Hi,
I had bought a forex supercard of federal bank from a dealer last year which was valid till 2024. I was supposed to travel this year but it got cancelled due to the pandemic. I had significant amount of euros loaded in the card. At the start of august the company closed the card and the dealer informed me that the money corresponding to the amount in my card will be returned to my bank account. However, it has been 3 weeks since I sent the details and am trying to follow up there has been no contact from the company, the dealer just asks me to mail and that he will forward it to the company. I have tried mailing the forexsupercard email id as well and have recieved no response.

    I tried to do an imps transfer of 500rs but 680rs was taken out frm my account with any msg of deduction and it has also nt been credited to the beneficiary account.

      On 31aug2020 05:24pm (Transaction id [protected]) im trying to withdrawal cash with federal stashfin credit line card in ayothiyapattinam canara bank atm amount of 600 rs.

      Amount was deducted on my card but cash not received in hand. After contacted concern atm bank branch the failed withdrawal refund amount initiated auto systematic.

      They advise to contact to credit line card base bank,

      Kindly resolve my issue,

        Hi team, this is to inform you that i did the transaction yesterday from fednet and money debited from account and not credited to the recipient account.
        Kindly check and resolve the issue on priority either debit bank to my account or credit to recipient account and update the same to me.

          Sir, during lockdown 1 on02 may at about 1PM a mobile van of federal bank visited our TrinityEnclave Layout, Banjara Layout, Horamavu, Bangalore 560043, where I withdrew Rs10000/-. But the ATM machine inside the van only gave Rs9100/- (17X500 and6X100). I informed the attending staff immediately and was advised to take up the matter with my debit card bank, namely, Central Bank Of India, Mahanagar Branch, Lucknow. My bank has raised the matter with Federal Bank several times but no response has been received.in this connection Central Bank of India, complaint number 3401851 dated 05/05/2020 refers.
          sir, I have now been advised by my bank to raise the matter with the RBI hence this mail.
          I will be grateful if you look into the matter

              Dear sir,

              Yesterday morning i have made a fund transfer of rs.10000/- to my friend acc. Amount was debited from my account but even today the money is not credited to his bank account. While checking transaction status it's showing queued transaction.

              Please solve this issue at the earliest

                I have been trying to transfer funds may be because of network errors the recipient didn't received funds but the money debited from my account.
                And it is showing queued transaction from more than 1 hour.
                Refund the money in to my account or credit the amount in recipients bank as soon as possible.

                      I have been trying to transfer funds using the IMPS service may be because of network issues the recipient didn't received funds but the money debited from my account.And its been more than 6hours this incident happened .
                      Refund the money in to my account or credit the amount in recipients bank account at the earliest.

                        They debited my amount without intimation. When I asked customer care, they told me to send my passport and forex card details. I sent as they asked. I didn't receive refund yet. I mailed to [protected]@forexsupercard.com regarding the status.No one is responding. I am getting an automated voice to send passport details in mail when I call customer care. Federal Bank executive saying that they have no link with forex team.I don't whom to ask. I hope I will get my refund though this complaint

                                  Utsav rewards program of federal bank is utter waste. They say for pos transactions the points will be credited into my account in 7 business days. But it has not happened even a single time after opening my account with them. Federal bank utsav rewards program is a cheat. Don't join it.

                                        I transferred some amount from my account on July 15th through my FedMobile app. And that amount debited from my account. And the recipient didn’t receive the money. And it’s showing queued transaction. Do the needful....
