I bought a new fastrack watch, model NE6013SL04 from the central mall, GB road, thane on 22nd May 2014. But the watch was lagging behind and unable to show the correct timing the very next day. I complained about the same to the showroom, but the salesman said that the watch needs to be sent to the service centre. I had presented this watch as a gift to my daughter, but myself and my daughter are totally disappointed and frustrated over the purchase.

    Dear Concern, i have purchased Fasttracek sunglass on dtd 7th May 2014, & i have ovserve some problem on my sunglass on dtd 8th May. I have go back to Malviya Nagar Titan eye showroom on dtd 14th may 2014 his concern person saying this is rear problem he was saying pls go to Titan service center for proper result, so i am gone to Titan service center & handover lmy sunglass to concern person on service center he was commit to me your sunglass repaired or replace from 10 to 15 days . but toady is gone 25 days i have call to titan service but his concern person not given proper answer .       I and my family (9 members) return to my home town (Tirunelveli) from Chennai to get Nellai Express (Time : 8.15 PM). I have booked Fast track from Korattur to Egmore ans asked them to reach 6 PM to Korattur (Booking No. 85709) till 7PM cap no come after that I called them they told after 3 hours only you get cap. I am so disappointed and after I got auto and went to Egmore I cannot reach on time. I missed my train and loss 4000 Rupees. It's very wost Travels. I will not leave them I will go to consumer court. If any Government officer read this comment please close the Fast Track.

        once i bought two fastrack watches .both wrist watches stoped working within two week due to mechanical faliure .whenever i come out of my AIR CONDITIONED room or car to normal temperature .a water vapor goes on appearing water vapor goes on appearing .and that water vapour again fall down on gauge after repeating this step my watch finally stop working.my both watches are costly about 1600 and 1875 rs. i think this is only due to manufacturing defect in fastrack factory .i think they produce these watches in open atmosphere.

          Dear Sir / Madam, I am Girish Govinda from Baroda - Gujarat. On 4th Feb 2014 I was buy a wrist watch from Fatehgunj store. On 9th Feb 2014 I was visited your store once again for resolve 2 problems. 1 steel belt size was remove and 2 pin was not proper fit in belt ( photo attached ). Steel belt size remove by person but for pin he set a temporary solution, hammering on loose pins and watch return to me he say ok. But its not clear so regularly I feel company cheated me because I trust on company and buy a product but just 5 days and product is not proper its mean this was manufacturing defect. That reason I was visited once again your Fatehgunj store and I request for exchange but he say no for exchange you go service centre because we have't. Then I was visited your other show room " world of titan " for solve my problem but no proper answer. Than I write constantly write mail to fastrack but approx 2 month still no any reply on my mail. I need your help on priority basis. I hope company do this activity regularly that's only reason nobody written reply on mail. Please check attach snaps.             Hi Team, Thanks for your response. As suggested I contacted your service center (WORLD OF TITAN Premises Bearing No 47, Bungalow Road, Kamala Nagar New Delhi-110009) on[protected] and the executive is saying that as the strap is made of suede leather so it will get dirty and they don't have any solution to it nor they will be able to help me out.Further they suggested me to change the strap as suede leather has the problem of fading. I have been a regular customer of Titan (Loyalty No.[protected] and have bought this watch on 12th Apr. I never expected this kind of services from a brand like titan, if this is the case then this type of product should not be sold in the market. Kindly help me out with a solution.               The glass of my watch was broken have given it to the nearest titan showroom .As they have accepted the watch and said it will be repaired with in 25-30 days.After 30 day i called they said it is not repaired because the company in not having the glass of this watch . For this also i have called weather the watch is repaired or not then said it is not repaired .so what's the use of buying this branded item if the company dose'nt have the spare parts of that item .

                I have purchased a Fast rack watch for my daughter for Christmas on 15/12/2013 model no, is NA6010SM01.
                from Titan Care, Bellary Road, Bytarayanapura, Bangalore - 560 092.


                The watch was first worn on 24/12/2013 and after that only on Sundays. Within a month it stopped working and we took it to the showroom who kept the watch for two days and said it is working fine. This happened twice. Again similar problems noticed not working properly, slow timing etc., we spoke to the dealer as to why this is happening ? The dealer was not bothered to explain the problem and so adamant to speak. Fast rack has a big name but one can imagine the state of the watch and poor service. Please look into the problem and arrange to replace the watch.

                The problem with the watch is still continuing. The watch is sent to the service centre 4th time. Watch cannot be used within one year. Request you to kindly replace the watch. The amount spent on petrol to go to the service centre is almost worked out to the cost of the watch. I have requested the service centre to replace the watch.                   I have purchased fast track watch model no - 4052pm02 there are both digital and analog Dials in it. when i used it for few days the strap got broken. After searching for the straps in places like Delhi and Hyderabad I have not been able to find a genuine strap. People should stop buying Fastrack Watches if the company cannot provide after sales and spares.

                    Fastrack watch: non availability of strap

                    Hi have purchased fast track watch model no - 4052pm02 there are both digital and analog dials in it. when i used it, the strap got broken, i have not been able to find a genuine one anywhere even in delhi and Hyderabad even after visiting several company Showrooms and service centres. People should STOP Buying this Fast Track watch's if the company cannot cater for after sales service....

                    dear sir,
                    i am writing this letter for the poor response from the side of company and the dealer. i have bought a fast track watch model no.1478sbc(chain) watch from haldwani (dist nainital) uttatakhand from one of the dealer, before 1 an half year . soon it started giving problems may be the piece was defective from starting
                    though it is 60 m water resistant but whenever it rains or in cool temp like in ac or hills it started developing moisture or water vapours and form a white colour layer which make it very uncomfortable to judge time..the glass is inside full of mist and, the time cannot be seen clearly . i bought it around 2700 rs an still it has 2-3 months warranty left
                    i approached to dealer many times he make temporary solution buy just cleaning the glass everytime so for a permanent solution i forced him to send the watch to company. .
                    so after i month when i got my watch back, i thought the problem was now solved but again it started giving the same problem . i think nothing has been done to overcome the problem instead they just wasted the warranty period . the company is not taking any action after demanding to resolve the problem and soon it is going to loose its warranty period so i want the strict action against the company and want the watch to be replaced.
                    please let me know how to act against these cheaters and to make a permanant solution for this problem

                      i have purchased fasttrack watch from nucleus mall ernakulam before one and half year.now before a month some colour change notice in the dial due to some fungus attack.i have gone to the service centre and they have told that theycannot give warranty for the watch as it happened because of water entering inside through the time adjusting switch.i cannot understand how it go inside.its a water resistant watch.the time switch has gone before one week only and the colour change notices before one month.i request you to take necessary action for the warranty.As fasttrack is a branded item of titan, i expect a positive response form your side.the service centre refuse my warranty is located at cochin titan service centre pioneer towers, menaka road cochin respectfully chanthu nair v [protected] 317/01 fact cd township ambalamedu po cochin

                            Hi, I purchased watch, model no:9336SFA on July 2013. It worked properly only for 5 months, after that i do not what happened it stopped working. I took my watch to ZIMSON watches (authorised service center), T.Nagar, Chennai they said machine has some defect and they asked me to contact nearby TITAN WORLD showroom. So i continued to the TITAN world showroom, Pondy Bazaar, opposite to Holy Angels School, Chennai. There technician said that he has fixed the defect in watch and assured me that it will work properly henceforth. But no point, still i am facing the same problem. This has happened twice with the same issue. Really very poor quality of watches they make these days. Issue with watch is: Often it will show wrong time, will not run many times, if i shake the watch and do some mad things it will start working and this help for 1 or 2 days, after that again same thing either it will get stopped or show wrong time.                               Hello Team, My name is Omlan Chowdhury I bought a new Fastrack wrist watch from Tulsi Watch Korba ( Address is Near Mamaji Bakers TP Nagar Korba Chattisgarh on 10/02/2014 after 5 days it stops working that time I was out of station after returning to my town I complaint to dealer that watch is not working, he says that we have to send it to service center that date was 26th Feb. 2014 .Today I again visit the shop but the dealer says that still he have not get the watch . From the date of purchase to till date I have not wear my watch its already 20 days gone .                                 i have bought my fasttrack watch on dated:-19.8.13 from sethi watch company which is si tuated in krishna nagar delhi.many times i have submit my watch to sethi watch co. authorised servicee centre attend the complaint of slow running.but they fail to attend my complaint .i am very fadup from that .i am a working person not having so much time.please do something.

                                  HI, I had an issue with watch strap and went to store near chinchwad and they took the watch and given me commited that they would get it replaced in 8 days, when i called them on 7th Day to know the status, they turned down and said to collect the watch back.

                                    I have purchased the above model flash light and has hardly used for less than an hour. Since there was no
                                    charge in the battery I tried to charge the same. But unfortunately it is not getting charged and the flash light has become useless. Though the life of the flash light is shown 100, 000 hours it is guite disgusting that this light has given me no service. I tried to find out the service centre here in Kerala or some dealer who could help. So far I did not succeed. I am practising as an attorney in Kochi, Kerala, India. I shall be grateful if you could give me the contact details of the service centre or dealer contact address somewhere in our locality. Hope to hear from you soon.

                                      I have a fastrack wrist watch bearing model number 1230SM01. I am using this watch for more than 2 years with no complaint. Few days before, I had a small problem in my battery. I gave my watch to my nearby Titan service station in Karur, Tamilnadu. The problem had been solved. But when I reached my home, I found my back cover missing. When I contacted them, they adamantly said that it was my fault and I would have lost it purposely. Am I a crack?? I am deeply disappointed with your service. When I contacted other Titan showrooms, they told that the back cover alone cant be available alone. They said the entire case should be bought which costs almost half of my watch's price. Please provide me enough help to continue my service with you.
