My supplier from Jaipur send a request for parcel pick up on 2nd . Tracking number[protected] but Because of some problem from FedEx side they picked up the parcel on 4th.

Today is 9th and I still haven’t received the parcel.

I received a call from thane branch on 8th @2.30pm and told me that i will receive parcel tomorrow that parcel is in Thane branch but still I will receive parcel on 9th because all their people left to deliver parcel and no one is there to deliver my parcel @2.30 in afternoon. but for sure my parcel will be deliver tomorrow.
Which is today On 9th.
On 9th I called to customer service personal in the morning and log a complain that yesterday I should receive parcel as it reached to Thane but because of less of staff they didn’t complain number 28007850 and she promised me that I will receive my parcel today.

@3 I spoke to thane branch personal name Manoj, and he told me that they will not deliver my parcel today as they don’t have employee for delivery.
I was shocked is this FedEx am I talking to?and they says they are professional...

Again I called customer service number and spoke to Rachel and explained the scenario and she told me she is raising another complain and I will receive a call from manager within an hour also she gave me confidence that delivery will be done by 8pm today for sure.

I waited for an hour and no one called so again I called @5.30 and spoke to Pratima and she raised another complaint 28007850 and said sorry they don’t have personal to deliver the parcel so you will receive your parcel tomorrow before 12pm.

I would request no one to book a parcel with FedEx because they can not deliver what they promise. I don’t think they are professional and their tag line should be we don’t have people to deliver.

I don’t think I will receive my parcel tomorrow as well.

I am really Disappointed and will never use FedEx ever again and request people not to use it too

    My delivery package reached FedEx borivali office in Mumbai by6 or 7th June 2021. I am yet to receive the courier and my place is just 5 to 6 kms away from their office.
    They have the nerve to tell lies that delivery could not take place today on 8th June because of waterlogging and heavy rains. This is blatant lie and rubbish. There were rains, only for some time but not that heavy that resulted in any water logging. I received all other couriers and deliveries from Amazon and flipkart today I.e. 8th June. Utter pathetic, nonsense company...

      Yesterday 7th June morning 10:21am I had received a msg that my order is due for delivery by end of the day. Next msg i received at 11:15pm that my order is delivered. What nonsense is this? Me and my family were at home throughout the day. There was no delivery agent who visited nor called me up. Checked with our Security Guard as well and they haven’t received any box. This is not expected from a company like Fedex!! I have already spoken with Fedex Customer Care Agent Mr. Ranjit Goud and he has raised a complaint based on my issue - Complaint No. is C27855188. It is a box with expensive imported hotwheels collectible cars and i need my box ASAP! Attached screenshot of Tracking updates

        My 3 piece shipment was shipped in india on 13 February 2021. I paid money for the delivery in about 10 to 15 days. In March they told me that one of your pacakges is lost. Then I frequently contacted them to deliver atleast the rest two packages, but every customer staff appointed by FedEx on this case left it in between and didn't help me. Suddenly they said your Lost package has been found in England and they chaged it's tracking information but still it's unknown. Now it's been 4 months and no hope of getting my Package delivered. I wasted my time and money on this. I have written various e-mails and contacted the customer representative various time but none of them helped me out. No one replied from the email and the contact forms I filled on their website. I am filing this report to reach them so that they can help me .

                  Hi fedex,

                  This is regarding the shipment (tracking number[protected]

                  I’m following up on my shipment since more than a month. Todays call was my more than 30th call to fedex. Even after numerous calls and emails, we are not getting any update from fedex. This is HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING.

                  We need the shipment to be delivered urgently but instead of this, I am witnessing highly unprofessional behavior from Fedex.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I have two Intl priority parcels from Singapore[protected],[protected] stuck in your office at Saltake, Kolkata since 21 MAY, 2021. I have called your Saltlake office, and they refused to ship to my location right now stating the reason your third party is not working due to lockdown. FYI, all other couriers (BlueDirt, DTDC, SpeedPost) are currently working in West Bengal.

                    I called your customer care and someone from your side registered a complaint (complaint no C[protected] regarding this delay. I don't know why your office is delaying my priority shipment in the name of lockdown whereas all other courier service is functionning. This is very much unprofessional from a reputed company like yours.

                    Despite requesting numerous times via phone and email nothing has been resolved till now. Your help would be highly appreciated.

                        It's been more than three days I haven't received my package. Firstly, a wrong delivery address was noted down even after providing the correct address due to which the delivery attempt failed. After getting that corrected still they are citing the same reason. Customer care executives simply say that you will get it today when asked how to escalate the complaint. I don't know what they do with the contact number provided. The delivery agent doesn't bother to give a call before declaring that the address is incorrect.

                          Had opted for fedex express delivery for two of my shipments from Hong Kong. Since 20 days they are stuck in customs.

                          There was a discepancy in the the invoice and even after supplying all the necesasary documents and declaration letter, its still not cleared. I have not go any update from the fedex team after sending the documents.

                          Really disappointed with the service

                          Update: Also After contacting bangalore customs department it seems that they have neither proceeded with the necessary verification as the customs are still waiting for verification documentation ( i have attached the snapshot of the reply from bangalore customs) why all this delay especially when its an express shipment???

                          I am highly suspicious that fedex is deliberately making the delay so that they can charge the customer extra in the name of warehouse charges !!!??

                          Hopefully when i get my shipment i will get to know and i will update on this forum so that all customers are aware of this!!

                                My courier is stuck at Ambala for over 6 days now, it originally started from Banglore on 8th May 2021. It is currently not moving from Ambala since 20th May. I have already written to Fedex Indian customer care but did not hear from them yet. Could i know its status plz or get it delivered safe and sound soon?

                                      Subject- Non Receipt Of Bags from Fed Ex Delivery(International Transfer from FedEx Us to FedEx India).

                                      Complaint Against- Fed Ex India.

                                      Details- This is with regards to the FedEx order(WayBill#[protected] that Was supposed to be delivered to me almost couple of months back...This was initiated from United States & had been confirmed to be acknowledged by Delhi customs & was supposed to be sent to Kolkata customs to be personally picked up from my end as per usual procedure ...

                                      However, due to the Unprecedented Covid situation & other personal issues I was not in state to Travel to Kolkata to get the bags & has hence requested FedEx to perform the customs clearance on my behalf & proceed with the delivery... Also, per advice from FedEx had also filled up the Authorization form enabling FedEx to clear on my behalf & sent related documents..

                                      However, still I have not received the bags & had called customer care multiple times to inquire about the same..On every occasion I was informed there was some issue with customs clearance & it would be resolved soon but nothing has happened till now..This is really becoming a headache for me & it's been almost 2 months since the shipment has arrived. Customer care has not resolved the issue till now. They have even sent emails saying they will Look into the matter but nothing has been done yet. Attached Few Prints.

                                      Request you to Please look into the matter with urgency & get the issue sorted.

                                      Hi, All details & documents have been provided to FedEx now...The duty amount has also been acknowledged & agreed to be payed by the receiver..The details on how to go ahead with payment has also been asked for few days back..

                                      However, the response from customer care associates have slowed down again & there is no communication from their end for few days..Person handling the case is Out of office & nobody else had taken it forward..please have the team acknowledge the duty fee & proceed with shipment delivery ASAP...Everything looks sorted now.
