I was booked the tempo traveler two days before boarding with fast track but finally they said there is no tempo traveler is available right now you can avail Chevrolet tavera and i don't have any choice and i was booked three tavera and traveled with my family( i spoke to fast tack person he said i cant help you in this i paid extra Rs.2000 because of that guy name is parthiban....

I have purchased a fastrack watch from re known shop Jay watch Co.Bistupur Jamshedpur.Date of purchased is 27/02/2012 ,Model No.9911PP02 .Beginning of the days watch stopped to run,Then servicing was done by the same shop authorised service centre. and told by them that machine was changed.But my watch was stopped again and repeated by service centre. I booked the Fast Track call taxi on 14.04.2013 (3.30 P.M) for my sister engagement and I informed to customer service center that i need the taxi on time (by 5.30 P.M). Booked a cab on 12.3.13. Booking ID 6778. Series of events as follows:

1. Booked an Innova for a 3pm pickup. Until 3.15 there was no cab. I had to call customer care and check and they later send me a Tavera.
2. Cab driver of Tn22 bp 2383, red tavera was extremely arrogant and cheap. Also ended up increasing the kms travelled(Egmore to spencer plaza is 8kms according to their meter) making me pay more than required....

I bought a Fastrack Ladies bag worth rs. 1295, and the bag condition became worth after 3 to 4 use and the condition is very worst. can you exchage my bag, it will be really grateful.

Irresponsible behaviour of Fast track call taxi...Booked a service on 26-Jan-2013 at 8.30 pm for a pickup on 27-Jan-2013 at 8.00am. Booking ID is 1645. I called to confirm the booking status on 7.00 am at 27-Jan and made calls to them for almost 8 times...there is no proper response and everyone saying as vehicle will be coming soon...especially a customer service executive named Mr.Suresh lethargically speaking as the vehicle will come soon...

myself Sana Salim Shaikh,age 23 yrs old hav bought watch of fastrack from Devi Times,kohinoor arcade ,shop no-8,opp.Nigdi bus stop,Pradhikaran,Nigdi-44,of cost 1600/- on dated 21/09/2012.

i brought a fastrack watch Model- FastrackEssentials Nb6013Sm01-C943 Silver/Black Analog Watch on 9 Jun 2012 from Ibex at sahakar nagar, pune, which is not working properly,
i gave the watch for repair "twice" and still i dint get my watch back..
no response to calls made by agent as well as owner of shop...
