My shipment with AWB[protected] is stuck in custom clearance. It arrived in India at 7th of March. I Completed my KYC on 5th of March. From past 2 days the status shows “Goods are subject to regulatory review.
Recommended action: No action required at this time.” Been contacting FedEx since 2 days, no reply yet, they aren’t quoting me anything. The shipment method is selected for FedEx priority, which is not making any sense right now. No priority steps/ procedures are been taken by FedEx for my package.

Complaint marked as Resolved Package cleared customs after 5 days. Due to multiple package for clearance, a delay was expected. I personally had to visit the nearest FedEx office, pay my custom fees and get my package.
FedEx customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
