Dear FEDEX team,

Kindly note that this is my 6th complaint on this forum regarding the same package in transit for more than 3 months. I hope my frustration and anger towards your lax attitude is evident from my first sentence.

The package I'm expecting was shipped from Beijing China in the end of November 2021. The package reached Bangalore, India in December 2021. From then on the only message I have got on your tracking portal is that there is a LOCAL DELAY.

Then there were also multiple emails sent to me regarding uploading of KYC document details, password for the package in concern, declaration certificate for the product etc. Every one those details was sent to your team by me, but still I have no update.

I was then put in touch with one Ms.Twinkle Panchal from your team who was regularly letting me know what information from my side was needed. Now I'm not hearing anything from her side too. Each time I raise an issue, a different customer care executive gets in touch and I have to explain the whole situation all over again! I'm beyond frustrated to say the least.

How long will I have to wait to get this parcel??

Kindly get in touch and let me know when I will receive this parcel.

Dear FEDEX TEAM,

On Saturday 26/02/2022 I received this letter (attached herewith) stating that necessary documentation has not been furnished from my end and hence 15 days from the date of the said letter, customs will have permission to dispose my parcel.

According to my knowledge ALL NECESSARY DETAILS HAVE BEEN GIVEN. IF THERE ARE ANY OTHER DETAILS NEEDED, WHY HAVE I NOT BEEN INFORMED? I WAS ASKED TO GIVE A PASSWORD FOR THE PACKAGE AS ON 28/01/2022 AND I HAD SENT THE PASSWORD DETAILS TO YOUR TEAM MEMBERS ON 29/01.2022. AFTER I HAD SENT THIS, YOU'LL HAVE SENT OUT A LETTER ON FEBRUARY 08.

THERE HAS BEEN NO CORRESPONDENCE FROM YOUR END AFTER JAN 28. SO I OBVIOUSLY ASSUMED THAT YOU'LL DON'T NEED ANY MORE INFORMATION FROM MY END. WHAT ELSE SHOULD I THINK?! AND THEN YOU'LL SEND ME THIS LETTER???

THERE IS NO CONTACT NUMBER TO REACH OUT TO ANY OF YOUR CUSTOMER EXECUTIVES/ NO ONE PERSON ATTENDS TO AN ISSUE; EACH TIME AN ISSUE IS RAISED 5 DIFFERENT PEOPLE SEND OUT 5 DIFFERENT EMAILS?!

KINDLY GET IN TOUCH WITH ME AND SORT THIS OUT PLEASE. I CANNOT HAVE THIS PARCEL BEING DISPOSED BY CUSTOMS DUE TO ABSOLUTE CARELESS ATTITUDE FROM YOUR END. THIS IS ABSOLUTE MADNESS. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ATTEND TO THIS ASAP.

KINDLY LET ME KNOW WHAT OTHER DETAILS ARE REQUIRED AND WHEN I WILL RECIEVE THE PACKAGE.

    This shipment AWB#[protected] was shipped on 30th November and till date there is no any clue on my shipment!
    All the documents requested by were sent almost 2 months back both via mail and also same were uploaded in your KYC link.
    It reached India was lying with warehouse for almost 2.5 months!
    which I believe has become UNTRACEABLE for you guys now, since no attempt from your side was made to clear this after December 21st even
    after I providing you all the documents you requested.
    There is no any sort of mail replies from your end to me even after repeated mails from me with all attached documents. Even you are not responding or replying to the sender of this shipment from USA! now the sender is contacting FedEx premium support in US. I don't understand this.
    As there is no any delay in providing any sort of document, I want my parcel to be released and get it delivered.

    Hi FedEx team, Why did not you try to clear it from customs after 21st December as per you tracking portal?Why is there no any sort of mail replies from your end to me even after repeated mails from me with all attached documents. Even you are not responding or replying to the sender of this shipment from USA! now the sender is contacting FedEx premium support in US. I don't understand this.
    As there is no any delay in providing any sort of document, I want my parcel to be released and get it delivered.

        We regret to inform you that we are very much disappointed with your FedEx services.
        Fedex shipment:[protected]
        We have paid through Paypal, and yet your system is showing Cash On Delivery ! Why isn't there any update from your side?
        It's now been more than a week that there is no proper response and no actions taken.
        We have submitted all the transaction proof, including invoice and transaction copy.
        What kind of 37k should we pay when we have already paid the actual amount + convenience fee charged by the bank?

        The Fedex team is not taking this seriously; why is there so much delay in updating the system?
        I request you to take needful action ASAP.

            Ms. Nikhila nagaraj has failed to provide customer service even after multiple calls and emails there is no response from Nikhila nor custom clearance team . I am facing loss due to their unprofessional work culture.

              Our company has account with FEDEX for the past 2 years. We give them a business of 20 thousand AED a month. We have scheduled a pick-up from India and the experience has been disastrous, frustrating, and annoying. The support teams they have are useless! They have no idea about anything. The Indian FedEx needs an E Way Bill and I was told to download the AWB and had shared it with my shipper origin. Now the same FEDEX team wants an E WAY BIll and no one here knows what it is and this is going on and on with no solution. They waste clients time and energy

                Fedex traking no:[protected]

                International courier is stuck with FedEx Bangalore team, It is supposed to be delivered on Feb 21, but I still didnt receive it, This is a work laptop which I need it as soon as possible. I tried to contact customer care but i didnt get any response.
                Can you please help me to send the package at the earliest.

                    My International Priority Package AWB No.[protected], was shipped on 15th of Feb 2022 and was to supposed to reach by 20th of Feb 2022, I paid a premium to this service hoping, I will get this package delivered as early as possible, but it has been stuck at the bangalore customs for the past 6 days, and there has been no update as to what is the issue, I have already submitted my KYC and other documents, it is an important package that I want to get delivered as soon as possible, please take this complaint on serious note and resolve my issue at the earliest .

                      The worst service ever i am having with fedex. I am shipper and i have sent parcel for my family in india and it contains clothes for my new born nephew and for my mom dad. and Indian custom fedex team made changes in my parcel "actual" details. They changed the weight and declared clothes into MACHINE. And asking for 12, 647rs from my parents. My parcel tracking no. is[protected]

                      These guys are Harassing me mentally
                      From 10th of feb 2022 I am after these guys and asking for my parcel but in return I got nothing
                      Every time same copy pasted email.

                      I have attached proofs of actual parcel and screenshot of their system on which I can still see the actual details of my parcel. And one screenshot of the system where I can see the changes made by fedex team for more money.

Now when I call the customer service they are not passing me to the executive to whom I can talk about my issues.

                            Hi, its 5:36 pm lodging this complaint 22/02/2022 in 6/164 Smith Street, Larrakeyah Darwin, NT. I saw the driver leaving the note in my mailbox. He did not bother to come upstairs and knock the door and leave the parcel. What kind of service is this? This is how you work? I have been waiting for whole day just for the parcel. Why do hire lazy drivers? Nil support from the customer service too. I hope you guys would take your customer seriously otherwise you’re loosing the customers.

                              As a long -term admirer of the impressive work being done by the team of M/s.FedEx Corporation Limited.

                              But now I am very much disappointed with your company’s response and service.

                              Kindly note the following details about the said parcel :

                              It has been over 14 days almost TWO WEEKS, since the dispatch of the parcel; however, it has not been delivered yet. I ‘am keeping on calling daily to the Customer Care and as well as frequently sending mail to complain about the issue.

                              The staff member had informed me that they will look into the issue seriously and the parcel will be delivered soon by mail and through phone.

                              As on today I checked to track details online. According to the site seems “Package available for clearance”

                              I would like to bring your kind attention; the parcel contain is the Invitation Visa travel to France from India.
                              My mother in law is in serious condition and also suffering breast cancer in France. Hope you understand.
                              So I want to go France as soon as and take care her.
                              Please try to understand my situation and do the needful please. Its my kind request to FedEx Corporation Limited
                              Therefore, I request you to kindly investigate and look into this matter and deliver my Parcel at the earliest please.

                                I was supposed to receive a parcel from canada which was sent on Jan 14th 2022 and received an email from Ashini Mathew on Jan 26th regarding more documentation.

                                From FedEx team Ashwini Mathew (Clearance Support Admin) FedEx Express Middle East, Indian Subcontinent and Africa (MEISA) who is the one alert the invoice is not clear and need to submit further documents through email.

                                * KYC
                                * write up for contents clarification with end use of contents, HS code or any duty exemption benefit available for the same.

                                All the required documents from my end are submitted and still I dint get any reply from them, after so many trying of call Aswini Mathew picked the call and told with in 24 hr or 48 hrs they will update the form and status will be update. I'm waiting for so many days, I tried calling them for proper reply and the status of my product.. but they not at all picking up the call.. customer care is useless no solutions they have.. other than asking my details again and again.. what I have to do now ? It's been more than a month.
                                In mail they mentioned every day of delay the addition chargers will be get added and also they stated this

                                "Shipments pending clearance for more than 3 days from the date of arrival are subject to the following demurrage/Warehousing charges as applicable: " and the list charges depending on days it is stored in warehouse.

                                What I have to do now I dono. WHERE TO SEEK HELP !?

                                  My package sent from Chennai to US had been stuck at Bangalore for 2 weeks. Original delivery date was Feb 10th, and is still stuck in Bangalore with "Scheduled delivery: Pending"

                                  Contacted Feb FedEx India customer care on Feb 11th and did not get any clear answer on why the package is stuck. Sent them couple of follow up emails, and received the below update on Feb 21.

                                  Latest update form customer care:
                                  Please be informed that i have prioritized the issue to our concern team to resolve your issue with solution.(Ref: Ctrl[protected]

                                  Here is the tracking# and online status details:

                                  Feb 5 - shipment picked up by FedEx from Chennai
                                  Feb 8 - package status "Local Delay Delay beyond our control"
                                  Feb 12 - package status updated to "At local FedEx facility"

                                  The package has some important things and I have paid express shipping cost to get the package delivered on time. Please help to sort out the issue and sent package at the earliest.

                                      Arriving from: HUAIAN, CHINA to BANGALORE
                                      BOE filed on: 16th September 2021

                                      Due to an error, there was a difference in the value declaration by the shipper and the actual amount paid against the invoice.

                                      Subsequently, the shipper has provided the accurate final invoice and an updated value declaration. The documents were submitted to the FedEx agent along with the Bank remittance proof for the actual value of the products.
                                      An adjudication letter was also provided where I have agreed to not contest the customs ruling and pay any fines or penalties that may be incurred.

                                      As per the FedEx agent, the shipment was processed for adjudication on 1st November 2021, post which there has been no updates provided.
                                      Please follow up and ensure that the process is completed as this delay is adversely affecting my small business.
