Shipment stuck in Bangalore for clearance

We shipped a laptop from Belgium to Hyderabad on 14th Jan 2022 via FedEx and the package is stuck in Bangalore Airport for clearance from past 8 days.

No answer from FedEx employees to hundreds of phone calls and emails that we have dropped. Absolutely not understanding why they are holding the product with them. Kindly help us on this as that laptop is very important to us.

Shipping pending

FedEx is late on delivery and the details says pending/no updates available.

I have contacted customer service and every time they tell me it will be delivered by end of the day.

Still haven’t recieved package and still haven’t received an update on when it will be delivered.

Package is decently large and pricey.

FedEx is the worst...

No Response to my calls

Airway Bill No[protected]

Despite of sending the invoice multiple times by email and handing over 3 hard copies to FedEx still it is showing invoice pending / incomplete.

Tried calling multiple times but I am always kept on hold.

Can someone reply on this....

Package Stuck in Bangalore Customs

Unprofessional behaviour

Packages not delivered to my door

On Friday, I received 4 fed ex packages. One from chewy, 3 from petsmart. I live in an upstairs condo. Packages were listed as "delivered, by front door" however, they were left downstairs next to the building, near the stairs to go up. This is unacceptable. Not delivering my shipment with AWB 775287676668

Hi,
I had an international shipment coming in with tracking id[protected]. First they reached out to me saying only 1 box had come so I waited for the second box. Post that we agreed on the assessment value given to us and from then on they have stopped replying saying there is some technical issue.

Product Never Received

FedEx was scheduled to deliver a set of 3 pieces, on 1/15/2022. All 3 pieces were on the truck and "Out for Delivery". The driver only delivered 2 pieces. Clearance Delay for Documents

[protected] Clearance Delay in the following locations:

Its reached Banglore on Thursday, 30 December 2021. Due to delay clearance it reached Coimbatore on Wednesday, 5 January 2022. Its a document package.

Today its 21st Jan 2022. We issued whatever documents requested from FedEx. Our disaptch is not ready till now.

Discrimination complaint

To whom it may concern:

I have been working for the company through a vendor for months. January 11, I was told by a superior employee that I'm not allowed to return to work without wearing a bra. It isn't required for both genders, not in my employee dress code from vendor or FedEx. It is indeed discrimination. I am emotionally distraught and will be moving forward in a discrimination lawsuit....

Shipment Stuck with Bangalore customs-Fedex not taking care

My shipment which should reach last week Thursday(JAN 13th) is still not reached and with Bangalore customs. Driver blocking traffic.

-This driver stopped, with blinkers on, in the road while making a delivery.
-5:35 PM on Wednesday, January 19th on a dangerous curve during rush hour.
-29th Ave Drive NE, Hickory, North Carolina (USA).

International Priority Shipment Stuck At Bangalore

My package sent through Fedex International Priority from US to Hyderabad, India (at a price of more than $100) is stuck at Bangalore with "Local Delay - Delay Beyond Our Control". It has some documents that need to be delivered urgently. If they are not delivered in time, I will be forced to travel to India.
