Money debited and transaction unsuccessful

I transacted using fedmobile upi and the money was debited not credited to respective account and transaction unsuccessful. Contacted customer care and they told me that it will be refunded either to my account or shop's account. Since I am leaving this place for some time I don't know it will be refunded to me or not. This was a very bad experience and I was in a bad situation...

Here i am reporting a complaint
I had paid an amount of 479/- by net banking to beneficiary jyoti pandey state bank of india, chattisgarh gramin bank at 3.37pm on 29th October 2020.She hadn't received the amount yet.
Where does the amount debited?????

IMPS transfer awaiting response.

I transferred 500rs on 18/10/2020 at 3:14 AM and the party didn't received the money yet but the money has debited from my account but not reflecting in the statement. Tried with the customer care but not helpful and they insisted me to go to the branch, which under the present lockdown condition and being from a hotspot area is risky. IMPS transaction queued

I have done an IMPS transaction around 3pm today evening via fedmobile and still it says queued transactions.but the amount have been debited from my account right away and not credited to the recipient account. it was a very important bank transaction.
When I contacted the customer care they says it's an issue with payment channel and they can't do anything and will take 2 working days to resolve.since the next 2 days...

home loan interest rates

I have a home loan account with federal bank thane, louiswadi branch. They are still charging 8.45% interest currently, while home loan interest rates are reduced by other banks. I tried to reach out to branch over phone, and everytime they say that no one from home loan department is coming office.
I really feel anguished due to their pathetic services, and will never recommend to take any product & servives from this bank.

Refund amount not credited in my account even after 1 week

I have used the redcarpet card for payment of 293 on amazon, then upon refund the amount is not reflected in the account even after 1 week. And moreover they adding the intrest of 120 for that amount. Please help me in this issue.

One of the worst service ever received in this industry. Service from Co-operative bank is much better than Federal Bank. From Branch to Top level response is Zero. There is no one to escalate customer query....

there are ask me that we have get charge Rs. 14+GST on per bundle of Rs. 50/- currency bundle so tell them that nobody bank take this type of charge so those given reply that this is our rules..and moreover those bundle i got from SBI bank.

once i was withdrawal cash from federal bank that time those given me Rs. 50/- currency...

Transfer issue

I have transfered money from fedmobile, money debited from my accounted and not received to the target valut. Confirmed with valut that money has not received.

It is not reverted back to my account also.
Amount debited : 27 September, 2020

Transaction done using fed mobile get queued

I had done a imps transaction using fed mobile . Even though money is debited from my account the transaction is said to be queued even after hours of waiting.

Also there is no option to cancel the transaction within the app....

Forex card automatic closure

Hi,
I had bought a forex supercard of federal bank from a dealer last year which was valid till 2024. I was supposed to travel this year but it got cancelled due to the pandemic. I had significant amount of euros loaded in the card. At the start of august the company closed the card and the dealer informed me that the money corresponding to the amount in my card will be returned to my bank account. On 31aug2020 05:24pm (Transaction id [protected]) im trying to withdrawal cash with federal stashfin credit line card in ayothiyapattinam canara bank atm amount of 600 rs.

Amount was deducted on my card but cash not received in hand. After contacted concern atm bank branch the failed withdrawal refund amount initiated auto systematic.

They advise to contact to credit line card base bank,
