Shipment of package with tracking number -943076986859

The courier was shipped from US . It's been more than 2 months now. I still didn't get the package. I've called the customer service 4 times. Initial delay was due to customs clearance which is understandable. But even after giving proper address details and correct phone number there's no development in status.

Everytime when i call the service representatives tell me that i'll get it by next day. But still no luck. Now recently...

Regarding the courier

I have received the courier containing the gift samples from japan. It has arrived Bangalore but it wants clearance. I have updated the KYC documents. even I have submitted the documents it is not cleared. even I had contacted the FedEx there not responding....

Delay in Courier

Regarding KYC documents and error while submission KYC and no proper response from FedEx team

I am not able to upload the desired KYC documents because KYC page/KYC link of FedEx is continuously showing error and not allowing me to upload the documents against my AWB, I have tried to reach out FedEx team's customer care number as well as KYC team's number but my problem has not got resolved yet and instead I am continuously getting reminder mail and call from their side that I have to update my KYC documents.

Stuck in customs

I had booked a package From HK to India using fedex priority with AWB[protected] on 25/1/2021. Package arrived to bangalore on 5/2/2020 and there is no update from then and even escalated the issue everyday. They just tell its waiting for DG approval from 8/2/2021.
I have called and emailed FedEx everyday couple of times like a wife. Fedex gave me all kind of stories and pre-written scripts where i can recite what fedex people are...

Parcel at bangalore customs for 6 days and CBE not filed yet

My parcel from japan was sent on 01 feb 2021 and was scheduled for delivery of 4th feb 2021 with international priority.

It did reach bangalore on 4th feb, however since the last six days the status is "Shipment exception Delay beyond our control", with no delivery dates.

My International Priority Shipping has been delayed and stuck at same message.

My Shipment for individual use that was sheduled for delivery on 2nd February 2021 with AWB number [redacted] has been delayed and still stucked on Custom Clearance.

I don't know exactly whether it's really stuck or the company just trying to get it late as there is no other delivery in my city.
I submitted KYC documents on 2nd February.
There's no problem with my KYC documents as i guess but everytime...

We sent a packet from USA with tracking number[protected]. We paid more than $550 for getting it in a week to my parents who are sick with COVID.

The tracking status has been: "A specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient.
Recommended action: Please call FedEx Customer Service.".

When the recipient (my brother) called the customer service, they are not providing any information...

Delayed delivery - Goods are subject to regulatory review.

My International shipment was supposed to be delivered by December 31st, however it was stuck on customs.

They never notified me about it, and on calling they asked me to fill up the form - which I did immediately. On contacting customer service it was told that package will be delivered within 48 hours, and was assigned one person and was given her email address to contact. I sent few mails to that email, but never got even...

Non-delivery of shipment

I am writing to complain about the non-delivery of the shipment awb. no.[protected]. It was despatched from Kolkata, India on 25 November 2020.
