    I tangavel and tamilselvan we have a jewel loan federal bank jewel loan tamilnadu salem ( nilavarapatti branch ) we have 2 accounts at the branch we have a sufficient balance on savings account but not yet debit on interest amount at present i ask to branch we need settlement our jewel loan the manager say already sold your jewel 1yr before proper intimation sold our jewels so public federal bank jewel loan is cheating product so don't avail the federal jewel loan so i proof the records sent to your mail id or call my no cell:[protected]

      On 9/5/15 I have deposited 5k rupees on federal bank Chelakkara.After depositing I checked my account only 3k credited .on the next day I consult with the bank they inform me that it will be credited but the amount not credited after 1 1/2 months..I once compliant in the same manner before 1 month and the branch manager contacted me and informed me that it will get credited soon but yet the amount not get credited..

        Dear Sir, Kindly find here the documents related to our accounts regarding the nonpayment of interest by the bank on our bank account which contains the higher amount. regarding this issue we have already forworded 3-4 letters enclosed here with to the the Federal Bank Agra Branch but none of the manager neither chief nor branch manager took pain to release our actual interest as per the R.B.I rules .still we are in a worry that how the senior authorities of the bank can do this. Kindly find here the covering letter of the same with all letters given by by us with my family members accounts also& you are requested to kindly solve the problem of nonpayment of interest by the bank.               Bank. Pallimukku Branch

              Sir,

              I am an account holder of Federal Bank, Panampilly Nagar- Branch. My account no is[protected]. This branch has a very good dealing with the customers and their customer services and behaviors. Today[protected] unfortunately I had go to Federal Bank, Palimukku Branch to deposit Rs.49, 000/- in my account.[protected]. around 1.20 Pm

              The person in the cash counter refused to take the amount of Rs. 49, 000/- by saying that he can only accept the amount up to Rs.30, 000/-. Though it is a suspense amount only with the concern of Branch Manager he can receive amount more than Rs.40, 000/-.

              When I approached the Branch Manager, he behaved very rudely by saying that I had to go to my own branch to deposit the amount. He Stated form the other branches they cannot accept money. Because of his ridiculous behavior I had to return back, and not able to transfer the amount which was very urgent. I had to face a great loss behave of this incident.

              Due to this I had lost my valuable time and dignity. So I kindly request you to take suitable action against who had caused for this.

                Federal Bank - Irinjalakuda is where I have an account and I suspect the bank employees in involved in fraudulent practice that is begin hidden by the bank management and they are unilaterally deducting my fixed deposit sitting a loan against my deposit where there is no such record and frauds done by bank employee.                     I have purchased items on amazon on 11th November. when i made the payment, it was successful but after sometime i got message from the amazon to revise the payment. The amount has been deducted Rs. 1759 from my account. When i approached the customer center of federal bank, they told to drop email to [protected]@federalbank.co.in. I have send 15 email & did not get even single reply from them. I have contacted amazon& gave all the payment reference number also they told me the bank hold the payment & did not pay to their third party financial provider. Calling federal bank customer service is also useless. Really fed up with the federal bank.

                          Dear sirs, my name is Dr. K.N. * parameswaran nampoothiri, my s/b account number is [protected], federal bank panampilly nagar, kerala. i presented one cheque to the said branch 2 weeks back and they returned the after 12 days saying that it had not containd initials. O.k. I got another cheque from my hospital including the initials and presented last monday this time they found out another reason to reject the clearance as it containd an othe word, " DR". How stupid it is ? those who are sitting at the clearning offices are not robots if i am correct. what is the difficulty in getting a cheque cleared here ? finally i got the cheque back and i will restrict all my transactions with federal bank to the most minimum possible . anyway this is too much from a bank like federal bank . For you a customer like me is not important, for ma the tre are several banks arew available also. but that is not trhe proper way of customer care.                             Sub: education loan abida begum -a/c no [protected]: mba second year -hyderabad. Fee payment refusal second instalment-release by federal banklakdi ka pul branch - hyderabad city.
                            To persue my studies for the second year mba, kindly release the second year fee payment of rs 63500/-(Rupees sixty three thousand five hundred only). But as per the teleconversation with mr vishal manager, the same being withhold by the bank owing to some loan dues by my sister (Nri) emi / insurance for the car.
                            I bring to your notice that this matter is not concerened with me. It is wholly my sister and associates matter.Kindly do not hamper my studies for the second year . Please release the fee to the college immediately.
                            As far as i undestand the rbi abd the govt of india duly gives a responsibility and emphasizes for the education loan to the banks approached . It will be totally unlawful by the bank to interuppt my education and studies, that the latter part of the fee and instalment for the final year.

                              hi my account no is [protected], i have one atm card given with my account opening kit in the year 2009 i missed the card in the year 2011 Dec i gave two letter to the bank one is to block the lost card and the other to apply for the new card and to DE-ACTIVATE the old card clearly mentioned in the letter.i get a card in 2012 from then till now i am using that card only my card no is:4048 xxxx xxxx 4107 very recently may be 2 to 3 month i got net banking when i checked my account transaction detail's I found that there was 5 to 6 card is been activated and every quartly they have debited some money as debit card charge from my account rt from 2012 till date. i raised complaint for credit all the debit happen for the card which i am not using, when ever i call the customer service they give irrelevant information also they speak like want to escape from the call at that point of time . i spoke with supervisor they say like we have raised to bank call in 2 days if i call in 2 days when i call back again the level one person took the call and say that supervisor is not available i don't no weather the supervisor ran out of the company or what or the complete customer service unit is functioning without supervisor if so it will b like this only and they don't have any rights to lay with my money NOTE: the no i called is[protected] the people i spoke with 3 supervisor 2 techs 1. Sreejith, 2. Meena, 3.Sarum. Techs 1.Sreejith, 2.vidiya. this last call today with vidya say that the complain has been raised to bank so you should go to the bank and know the details and my supervisor is not available to speak with you they are saying this after a 3 weeks of time making me to wait simply to their response i want immediate action to be taken

                                Sir, Im Muhammed Riswan Working in Saudi Arabia as A Civil Engineer.I need NRI A/C from federal bank.I have sent a filled form to federal bank(Kannur - Chakkarakkal Branch).by hand.But Branch manager treated like bad.He said Send to Ernakulam head office.I can understand but i asked to check my form whether form filled correct or not.But he could not do anything.I heared about federal bank's serviceis good hence i have decide to take an account from federal bank but this is unexpected service from your service.So many BANKs are there to take account.                                       I have taken home loan from federal bank on 27/06/08 at 8.25 rate of floating interest rate.
                                      Later it was increased every time and now they are charging me 13.25 interest.
                                      As per the RBI rule the home loan was converted to base rate that is 10.25 in 2010.
                                      When I came to know about this I had a word with the manager and the said we can change the rate once u give the application, I have give this today but they are not ready to reimburse me the extra amount charged.

                                      Very important thing I was never informed about the rate of interest increased or decreased.

                                      Please help me to get this issue resolved.
