is the shortest route and he does not know Anna salai. How on earth a call taxi driver in chennai does not know Anna salai?? I wonder how much the new comers would be cheated by such folks.

                                  I have been a regular user of Fast track but my confidence with them is lost after this incident.
                                  i had booked call taxi at 9.15 am on 23.4.12 W.mambalam to porur my booking no is 5118. iam waiting for a long time still vehicle had not reached so i called at 9.20 am to fast track office they told me that there is no vehicle at present

                                  on 5th may 2014 i was travelling in my own vehicle toward vandallor the fasttrack driver over takemy vehicle on left side on the narrow bridge near tambaram, after hitting my vehicle the bleady driver shouted at me to cover his mistake and asked me to come for police station after i have waited for 15 minutes the f---er didt came, the incharge people also not responding properly so, my kind advice is not to travel in fast track

                                    Fast track car rental service has very poor customer support. When I called for a taxi from guindy to mamallapuram on DEC 29 about 23;50h, they first said you call 24732020, when I called that number the person at the line told me to contact 22560550 and so forth and finally when one of them ageed to speak the attitude was rude and unhelpful.

                                      Dear All,

                                      I booked a cab to pick me from Shenoy Nagar and drop me at Purasiawalkkam on the 12/12/2010 at 10.00 AM with Fast Track call Taxi which is said to be the Number 1 call taxi in India. I requested them to come and pick me at 1.30 PM and the registered and gave me a booking number.

                                      Till 1.45 i did not get any cab and when enquired about that the people are saying that Booking has been cancelled since it was a short distance.

                                      If it is a short distance why should they register and give a booking number.

                                      This is hoghly ridiculous and please do not book any cab with Fast Track.

                                      I requested cab by 9.30 pm and called them twice since morning to confirm. Till 9.25 PM there is no call from anyone and I called them and they gave driver number. I called driver and he is not willing to come and I called the control room again and they said with in 5 mins we will arrange cab. But they called by 9.50 pm to inform that they are not able to arrange cab and I have to catch the bus by 10.30 pm.

                                      after that I managed to catch the bus.

                                      Today my wife booked the cab in the morning for 5.15 pm. Driver contacted to ask the route and she gave the route details but cab didnt reach on time. While checking she came to know that they redirected the driver to another route. She is pregnent and she waited for 3 hrs to get another cab from another call taxi.

                                      This is the peak.

                                        near about 4 months meine ek fast track ki watch purchase ki thi.ghaziabad (choudhry maud) ki pass vale showroom se uska model no h 2166SAA.
                                        ye watch ab tak 7-8 time repair ho chuki h.jb bhi shop per jao vo ise repair ker dete h or kuch time bad ye phir se khrab...vo iska koi permanent solution nahi de rahe h..
                                        m ek student hu or mere exam bhi aane vale h or ye watch khrab h..
                                        or iski vajah se mujhe bahut problem ho rahi...
