Last package before today was dropped and left in the snow bank at the wrong address and today my package was put in my USPS mailbox. Big wrong!! Delivery are to be made at my front door please. I don't want anyone but my USPS carrier in or at my Mailbox!!

    Package[protected] was reached Bengaluru on 20 November 2021. But same was not delivered till date. We are calling customer care every day but there is no progress. When we call customer care the reply is will be clearing within 24 hours. Even my person visited Bengaluru office also no response from the FEDEX. They not even allow into the office. By so many visits also no reply from the FEDEX.
    NOBODY KNOWS WHAT IS HAPPENED WITH MY PACKAGE.
    Its worst than any Govt. Offices.
    So kindly look into this matter and deliver the package immediately

      Upon hearing the driver pull in the yard, I opened the door to find the FedEx driver throwing my packages on the porch to the door when he was literally 5 steps from the front door and that's with him backing the van to the porch. I don't appreciate how my hard earned money was handled by someone that evidently does not appreciate/value his job!

        Pending customs clearance since 40 days

        AWB[protected]International Priority Delivery)
        I have been waiting for the response of FedEx since December 16th 2021, when the parcel arrived at Bangalore customs. No body at their customs clearance office bother to reply to my mails or answer phone calls. Only their customer care service provides repeated standard line " will get back to you with 24h", but all in vain.

        Hope FedEx at least now inform me regarding...

        It's been 7 weeks now and yet the shipment is still in Bangalore. What is wrong with FedEx Team? like seriously? 7 weeks and yet shipment can't be delivered after asking all sorts of Invoice copies and hundreds of calls and emails, just to be ignored? If you are incapable of delivering the product, why bother taking up the job in the first place? Probably the worst service till date !!
        So will my shipment will be delivered or do i get a refund or should i proceed with my Legal team?

          We shipped a laptop from Belgium to Hyderabad on 14th Jan 2022 via FedEx and the package is stuck in Bangalore Airport for clearance from past 8 days.

          No answer from FedEx employees to hundreds of phone calls and emails that we have dropped. Absolutely not understanding why they are holding the product with them. Kindly help us on this as that laptop is very important to us.

            FedEx is late on delivery and the details says pending/no updates available.

            I have contacted customer service and every time they tell me it will be delivered by end of the day.

            Still haven’t recieved package and still haven’t received an update on when it will be delivered.

            Package is decently large and pricey.

            FedEx is the worst

              Despite of sending the invoice multiple times by email and handing over 3 hard copies to FedEx still it is showing invoice pending / incomplete.

              Tried calling multiple times but I am always kept on hold.

              Can someone reply on this.

                I Shipped a laptop from Orlando Florida to Bangalore on December 19th 2021 and the tracking number is[protected] and the package had reached bangalore india on DEC 24 th 2021 and there were some issue with consinee 's name and for which we have provided all the documents that was requested and consignee has also submitted KYC form to fedex but still the package is not delivered . calling fedex everyday and talking to N number of customer reps but every day i am getting the same answer like its still with customs and FEDEX US team had not received any updates about my package and no one is taking any responsibility about this .. it was very important for the package to get it delivered to consignee and they are waiting for it from a long time and i am incuring a huge loss because of this delay

                one of the worst international shipping service is fedEX after all the follow ups for around 2 months nearly finally my shipment got cleared from customs and now fedEX is asking me to pay 36000 . so totally for a used laptop which was purchased for 60K in INR now for shipping +cutoms clearance i have to pay around 50 k so it is as good as me buying a new laptop never ever use fedEx in my life time

                  FedEx has had my shipment since Jan 7, it has been at Redmond Ground since Jan 12th. Ryan Mayer Redmond WA ground P&D manager will not release my packages. We know the location and even the trailer number it is in. All I have got is excuses as to why my packages will not be released. I would like to file a formal complaint against FedEx ground and manager Ryan Mayer. Your internal management and logistic failures are not my problem. The fact you are holding my packages without mine or the shippers permission is my problem. Yes claims by both shipper and receiver have been filed with no resolve. Scott Zumwalt #[protected]

                    Dear all,

                    I would like to file a complaint for FedEx Croatia.
                    I did not file a complaint to them yet but I will, I would like to inform You of their unprofessional and somewhat very rude appearance in contact with me.

                    I won the award on a giveaway on Instagram. The company that did the giveaway sent me the shipment via FedEx. After the shipment arrived in Croatia (my country), your workers asked me for a power of attorney for customs clearance and they received it. Also, they asked for an invoice where I immediately replied that it was a giveaway and that I didn’t have an invoice because I hadn’t paid anything. I received the answer that it is necessary that the value of the shipment is visible. I sent a new invoice that I received from the sender, but your officials also claim that it is defective. I ask again for an invoice from the sender (with whom communication is already difficult because they are not fluent English speakers) and send an invoice where the full value is visible but crossed and put a value of $ 1 because it is a prize game and again, I did not pay anything. But your officials claim again the bill is incorrect without specifying why it is incorrect, despite my questions. This communication went by email. After a week and my ignorance of what was wrong with the account, the third one I sent, I phone called the FedEx service in Croatia and the gentleman in charge of customs told me: "You really think we will believe that you won a 4x necklace, 4x earrings and 4 more gold earrings in the prize game ?! " He could also easily have told me that I was lying and no one has ever asked me for proof that it was won in a prize game, but just to report the bill is not correct without any explanation. If I hadn't called the package would have been returned and then what? Because the gentleman arbitrarily concluded on the basis of nothing that I was lying. I believe that such a large company must not allow itself such employee behavior and free will to conclude. Who gives a gentleman the right to conclude completely subjectively that I am lying because he thinks that no one does a giveaway where more than one thing is shared?

                    This situation will be publicly written on all forums that I can write on and I will tell everyone I know about this, you will only have a bad recommendation from me trying that no one ever uses your services again.

                    I have never had a similar problem with any other delivery service.
                    I hope you can solve this with them and unify it in some way because it is absolutely nonprofessional behavior. Especially in this time when giveaways are on daily basis on every inch of Internet (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.)

                      On Friday, I received 4 fed ex packages. One from chewy, 3 from petsmart. I live in an upstairs condo. Packages were listed as "delivered, by front door" however, they were left downstairs next to the building, near the stairs to go up. This is unacceptable. I'm not sure if there was a sub driver on this day or what. Packages are normally left appropriately at the door. Tracking #s are:[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]

                        Hi,
                        I had an international shipment coming in with tracking id[protected]. First they reached out to me saying only 1 box had come so I waited for the second box. Post that we agreed on the assessment value given to us and from then on they have stopped replying saying there is some technical issue.
                        I have emailed them almost 10 to 15 times and they are not helping at all. I have emailed them reg our concern and also whenever we call the customer care and share our tracking id they cut our call.
                        My sender from China has also contacted Fedex and they are not giving any details for that.
                        Now it has been 45 days since we have got no update from Fedex as to why they have put my shipment on hold and why they are not getting this delivered. I have emailed the concerned person Mr Vaibhav and Mr Prithivi 35 times now and have emailed their support team at [protected]@fedex.com 5 times.

                            This mail is to inform you that I have still not received my parcel. It was shown that i will get it by 11 th Jan 2022 but today is 22th Jan 2022 and i have still not received it. According to your policy you are liable to pay a full refund if i will not receive it by 11th Jan, so i want my money back. I have also contacted the customer executive several times and they alway give me the same answer that I will receive it by tomorrow and that tomorrow never comes, so I want full refund as I have paid exact money for this parcel to be delivered by 11th and I have still not received it. I will never prefer your services from now onwards.I have paid this much and still don't get proper services.

                            Note : Please start my refund process as soon as possible, also want my parcel by tomorrow or else I will take legal action against your company.

                            Also feel free to contact me through this mail if there is anything to be done by my side for the refund.

                              FedEx was scheduled to deliver a set of 3 pieces, on 1/15/2022. All 3 pieces were on the truck and "Out for Delivery". The driver only delivered 2 pieces. When I contacted FedEx Customer Service, they assured me that it will be delivered the next day. That didn't happen. To make matters worse, I called them every day since, and every morning I received a notification that the package was on the truck and "Out for Delivery". It is now 1/21/2022, and I am still waiting for it. It is very frustrating when FedEx customer Service pretends to be concerned of any inconvenience that it may have caused me. They always tell me that they will take care of it, and that I will receive my package the next day. if it were up to me, I would not use FedEx for products that I purchase online, This is not the first time that I have an issue about my deliveries with FedEx.

                                I am getting MSGS asking to submit KYC for shipment i do not expect and unknown sender. Called from Fedex Support asked to upload KYC. is it fake caller? How to know if called is from proper fedex authrorized person?

                                    Package not picked up from box at 7600 w 63 rd st summit Il, I sat there for 2 hrs past pickup time and nobody picked up the box, I dropped the package in the box on 1-6-2022, talked to customer service on[protected] as I was waiting for driver to collect the box,
