I received a package with about $500.00 of gun gear. They left it on the ground by my garage door rather than walking up the steps to my front door and sitting it on a chair or putting it in the door. We did not know it was out there as they never knock or honk or anything to let us know. The dogs got out and devoured the packaged. I managed to find all but the attachment for my holster. This is a 125.00 holster that I cannot use now as the attachment is something I cannot find around the house? How do I get reimbursed for this product?

    Good morning. I received a delivery from FedEx Ground on Saturday, March 19th around 11:30. I had ordered a pool from Sams Club. The driver threw the boxes out of his truck to the ground then drug them to my driveway. He never once come to our door or used a dolly to bring the boxes to my porch. He left the boxes in my driveway and when we went to look at them, the boxes were ripped open from him dragging them and throwing them around. I have pictures of the boxes. I don't appreciate my items being treated like that, especially how much things cost now days. I will be letting Sams Club know how the drivers treat their products when being delivered.

        I paid for the shipping online and requested pickup. My printer was out of service, the FedEx driver brought me a label and showed fill it in with the information from my email. Then I received a bill for almost $200, called billing and spoke with the rudest person in the world. At that point I requested a call from her supervisor, never heard anything or received anything further. Now in collections and extremely unhappy with this situation.

          To date customs clearance is pending for AWB [protected]. It has been more than 3 months it arrived into the country. Hope FedEx is aware of this delay of its international priority service.

            Pending at customs Bangalore since Dec, 2021 ( that is more than 3 months).
            Can't understand the type of service, FedEx is proforma international prority service in India.

              I ordered an international parcel via Fedex which was supposed to be delivered on 8th march 2022, yes it's an overpriced international priority shipment. it's 22nd march today and yet they haven't delivered my order yet. Every single step of theirs is a delay( which isn't even legit). once theyd say they lost my package, then said customs held for unknown reasons and then the Fake escalation. They've even denied a compensation that is a part of the policy giving illegitimate excuses. I sincerely believe these people take 0 responsibility and someone should be held liable for all these mishandling.

                I shipped out a package on Jan 24th from California which was scheduled to be delivered on Jan 31st.

                The package was held at customs asking for a detailed description and commercial invoice of the goods on Jan 30th itself. The FedEx customer service said that all the required documents have been submitted and a release is awaited from the customs and the agent assigned to the package will contact me soon.

                Upon checking every alternative day they had mentioned customs rejected my package which contains pair of clothes for 6 months baby around Feb 21st.

                Even I had requested to ship it back. But no update till today ( Mar 21st).

                What kind of service FexEx is providing to their customers?

                  I want to file a claim for my domestic shipment made on 29 December 2020. The tracking id[protected] we were provided with, is generating no results. We have called the customer care executives multiple times but they were also unable to fetch any details. The shipment was made to Jubiliant Foodworks, Surat from Mitzvah Engg. Inc. worth Rs. 13, 631 for 1 Air Curtain net weight 22 kgs. As per our knowledge it's been more than an year the product was out for delivery but did not reach its destination, hence it must be lost.

                    It is almost 2 months since I sent my cargo from Philippines. I was notified that I will receive it within 1-2 weeks but it is going to be 2 months. The customer service is horrible and do not reply to any queries.

                      Hello,
                      My name is bessel. I had a shipment sent from abroad that had been seized by the bangalore airport customs. It was sent through fedx and its AWB NO is[protected].
                      It was sent on september 3rd 2020 and reached n september 7th. I paid the tax amount and its been till now. I still havent received the package. One Mr. Shiva V was dealing with my case from the fedex part but he's not responding or supportive.I please request you to look into the matter and find me a solution.

                          Good afternoon I'm sending a email in Hope that you can stop your drivers from going across my yard. We have sent in a complaint before and someone called saying they could replace the grass etc... that is not necessary. I want your drives to respect my yard and not be lazy and back the dang truck up! I understand they are going to my neighbor house but cutting across the yard is not the way. I use FedEx alot and if it can't be fixed I'll find another way to gave my product sent to my home.

                            After about 10 days on Australia custom clearance (after I contacted the customer service) I received an email saying that the package my mom sent me has been sent back to the sender without giving me any reasons. I haven’t been contacted from anyone regarding the things in the package before they sent it back and now they say it’s to late as it’s already on the way back to Italy. This is not a professional way to do things. All those days at the custom clearance neither me or my mom haven’t been contacted or informed somehow on what was happening. I still don’t know what was the problem and why it is being sent back. Not happy at all with FedEx

                                  The AWB NUMBER for a package my the USA IS[protected].
                                  I paid customs duty on 11th March and sent them all bank reference number, screen shot of payment made and bank message that money has been credited to fedex .The amount was rs 2200.

                                  They still claim.they didn't get money and I keep chasing them but their standard answer is they have not received it.

                                  my bank says it was credited on 11th.

                                  there is zero support from the FedEx team to try and resolve the issue.

                                    My package has been stuck at Bangalore for well over 25 days now, It landed in Bangalore on 25th February 2022, but still it shows in clearance status.

                                    All they say is the complainant has been escalated but when I call the next time they say the same.

                                    Even after providing all the necessary documents FedEx is taking too much time. This is delaying lot of work at our end. Who will pay for the losses occurred due to these avoidable delays?

                                        I bought a statue( PVC) on Etsy for 10500 INR for personal use. It was being shipped from Turkey. I did the KYC as required by Fedex. However at the time of delivery I was charged RS 6000 as duty . I have raised the issue with the customer care at FedEx on February 22nd ..I have not received the refund of the duty wrongly charged nor a response as to the reason I was charged this kind of duty.
