My self Simranjeet singh [protected] we received old remote (which is not work properly & cracked ) at the time of new connection establishment, cable operator ask that thay will change with new one in some days. But till now remote not changed. we pay our cable rent Rs.375/- every month on time. But cable operator unable to change.

    We've shifted in our house on Aug' 2020. It's 4 months to go. Only 15 days in a month fastway work properly, otherwise there are showing[protected] on screen.but at the time of payment before date they show payment reminders. They only want payments from customers but not give gud service to our customers. Fastway team are not working after 7 pm. Whenever call to fastway customer care or local operator they all says that next day your problem will sort out. We are totally frustrated from fastway...

        We encounter a problem of 109 from past 7 days...we registered complaint to cable operator and to company many times but nothing had happened. My complaint number is[protected]. Every time we call them they told us to wait. We get frustrated nd felt mentally harass due to there non-supportive behaviour and rude language. I want u to help us out and do the needful.

            I, Arun Hastir, am a resident of V&PO Babehali District Gurdaspur, pin 143530. I have fastest cable connection. I am requesting my local fastest cable provider to add a sports channel but he is not complying with my request. This is deficiency of service and against norms of Try. Ask your local fastway cable operator to do the needful.

                I got installed a new ( I am not sure whether the dealer installed a new connection or duped me by installing an old connection ) fastway transmission connection at my address h.no. 26, Mohindra Colony, Amritsar, 143001, Punjab in the month of Nov. 2019 and paid the security amount of RS. 1199/- for SD STB box. Details as follows

                Now in the month of Oct 2020 I requested for discontinuation of connection and requested for the refund of security ( as the dealer informed at the time of installation that security is 100% refund able with in a year of installation) send the message to dealer on 1/10/2020 and made the online/telephonic request on fastway site on 2/10/2020 my complaint no. Is 4512269. I am ready to hand over the setup box back to dealer but company refused to refund my security deposit amount. Kindly help me in the same.

                    Complaint no 1 : [11 sept 2020]

                    Complaint : our cycle for cable payment is always 15th of every month, but from the last 2 months there is a new operator assigned to our area. These new operators are forcing us to pay from the 1st of every month. I told them to adjust the amount of 15th days and then start from 1st of every month. Instead of that they are saying your billing cycle will be 15th but we will get the payment from 1st. I told them to give me in writing, which they are not doing.

                    Complaint no 2 : [27 sept 2020]
                    As i said in my previous mail that i have paid them via google pay on 15th sept 2020 for which screenshot are attached below, even after paying they disconnected our cable from yesterday. I called them yesterday and they said we are updating your payment. It will start working in 10-15 minutes, but it's more than 24 hours since it didn't worked the local operator has stopped responding too. Get this resolved asap, otherwise i am going to consumer court against you guys, everything was working fine before, since these new operators came into our locality they are useless. If you don't take any action then it's gonna cause a lot.

                    First they harassed us by paying them in advance and now they are harassing us by disconnecting cable even after the payment was made.

                    Complain :
                    There is no action on this complaint by fastway. Everything was fine, but when this new operator assigned to our locality everything is messed up and nothing is working as expected. These new operator don't pick up calls even after calling 10 times, these operator talk in very rude manner, these operator come to house for payment without following any crona pandemic norms

                    I have a simple request as mention below :

                    - we don't have any issue in paying from 1st of month, but adjust our payment of 15th days first and restart our cycle from 1st. I need this in writing too.
                    - i don't want to pay them in cash, i need an online payment method to pay my bill.

                    Also even after paying on google pay they are disconnecting our cable, so please request you to change the operator.

                    Our cable is not working for more then 24 hours and no action taken yet, keeping there nodal officer vivek manchanda email id in loop while complaining still nothing changed.

                      I shifted my house to new location within a vicinity with same cable operator at zirakpur punjab. They told me you have to pay your neighbour 500Rs because they have taken cable wire connnnection from the main setup box, i had not opted for the option and choosen to go with my own cable wire from end to end. Which charged me 1000 rs. After a week the cable wire man has given connection from my cable wire to others that too without my permission, forget about permission, without informing me or asking me, when i said him to share a part of cable wire with me as he said me earlier to give 500 to neighbour. He replied aisa nahi hota, and when my wife was alone at home and cable wire man has came to collect bill, said my wife ab toh ek connection aur dunga yaha se karlo jo karna hai. So my wife has not given cable bill and the next day my cable connection is deactivated. Boss kudos to fastway what a gunda gardi . Hell service of them, if same is not gonna a resolve in a day or too . I am going to lodge a FIR against them. I am so much fedup of them.

                        With due respect, I jasminechopra want to say that I live in plahi gate bhullarai road street no 8 phagwara. Sir ur fastway network worker came to collect the payment but due to some circumstances we were unable to pay the money but told him to come next day collect the money but he was not coming and cut the connection of few channel. This kind of behavior is not acceptable and unprofessional. Kindly accept my request otherwise we will disconnect your service. Thank you.

                          And i am from kurukshetra haryana.
                          My complete address is 1093/24akash nagar salarpur road kurukshetra.
                          From.2 weeks there is no cable in this area.
                          we.pay bills on.time for no getting cable on time?
                          If we contact to nearby complaint officess they dont even pic calls everytime they busy their phone if they doing this type of ### we just start using dish tv.
                          If they dont provide service on time please remove your set up boxes from our area.
                          From 3 weeks there is no cable we providing bills for 1 month if there is no cable for 15 days please refund our 15 days money for not getting cable.

                                      I am facing problem from fastway channel again & again.

                                      I also called my local cable operator but he is not responding and he used wrong words for me.

                                      Recently i had registered my complaint regarding non-working of my cable. My complaint is register on my number [protected] yesterday. Attendant assured me your problem will be sorted out within 6 hours. Today i called again, but problem is same. They are giving time again. I told to attendant that i will file complaint in consumer court against this harassment. Attendant ms shubham told no problem.

                                      This problem was also in last month. That time it was sorted out after five days.

                                        I am using fastway cable service in patiala (Punjab) since last 11 month. I am regular requesting fastway team to fix my cable its not working from last 8 days. My service error 104 is coming on my screen. But team are not respond till now after many time complaining customer care number they provide number of local operater number. I have paid advance to company but not able to channels. Worst service. When i call to local operator he just reply that is not our responsibility. Company just collecting it's money without any proper services what kind of services fastway cable provide us
