1) ref:[protected], shipment was supposed to be delivered by 22nd march, it is now 28th march, 8 days and now they have changed the invoice value and increased it without any justification ?
Putting fines, BOE CHARGE, DUTY advancement ??
No positive reverts by anyone including the india team till date.
2) It took me 8 calls to reach out to an arrogant customer care executive who had no sense of talking to an client in need. @FedExIndia @FedEx @FedExHelp.
3) To my surprise @FedExIndia Marol, Mumbai office has no landline number to call. Emails to “[protected]@crop.ds.fedex.com” always bounce and the sender of the email also does not cares about sharing a calling number. @FedExIndia @FedEx @FedExHelp.
4) Till date no response received from your team. We have made the disputed payment too on saturday 26th march to get our shipment, yet no reverts. Even no response from senior team..

FedEx customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The HS Code totally unrelated (9804: Works of art, Collectors' Pieces and Antiquest) to being shipped (8542 : Electronic Integrated Circuits)
Correct HS CODE in invoice with IGST 18%
But wrong HS code filed with IGST 28%. Which is totally unrelated to item being shipped (integrated circuits). Please refer to below
Please take necessary action to correct this as I will have to pay this additional IGST due to wrong HS code filing.
