Cash not received

I have deposited an amount of rs.2200 in the cdm of girinagar branch,
On 14/05/2016, around after 10pm.
Now its saying that the amount is not in the bank acc i deposited.

I took rs.2200 from federal bank atm next to the cdm machine, from my icici bank acc (salary acc).

Atm and the cdm were placed so near.

I took the money from the atm and deposited in the cdm.
And my money...

Federal idbi cheating

My name is sajjad kutty and i am a federal bank nri customer (chathannoor branch) for more than 30 years. due to the relation with the manager he introduced me this idbi policy by making me believe that 2 lakhs 45 thousand will be your amount after 5 years and you have to pay 40000 per year. now the period is completed and i had claimed the amount. but the amount credited is 15, 8000 in my account instead of 2...

As I have taken Home loan in your Bank( Bangalore -- Basavangudi Branch) and I am paying my EMI
since 8 years I have not even kept any pending EMI even though
I have paid my EMI late but I paid with late payment penalty, since 8 years I have not faced
any problem with anybody from the bank people or employees,

Due to personnel problem and I was in hospital for 10 - 15 days...

We have a above referred current account in your chalakudy branch. Today we have telephoned to your branch in the phone numbers mentioned in bank passbook several times to know about the cheque number of a collection - shown in passbook particulars as obc1881 rs 162983/- credited on 07.05.2016. There is nobody to attend the call.
We also wanted to know the credit details of rs 7, 50, 000/ remitted by one of our customer to make fixed...

My wife cash withdraw Rs.34000/- at INDIA1ATM, Nedumgolam. on26/04/2016. But Rs.44000/- less my account. (Rs.10000/-loose).
Suddenly I report my bank. and written complaint submit on 27/4/16 C/o my wife.
But no response in bank. Now 9 days past. No action.

Force for opening saving account on gold loan.

Few months I gone in bank they charge me mentain charges and they tell me you pay charges and close s/v account. My question is why telling me you need compulsory saving account for gold loan....

Passing wrong information

The staff of federal bank have not a proper knowledge about the account opening details. I've gone 7 times in the north paravoor federal bank branch for opening an account. This is the customer care service persons also giving wrong info about the atm card and accounts. If i'm asking the doubts actually they don't know the details. Even they don't know the limit of master card. Ridiculous...

Fedmobile is not working

This application is not working after the successful installation in iPhone6 Plus. I am getting an error message like "APP is in intermediate state, contact customer care". Customer care people says that it is a problem with your iPhone try to contact iPhone customer care. Earlier I had the same problem and rectified by Federal Bank customer care people.

Two times offered call back from Federal Bank customer care and didnt...

Delayed service and making confusions as well as unfair behaviour

I am Abdul Rahuman, account holder of vakkom branch(kerala). Am facing unsatisfied issues with customer handling by the workers.i came here to close the loan today(30/1/2016) from 9.50 onwards and they are delaying more than an hour which is disgusting and even they are not at all accurate by sorting out.branch executives are just behaving very annoyingly and making simple excuses by saying to wait the cash have to be arrived and just wait...

Amount debited from account

On 9/5/15 I have deposited 5k rupees on federal bank Chelakkara.After depositing I checked my account only 3k credited .on the next day I consult with the bank they inform me that it will be credited but the amount not credited after 1 1/2 months..I once compliant in the same manner before 1 month and the branch manager contacted me and informed me that it will get credited soon but yet the amount not get credited.....
