    Complaint against Invoice BLR-C-373571 for AWB[protected]. Due date for delivery- 22 December 2021.

    This is in regards to the package from China to Kannur, Kerala through FedEx, which was sent on 14 December with due delivery date on Dec 22.

    The item reached Bangalore on 17 Dec 2021 for clearance and tax charges.

    I had submitted all the KYC documents as soon as they had asked on 17th Dec 2021 and later
    * Commercial Invoice.
    * Purchase item Invoice.
    & a Declaration letter to Assistant Commissioner of customs, courier cell KIAL, Banglore 560300

    on 20th Dec 2021.

    Due to no response from Fedex and after repeatedly sending emails, I got a confirmation email that the documents are complete on 10th Jan 2022 (Please see attached). Inspite of trying to call and emailing them almost every day since December until this week of January, they have not responded. Most of the emails just bounced back as person on leave. Last week on 26th January 2022, MrMelwin responded that they will look into the matter.

    Today on 1st Feb 2022, after 40days since the due delivery date, they had delivered the item with a bill of Rs 7005/-. And this is for 4 USD (Rs 300/) empty sample bottle. My father had already paid the amount to the delivery person to receive the product. The invoice also stated that there is a Rs5000/- reactivation charge.

    I had submitted the document before 30days from the arrival of goods in India. I want full refund of Rs7005/- of the purposefully delayed and unnecessarily charged reactivation charge and for the extremely late delivery, poor response and service from the customer service team.

    I still have not received any refunds or even a reply. I think both Fedex and consumer complaints are not working.

      I have an international shipment that was due for delivery on 27th Jan, 2022. However, I received an email asking for KYC and commercial invoice of the product shipped, and later on, a CHIMS document.

      Since I'm an individual who doesn't have an IEC, there is no way for me to provide the CHIMS document. I have provided a justification letter stating the purpose of importing my product (which is for my own personal use), product details, etc.

      After providing the requested letter, there is no response via email or phone.
      I hope concerned people can address this issue asap.

        Consignment was sent in Sept 2021 ( Canada Post Fedex Tie up). Destination was Chennai. Consignment Content : Laptop for service as it carries only Local India Warranty.

        Laptop was used by my son for his studies in Canada. It was procured under loan. So appreciate if you could do the needful to deliver it or return it back to sender.

          I had a package stuck a fedex facility for 3+ days. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times and no one can provide me with answers or explanation . I’m just suppose to sit around and keep waiting. I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor in hopes of getting this issue resolved and the customer service reps refuse to transfer me to anyone, & keep telling me to contact the sender. FEDEX HAS MY PACKAGE STUCK IN THEIR WAREHOUSE. What is Joanns fabrics going to do ??

            Hello at this point I believe the delivery drivers are stealing packages. I had two packages within the last two months that didn’t arrived at my door as they claimed it did. I have lost $400 within these two months and trying to recovery it. This company need to start taken pictures of proof they dropped it off at the door and if the package needs to be signed for the driver should ask for ID and also snapped a picture of the ID for verification to send over to whoever in charge. I hate dealing with Fed ex and USPS now days.

              Please tell your drivers to stay off of my lawn. Every time they deliver a package, they bypass the path clearly cut to walk on and walk on my lawn. It must stop

                This is the first complaint email I've ever written. My name is Jeffery Lyman Winn and I'm at a loss as to what to do with a situation that occurred earlier today. It's somewhat of a long story so I'm going to try to be as concise as possible.

                Jan 27, 2022 I had an express overnight package that was scheduled to be delivered. At 7pm that night it was obvious the package was not arriving. I contacted customer service and was told the package had arrived in my town of Salt Lake City and would be delivered by end of day on the 28th. I asked them to hold the package for me so I could pick it up in the morning because it was extremely time sensitive. The agent confirmed that they would hold it. Today, the 28th at 7am I received a call from a local number saying the package was on the truck. After calling customer service again it was discovered that the agent the night before had improperly filed the report so it got put on a truck for delivery. They assured me it would be there by 11am, this was a time sensitive package for a high school sporting event that they needed by 11:30am. The driver did not show up until 2:30pm and when I asked where he had been earlier stated that he had "personal problems" that morning and was unable to drop it even though they had called him directly to let him know. The package is now useless, it was a large print for the high school game. The school will now not pay for it because it wasn't there for the event. It's a bad situation but this is where the story gets pretty weird.

                At approximately 3:30pm on the 28th I got a call from your escalations team. The employee's name was Ron He apologized for the driver and told me the driver had tested positive for covid 19 and was on a ventilator and that was the reason for the delay! Mind you this was literally 1 hour after he had delivered the package. I explained that couldn't be true because I had just spoken to him face to face and he wasn't even wearing a mask. He put me on hold and attempted to contact the driver. Ron didn't realize that I could hear the entire call with the driver! The driver admitted to having covid 19 and delivering still WITHOUT a mask, and was now at a bar and VERY drunk! When Ron got back on the phone with me I explained I had heard everything. He apologized over and over again and transferred me to his supervisor, Scoby . In the middle of me explaining the story to Scoby, again I could hear Ron call the driver again to yell at him. Once again I heard the WHOLE call. I was confused and thought Scoby had called him but realized it was Ron as Ron had an english accent. Scoby then transferred me to a Director named Carrie? Karrie? I didn't get her employee #. Carrie at first was very helpful and kind. She placed me on hold and personally contacted the driver, and once again I could hear the entire conversation. The driver was very drunk, told Carrie that yes he had covid and had worked without a mask. Carrie was irrate and said "OMG I'm going to have to delete all these phone recordings." I'm in absolute SHOCK and when she comes back I tell her I could hear her entire call and how insane this all was and how could she delete the call logs, she freaked out. I told her I did not feel safe talking to her and hung up. Ron then called me AGAIN and said he saw I terminated the line and asked me if I got it resolved. I told him the story and he tried to access the call recording and said it no longer existed! He then told me I needed to get someone else involved higher but he couldn't be involved and if I had any phone recordings I should make them public on Twitter.

                I don't even know where to go from here... I called AGAIN at 5:30 pm to report this to someone else and was told they would ABSOLUTELY call me back tonight. I have not heard from anyone. I am in shock and very frustrated that employees would lie, delete phone recordings to cover up for employees, and put my personal health at risk.

                  I was importing a shipment from China to Indian for my personal use which is mobile display. In the shipping address I have mentioned my office address so they have asked me to get a letter from my office that shipping belongs to me personally to clear the KYC. I did submitted the KYC and completed the procedure but upon completion I did not receive any further updates. Its been more than a month now. I did not know if the package is still there or not. And i have spoke to customer care more than hundred times and all the emails have same templates. Please kindly help me.

                      I just want the details where it got delivered and how can they say the package is delivered without informing the recipient

                      Every time I
                      Order something and the carrier is Fed Ex I always have a issue and the issue is always the same which is that my address is wrong which it’s not I called Fed Ex 6 times every last person was rude they act like they didn’t want to help kept being rude one person hung up on me I don’t remember the name I just it was a lady

                        My airway bill is[protected]. Despite of paying 339 dollars for priority shipment I am being stalled saying the invoice is unclear. I had handed over 3 hard copies of invoice and same was sent via email for which I had received an acknowledgement. However I still receiving emails saying invoice is unclear.

                          I have had not 1, not 2, but 2 shipment issues. Back in the beginning of December I purchased a Dog Kennel from Wayfair. They shipped out 3 boxes, originally it was coming on the 21st, then notified that it would come on The 19th, then the 18th. The date kept changing, no worries. Then it was pushed out again, at the point I had to put a vacation hold as the holidays we were traveling. Arrived back home and released the hold. Items set to be delivered 2 days after, nope! I contacted customer service they promised delivery Dec 29th. 1 of the 3 boxes arrived. Called again, said they would put an inquiry out, cut to the chase, after many frustrating conversations and scheduled dates of delivery that never happened I had to reach out to the sender to cancel the order. I needed the kennel now! I ordered another one from another company, guess what? 2 weeks later, still waiting. A repeat of what happened with the first one. In the mean time a second piece of the original showed up. That and the first piece are sitting on my front porch waiting to be picked up, I can not be responsible for what happens to it as it has not been picked up as arranged by the sender and FedEx. This past week I was expecting a wine delivery, yep! You guessed it ..same empty promises and no answers. I received a message that it was undeliverable due to needing an adult signature, someone was home all day. Checked my ring, no sign of a FedEx delivery attempt. Customer service says, we can not tell you anything, will research it
                          This whole deal has caused me so much anguish and made me plain sick over the stress of not getting the dog kennel for my puppy, not only once but twice. I really need that wine to help deal with this. I don't even have words for this mess called FedEx at this point

                            Hey this Michelle Mitchell and I’m make a complaint about my delivery, I have placed and order and the order has been shipped ever since January 24, 2022 the order we’re post to deliver on January 25, 2022 and still no package never came. today is January 27-28 and they are delay my package. And every time I call FedEx customer service they kept tell me their no one where home to sign for the package to be released and I have proof and camera around my house prove that no one came to give me my package or anything and I’m getting very annoying for all the run round they give me

                              I have had FedEx deliver packages last week. I got a call this morning saying the delivery driver won’t deliver due to roads being icy. Our road has not changed in conditions from the last time they delivered. There is still dirt on hills. Non 4x4 cars have been getting in and out with no problems. If the problem is due to staffing… say so!!! Don’t blame the roads!!! I am not happy that FedEx takes on big jobs like Costco deliveries if they are unable to deliver! UPS always made it a fact to get the deliveries made! Now Walmart. I will be making a complaint to Walmart and Costco as well!

                                  My international urgent shipment stuck at Bangalore

                                  This is Murugan

                                  My Package sent from China to India through Fedex get stuck at Bangalore due to clearance delay. Paid more the 100$ for just transportation.

                                  This claim was filed Dec 17th.

                                  A box full of items belonging to persons was lost. We had to refund everyone who sent us stuff and were left with nothing because the box had such expensive stuff. We sent all invoices, we have the proof of all the broken down boxes. A box weighing 50 plus lb and you lose it with no care for how it affects the person's involved. We are to struggle to eat because of incompetency on fedex part? This was a massive blow to our pockets and our Christmas was no more. How inhumane can you all be?

                                  Please advise what the next step would be. How can a claim where we fulfilled every request be denied??

                                  Do we need to get a lawyer involved?

                                  We believe someone in fedex stole the box

                                  And we are owed our money back. Or some sort of compensation.

                                  Please advise, because this is really unethical and unfair, especially when we could prove every single thing.
