Tracking number[protected] was delivered to the wrong place. They refuse to go back to wherever they dropped it off to retrieve the package. It is a school book that was $400 and is needed before April 7. This is absolutely ridiculous. This has happened 3 previous times as well. FedEx is the most unreliable shipping company in this area!

    My tracking number is[protected]. I have a Case number C61711823 I am writing because I ordered an Alex and Ani bracelet on March 18 th and paid $15 for a 4 day express delivery. On March 22 is the last day FedEx shows any tracking on my package! I have called FedEx now for over a week now with no luck. Still no package, as of tonight March 30 still no trace of it Alex and Ani cannot file a claim until 4/3! This is an engagement gift for my daughter that I wanted to surprise her with last week when she got engaged so I am so disappointed, upset and I don’t know whom I need to speak to but I want an answer or my package ASAP!!!

      The previous complaint submitted here has been deleted from this site.
      Reg AWB No.[protected].
      Above mentioned parcel has been shipped in September 2021. It was held by customs due to an error in the declared value, but correct documentation has been provided multiple times since September.
      The information has not been passed on by FedEx to the customs authorities.
      A huge fine / penalty has been charged by the customs due to these delays and I, the importer has already sent the DD to the FedEx office and received no update as to whether they have passed on the DD to the customs office.
      There has been no update or reply to my emails for over a month now after I paid the fine. I've sent repeated emails to the escalation teams of Fedex as well and no response.
      This is completely unacceptable and unethical of Fedex to continue ignoring a paying customer in this manner

      I have received a notice from the customs saying that they will dispose of my shipment if no response is given. They will clear the shipment on my request without Fedex taking the initiative.
      Fedex is creating an unnecessary roadblock and making your paying customer is suffer huge losses because of this irresponsible behavior.

        FedEx is the WORST shipping company! You call to find out where’s your missing package and each time you’re given different information! They tell you that they are going to forward your info to customs and take down your number and tell you you should expect a call and you never receive it! My package was sitting in ATL(the actual destination) got days! And they said it was because the merchant didn’t not add an apt number! Had that been the case why not reach out to either one o[censored]s?! Why not update the tracking info because I’m signed up for informed delivery! Nothing! Then I’m told the info will be updated and my package will be out for delivery in 24 hours but I never received it! Then I call again and I’m told it was sent back because it wasn’t cleared at customs! So how the hell did it get from TN to ATL?! Then I’m told that the package is going to be sent back to ATL and given a new tracking number with a delivery date of the 25th! Never came! Then I’m told that is was cleared at customs so y’all are not sure why it hasn’t been sent me you will reach out and they should reach back out to me and the DID NOT! now it’s been sitting at customs since the 24th and there’s no way to even get in contact with the people there!!! Y’all are horrible and the worst shipping service! I’d choose UPS, USPS or any other shipping service over you incompetent people anyday!

          I have repeatedly asked for FedEx to deliver my packages to my apartment door. I live in a third-floor walkup, yet I am disabled and mange to go up and down the stairs. But my packages from FedEx never get delivered to my door. Instead they are left in unsecured areas of the building where anyone has access to them. I have filled out repeatedly the instructions on where to deliver my packages, but my instructions are ignored. Both Amazon and UPS will deliver my packages where I have asked them to, so what is wrong with FedEx that they won't? I can't believe the laziness and thoughtlessness of the FedEx drivers and the fact that they can get away with this. It's only two flights of stairs, but your drivers must be so out of shape that that is too much for them. Why won't they deliver to my door? And how do I get this resolved? I don't want my packages stolen because they are not delivered properly.

            I have a shipment delivery coming from HOLTSVILLE, NY US. Shipment was sent to fedex on 13 December 2021. Initially, they said its pending for invoice. I have attached it the very next week, but also they havent moved from transit. Till now, 4 months have passed but I have not got a single update from any of your executives. Whenever I made a call, they will hold for 5 seconds and cut the call. This makes anyone anger who is trying to be patient.

            Requesting you to take appropriate legal action and deliver my shipment as soon as possible.

              Hello
              I Am 23 And Imported Jewelry For The First Time To Start My Business. I Imported Via Fedex And My AWB No. Is[protected]. The Shipment Has Sterling Silver Pieces And 18k Gold Plated Stainless Steel Pieces. I Did Submitted A Documents That Contained Details Of All The Designs Along With Picture, Material And Price. But I Was Informed by Delhi Customs That Shipment Has Silver Pieces So I Have To Transfer My Shipment To Cargo Mode.

              I Was Given Wrong Information And Kept In Dark.
              In The 1st And 2nd Photo You Can See I Am Being Told Different Things From Different People.
              In 3rd, 4th And 5th Photo They Said That Transshipment To Cargo Permission Denied And I Have To Either Abandon The Shipment Or Return It .
              Then Again In 6th Picture You Can See They Said That They Are Closing My Case. ( Just Wow)Then I Enquired About It And Custom Officers Were Kind Enough To Let Me Know That Transshipment Permission Was Granted Upon My Request.
              Then After Customs Tweet This Sheetal Chauhan Madam Emailed Me Out Of The Blue Telling Me TP Granted For 5000 Fine
              How Suddenly After She Closed My Case She Is Emailing Me This? Why Was I Given Wrong Information In First Place.
              I Paid The Fine Tho!
              I Have Paid The Fine And Now No One Is Responding Me. I Just Want To Know If They If Help Me Or Return Me My 5000. Because I Have Already Lost My Whole Shipment And They Will Be Imposing So Many Fines On Me Along With Warehouse Charges. I Wasn't My Mistake That Fedex Took So Long Even Though I Was Granted Permission From Custom Long Back.

              These emails were sent by sheetal.[protected]@fedex.com and she is just a petty liar. This has something personal with me. Maybe she is upset because I complaint about her.

                Dear consumer forum

                This is regarding FedEx AWB[protected].
                consignment booked from china in Oct/Nov-2021 to be delivered at our location in Noida
                At first there was some writing mistake by supplier, which soon taken care but inspite of regular follow-up FedEx people unable to deliver goods.

                every time a reminder mail from me is replied by new story.
                there are number of excuses.
                All these delays happened may be as FedEx is winding business from India but what a heck if they want to harass common men
                it is too much, These samples were proposed for photoshoot for launch but things delayed we have to incur heavy loss due to this delay .

                now today after approx 3 months i got call from delivery boy, to my amusement a new story i need to pay rs7730 as warehouse charges, late fees etc.

                this is big annoying we have faced huge loss due to non timely delivery
                and now when we don't need same, fedex demanding money for late delivery.

                i just want to highlight a normal consumer about this non professional behavior of fedex

                    1) ref:[protected], shipment was supposed to be delivered by 22nd march, it is now 28th march, 8 days and now they have changed the invoice value and increased it without any justification ?

                    Putting fines, BOE CHARGE, DUTY advancement ??

                    No positive reverts by anyone including the india team till date.

                    2) It took me 8 calls to reach out to an arrogant customer care executive who had no sense of talking to an client in need. @FedExIndia @FedEx @FedExHelp.

                    3) To my surprise @FedExIndia Marol, Mumbai office has no landline number to call. Emails to “[protected]@crop.ds.fedex.com” always bounce and the sender of the email also does not cares about sharing a calling number. @FedExIndia @FedEx @FedExHelp.

                    4) Till date no response received from your team. We have made the disputed payment too on saturday 26th march to get our shipment, yet no reverts. Even no response from senior team..

                      It has has been 4 weeks since i ordered an "express shipment" through fedex. I paid $25 extra for that. And there is no news. Everyday I call them and all I get in response is that I'll get a call back and I'm assured that they will escalate my problem. How many time do you need to escalate a problem before you actually solve it?!?

                        Driver rang and left the packages outside: he did not wait for me to ring him in so he could leave packages inside the building. Luckily, a neighbour saw him and brought me the packages.
                        All FedEx drivers ring and we ask who it is before we let them in. This one did not. Not cool as I live in a neighborhood where packages easily « disappear »…

                        Please make sure we keep using FedEx because it is safe and reliable, this driver was not.

                          Customer Service by phone is disinterested. Virtual assistant is worse.

                          Text messages provided incorrect information about delivery. Waited all day. Canceled plans. No package. Customer service rep gave me incorrect information as well and was completely disinterested. Said package coming Tuesday by 9 am. Gave confirmation #C61721201. Then this morning I got text that delivery would be today, Sunday. I have church.
                          4 calls and 40 minutes brought no help. Online the same. Virtual assistant also useless....

                          I had a problem with a fedex package and I really didn't want to call the 1 800 number.. Not quite in a mood to talk to somebody, So I thought I'd try here 1st. My package tracking number #[protected] said in the delivery notes that it was delivered to my front door last Saturday March 19th. Well, it was not delivered...never received . We live upstairs--only unit upstairs, nothing was there., and we were home.I am hoping you can find out where / what address it was ACTUALLY delivered to per FedEx. Seems someone has kept my package. Correct address on the place we ordered from..Please I hope you can help. This was items we get from Medicare "free shopping" credits, and we want our stuff. If someone has kept our package, I'd be mad at them more.. But please take better care.. we have had problems in the past.

                            Got despatched from China in the month of January 2022, still not delivered at Cochin.

                            Issue - Says KYC nit submitted

                            Actual - Submitted several times, got an email from FedEx, saying the team is working, but not yet delivered. Tracking shows, it is in Bangalore. Don't respond to calls, worst customer service.

                            Feeling - Worst experience in my entire life. It was better to travel to China and collect it rather than sending through Fedex.

                              I want to raise the issue faced during this shipment. The item is NOT delivered yet
                              1. Communication not prompt for clearance requirement. I had to follow up everything. Intentional delaying so that they can charge storage charges.
                              2. Now shipment cleared from customs but filed under totally unrelated and wrong HS CODE 9804 with IGST 28% instead of correct HS 8542 with IGST of 18%, even though correct HS code is clearly mentioned in the Commercial invoice.
                              This issue was raised in mail even before final clearance as they had to share the details due to delay in clearance. But they have ignored it and till went ahead wrong HS code
                              3. Please note they are still holding delivery due not paying this wrongly filed duty.
                              I have all mail trails from last two weeks for any proof with them.

                              The HS Code totally unrelated (9804: Works of art, Collectors' Pieces and Antiquest) to being shipped (8542 : Electronic Integrated Circuits)
                              Correct HS CODE in invoice with IGST 18%
                              But wrong HS code filed with IGST 28%. Which is totally unrelated to item being shipped (integrated circuits). Please refer to below

                              Please take necessary action to correct this as I will have to pay this additional IGST due to wrong HS code filing.

                                I am not pleased with the way Fedex operates they sent me an invoice of 12.25 euro which I made to AIB electronically on the 4th of February but I have been receiving letters telling me that they did not receive the money and I checked with my bank and a payment was made to this AIB Iban [protected]. I tried emailing them the screenshot of the payment but they seem to have no reply email address which makes it difficult to give them the proof.Abd now they are telling me they will send debt collectors for the payment which I made and have proof.

                                  My Shipment from US which was recieved in 1st Week of Dec, 2021 is still lying in Fedex Bangalore Clearance office
                                  There is no Proper response
                                  I had Called to their Customer care, I went in person to their office
                                  They dont allow us inside their office even after going in person
                                  They sent me stating it will be Cleared in 24 hours time
                                  Its almost 10 days now
                                  Absolutely annoying, No Helping Tendency, I am getting frustrated looking at this kind of Service wat this Fedex is having
                                  They dont reply to mail
                                  They dont pick call

My cousin sended a courier package from florida usa at feb 15 tracking ud[protected], they are said that time the courier will delivered feb 23rd. Now march 25 not delivered my courier. I called so many times to customer care but they are not responds. They are paid extra charges for the shipping charges. Your service are not updated my courier details. We are lost so much money for your fedex service. Please update me as soon as possible.

                                      Good day, I am extremely disappointed with your services. This is the second time that I have used FeDEX services and this is the second time that my parcel has been delayed. The first time my parcel arrived over a month later. Surely this is the last time ever ship with FedEx.
