I was importing a shipment from China to Indian for my personal use which is mobile display. In the shipping address I have mentioned my office address so they have asked me to get a letter from my office that shipping belongs to me personally to clear the KYC. I just want the details where it got delivered and how can they say the package is delivered without informing the recipient

I have had FedEx deliver packages last week. I got a call this morning saying the delivery driver won’t deliver due to roads being icy. Our road has not changed in conditions from the last time they delivered. There is still dirt on hills. Non 4x4 cars have been getting in and out with no problems. My Package sent from China to India through Fedex get stuck at Bangalore due to clearance delay. Paid more the 100$ for just transportation.
After the parcel arrived at Bangalore ( on12th Jan), Fedex Bangalore office clearance admin contacted me requesting document. After i provided all the required documents there is no responses, no confirmation mail, not able to contact anyone...

Upon hearing the driver pull in the yard, I opened the door to find the FedEx driver throwing my packages on the porch to the door when he was literally 5 steps from the front door and that's with him backing the van to the porch. I have been waiting for the response of FedEx since December 16th 2021, when the parcel arrived at Bangalore customs. No body at their customs clearance office bother to reply to my mails or answer phone calls. Only their customer care service provides repeated standard line " will get back to you with 24h", but all in vain.

It's been 7 weeks now and yet the shipment is still in Bangalore. What is wrong with FedEx Team? like seriously? 7 weeks and yet shipment can't be delivered after asking all sorts of Invoice copies and hundreds of calls and emails, just to be ignored?
