It has been a Month since the shipment arrived from Switzerland.It was a really urgent one.The Fedex asked us to submit a lot of details and papers, which we did and now there is no reply when i call the number they are not even connecting me to the customer care cell.Tracking Number is[protected].

    Respected sir/madam,
    I have an order with scheduled delivery on 15th February 2022 from india to malaysia. My tracking number :[protected] as given above but my parcel has been sending to China instead of Malaysia. So kindly take necessary steps to do the needful as early as possible. Thank you for your kind understanding in this regard.

      I had an international shipment transferred, it was two of my big bags with my personal clothes in it. They are all old clothes of mine but at the time of shipping my American friends put in the original value of the clothes as they did not know Indian custom rules and it was our first time. I was not able to attend this as i was busy attending my fathers health condition.

      Fedex is asking me high duty amounts to be paid now, I understand this is a amount they were asked by govt but no one contacted me from Fedex before making the payment on my behalf - how can you just pay 24000rs and expect the customer to meet it when you don't inform them. I am trying to see if i can appeal this with customs or have it sorted in anyway but Fedex is the least helpful in this issue - theres people working on my case but they are ignoring my emails for months now - snehal.[protected]@fedex.com, [protected]@fedex.com, [protected]@fedex.com

      Please help with this, the estimated delivery was on dec 6th, now it Feb 15th

        They called me once, i explained the issue - told me that someone would be getting back, its been weeks and no one hasn't - again, pathetic customer service

              I have been following Fedex-Bangalore Team since 18th Jan 2021 - for clearance of my package with awb[protected] I have provided all the required documents but I do not any response from even Clearance Support Admin - incapable to respond to email or phone calls.
              Finally yesterday Fedex team come-up another email chain for 1 more set of document and went into hibernation with no update on my package clearance.
              FedEx customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                Hi, I shipped a package from usa to Hyderabad, it was supposed to be delivered on 5th feb2021 . It’s still not delivered. I called FedEx multiple times in usa, all I get a standard reply saying it’s awaiting clearance, no one lets me know when it would get cleared. Online status says missing commercial invoice. I had submitted the invoice at [protected]@fedex.COM and despite of that the status still says pending . Airway bill[protected]

                  I was to receive my shipment awb #[protected] by today. However, the status is stuck to clearance delay. Please help me with the shipment. I’ve already submitted my kyc documents in advance. I’ve written a mail but haven’t got any response. I’m not able to get in touch with customer care also. I had another shipment arriving at the same time #[protected] and it got release from customs. However, there’s no update on the other parcel.

                    No replies or response from your customer service personnel shalini.[protected]@fedex.com and [protected]@fedex.com. The moment they were confronted with the fact that they goofed up on the pin codes both of them stopped responding to emails. A consignment sent before Christmas last year from USA meant for delivery to Chennai has been sent to Calcutta by your people and now there is no response from your customer service personnel. Am surprised FedEx survives with this sort of behaviour even today. You guys should have shut down long back. Pathetic service, pathetic responses, Customer service numbers are meant to make a customer hold on long enough to be frustrated. Dont expect any responses to this but if possible pleas do tell me the name and email id of your customer service head in India and I would love to send an email to them as to how unreliable you guys are.

                      Already mailed the following communication to fedex on [protected]@fedex.com but received no reply. Lodging a complaint here and hoping for a prompt resolution

                      This is in reference to invoice DEL-C-693335. I'm writing to you to reverse the unfounded charges that I was made to pay at the time of delivery as well as compensate me for the delay in delivery.

                      I received my import item (AWB[protected] on 29th january after a delay of 15 days. The shipment was supposed to reach me on 14th January. Being an 'International Priority' package, I expected much better service from Fedex.

                      There were several unexplainable delays from Fedex's side time and again and the clearance SPOC designated to me (Kavita Singh) was both impolite and unresponsive. I have a list of all such instances of delays by Kavita and would be happy to detail them if you so require. My calls to her would go unanswered for days and only after several calls to customer care was I able to get a brief and info-lacking response from her; the other agent - Afsana Parvin was marked on all communications but never bothered to reply or intervene. I'm deeply appalled by the lack o[censored]rgency displayed by your team on a priority shipment.

                      Additionally, I was provided a bill of INR 9948 today on delivery of my item which I paid in full. However, the amount is wrong on 2 counts.

                      First, there's a fine of 1000 Rs charged - this is a fraudulent charge not authorized by customs. I've rechecked on the customs site that the total charges applicable to my order are Rs 7933. Second, there were charges for both Duty Advancement and Warehousing (+GST)- At no point I was informed of any duty advancement fee and this should be part of the prepaid shipment cost. I would have self-cleared my item if I was made aware of this by Fedex. The warehousing fee is inappropriate as all the delays were at Fedex's end. Please note that the shipment supposed to be delivered at my residence on 14th Jan only reached India on 15th jan in the first place and took another 2 weeks from landing to get to me.

                      I'm therefore writing to you to reverse the aforesaid fraudulent and unfounded charges, amounting to Rs 2, 015 (inclusive of GST) as well as pay me compensation of Rs 10, 000 for the overall harassment, unwarranted delay and rude behavior of your team. You can pay me via UPI - i've shared my UPI ID over email.

                      It's my request that, unlike your clearance team, you treat this on utmost priority and take immediate resolution steps.

                        I am writing out of concern and pain, I don't know how many more days it is going to take. Initial date provided was 31st Jan on FedEx tracking. package was shipped using 'FedEx International Priority' from US to India and paid almost 335$ to get it the quickest way possible.
                        Now I feel there is nothing called international priority, as no matter how quickly it is shipped, it is not reaching you quick.

                        Hard thing to believe I am not getting any updates or response to my emails from FedEx . I don't know why it so difficult to keep the customer updated or respond to the emails, if some one from FedEx is checking this, just see how many emails I have sent and how many times I called customer care.
                        Please try to be in my shoes and look at it.

                        I never wrote a public complaint, this is the first time, image how terrible the situation is.

                            We have been notified by FedEx as we have a single consignment from the United Kingdom that arrived at Bangalore FedEx under airwaybill no:[protected] and arrived at Bangalore on December 8 2021. Later we have submitted KYC and all documents as asked by FedEx. By our management. After a prolonged conversation by mail with FedEx Bangalore Agent is Ashitosh Nayak and through toll-free number from the booking date almost 2 months have been passed but still FedEx saying we are forwarding the case to the concerned team and no single improvement in clearance. The customer service is very worst. They always repeat the word "we opening new case" for the past 2 months when we ask with toll-free. We never see such poor services over with our experience of 8 years in courier dealings.

                              Used Laptop was couriered from USA to India on January 5 2022. Stil now it is not dispatched and no one is picking our call.
                              Laptop was purchased in India and in don't see any reason why it is not cleared in custom.

                              I didn't expect this kind of service in fed ex. They could have informed us about custom clearance issue on the day of sending courier.

                                Around roughly 340pm est i was in a car comming onto rt 35w towards dayton at exit 53. We about ran off the road by a FedEx semi with the license plate P748521... when we sped up he did to and Noone was in the left lane. We Were forced onto the shoulder onto snow and ice.

                                  AWB[protected] is stuck in customs since 22 Oct, 21.

                                  Didn't receive any communication from Fedex on reason for delay.

                                  KYC documents are already shared.

                                  Following up repeatedly on customer support number but not receiving any satisfactory resolution.

                                  Have been simply told to visit customs directly.

                                  Items contain imitation jewellery which are prone to getting tarnished.

                                  Will be of no use incase this is not timely addressed.

                                    My Shipment contains Visa documents. I have visa interview next week.

                                      I have imported package from china through fedex, with tracking id[protected]

                                      tracking shows that the 3 pcs of packages have reached delhi and under customs clearance since 27th january 2022.

                                      Till today, trackin shows this :-
                                      clearance delay - import
                                      goods are subject to regulatory review.

                                      We are not contacted by fedex at all for want of any documents.

                                      I have uploaded all kyc documents on fedex website, but we get auhtomated email that kyc documents are incomplete, though we have provided all the documents including gst, pan, iec, address proof, name of authorized signatory etc. Also i have emailed all the documents on [protected]@fedex.Com

                                      status of delivery is not updated since 27th january 2022.
                                      The packages were supposed to reach me on 25th january 2022 but i am still waiting for update. I have talked to the customer care but it did not help till date

                                        AWB:[protected] from US to India is not delivered yet ( cleared from customs on 25th Jan) and no there is no update on estimated delivery date ( keep on changing everyday).
