Signal not found message displayed

This is with reference to fastway connection at HNo 1136 Sector 18C Chandigarh.I hereby want to complaint regarding services provided by the company as the connection is not working and every time we are facing the same issue of signal not found, though my bills are paid timely and nothing is due in this regard....

Cable not working inspite of making the payment

The connection got disconnected due to non payment 5 days ago.
The payment was made instantly.
No one in the customer care and neither the local operators are responding to the phone call how is someone supposed to get in touch with the cable operators to get the issue sorted pathetic services by the cable operators...

Renew expired message on screen after paid 3000 at time for one year

I have an connection of fastway cable.i given him 3000 advance money before got the connection.after 20 to 25 days it was appeared an error on screen(regarding expired reneiwed) .i called on customer care for complaint and got mobile no of cable operator. I called him and told him I given all advance 3000rs then why it will disconnected after 20 days and the owner name is also not me.he told me don't worry I will start it now, after one day...

Absolute rubbish

Absolutely naive and rubbish cable tv service provider. Had posted a simple request to upgrade my Set top box from SD to HD as I bought a new TV which only supports HD.

The customer care executive told me that it'll cost 700 rupees and it'll be done very easily in 2-6hours same day. When no one contacted me, I called again, they said max time is 48 hrs. Now, after 48 hrs, no one has come and I called them again, they are asking...

Fastway cable old remote at time of connection

My self Simranjeet singh [protected] we received old remote (which is not work properly & cracked ) at the time of new connection establishment, cable operator ask that thay will change with new one in some days. But till now remote not changed. we pay our cable rent Rs.375/- every month on time. But cable operator unable to change.

Not working at all

We've shifted in our house on Aug' 2020. It's 4 months to go. Only 15 days in a month fastway work properly, otherwise there are showing[protected] on screen.but at the time of payment before date they show payment reminders. They only want payments from customers but not give gud service to our customers. Fastway team are not working after 7 pm. Whenever call to fastway customer care or local operator they all says that next day your problem...
