Hii i am living in new model house, jalandhar and i have hd set top box but nowadays due to rise in cable prices i want to change my cable company as other company is offering me very less price but when i told my operator to take fastway box back he refused to take and not even giving my refund back
So that is why i want to file a complaint
Please solve this issue as soon as possible
Otherwise the behaviour of this...

My cable operator disconnect cable connection without notice...

Regarding extra charges of activate setup box village Sohana (mohali)...

From yesterday I'm not watching my TV channel due to technical error E-17 facing please resolve it as soon as possible.

I am from village sirthala i have fast way cable connection from since 2014 but now still have issue from 3-4 month network is not proper but cable operators saying for money every month on time in a month connection is not present on set of box 15th to 20 day in a month still having face issue...

We have got NOC from chd & send email the same in customer care but in revert I got only assurance & not connection till date..
