Pending at customs Bangalore since Dec, 2021 ( that is more than 3 months).
Can't understand the type of service, FedEx is proforma international prority service in India....

I shipped out a package on Jan 24th from California which was scheduled to be delivered on Jan 31st.

The package was held at customs asking for a detailed description and commercial invoice of the goods on Jan 30th itself. I paid customs duty on 11th March and sent them all bank reference number, screen shot of payment made and bank message that money has been credited to fedex .The amount was rs 2200.

They still claim.they didn't get money and I keep chasing them but their standard answer is they have not received it.

I bought a statue( PVC) on Etsy for 10500 INR for personal use. It was being shipped from Turkey. I did the KYC as required by Fedex. However at the time of delivery I was charged RS 6000 as duty . I have raised the issue with the customer care at FedEx on February 22nd ..I have not received the refund of the duty wrongly charged nor a response as to the reason I was charged this kind of duty....

Filed a claim through website [protected]@fedex.com with required documentation on 2/2/22 for package not delivered by Fedex. Followed up for status update on 16/2/22, 2/3/22 and 10/3/22. There is no response from FedEx. Least they can do is acknowledge receipt of the claim or ask for more information....

My 2 packages were sent on 11th February 2022 from Melbourne to Hyderabad, for some reason they got separated while delivering. One came to Banglore for Clearance on 15th Feb itself while other was in NSW for 3 weeks.
After contant calling and emails i send to FedEx can't even count now I got zero replies (or got reply I'm out of office try emailing the tracking department)
Finally I don't know how second box came to Banglore...
