ਬੇਨਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਾਡੀ ਕੇਬਲ ਪਿਛਲੇ 4 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬੰਦ ਹੈ। ਕੇਬਲ ਅਪਰੇਟਰ ਨੂੰ ਫੋਨ ਤੇ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਲਿਖਵਾਈ ਹੈ।ਪਰ ਉਹ ਠੀਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨ ਆਇਆ।ਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਫੋਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਿਸੀਵ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ।

    Dear sir
    I am having two connections of fastway cable from so many years . First connection details are MAC 0880392F6039 & second conection detals are VC [protected]-9 .I am regularly making payments for my each connection .But when I got to know from your website that under multy tv connection there is rebate in second connection NCF I approached the local cable operator for the same but he refused to give me rebate in NCF of my second connection .I also submitted the affidavit in prescribed format that both connection belongs to me as advised by your customer care team, but cable operator still refuses to give me rebate under multi tv connection policy of yours.

    Dear sir when I refuse to make extra payment for my second connection, cable operator deactivated my second connection i.e vc [protected]-9.

    I tried to contact to nodal officer on no. [protected], [protected] many times but nobody takes the call.I tried to contact Local cable operator Mr.Malik on his no.[protected] but he also never attend call.

    Sir I request you to please kindly take strong action against your cable operator & get activated my connection vc [protected]-9.

    If you can't do that plz take your both boxes back & refund my security amt of Rs 2800/- so that I can get connection of some other DTH service provider .

      Refund of SET TOP BOX

      I am a loyal customer of fastway for 8 years i have 2 connections but now i wanted to shift my house . Security i paid was rs 1000 each but now they are saying that security refund will only be rs 100 each .

      This is a fraud . Please guide what to do ....

      Hii i am living in new model house, jalandhar and i have hd set top box but nowadays due to rise in cable prices i want to change my cable company as other company is offering me very less price but when i told my operator to take fastway box back he refused to take and not even giving my refund back
      So that is why i want to file a complaint
      Please solve this issue as soon as possible
      Otherwise the behaviour of this operator will lead your company to loss many old customers

              I am from village sirthala i have fast way cable connection from since 2014 but now still have issue from 3-4 month network is not proper but cable operators saying for money every month on time in a month connection is not present on set of box 15th to 20 day in a month still having face issue when complaint for local operator he not respond for resolving the problem still make money for cable why am a only paying rent for but cable operators always having still in enjoy mood my please resolve the problem as soon as possible because cable operators is perfect casual

                  Cable operator collected money from us I had made payment of this month also still cable is not coming from last 2 days employee is vey rude he behave in very ill manner way I am very disappointed plz resolve it I had called operator many times but he did not reply my call very very bad service kindly resolve it as soon as possible

                      Dear Team,

                      Now I am done dealing with the fastway and my cable operator. Fastway is not able to provide me resolution for my queries neither the cable services provided by fastway is appropriate. Last night also the cable got disconnected and my cable operator just went off and was not picking the call. He was ignoring my messages on whats app. Also when i am ready to pay for a channel how fastway can deny me that. Every one or two days your cable gets disconnected. Nobody listens to complaints. Irresponsive cable operator. I have written a number of times to fastway but didn't gotb a resolution. Still didn't get a reply on my last mail nor has anybody contacted me. Fastway doesn't have a place of business or office in Delhi so how are they going to resolve customer problems in Delhi. Everytime i contact your customer care they say they are calling from Punjab and only your cable operator will resolve your problem. Then what's the point in dealing with the fastway?

                      As I mentioned in my last mail, I don't want to continue with the fastway anymore. Hence request you to refund my full STB money of 1500 as fastway is not able to provide satisfactory services and I am compelled to take such a step. Please escalate it to the highest level.

                      Please refer to my previous email below which i have written to fastway and didn't got a reply even:

                      "Again I am writing to you for the poor services provided by my LCO. Even forgot the number of times I have written to you regarding the same issue. My set up box STB ID- 4C0E9D8D and CA ID- [protected]. Every time I call my LCO there is no one to answer the call. Nobody takes the responsibility. For two days my cable is not coming and yet nobody came to my home to check the issue. Also I always make the payment on time but nobody from the LCO updates the payment details and just cuts off the cable. When I call them one employee just puts the blame on the other. They are just making fools of customers. Also, for so long I have been asking LCO to add the Paras Channel to my pack but he is denying it saying its fastway policy. How fastway can deny adding a free channel to my pack. I am fed up with LCO services and don't want to deal with him again. So please assign me a person directly from the fastway in case of future issues. Also I request you in case of any future trouble from LCO end or fastway I want a refund of my full STB money of Rs. 1500 as fastway is unable to provide me the satisfactory services till yet. I think this would be the last option."

                        It is to bring your notice that the fastway services in Shimla are not upto the mark. We understand if some problem occurs once in a month or two but facing such issues quite often is not something we will tolerate. And yes as we called the costumer care no., they assure us but the condition remains same. Today also Error 104 is all over again. The call was not picked for 44 minutes. Yes actually. I request a strick action to restart the services.

                          Just tell 1 valid reason why to give 25-50 rs extra per month just for no reason. niether they guys provide any service nor they listen to any complaints. When it is clearly written on your official website rent is 325 inclusive taxes then why extra charges. Even when called to customer care they are saying (ye to operator ka hota h unki marji but company nhi extra leti). Why we should give extra money. This is the problem in every area I think. Plz speak up guys.

                            Your service provider's service is absolutely useless, fastway cable remains closed for 15 days in 1 month.Do not pick up the phone when you call, if you pick it up by mistake, then there is no satisfactory answer why the cable is turned off, only the light and the service coming from behind is given.It has been three to four months since I got the fastway box installed. The box was also marked with someone else's name and took my ID. I am very unsatisfied with their service, either get their service done well or else I should get my box payment returned.
