I had requested for change my mobile number/Email id [protected] to [protected]// preety.[protected]@yahoo.com to [protected]@gmail.com.
But still not updated in my account. I have been requested service thru online.
flu days after that, i had called on customer care for my verification. Pls celled us on same number for verification. It will be updated On same days, as they said. I did the same process.

After 1 week, I was notice. My mobile no is still not updated. I not able to do any online transaction because of my OTP number went thru on my old mobile number.

I was called again customer care. they give me my account holder branch office contact no for further coordination. I was talk to Ms. Manisha Madam twice for the same. she always give me assurance, will update. After 2 days she was told me, We had forwarded your request to head office.

This is very pathetic service from federal bank. I had never seen this type of any bank service. Now day many of banks gives very quick and very convenient service to customer. I'm very un-happy from federal bank.

Recently i opened federal bank SB account But till im not get any updates from Bank.

    I had booked product from Amazon and paid online through Federal Bank debit card No: [protected] and this order was cancelled due to some reason and refund was generated by Amazon on 02.02.2017.
    The refund details are: Authorization code for sale transaction 030031
    Refund Reference # 74332747033703279244487.
    Till today my account has not been credit with refund amount.
    I had placed complaint wide Ref no:[protected].
    when contacted amazon they said refund has been paid to our bankers and ask them to check in 'refund not processed'. At that time, our bankers will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to amazon payment processor to locate the refund.

      Hello sir my name is Anu surendran iam an NRI, last month i got an NRE account on your federal bank Karakonam branch.I received my Atm card after long time like 3weeks that not only the problem.Now I can't register my online banking facility in your website.I tried number of times but every time it shows the first step of online banking registration is failed due to that already registered by bank..But still I didn't get my user name and password.so that iam contacted that bank, but they said they can't do any thing about that .They said you call customer care and tell your problems with them ..Now iam totally not satisfaction about your bank dealing of a customer ..Now iam just waiting 2 more days, if your bank couldn't take any necessary action then I will cancel my account from your bank...Thank you.

          Your Idukki Manager a certain Manuel was requested to issue a DD for Rs.20, 50, 000/- and requested for despatch by speed post immediately.On non receipt of the same on monday 16th Jan.he excused for his forgetfulness.Today 18th jan.he not only did not do the needful so far, but arrogantly says he has other works. When I told him that I would refer to the H O, he challenged me to go ahead.
          The above sum was for making payment to LIC.The delay caused by unbelievably ridiculous reasons has no justification.A loss of Rs.400/-per day is incurred.I demand that the DD should reach me latest by 19th jan.failing which I will approach the Ombudsman and other legal forums besides spreading your irresponsible customercare advising through media not transact with federal bank anymore.
          I fail to understand How you are recruiting and maintaining such ones in your personnel.He has not even turned his attention to my request even now.

            I have one complaint against mr anis nair (Qatar coordinator). My name is shafeek, i need to open nro

            So that i called him today morning at 9.55am. I already have nri account, actually i said to him my name. And he doesn't want know who is calling. (If somebody call first ask there name even if they don't tell us. But him entirely different), he asked why you call, i told him i need to open nro, what are the requirements, suddenly and speedy he said two passport copy and something, i didn't understand. I asked him again. That he didn't like and telling how many times i need to tell, and blaaaaa... Extraa...
            So, we have right to ask you, is this your service? What he think about us..? We don't know another bank?. Why we are calling.
            I hope the concern person will take action against him? If you keep like this people in your company. You will not grow up at all. Like me i will not call him again. I have another nri also they will come to me. For opening any type of account.

              My fixed deposit(FD) has been matured on 21st dec 2016 with federal bank. I have opened online FD, so when i visited branch they said me to file an online request for its closure.Then i placed an online request on 23rd & also on 24th, but no response.i called customer care, they always said me to wait till business hours for that day..but regularly i am calling customer care...but still i am not getting my funds. I am in need of those funds, i want to invest these funds in stock market to reduce my loss by buying more shares...but now i have lost that opportunity and i amincurringmore losses because of them.

                I am holding NRE account in mathilakam branch, requested for Cheque in October and branch staff promised to give a call once check is ready, but I did not receive a call nor any communication. I visited branch again during my short vacation and enquired about the cheque request, unfortunately they do not have any record about my request and they ask me to submit new request and they promised cheque will be ready on 27th Dec. I visited today (28th Dec), but cheque not ready when I complained, the response was not inline with any banking standard expecially with previous experiences with FDB, my contact number [protected] till 31 st Dec thereafter[protected]

                  Today my sister came to Federal Bank kodakara(
                  IFSC Code: FDRL0001707) brach for cash deposit (non-SBNs) to [protected] account.The cashier said that, they casn only accept home branch deposits.
                  I am also a banker, hence i would like to know is there any RBI circulars related to this matter? Y your bank rejected non-SBNs?
                  I expect bank authorities provide clear clarification for why they rejected non SBN cash deposits. or else, i will directly compliant this matter to ombudsman.

                      We have taken a agrigold loan of amount of rs 1, 75, 000 on 07/11/2015 and date of closure was 07/11/2016. When we went to bank to pay the interest and renewal it the bank is telling us to pay the total amount along with interest of around 1, 87, 239/-. We are not in the situation to pay such huge amount right now so we have to get loan from other bank or people. For this i need help so i called through your number i.                           Last week i went federal bank kothamangalam branch. They issue 85 token, i got 82 token number. They stop work 81 token, your staff counter close at sharp 2. Pm for lunch. I just ask a question to branch asst. Manager, why all people going lunch at the same time. One can seat their and finish the token and one can go.
                          Asst. Manager replies is very nice
                          "if you are not interest, you can close the account from here.."

                          This staffs came to home for a/c opening, but now they are telling like this..!!!

                              Sir this are some illegel works done by federal bank branch of pipodara, shop no. 1, 2, 3, fortune plaza vishakarma nagar, pipodra gidc surat

                              Even i am also a student account holder in this bank and i am facing this problem so i just want to make you aware and want you to please react regarding this accordingly and soon. My account no is [protected]

                              Firstly i want to mention that the money that they should give to all account holder and other fellows is not given, the detail is like they just give 3000 to account holder and 2000 to other fellows while it is 10000 and 4000 respectively. And remaining money is given to wealthy account holder.

                              Second thing which i want to share is there is a sumul dairy beside that bank and this shopkeeper is selling the money exchange form in 2 to 5 rupees which should be provided by bank for free. Sir it’s a clear cut business it’s a worker area for them it’s a great loss. By this business the shopkeeper is earning nearly 500 to 1000 daily.

                              Third thing which is that i am a student and from 17 my schools are going to reopen and it’s not possible for me be in line any long so would request you to help people like me and people suffering like me.

                                    Home loan a/c no. [protected] branch: m. P. Nagar, bhopal. We have asked them to provide the fore-closure letter and list of documents for sbi takeover loan process on 23 august 2016 in written. That movement they suggested to write 1 more letter for home loan interest reduction, which we wrote & submitted both the letter. They forwarded they loan interest reduction letter but didn't forwarded the sbi takeover requirement letter.

                                    Even the when they asked us to come and sign some document for loan reduction approval letter. They asked us to sign some 02 years back dated paper. She the guarantor refused to sign on back dated paper. I am not understanding why the bank is asking to sign on back date. And we then enquired about the takeover document is ready or not. They said on 30 august 2016 we can collect the documents. But till date they are not responding to phone.

                                    Yesterday when i made call the lady to attended was very rude and said they are not ready to talk and have many more priority work then to fool around with us. When i said i will complain about the staff in headoffice, she said do whatever i want, but stop irritating them.

                                    Such a bad and rude staff federal bank is having, after making every payment regularly and after being charged for the services we have not signed your staff does not know how to talk to customer.

                                    I wish to close all my saving, current and loan account with federal bank.

                                    Dear sir my name tamil mani.d my account was using the bajaj finensh emi amount transfer tgen my signatur is changed not inform the home branch and not inform tha customer care when you want transfer the amount in check book so iam not statisfieg in the bank

                                      I am unable to access the net bank account of my NRI account with the username and password provided to me.
                                      It is mentioned that the online account for the same is blocked.I contacted the bank executive a week ago.He said it was a due to mismatch of my email ID.I corrected it after which I got no response from their end even after mailing them several times.

                                        Thank you very much for your undated letter sending therewith a new debit card.

                                        Kindly clarify if this is also an international debit card. the card which expired was such one.

                                        I am likely to undertake a journey abroad early next year. so if the card sent to me is not an international debit card, you may please let me know how to get one.

                                        Whilst on the subject, i wish to bring one or two things to your notice so that federal bank may consider ways and means to improve its performance whereby its customers may not be put to avoidable inconveniences. this is not a complaint as i have stopped complaining.

                                        My old card expired with february 2016 and i got the new card today (7 april 2016) from the branch for which i had to contact them today and yesterday.

                                        The envelope containing the card states “unclaimed return to sender” and bears a date of 22/2/16. this is my first such experience with a courier. there have been instances in the past where the couriers have found my door locked.in all such cases they had not returned the material/s. they either made another attempt (successful this time!) on their own or left a ‘sorry we missed you’ note advising me to get in touch with them to claim the material/s.

                                        The envelope bears another date as 22/03/2016.

                                        As i stated earlier i had to contact the branch, twice to get the new card.

                                        I was inconvenienced as i could not withdraw cash from atm yesterday.

                                        May i recall the discussion we had somewhere in feb this year, regarding replacement of my debit card expiring in march. you had said that a new card would be sent to me automatically by federal bank.

                                        I received the card all right, although there were mix ups. the card was sent back by postal authorities and then they sent it your branch where it was lying for weeks!

                                        After our discussion as aforesaid, i had forgotten about the card but the old card was active till sometime in april. only when it said the card had expired did i remember that a new card was to be received. then i contacted your branch and collected the new one, where after i destroyed the old card.

                                        But after two days or three, ms archana from your branch called me to inform that the new card was deleted from the bank’s system. she said that a fresh card was being issued and would be delivered to me soon.

                                        Accordingly another card was received by me, this time the postman delivered it at my residence, but the covering letter stated “as requested by you” etc. i did not take cognisance of those wordings till i saw a debit – on 16 april 2016 - of rs. 57 as fee for issue of a card.

                                        I brought it to the notice of ms archana when she said she would reverse the entry. it was not done. and so when i saw her again, in may, i asked her if it needed to be reversed by ho/hq. she answered in the negative and assured that it would be done immediately.

                                        It did not happen even in july and when i called on her to ask about it she said it was not necessary for me to go to her for that and as usual promised to reverse the entry.

                                        But alas it did not happen even then.

                                        I phoned ms archana on 2nd august when she said she would call me back in 15 minutes.

                                        Till this time neither has she called me nor has the wrong debit been rectified.

                                        I am very sorry to state that this is not the first time it is happening. on one account or the other i had always been put to inconvenience. you are also very well aware of these.

                                        You know me very well as i am not the one to bring any harm to anyone.

                                        We are in september and the querries/problems raised as back as april are not yet resolved. to sum up:
                                        1. some of their letters are not dated,
                                        2. clarification sought whether the present debit card is international debit card or not, is not received,
                                        3. the card was returned and then sent to the branch, who did not inform me,
                                        4. the branch (ms archana) deleted the card from the system and yet bank charges were debited to my a/c for no fault of mine!
                                        5. bank charges have not been reversed despite my several requests,
                                        6. federal bank has not replied to my e-mails dated 7 april and 7 august.

                                        Federal Bank on 17 Sep has credited back the charges they took from me for their mistake.

                                        The Debit was on 16 April and they reversed it only on 17 September, that too after I taking

                                        up the matter here.
