Veh ID - 5368,TN22BF7763,Drv.Mob.No -[protected]. Pay as per meter

Around 7pm it started when I told the driver to go a way. He replied that his car is new he can't drive. I insisted to go. He started to murmur in bad language. Then I called customer care and complaint his behaviour. They told me to call complaint center. After seeing me complaining the driver told me he ll fulfill what I want and took me into the dark area (tidel park left. Near polytechnic college). As the car turned left from main road I opened the door and jumped out of car. Police was standing nearby saw a car passing them with door opened and enquired me as I jumped out it. I told everything. They took the driver. Then I left the place.
I was trying to contact fasttrack customer care for nearly 3 hours for complaining but no response.
When I contacted them they simply told we not responsible and cut the phone line.
Earlier many times I had bad experience with fasttrack hence I always avoided fasttrack, but yesterday I didn't get any other cab.
Very irresponsible answer from fasttrack. Please always avoid fasttrack.Chennai
Fast Track Call Taxi - Booked CAB, doesnt came, called over 100 times and no response from telecallers


Booked Indica CAB, doesnt came in time I booked at morning 11:00 am for evening 7:30 pm to koyambedu bus station They given the booking ID after 7 o clock trying to call 100 times seems to be busy 7.25 they gave driver number when i called from other phone driver said hes in other part of the world and he cnnot come and he already informed to fast track they didnt updated in the system all the telecallers are telling the same number and said within 5 minutes cab will come after shouting at 8 o clock they said innova with higher tariff availabe I said for 2 people which i need to pay more for 8 people capacity after that cab never came and i missed my bus to madurai on that day they said they will arrange a cab with in 5 minutes and call back but nothing have come, called over 100 times and no response from telecallers since there is a drizzle in the evening they arranged for better profit i think the numbers i called :[protected] [protected] and many numbers POOR service from fast track

    befor 1.5 years i purchesed a Fast Track Watch.unfortunately i belived in the brand.after 1 year the case lost its steel coloured coating in some area.and now again have some more problem like always have water vapours inide it.several time i cleaned it.i lost a lot of money because of this cleaning then i chcked the back and i noticed that it is not water resistant.so i propose everyone to not buy fast track watches.or check weather the product is water resistant ?.now i hate the Fast Track ..if some one have any queries dont hesitate to ask me,my mobile number is [protected] Anuroop Vincent

    I have 3 fastrack watches One 30m water resistant and other two 50m water resistant but water gets inside these watches even in mild rain or even while washing hand so why have you given water resistance so much if these cant withstand mild water droplets.
    When I went to the fastrack care store the told me that the watch is waterproof but can't be used In mild rain so what's the he use If I couldn't wear it all time. Your products are getting worse and misguiding information is written on your products.

    I am using Fastrack wrist watch since last 10 months. It is observed that water gets accumulated on glass inside watch. Even after repeated cleaning same occurs repeatedly.

    Dear Team,

    Before 3-4 month before I purchase fastract watch online(Cost Upto 2k) but I am finding too much difficulties in it.

    1. It is not water resistance, I can see water in it which flows once I move it. I thought it would be water proof.
    2. Its time setting button automatically pull out and it stop, sometime watch stop automatically, don't know how.

    I am having bad experience with this watch and it is not up to my satisfactory level, actually it is waste if my money.

    Please help me out from it.

      Fastrack Party Analog Watch repair. Dear sir, We had submitted our Fasttrack Party Analog Watch for changing its dial & service as on[protected] at Titan authorized showroom for Fasttrack watch sales & repair. (Titan, Chinnakada, Beach Road, Kollam Ho, Kollam - 691001 ) Bill no:713AS11817B1183. one month time is mentioned in bill & still this date its not with us . When we called there information got is the shortage of the spare parts . So we are confused o[censored]sing such watches & waiting for a long period for the clearing of any damage caused to it.           sir i have bought fastrack 3015AL02 watch on 17 july and on 18 july my bezzal of watch was missing i was go to shop they send my watch to service centre nd said that u take the watch on 10 aug but still i m not get my watch i m so much fedup about ur services i was nt wear a single dy of my watch i have done complain but i will not get complete information plz solve my problem as soon as possible..

            I purchase faattrack watch on 19th march 2013. within 10 days its stop working.its in warranty therefore i given to titan showroom which is located in Borivali-West. after 12 days showroom manager called me that ur watch is repair. i take my watch from that showroom & i ask reason for stop manager told me that company not given reason therefor i don't know what the company did in this watch.within 7 days again watch stop. i given that watch again in to that showroom.Showroom manager told me that company will call u in 24hrs, i get call from company after 10 days.One lady from company told me that, company was change machine in that watch last time & this time, now watch is ok go to showroom n collect it.I told her lady that i don't accept that watch i want new watch.She told me that ok go that showroom n choose another watch.I go to that showroom on 5th august 2013 to collect the watch showroom executive told me that manager is not there n company not given any call n circular for my watch.showroom executive told with manager on phone n told me that we call u within 24 hrs.As on today i cannot get call from Showroom n Company.

              The fastrack watch Model No. NA2404SL03 was brought from SGS Marketing, Shop No. 5, Royal Arcade, B. Baruah Road, Guwahati 781007 and immediately after 4/5 days it has been noticed that the strap pin is missing. On contacted the showroom, I was told to go to service centre and accordingly I contacted service when i was told that strap pin is not available and will take sometime. Accordingly, i gave the watch to the showroom on 24/7/13 though they refused to take initially, and till now the watch has not been delivered even after 15 days. I contacted again today and I was told that we will let you know. This is an absolutely new watch with full warranty and guarantee.

              I would request you to please take the matter and arrange to eight get my watch repaired or replaced immediately.

                FAST TRACK DRIVER DRUNK & DRIVE HIT MY FRIEND AND WENT OFF ( Proof of identity car Number shift TN09 BM 2941 )
                we are here to inform ( complaint )that today 25/07/2013 Thursday just 1hour before Exactly 10.33 PM, Driver from your fast track hit my friend and his Hero Honda splender bike with rash drive , we the people stop the vechicle and checked that the driver is DRUNK & DRIVE. even he not able to answer for ours and he went off. This is just for information if you warned that person or to Terminate that person, we make complaint tommorow to Police station about that person and vechicle.

                Driver Name --- Senthil ( What he inform in that place ) Kumaran nagar he came from DLF .

                  Fast track taxi service Bangalore is very unreliable. To quote a few bad experiences, I have had several bad experiences with them because of which I have missed critical meetings, had to deal with several drivers, have been stuck at the pick-up locations for hours....again and again..
                  Please keep them low on your priority list while booking a taxi or else you could be stuck and left at the mercy of their foolish customer service agents.

                    I booked after trying for halfanhour @ 6.45pm for pickup at 8.30pm on 11.6.13, I got d driver no. Etc.. Shortly. Till 8.25pm I didn't get any call. I tried the drivers no.and he said he had informed to his office that he will not be coming and asked me fo contact his office for alternatives. Then I again tried for 15 to 20 mins & enquired the fast trak people . Till I called them they aren't aware of the driver issue. Neither does the driver has the courtesy to inform the customer nor does the so called officers. Till 9.30 nothing happened, I kept trying and the no.is busy busy busy, what a wonderful company it is. I had to book another service provider and reach home at 11.30pm. Same day evening my pickup was given to two drivers. This is totally a hopeless company.

                      I bought fastrack watch from my home town Thalassery Kerala and its hardly a week i used that phone. When i complained about the problem he send the watch to the service center and it took 1 month to get back. When i got my watch back i was happy that my problem get resolved but it lasts only a day and again it get damaged..

                      Fastrack — Watch not working within one week

                      I have purchased a fastrack watch on 19 june 2011.The watch got complaint within one week.the model no is 655SL52

                      Fastrack — damage of my watch strap

                      I bought my fastrack NEW collection watch on july 2011 for Rs 1500.. its been only two months... but i find my watch strap tearing....Its disspointing me.. I would be glad i[censored] give a replacement for my watch's strap..
                      Hi, I bought a watch from fast rack store, shop # F 18A, First floor, Lulu shopping Mail, Edapally, Cochin 24. After about 7 months coating on the casing of the watch start fading and heavy irritation on the wrist happened. Handed over to the same shop for rectifying the defect a month back which is under warranty period.
                      Now when I enquire about the watch the shop keepers say it has been sent to company and still we are waiting a reply. No idea how long its going to take further. If this is how the warranty period runs in a reputed watch company then better not to have any warranty for anything.

                      watch key issue

                      i had a fastrack watch which had issue of its key.the key is getting off periodically, and the service center is not giving proper service

                        I had booked the call taxi on 24th May for journey on 25th May at Chennai. I waited for the call from the service people till 6:20pm. When i called them they tell me coolly that there are no cabs available. They have not sent even one message nor a call. Because of this i am Missing the bus to Hyderabad.                           On third day onwards there was no display.

                          I Have bought my fastrack watch few months before from myntra.com and from that day i recieved it it&#039;s analog needles stop working after sometime and then it automatically start on its own. and the watch starts showing the time 2-3 hours before the actual time.

                          I bought a fastract watch under the impression that it is very trendy and branded. However to my experience it is not so. I bought it 3 months back and this has stopped working. Since am not living in india there is nothing I can do abt it but to keep it locked inside the cupboard and wait till I come to India. This is not what I expected that only after THREE MONTHS the watch you sell will stop working!!! incredible!!.

                              I bought Fast Track watch from exclusive fast track showroom (Phoenix Mall- Chennai). My sister started using it a week later. It stopped working in next few days. When I reached showroom, it was exactly 20th day from purchase. Service Center of T-Nagar branch confirmed that the whole machine inside the watch was faulty and they took 10+ days to change everything inside it.

                              As per their servicing norms, a product can be replaced only if it was purchased from Titan Showroom.. I don understand tis point at all. Then why the hell they want to introduce a product in name Fasttrack and establish exclusive showrooms for that or why can't they have separate service centers for Fast Track... who's responsibility is this??

                              I denied accepting this useless service and asked for Replacement. They refused. Why do I need to accept a faulty product which is not worth of working even a week. I could have got second hand product for much cheaper rate.. I really wonder what Brand is this?? At Least they should know wats the Customer service is!!!

                              I haven't got any proper response for the complaints made so far..

                                I was booked the tempo traveler two days before boarding with fast track but finally they said there is no tempo traveler is available right now you can avail Chevrolet tavera and i don't have any choice and i was booked three tavera and traveled with my family( i spoke to fast tack person he said i cant help you in this i paid extra Rs.2000 because of that guy name is parthiban.

                                  I have purchased a fastrack watch from re known shop Jay watch Co.Bistupur Jamshedpur.Date of purchased is 27/02/2012 ,Model No.9911PP02 .Beginning of the days watch stopped to run,Then servicing was done by the same shop authorised service centre. and told by them that machine was changed.But my watch was stopped again and repeated by service centre. At persent my watch is stop again what can i do..My question is that a reknown company watch how many times stop to run in a year.Please reply me soon .I am a student of class 11.

                                    I bought the sunglasses of Fastrack-model no-M068BK8P for which the brand claims that the lenses are impact and scratch resistant to a certain limit but even in normal use and good care, scratches started to appear on lenses, and also there are spots on the corners of the lenses, which are well within the warranty. The dealer denied to take any action when i did compliant about this by saying that scratches will appear even by dust, and he company will not take any action, also that I should have informed about this within a week or a month then what is the use of 1 year warranty that company is giving. I got no value for money and a poor quality product for Rs 1990 that I spent on a brand like Fastrack.

                                      I booked the Fast Track call taxi on 14.04.2013 (3.30 P.M) for my sister engagement and I informed to customer service center that i need the taxi on time (by 5.30 P.M). Since its important to reach the engagement on time. I was awaiting for the call from taxi driver from 5.15 P.M onwards, but no response. So I called to the customer service center and they provided me taxi driver number.

                                      When I tried to contact him, he stated that he is in MGM Theme park and he is not a right driver. Then again I called them and informed them, that they provided a wrong driver number.

                                      By 5.45 P.M, a guy from the Fast track called me and informed that taxi availability is not there, so it takes time to provide the taxi. i have conveyed him the importance of being on time and it’s important that I should reach on time. Since it’s my Sister engagement and she is with me and the engagement timing on 6.30 PM.

                                      When it was 6.00 PM, it was my 6th call to customer service center and still they haven't provided me the proper information. So I took an auto and reached my destination.

                                      By 6.20 PM, a guy from Fast track called me and gave the Taxi driver information. I got really frustrated and scold him and disconnect my call.
                                      Due to this, my parents and my sister really got depressed and tension made the situation so worst.

                                      This incident should be taken into serious consideration before booking the fast track.
                                      For this important function why dont u book the taxi on one day before or by morning? I[censored] book just 2 hours before & making complaint against this peoples its very difficult. Iam also one of the customer from Fast track, I normally book one day before they will reach on time.

                                        I had made a 9 hr package booking for the 31st of March 10 AM. This booking was confirmed few days prior to the journey by one Mr. Prashanth. At the time of booking, I had clearly mentioned that I need an 8-seater vehicle for this journey, for which Prashanth committed to me that he’ll be sending the same. My plan was to visit some places in Bangalore with my whole family, and Iskon temple was my first destination. Since Iskon temple closes at 12:30 pm, I planned to start at 10 AM so that I can reach the temple well in advance. On 31st of Mar 10 AM, the cab (an Innova) reached at the starting point and I realized that it was a 6-seater instead of an 8-seater. I told the cab driver right-away that I won’t travel in this vehicle since 8 passengers can’t adjust in a 6-seater. Immediately I called up the booking office and reported the problem. I told them that I want an 8-seater immediately because time was running out. In between all this, I had a conversation with Mr. Prashanth (who confirmed my booking) and he was trying to put the blame on me. He was telling – You only told to book an Innova. I blasted at him right away saying that my only constraint was an 8-seater. I didn’t ever mention any vehicle name. During this discussion, the call got disconnected. In the next call, another guy told me that he will be sending an 8-seater from Bommanahalli which will reach Electronic City within 10-15 minutes. I was so frustrated to hear this, because my starting time was running out. I demanded him to give me the new driver’s number, and I called him up. The driver told me that he will take another 30 minutes to reach my point. By this the time was already around 10:30 AM. In between this, I called up Akbar (Bangalore in-charge of fast-track I guess) and reported the complaint. Akbar tried his best to help me out but I didn’t have the time to wait for another cab, because I’m already half an hour late, and I didn’t want to waste more of the time with fast-track's service. My whole trip was screwed up because of this dirty service, and on top of that the new booking officer was trying to waste another 30 minutes of my time by sending a cab from somewhere else. I demanded action to be taken against Mr. Prashanth who literally cheated me with his carelessness. I suppose Akbar communicated this issue with Mr. Gopi who is the manager of Prashanth, because I got a call from Gopi within few minutes. I demanded the same to Gopi. I asked for strict action to be taken against Prashanth who played with me and my family’s time. Since I don’t believe this service anymore, I demanded Gopi to provide me the evidence for the action taken against Prashanth. Mr. Gopi told that he will terminate the employee, so I said – OK fine, but I want proof of the action. If it’s a termination, then I want to see the termination letter. Gopi committed me the same saying that he will send me the proof by EOD to my personal email Id which he noted down. Since I didn’t find any email from him, I called him at 8:54 PM. I asked him about the same and he told that he was at home. I told him that’s not my concern, I called up for getting the proof of the actions taken regarding the complaint. For that, he replied that I should come directly to the office and meet him. Why should I meet him and who is he to me? I told him directly that I have lots other work to do and I waste my time by coming to your office. I will still tell that because, as a customer I feel like cheated because of your so called timely service. Please be noted that I didn’t abuse Mr. Gopi, because I know how to respect an individual. This is where Gopi showed his true face. He started abusing me directly by calling me bloody. I lost my temper levels and blasted at him and disconnected the call. I immediately called up Mr. Akbar and reported this. After that, Gopi again called me and started threatening me by asking me what I can do him. I told him directly that I will complaint this and make you regret for this. He replied – OK, you do whatever you can. I’ll see.
                                        After some time, he called up again and started speaking decently, thinking I’ll forgive him. But I don’t have to forgive some filthy guy who has abused me. He then ended the discussion committing again that he’ll send the termination letter by today morning. I checked my inbox today morning and as expected, I didn’t see any email from him. At this point I called up the complaint floor in-charge officer Mr. Jeethu, and reported this complaint to him. Jeethu then told me he will call back after discussing this with his seniors. He called back and convinced me to forgive Gopi. I too was ready to forgive Gopi for his actions if he apologize. Gopi then called me up for an apology. I told him the same thing again – I want proof of the termination which has been done. He told me that he will send me the proof by today 4pm. Again as expected there’s no email from him, and that is why I started writing this email. There’s a limit to forgiveness, and my tolerance limit has been crossed. I see no reason to forgive Gopi for his actions. These kind of employees create a crack in your foundation and brand value. After all this, some Srinivas called me up and confirmed me that Fast-track won’t be able to disclose any kind of internal communication to a customer. Well in that case, I’m pretty sure that he was trying to convince me by saying some fake explanations. Even I’m servicing corporate clients and if there’s a mistake from any of my employees, I will keep my client in the emails to prove what all actions I’m taking against the employee. My only demand is – I need to see clear evidence of whatever action is taken against Prashanth and Gopi. To this, Srinivas replied –We’ll not be able to disclose any communications to you, you can proceed with whatever you want. He was also telling me to stop using the services from Fast-track and forget this incident. I don’t want his suggestion for that, and I know which all services to opt for. This clearly shows his attitude against a customer’s dissatisfaction. He’ll be thinking that even if he loose one customer he can live with that.
                                        These guys are going to lose a lot of customers because of managers like this. There are other cab services who value their customers a lot. I request everyone not to take Fast-track cab services - not at-least in Bangalore.
