Dear Sir,
I have two Intl priority parcels from Singapore[protected],[protected] stuck in your office at Saltake, Kolkata since 21 MAY, 2021. I have called your Saltlake office, and they refused to ship to my location right now stating the reason your third party is not working due to lockdown. FYI, all other couriers (BlueDirt, DTDC, SpeedPost) are currently working in West Bengal.
I called your customer care and someone from your side registered a complaint (complaint no C[protected] regarding this delay. I don't know why your office is delaying my priority shipment in the name of lockdown whereas all other courier service is functionning. This is very much unprofessional from a reputed company like yours.
Despite requesting numerous times via phone and email nothing has been resolved till now. Your help would be highly appreciated.
