New connection purchase very poor services connection not working three days morning network ok but evening time network not working very poor services fastway net Plus walo ki...

The connection got disconnected due to non payment 5 days ago.
The payment was made instantly.
No one in the customer care and neither the local operators are responding to the phone call how is someone supposed to get in touch with the cable operators to get the issue sorted pathetic services by the cable operators...

Today my fW set top box is stop while I call a agent for solution he talk with me with misbehaving his name gagan. Kindly suspended him or cut my connection....

Absolutely naive and rubbish cable tv service provider. Had posted a simple request to upgrade my Set top box from SD to HD as I bought a new TV which only supports HD.

My self Simranjeet singh [protected] we received old remote (which is not work properly & cracked ) at the time of new connection establishment, cable operator ask that thay will change with new one in some days. But till now remote not changed. we pay our cable rent Rs.375/- every month on time. But cable operator unable to change.

We've shifted in our house on Aug' 2020. It's 4 months to go.
