Dear sir,
I Purchase electrical veg chopper and it was dispatched by FedEx by
cash on delivery .I believe FedEx and pay Rs 1299 .After opening the parcel 300 rupees manual chopper inside . There is no phone number of supplier on the box. So immediately I contact FedEx customer care
and not pay the supplier because they are cheating me. I also ask for Customer phone number from FedEX. But they are not given. I believe
FedEx currier so that only pay this amount. Please look into this issue
and do the needful,

    We sent a packet from USA with tracking number[protected]. We paid more than $550 for getting it in a week to my parents who are sick with COVID.

    The tracking status has been: "A specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient.
    Recommended action: Please call FedEx Customer Service.".

    When the recipient (my brother) called the customer service, they are not providing any information and asking us to email 2 people (manish.[protected]@fedex.com, sheetal.[protected]@fedex.com) who are nonresponsive.

    This has been going for close to a week now. We used fedex because it is known for reliability, but this experience has been frustrating. can someone please help and tell me what information is needed.

      My International shipment was supposed to be delivered by December 31st, however it was stuck on customs.

      They never notified me about it, and on calling they asked me to fill up the form - which I did immediately. On contacting customer service it was told that package will be delivered within 48 hours, and was assigned one person and was given her email address to contact. I sent few mails to that email, but never got even a courtesy response on any of the query.

      Everyday I called them till today, and what I always hear is that package will be delivered in 48 hours, not to mention I am still awaiting for my package.

        I am writing to complain about the non-delivery of the shipment awb. no.[protected]. It was despatched from Kolkata, India on 25 November 2020. I called customer care and wrote two e-mails to [protected]@fedex.com. However, no concrete answer has been provided yet. I need to know a) what is the status of my shipment, b) why it has not been delivered yet, c) when is it going to be delivered to me.

            My package is not delivered and the status didn’t move from more than last 3 weeks and having only same status show in transit.

            Whenever I call FedEx customer care they say that customs clearance is pending and I have been hearing this same comments from them for last 3 weeks. As the KYC documents were already submitted and confirmed on 14th Dec, I simply don't understand what is causing so much delay for customs clearance.

            Have sent them multiple emails but do not get any reply and on calls they just say that they have raised complaint or escalated but it did not make any difference or solve the problems. The status shows the same as in Transit

            My AWB tracking numbers are[protected] and[protected].

            When I will get my parcel?? Appreciate if you could log a complaint and help in getting my parcel as soon as possible

              My shipment airway bill no.[protected] has not arrived till now. It is 3 weeks overdue. The FedEx team has not got in touch with me. I submitted all the documents. Please help.

              Till now, no action from Fed ex. I am really surprised that the co. is not doing anything to deliver the parcel and there is no response either even after repeated phone calls

                I booked a parcel on 28 Oct. Which was showing delivered on 3 Nov. Client claiming that its not delivered. I complained against the same on 18 nov. And from that today I am continuing taking follow up but customer care is unable to track the parcel and not even providing proper information.

                    I am a Research Associate at Indian Institute of Technology jodhpur, with immense grief want to tell regarding the hassle and harassment I am facing to receive an international shipment through fedex. AWB is[protected]

                    • The parcel has reached New Delhi on 12/29/2020. After tracking with the provide AWB, I came to know that the custom clearance is pending and I called the fedex international customer care to ask what I should do. The representative told me that I need to submit KYC, she also said that since it is a shipment from one research institute to another research institute as a donation we need to provide our institute’s GST certificate, IEC and a declaration from the consignee in official letter head that the product will not be used for commercial purpose. According to her instruction my superior (The consignee) sent an e.mail at [protected]@fedex.com along with all of the documents I mentioned above. He received e.mail from Fedex that we need to upload our document at https://kyc.fedex.com/ .

                    • We uploaded KYC on 22.12.2020 and then received an e.mail that the kyc document is incomplete. I again called the customer care and this time they said that we need to upload proforma invoice from the sender. So we requested the sender and he immediately sent it to us and we uploaded it on 24.12.2020 along with other document in a single PDF file as there was provision for uploading just one document. I got confirmation from fedex that they have received my kyc document.

                    • Since we did not receive any further update from fedex and could not see any change in status after tracking I called the customer care again on 28.12.2020 and asked what else I can do to receive my shipment. I explained her that the shipment which is a research item and is required to be processed in laboratory as early as possible and because of this delay caused by Fedex and custom clearance it is very likely that the item will be wasted and will be of no use. She instructed me to upload once again mentioning the nature of the item that it is non toxic and non pathogenic. I requested her to make a note for my shipment that is very urgent and I am trying to receive it for more than a week by uploading and re uploading kyc over and over. And every time I am getting some new instruction. So, I requested her to guarantee that this time when I upload kyc again, it will be processed in an urgent basis. She also assured me that she will arrange a phone call from kyc team to me to clarify the requirement, but no one called.
                    • On 29.12.2020, I tried to upload once again but the system is not allowing me saying that kyc document should be in incomplete status. I have no idea what I should do. I have totally lost my trust on Fedex.

                      My luggage was couriered from US to India on 14th Jan. I mailed Fedex letter to customs to change 42% duty wrongly applied to personal luggage nominal duty.
                      I have been mailing, calling them since 15th December (since 2 weeks) to process this and let me have my luggage but I get NO RESPONSE.

                      I am attaching each detail of the incidents to show how irresponsible and casual FedEx India is and shall be banned.

                      Here is a sequence o[censored]nanswered mails and calls I made to Fedex staff.

                      - 14 Dec- I got a call from Manoj Kumar saying that my duty is approx 19k (courier category) and in order to apply duty of personal luggage I have to write a mail. He said that he will mail me the address to which I have to write the mail.

                      I received the following mail from him-

                      As discussed with you on phone, Personal baggage are not allowed to clear in courier mode. So kindly provide a letter stating the reason and request customs to allow the TP permission from courier to cargo mode.

                      This did not contain the address to which I have to send the letter (from the call it seemed like I had to directly mail it to the customs department) or by when it shall be sent.

                      15 Dec- Call from Delhi Fedex to me asking whether the bag should pass customs. I was surprised that communication with Manoj was not passed to the team. I clarified that a different duty has to be applied since this is personal luggage, hence luggage shall not pass the customs.

                      - 16 Dec- I sent him a mail asking which address to mail it on.
                      I got an automated mail saying that he is out of office and I should mail at

                      -16 Dec- I sent a mail to Prakash explaining the situation. No response from him

                      -17 Dec- I call the helpline saying that I am not getting a response from either Manoj or Prakash. they shared another id- Gaurav.[protected]@fedex.com and clarified that the letter has to be sent to him and they will forward it to customs

                      - 18 Dec- Mail to Prakash. I sent the letter to customs with passport, visa, flight and college termination letter. No response from him. (Attached in the mail)

                      -18 Dec- mail to Gaurav Hora. I sent the letter to customs with passport, visa, flight and college termination letter. No response from him. I got no response.

                      -18 Dec- I filed a complaint at Fedex helpline number (was taken by Aditi).
                      -21 Dec- I sent a follow up mail to Gaurav Hora. Got no response.
                      -21 Dec- I sent a mail to Manoj asking is he is back in office

                      -21 Dec- Response from Manoj- Shipment has been cleared from customs, For delivery kindly contact our customer service on[protected]/[protected] or [protected]@fedex.com
                      The shipment was cleared by him (or another team member) when it was clear and informed on first call on 15 Dec that different duty will be applied.

                      -21 Dec- I sent him my letter to custom.
                      He sent me 2 mails without any text/ mail body. I requested him to call me. No call back. I called his direct number Direct No-[protected] (mentioned in his mail) which was busy the first 2 times and after that he didn't pick up, it went unanswered.

                      -23 Dec- I called to check on the progress of my complaint. COMPLAINT WAS NOT FILED YET. I repeated the complaint and it was then filed. I told that I am travelling on Monday for a month and have to pick my luggage this week. I was assured that this will be resolved by the next day and is put under urgent category. But got no response on it after that.

                      -24 Dec- I got a call from Mumbai Fedex- Mamta and she asked why I hadn't picked the luggage yet from Faridabad Fedex. She didn't know that there was a complaint filed. And assured that she will take this up.

                      -25 Dec- I called the fedex helpline and was told that Mamta is handling the case and shall respond tomorrow.
                      Got a call from Fedex Faridabad twice during this time (don't remember the exact dates) asking me to pick up the luggage. They were unaware of the situation and out of the loop.
                      -26 Dec- Called Helpline number was answered by Mridula and was promised a call back but did not receive a call.
                      - 26 dec- Wrote a mail to mamta.[protected]@fedex.com and [protected]@Fedex.com stating these events but no response.
                      -28 Dec- I gave 2 reminders on mail to mamta.[protected]@fedex.com and [protected]@Fedex.com
                      -28 Dec- I got a vague response from Shatruddha Yadav | Customer Care Representative, India | FedEx Express from [protected]@india.com email ID saying that they have prioritized the complaint which was already in pririty category. Again a vague message.

                      Twitter is flooded with similar complaints against FedEx India and it shall be banned.

                      I took time out to gather the mail and call records and write this sequence o[censored]nanswered calls and mails because
                      - my complaint and luggage are not taken seriously since 14 Dec
                      - Although I paid for faster service, my luggage is still not with me
                      - The fedex employees don't bother to respond to the customer's mails
                      - Wrong duty luggage was irresponsibly passed through customs knowing that duty has to be changed
                      - People responsible for this horrible, casual service should be reprimanded so that other customers don't have to go through this. It should be looked into as to why my mails to Manoj, Pankaj and Gaurav, Mamta were never responded to.

                      I tried to be patient with all these people all throughout but after almost 2 weeks of constantly following up without any response, I had to bring this to your light.

                      My request-
                      -I pick up the luggage TODAY (28 Dec) from Fedex Faridabad. I cannot pick it even a day later since I need the luggage for the 1 month trip I am going. (please understand the severity of the case even though it seems like it is not your top company values)

                      - I pay no duty or any further charge and I get refunded the extra 10k (approx) I paid as India Fedex charges, as compensation for the delay caused to receive my luggage and stress, anxiety and agitation caused due to the exceptionally bad experience with Fedex and as a courtesy.

                          Hi, I placed my order on 20th December through hopscotch app.on 26th December I saw that item was out for delivery. There was no phone call of FedEx courier boy. There was no phone number given of courier boy that I contacted them.on 26th December night I saw that item was delivered. Though I did not receive my order, but it still shows that item was delivered on 26th December at 4 pm. How can it possible? Either you give my purchased item or refund money, otherwise I complaint against FedEx at consumer forum.

                            We booked two import shipments AWB NO[protected] and[protected] from China on 22.08.2020 and was stuck in Bangalore custom for more than Two Months. One was delivered to us on Nov 11, 2020 and another was delivered on Nov 2, 2020. But the Invoice was generated before clearance and delivery of goods on 08.09.2020. The Original amount of the invoice they provided was 1, 84, 977.80 INR.

                            The Original Dimensional Weight AS PER AWB NO is 50*70*65 (29 kgs) & 44*58*51 (20 kgs) but the weight in the generated invoice was 61 kgs (74*71*58) and 34.5 kgs (64*51*53)

                            Now the problem is The Invoice was not charged as per agreed Rate card which would be only INR 77647.49 (including 18% GST, 17% Fuel Surcharge) for the dimensional weight FedEx provided us (61 kgs and 34.5 kgs) but we were charged 1, 84, 977.90 which was then reduced to INR 82, 049. After this we requested for an invoice split up to know about any extra charges levied and there was no response.

                            We were constantly trying to get in touch with our account manager Dinesh through calls and emails but is not at all available. Then a Ms Mohana, Representative CFS Team asked us to provide AWB no to look into the matter which we did on Nov 19, but did not get a response from. She then stated that the extra charge shall be adjusted in the next bill. Why? No response.

                            We then proceeded to contact Fedex Customer Support. Now we have recieved a pre legal notice stating that the Invoice is overdue for 109 days and we need to pay it within 7 days from now otherwise, legal proceedings will be done without further notice.
                            How is this to be resolved despite us trying to pay the right amount?

                              Clearance delay - Showing goods are subject to regulatory review

                                A shipment from US to Coimbatore which was held up in Bangalore Customs and which the ECCS site shows as last activity on 21-Dec, FedEx is claiming they are taking paperwork from me and submitted to customs BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN.

                                FEDEX CUSTOMS CLEARANCE EMPLOYEE SUBRAMANI HAS BEEN LYING ABOUT MY INBOUND PACKAGE - NO ACTION TAKEN BUT KEEP CLAIMING SOME ACTION IS BEING TAKEN.

                                FedEx keeps transferring me from one department to another, still no action for shipment which has been delivered to Bangalore on Monday, today it is Thursday, if this is how "International Priority" is treated, Fedex is hopeless. The India operations is a joke, stay away from them.
                                According to Deputy Commissioner of Customs, the documents I uploaded are NOT AT ALL SHARED with customs.

                                Instead of FEDEX better to deal with CUSTOMS DIRECTLY!!

                                FEDEX why are you keeping my documents for MORE THAN 1 WEEK instead of submitting to customs??

                                I NEED URGENT RESPONSE.
                                FedEx you lost a customer for life.

                                If I wanted something delivered in 2 weeks I could have gone to USPS.

                                    I sent some Dryfruits to my mother in law for her personal consumption and it was 2 piece shipment. One on our n of call and mails is been delivered and second we kept on requesting to deliver but they did not.

                                    They have given us the good excuse that the parcel is been eaten by Rats and we can not deliver.

                                    I m the owner of this brand and I know how we pack our parcels. That pack was having atleast 5kg of weight of dryfruits and i know how much rats can damage it.

                                    Fedex says we destroyed the parcel and they never accept the fact that its been stolen by their own staff.

                                    They have not called me or customer before destroying the parcel and neither inspite of asking 100 times, they could never share any images of damaged parcel.

                                    I have reached to even all their higher authorities but now its a harassment for us. In past 8 years, they never accepted their mistake and we had to bear all these losses.

                                    Similar incident has happened with one more consignment very recently and since last one month they are not reverting even for the same. Tracking no is[protected]

                                    Though the worth was Rs 10000 only but this company has waated my so much of time and energy, that i call now for 5 times compensation from them.
