      Dear sir/ madam

      I am really surprised to see the poor condition of your services.
      This is the time of faster services but to see you guys services i think i am in mr bablu with cable services.

      Your operators are all the time saying that your complain will be resolved in 4-6 hrs.
      But fortunately your watch has stopped and you did not get that repaired yet. I did call you 5 days back and in last 5 days i have called you around 50 times. And moment back (6:05 pm) i had words with one of your guys who told me to resolve the complain.

      I still waiting for that to happen. Please sir either resolve my problem or cut my connection and return me my setup box amount back so that i could get the other cable benefits.
      Other wise am employee of hindustan times..
      Please solve this problem. Other wise i will publish your service providing detail publish in hindustan times paper...

          Hi,

          I m a net plus broadband subscriber under account # [protected]. Company suspended my account with the comments that i did not pay the monthly rental however their executive was collecting the amount on monthly basis.
          I have that receipt with me on which i paid the cash amount to the executive. Company suspended the account last month also however made it active after sending the receipt but they again suspended it last week and still in deactivated status. The main prob is the local operator collect the amount and dont update it in system.

              Setup box problem of signal cable behind the setup box.

                I have not been using fastway setup box since one year and when we stopped it at that time company employes insisited to keep setupbox for futher use but now the are not taking it return and not giving security amt rs700 hunderd. They claimed that company is closed but company is still working as one connection of fastway is still working at my home at ground floor and not taking back setup boxs of first floor which was unused from ome year.                   Above said channel was transmitted on channel no. 426, but same is not displaying since 3 weeks.
                  I have lodged a complaint earlier on dt. 4th or 5th august 2019, but same was not resolved by fastest side, however an sms for resolving the complaint was sent by fastest.
                  Now on dt 21.08.2019 i have lodged a new complaint via telephone.
                  It is requested that paras gold channel may please be transmitted at the earliest.

                    I have 3 connections at my home of fastway and 2 months back shifted from local cable to fastway.

                    Since day 1 cable is not working properly error 104 and blurred picture keep on reflecting on the screen. Have complaint ffor the same multiple time to local spoc but everytime he says either there is some problem with the emplifier or cable wire needs to be replaced. But nothing has happened till date.

                    Can i have any person number to whom i can speak this and he can sort it out.

                    Since 2 months facing this issue and nobody is replying with satisfactory answer.

                    Request you to kindly address my issue or disconnect connection and refund our payment as i have paid 3 months advance money.

                        My customer id is [protected], My net is not working yesterday 11.30 am i called customer care more then 6 times but no body visit & the problem still there. I m a professional, my clients suffering becouse ITR & GST Returns are not filed by me (i.e. net is not working) Penalty are due to the assessee assessee was not able to file penalty. He is right i m unable to file her documents with Department. So i want the fastway company pay the penalty which is arise by the GST Deaprtment to my clients not filling their returns in time. If any person suffering from problem the company not solved the problem they trying sir wait ( 4 to 6 hours ) the engineer visit (why the company said the engineer visit in 4 to 6 hours . Totally when i complaints engineers never come before 24 hours so it mean that the time 4 to 6 hours is likely 4*6 hours i.e. 24 hours.

                        Company misguide the clients and forget own duty. they are service provider.

                        Kindly look into the matter and solve and waiver all the penalty which is arise due to company not support.

                          I Registered Complaint Yesterday but yet not received any Answer Till Today & my Complaint no. Is18062019w3556462.Without any reason cable operators disconnect the cable & not giving any information about rental amount of STB . For the last two months We havenot been using STB neither the cable operator comes or refunds STB security amount nor he tells Anything about set top box .It is requested to return security amount as early as possible.

                          Since 15 may i have submitted a request to change my package to FW-Favourite and add channels Sony, Colors, star World and disney universal bouquet. but till now nothing has been done.

                            I am a resident of Chandigarh and I want to register a complaint against fastway cable network.My fastway cable network is not working from past 3 days (since 10.6.2019 ) . we have contacted our local cable operator CCN cable Manimajra area but he is unable to resolve the issue. It is showing the error code E104.
                            Today 12.06.2019 I contacted more than 12-13 times(from both my numbers) the customer care on both the number Toll Free :[protected] Mobile:[protected] provide by the fastway .when contacted the girl was not even interested in saying "hello "and was disconnecting the call again and again listing to my words that I need to register a complaint.This number is toll free and PAN India number and the same Punjabi speaking girl will pick the call indicating that the fastway does not even have a proper customer case centre and executives.even if you select to speak in Hindi and English the same girl will pick the call and speck in Punjabi(really funny).Now they asked for the error code I provided them and them asked fro some MAC number or MQ code I do not know exactly what information she was asking for, (as the voice was not audible) as there is only one number visible on our white coloured set top box.Set top box number GCR-AC2932FW.and to get this info from my home I have to call my mother gain and again and she did not even hold the number and was continuously disconnecting the number and now they are saying that my number has exceeded the max number of calls limit to fastway . I want my problem to be solved on the prority basis.There is not even the contact number or their director /executiveavailable. One number of their nodal office is given which is not available(out of service)Email : vivek.[protected]@fastway.in

                            Cable tv mai hamare bataye plan se chanel nahi chal rhe hai. operator ko kai bar chanel slect kr ke de diye hai lekin oprator apni marji se chanel chala rha hai or fastway k hisab se packeg lene ke liye keh rha hai.

                              I have 2 fastway connections. And my hd fastway box is not working just after 6 months and our cable operator is not taking any action... And even we didnt get our security back.. Please solve our problem.. We are facing it for a long time. And many channels have been already cut and it takes half an hour to tv to restart. I hope u will take action.

                                I am connected with fastway from last 5 years and i have one connection. But i'm feel very sad when our cable operator does not listen our problems and from fortnight there is no signal. Many times i call our cable operator but unfortunately he doesn't pick up the phone and if he pick up the phone then he cannot listen our problems carefully and doing misbehaving verbally. I call many times at fastway customer care no. But i can't get any satisfactory results from fastway. So please solve this problem.

                                I would like to inform you that i am using Fastway cable service in chamdigarh
                                Since last 4 months i am regular requesting Fastway team & local cable operator to provide me HD setup box as per TRAI new rule but in spite of my regular request Fastway has not provided all channels of my choice pack against my MAC no 118550F5407F9 and not given any receipt of payment
                                I have approached every level of fastway

But fw service providers is not providing service always no signal and when we complaint they not respond not pick phone and when we go their office they misbehaved and spk very rudely we want to refund our money for setup boxes as fw is not working last two months if no action taken by you i go to consumer court...

                                    I inform you that are cable operator is not giving good sarvice last from one month vicky cable preet nagar shimla puri, ludhiana. Cable operator mobile nom [protected].

                                    My cable setup box was not working so i told the operator to change this setup box in hd box and he had taken the old setup box with it's all accessories but the operator didn't changed the setup box last from one month. We are already given the money. When we ask to changed the box he give such kind of excuses. He was tolding we changed the box in one hour or 2 hour nex day he was giving same excuses.

                                    Please solve are problem as soon as possible
                                    We are waiting from last one month.
