Your Idukki Manager a certain Manuel was requested to issue a DD for Rs.20, 50, 000/- and requested for despatch by speed post immediately.On non receipt of the same on monday 16th Jan.he excused for his forgetfulness.Today 18th jan.he not only did not do the needful so far, but arrogantly says he has other works. Cash withdrawal issue

Last week i went federal bank kothamangalam branch. They issue 85 token, i got 82 token number. They stop work 81 token, your staff counter close at sharp 2. Pm for lunch. I just ask a question to branch asst. Manager, why all people going lunch at the same time. One can seat their and finish the token and one can go.
