Dear Sir/Madam,
As I have taken Home loan in your Bank( Bangalore -- Basavangudi Branch) and I am paying my EMI
since 8 years I have not even kept any pending EMI even though
I have paid my EMI late but I paid with late payment penalty, since 8 years I have not faced
any problem with anybody from the bank people or employees,
Due to personnel problem and I was in hospital for 10 - 15 days as my son got operated I am
writing this mail late...
now since 20 to 25 days I have been tourchered & irritated me by your bank people I am getting
calls daily and continously from past 20 to 25 days
as I am not able to work in my office and even I am not able to concentrate on my personnal
work even I am not able to drive my bike...
Your bank people are behaving stupidly, because of your bank people I am facing lot of
problems, your bank people doesn't have common-sense if I disconnect
the call they don't even think why the customer is disconnecting the call they will not wait or
they will not call after 10 or 15 minutes after disconnecting the call,
your people will doesn't understand in which situation the cusotmer is whether he is driving
the vehicle or he is in any important meeting or he is in the
hospital you people will not think you people will not give us time to park the vehicle,
My problem is on 26 MAY when I was driving my 2 wheeler I was in the signal, I crossed the
signal and when I was moving the vehicle I got a call from your
bank people I disonnected the call as I was on the vehicle as traffic police were checking for
vechile documents traffic police saw me and he stopped me and told me
to park the vehicle side and he was standing in front of the vehicle, while stopping the vehile
again I got call from your bank people even though I am disconnecting
the call continuously they are calling me 10 times in 2 seconds just imagine how much your
people are irritating I am not able to stop the vehicle I am not able
to park the vehicle I am on the vehicle and I am disconnecting the call continously I am
getting call from the number [protected] and I am not able to put my
phone in silent mode and she is not living me to put my mobile in silent mode traffice police
saw as I was hold mobile in my hand and taking time to park the vehicle,
traffic police lost his patience and grabbed my mobile phone and pulled me from my bike, while
grabbing my mobile forcefully it got touch to the bike handle and
my mobile phone display got damaged, while traffic police was pulling me from my bike my bike
mirror got damaged, as I was using mobile on the vehicle I paid 700
rupees fine and I took the mobile from traffice police...
Please find the below questions from me...
1) I will clear all the dues(20, 000 or 30, 000) which is pending.. & I appologize for what I
have used bad & valgaur words and shouted on your people
2) who will pay my loss (i.e, my mobile phone which has got display damaged; find the above
screenshot which I have attached above)
3) I have made complaint to Bangalore -- Basavangudi branch they have suggested me to write a
compliant email
4) I will not pay my EMI till my mobile gets replaced and you people has to bare my mobile
loss...
suppose if I come to your bank and damage the bank properties will you people be keeping quite
and you people will live me
I am really sorry to say the below things as I have been irritated and frustrated and ill
treated me as a defaulter by your people
If I don't get justice and if you people are not baring my mobile loss I will not keep quite
and I will put it in all social network & in federalbank.co.in website and TV9 and all Media
channels
and I will put defomation case on your people...

Federal Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
that means there was no progress or work was happening on my concern.
pathetic service I must say.
