Missing Money

Extra interest rate charged

I have taken home loan from federal bank on 27/06/08 at 8.25 rate of floating interest rate.
Later it was increased every time and now they are charging me 13.25 interest.
As per the RBI rule the home loan was converted to base rate that is 10.25 in 2010.
When I came to know about this I had a word with the manager and the said we can change the rate once u give the application, I have give this today but they are not...
