    Filed a claim through website [protected]@fedex.com with required documentation on 2/2/22 for package not delivered by Fedex. Followed up for status update on 16/2/22, 2/3/22 and 10/3/22. There is no response from FedEx. Least they can do is acknowledge receipt of the claim or ask for more information.
    FedEx customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      FEDEX[protected]

      This package has been in Clearance Department since 19 January 2022.
      The shipper has advised us numerous times that he has provided the requested information (commercial invoices). But the package still wasn’t released. He has since out in a request to have the package returned to Shipper which hasn’t been actioned, he has contacted the fedex department numerous times, every time he has been advised it will be released today, today, this has been the case for more than two weeks now.
      I have contacted the Fedex call centre countless times, please see notes, they have email the Delhi Clearance requesting a email back and the package to be cleared from clearance or returned back to shipper. They have received no response.
      Please advise:
      Why the package has been held?
      If the requested info have been provided why hasn’t been cleared from clearance?
      When will it be cleared?
      The request to return to shipper when will this be actioned?
      Why is there a hold up?
      It’s not like it’s been one or two weeks it’s 8 weeks two months.
      We are not sure who to contact regarding this, I have phoned the Delhi branch number but there was no response.
      Could you please assist and resolve this matter for us.

        AWB[protected] and AWB[protected] these two cargo boxes were sent on January 21, 2022 and it arrived on Delhi in January 27, 2022 I have submitted the documents on Feb 2, 2022 but till today that is march 12, 2022 I did not receive my boxes and it is stuck in transit in Delhi. Several calls has been made and I have even mailed them several times but their reply is very late. The fedex courier has to take the responsibility now to send the cargo boxes without any furthee delay since I have important items in the boxes without any damage.

          My 2 packages were sent on 11th February 2022 from Melbourne to Hyderabad, for some reason they got separated while delivering. One came to Banglore for Clearance on 15th Feb itself while other was in NSW for 3 weeks.
          After contant calling and emails i send to FedEx can't even count now I got zero replies (or got reply I'm out of office try emailing the tracking department)
          Finally I don't know how second box came to Banglore on 2nd March.
          In the meanwhile I have submitted KYC, and commercial invoice (about which I wasn't told in Australia)
          And I was waiting patiently after i realised no one is actually working at FedEx properly.
          Today in the morning I got a notification for one box delay beyond the control.
          how is it possible for one box and other not when both should be together.
          FedEx made the whole experience painful and frustrating.
          Can I please get an update!!!

              Shipment sent to me from US is stuck in Customs Clearance since 7th March. I am not getting proper response from customer support. Tracking says a specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient fedex.

                  We have a major problem with the Tracy, CA FedEx hub not delivering to our location with an erroneous excuse of "security exception" I do not know if your drivers use GPS but look up the address: 11530 West Eight Mile Rd, Stockton, CA 95219 you will see upon Satellite view there is NO government buildings or anything that would be a so-called "security issue" we live at a Marina that is surrounded by agricultural land. Your drivers at the Tracy, CA FedEx are 1) LIARS 2) INEPT 3) ###! USE GPS & deliver our packages!!!

                    I did not received my shipment even after 15 days of KYC submission. There is no followup calls and emails from Fedex. I called them several times they only say that we will arrange a callback.

                      This is regarding AWB:[protected], I have shipped laptop from USA, it has been 12 days and it is stuck at customs now. I have been asked to pay 90% customs duty and I agreed but no response yet on when laptop will be released. I am not sure why is it so difficult to send laptop to India. And FedEx knowing this willl happen they don't even metion a thing before shipping.

                        This is regarding the shipment with AWB[protected] and has been in customs delay for about 3weeks.

                        It has been cleared by customs on 3/3/22 and is 'ready for collection' OOC as stated by Bangalore Customs DC via email to me .

                        FedEx hasn't contacted me once during the clearance process and I had to reach out to the customs officers myself.

                        FedEx executive do not where the package is located, nor do they have a delivery date .
                        They would not even provide me the details to collect it myself due to medical urgency.

                          This is regarding the shipment with AWB[protected] containing orthopedic raw materials and has been in customs delay for about 3weeks.

                          It has been cleared by customs on 3/3/22 and is 'ready for collection' OOC as stated by Bangalore Customs DC via email to me .

                          The package is required for a medical emergency and has hospitals waiting for the product for the past 2 weeks.

                          FedEx executive do not where the package is and would not provide me the details to collect it myself because of emergency.

                            i still did not receive the package, it is in the destination location but not yet delivered to the mentioned address. The Customs duty and tax charge was estimated for 145276 INR which is absurd, when we contacted them fedex said they already paid amount to customs and we have to pay fedex and only then it will be delivered. Paying that much amount is unreasonable and when we try to contact they just pass around to different sections or put on hold even customs India is not helping. this is huge pain for us to pay that much amount which is almost equal to the value of belonging that was sent, this is getting out of hand i'll never be willing to send any package with fedex any more. i dont know where the issue either with fedex or bangalore airport staff or customs i'll never use fedex services ever again

                              My courier not yet delivered even after reaching my residing city 1 Week before. It was delayed for 10 days as per the scheduled delivery and the courier reached Hyderabad 1 week before but still didn't receive. And, my work was getting delayed because of that. Even after multiple follow ups also there was no proper response from the delivery team

                                  I got the below email from Fed Ex and shared all the documents as requested.
                                  Also, sent Merit Letter what they requested.

                                  Brief about the shipment: I work for a company in Switzerland and my company shipped my laptop, Laptop bag, charger, head phones to India. the same I have written a letter and sent. No update yet and no response from fedEx team.

                                  Below from Fed Ex team:

                                  If value proof documents is not available, kindly provide declaration letter and mention the AWB (Tracking) number with Date (addressed to ‘Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Courier Cell, KIAL, Bangalore) please mention in the letter requesting customs to clear the shipment on merit assessment on the fair market value and specifying that valid reason why the Value proof is not available and explaining what exactly are the contents of the package, its use, and purpose of import and also please mention value of the package.

                                  Please allow us 48 to 72 hours for the clearance of your shipment, post receipt of documents/clearance instructions.
                                  In case of any further requirement, we will get in touch with you at the earliest.
                                  Warehousing Fees:
                                  Shipments pending clearance for more than 3 days from the date of arrival are subject to the following demurrage/warehousing charges as applicable:

                                  From 4 to 10 days (INR 2.2 per kg/day) or (INR 10/day) whichever is higher
                                  From 11 to 20 days (INR 3.3 per kg/day) or (INR 20/day) whichever is higher
                                  From 21 to 30 days (INR 4.95 per kg/day)
                                  More than 30 days (INR 6.6 per kg/day)
                                  Re-imbursement charges:
                                  Submission of duty charges on your behalf will attract a fee* as follows:
                                  Duty Advanced up to INR 10, 000 INR 300
                                  Duty Advanced above INR 10, 000 2.5 % of the duty paid amount

                                    My shipment is at bangalore and it states only delay beyond our control, it is unsure where it is. I tried to reach fedex team, everyone gives me a different answer, i have been given a mail id to contact, but i get only out of office replies, this is making so worried.

                                      This was regarding the parcel ( a birthday present) which i sent via Fedex on 16 feb 2022, tracking no[protected] from australia to india.
                                      The parcel was sent on 16th feb 2022 and it reached customs in delhi on 19feb 2022. After waiting two days i called fed ex india, and one of your customer service representative told me it was hold for custom clearance.
                                      Two days silent and again i followed up to your customer service india and then they asked me to submit some documents to kyc fedex. I submitted the documents and then one of your representative told me your kyc is approved and we will delivered the parcel on Monday(28 feb 2022).
                                      again after two days they said my parcel is still under process for clearance. I don't understand whats going on. Yesterday one of your representative gave me a landline number to call you but no answer. Customer service hung up in between the call so many times.

                                      I already paid the $495.80 now i don't understand what money you are talking about.

                                      It was under a express delivery which was supposed to deliver on 22nd feb 2022. And i was the one who keep on calling and asking about the status.

                                      And now today i received this email saying in need to pay Rs.15333 (almost $300). Are you for real??
                                      For the stuff worth $300 i paid $495.80 for delivery and you asking me for more money.

                                      On 3rd march 2022 revised invoice submitted.
                                      Today is 7th march2022, just did a followup myself, again they dont know the exact status of my parcel.
                                      Bad experience so far
