Hi Team,

FedEx tracking ID[protected]. Scheduled to deliver today. Since morning from Bangalore hub there is no update on movement and it's evening, still not received my courier. FedEx contact information is not appropriate. Help me to get my courier. Something I have booked for birthday if it reach to me late then what's the use.

    My friend had shipped my baby formula from Canada to India.KYC team of FedEx contacted us to update KYC documents for custom clearance and we did the same.They sent message saying KYC documents updated are rejected and to upload documents which match with receiver address on invoice.Actually both address are same..when we contacted customer care about the same they said in address it’s mentioned Veternity hospital so they need letter from hospital saying it’s belong to individual not to hospital.We explained them saying Veternity hospital is an landmark and we clearly explained them that in address it’s mentioned Veternity hospital road not hospital.But our problem is not resolved and as we urgently require our baby formula we went to Veternity hospital requesting them to give clearance letter..they understood our problem and provided the same.

    Again after updating the letter from hospital again KYC team contacted us saying they require letter from consignee saying it’s belong to individual not hospital.We again updated the consignee letter.After that they again contacted us to send letter from shipper requesting for amendment in address.We are totally confused why letter of amendment is required when there is no need of amendment.We contacted customer care again and again..there is no proper response in resolving our issue.Our package is awaiting for custom clearance which we require ASAP for our baby.

      Hello Respected sir /madam
      This is deepak maan .i think you knew about my concern because this is my third time i file complaint against fedex india.This time fedex india message executive of fedex canada about the purchase bill of my package items.He sent them all afterthat from 5-6 days they are not replying me or him .So, this time they send a message this is for custom clearance i sent them again all the documents.So, this time i am requesting you can you find any lawyer for me because this time i want to go court against Fedex India.
      I hope you understand my situation and i will surely get your help. i will really thankful to you.

          I have ordered a good from McCoy Digital which is to be delivered yesterday (12.03.2021). I was asked to keep the amount ready as it is cash on delivery basis. I was waiting for delivery but none came.
          In the night I get a message from McCoy informing that I have refused delivery. No body called me about this delivery.

          Is this the best way for FEDEX to avoid its responsibility and put the blame on customer?

          If FEDEX cannot undertake the responsibility, it should state so that we will be careful in our dealing with FEDEX?

            My international shipment is stuck at Bangalore with a status "Clearance Delay". The earlier delivery due date was 03/10/2020, now it appears scheduled delivery pending, and showing exception reason as "Clearance delay - Import Goods are subject to regulatory review". My shipment is for individual use, and we submitted the required KYC documents which they have already acknowledged. No communication is made from their(FedEx) end and no customer care support. Please resolve the problem as early as possible.

              My shipment with AWB[protected] is stuck in custom clearance. It arrived in India at 7th of March. I Completed my KYC on 5th of March. From past 2 days the status shows “Goods are subject to regulatory review.
              Recommended action: No action required at this time.” Been contacting FedEx since 2 days, no reply yet, they aren’t quoting me anything. The shipment method is selected for FedEx priority, which is not making any sense right now. No priority steps/ procedures are been taken by FedEx for my package.

              Package cleared customs after 5 days. Due to multiple package for clearance, a delay was expected. I personally had to visit the nearest FedEx office, pay my custom fees and get my package.

              There’s no use of paying more for FedEx priority service. I even mailed the executive who’s looking after the clearance department from FedEx. As expected no response was received.

                This has reference to one shipment I was to receive from Fontana, CA to Mumbai, India.

                The AWB No is as mentioned :[protected]

                The shipment was being handled by FedEx. The package landed in India on the th Feb 2021 and the requisite documents for Custom Clearances and KYC was sent to FedEx Team for further processing.

                A week passed, the status of the package remained the same. I rang up the Customer Care, case was assigned post raising of ticket, additionally I was intimated that the customs were cleared and ROD was raised and that all duties have been prepaid ( For which I shared the invoice along with the kyc ).

                They promised a priority call back within a day. Another week passed, not a single call not a single email or intimation.

                The same procedure was repeated and the same response was received. Another week of dismay passed by and the same cycle went on and on for the 4th time in a row and I am tired of such lackadaisical attitude of these good-for-nothing unprofessional handlers.

                I dont receive any response to emails sent to fedex and even the customer service centers are unresponsive.

                I seek your help in getting justice. I fear that i shall never receive my package and that FedEx simply siphoned it off.

                I have sent International courier from India to St.Kitts & Nevis, it reached to Anchorage, Alaska on 20 July 2021, and today after 8 days i.e 28th July 2021, the parcel is in the same spot, I am worried about how soon it will reach to St.Kitts, as the parcel contains my original documents which is needed for my renewal of my visa.

                  The courier was shipped from US . It's been more than 2 months now. I still didn't get the package. I've called the customer service 4 times. Initial delay was due to customs clearance which is understandable. But even after giving proper address details and correct phone number there's no development in status.

                  Everytime when i call the service representatives tell me that i'll get it by next day. But still no luck. Now recently when i called they are telling me that the location is not in serviceable area and they are asking me to self pick up. The nearest fedex centre is around 372 kms. I can't travel for self pick up. Fedex should have considered if it's in serviceable area before accepting the shipment. I'm really disappointed with the service.

                  I need the package immediately, so i[censored] can't deliver the package at least do speed post and please do let me know what's happening.
                  If you are having problem with the delivery at least contact the customer and let them know it'll be late. It's unprofessional and i didn't expect this from renowned company like fedex.

                        I am not able to upload the desired KYC documents because KYC page/KYC link of FedEx is continuously showing error and not allowing me to upload the documents against my AWB, I have tried to reach out FedEx team's customer care number as well as KYC team's number but my problem has not got resolved yet and instead I am continuously getting reminder mail and call from their side that I have to update my KYC documents.

                        It's been more than 6 days that my consignment is on hold because of KYC reason and FedEx people are not all interested in resolving my issue.
                        FedEx customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                            I had booked a package From HK to India using fedex priority with AWB[protected] on 25/1/2021. Package arrived to bangalore on 5/2/2020 and there is no update from then and even escalated the issue everyday. They just tell its waiting for DG approval from 8/2/2021.
                            I have called and emailed FedEx everyday couple of times like a wife. Fedex gave me all kind of stories and pre-written scripts where i can recite what fedex people are going tell
                            And even a specialist was incharge of keeping an update and no update from her from past 4 days.
                            I have completely lost patience as there was 0 calls or messages from fedex team and even after me calling and messaging I feel there is no use as it is going to deaf ears.
                            I have paid for express priority and its taking transit time of sea shipping to receive my package.
                            Seriously no value for the money paid.
                            I am not facing any such issue with DHL they are responsive and professional and have good coordinated team.
                            I just started to feel Fedex is crap with unskilled and unprofessional workers

                              SunimpexCSA is your clearance agent??

                              Please Fedex check about google review of SunimpexCSA there is number of people comment about Fedex as well as.

                              I prefer always DHL service.

                              Also I am worry about Someone ask me to pay money outside and after that my courier will be release.

                              Also when I make a complai he block my number.

                              So is that desired Fedex block customer.

                              Fedex is complete non professional company I am going to contact founder of Fedex by Linked in as well as tweet all of proof in which ask for money when we don't pay he don't work and delay my package.

                                Parcel at bangalore customs for 6 days and CBE not filed yet

                                  My Shipment for individual use that was sheduled for delivery on 2nd February 2021 with AWB number [redacted] has been delayed and still stucked on Custom Clearance.

                                  I don't know exactly whether it's really stuck or the company just trying to get it late as there is no other delivery in my city.
                                  I submitted KYC documents on 2nd February.
                                  There's no problem with my KYC documents as i guess but everytime I call customer care, they say that it stuck at Custom Clearance and will clear tomorrow but it's going to be 3 days and still the same message.

                                  My sheduled delivery is pending and showing "Goods are subject to regulatory reviews.
                                  Recommend action: No action required.
                                  Clearance delay - Import.
                                  It's been more than 48 Hours since the package has landed my country.
                                  Is there no approximate date when it get delivered?

                                  This Shipment was given with International Priority and it should be delivered ASAP but still not satsifying response.

                                  I Have done KYC and received the feedback stetting that KYC is incomplete due to not submitted the individual letter with declaration on companies letter head by authorized signatory with duly stamp and signature.

                                  Note:
                                  We should not provide the companies confidential details to any other outside parties.
                                  RBA smart cards are dispatched from UK still I did not received the delivery package.

                                  could you please help me to take delivery package as soon as possible.
