Tracking id[protected]. The item was suppose to reach by 10 th of august and it reach my nearest hub at 8 th august 2021. But its not delivered. Numerous phone call was made but they dont have any clue.even local courier is much better than fedex

    Address: Unit 3, 1 Resoloution drive

    Goods are missing from this shipment. We received only 25% of the goods, 8 x Pressure Transmitters were on a pallet, we received only 2 x Transmitters, 6 x transmitters and the pallet is missing.

    This is unbelievable, we’ve never had as many issues with our other freight companies. Please provide a full credit of $748.34.

          The consignment has reached India on 4th August 2021 (send from USA on 31st July 2021). The customs authority has even opened and assessed the article for a given sum of rupees. Shown in the customs website. It has asked Fedex for some query. Not known about what the query is. When enquired it was told that FedEx has not sent Customs authorities any value proof. The value proof has been sent to FedEx by customer on 5th August itself. FedEx has not yet sent it to Customs as on 11th August 2021. Our family and friends have resolved not to send any item by FedEx either internationally or domestic. If sending from USA the USPS is best, it sends it through the post office in India, where we can collect the consignment by paying the customs demand if any.

            We have booked our order whose AWB no[protected] from Agra to Chennai. The order reached Chennai on 31st July . Till 7th August it was in transit and fedex guy didn’t even call the customer for delivery and on 9th August instead of delivering the parcel to customer, they are returning the parcel back to us. Don’t understand how pathetic their service. Without delivering and without informing us they are sending the parcel back to us . Now customer is complaining regarding delivery, because of your pathetic service customer is blaming us. Please take strict action against the delivery boy and deliver our order as soon as possible.

              Hello

              I imported a personal consignment using US shipping services & Fedex as their shipper with AWB no[protected]. My package was created on July 14th, 2021 by the shipper & received by me on 7th august, 2021 via Fedex India. In my Fedex Tax invoice, I have been charged a fine of Rs 2000, which I repeatedly mailed & tweeted to the company customer service to explain but did not get any satisfactory reply from them. Their customer service had no idea why the fine was levied & could not give an explanation. Since, I had to receive the shipment urgently, I paid the money on 7th august & paid the full amount charged to me including the unexplained fine. I have been repeatedly reaching out to them to explain the fine but I haven't got any revert.

              Any document required by them was provided by me on the same day they asked for but still an unnecessary fine was charged. I want an explanation for this & money refunded in case there is no justification for it.

                  We have been notified by FedEx as we have a single consignment from the United States that arrived at Bangalore wide FedEx under airwaybill no:[protected] and received at Bangalore on 31 Mar 2021 or before of it. Later we have submitted KYC and all documents as asked by FedEx. By our management, one person also appeared at Bangalore customs after 4months but they not allowed him and the concerned person is on leave. After a prolonged conversation by mail and through toll-free number from the booking date almost 4 months have been passed but still FedEx saying we are forwarding the case to the concerned team and no single improvement in clearance. The customer service is very worst. They always repeat the word "we opening new case" for the past three months when we ask with toll-free. We never see such poor services over with our experience of 21 years in courier dealings.

                          These are the two tracking numbers of my package. Where is my parcels ? Is this a joke ? I want my parcels asap. Do you really care about us ? Do you even have any idea how much these parcels cost ? This is not the first time that you lost my package, this is 3rd time and I will not forgive you this time ! You guys steal our parcels and I know I'm not the only one, I've read all the comments @fedex. If my parcels do not get deliver within 7days, I'd have to take some serious steps.

                                I Bought 9pieces boxer pant through Bijnis app from Maheswari Garments

                                H.K. House Plot no 533 3 B H Sindhu, Ahamedabad, Gujrat-380025

                                But Today i got the courier with wrong product which was 2 door Courtons(Parda).I already talked with the seller he said that they do not deal with this product.And when i got the product i also having doubt .Because when bijnis app seller send product they send with bijnis yellow colour tape stickers..which is not arrived with normal courier poly bag..and read it carefully the address pocket of the courier is tampared and fixed with fedex paper tape..So i am asum that by mistake Addreas lebel is replaced with another courier..plz see the percel containing 9Boxer pants..Plz see the matter and as soon as help me to Send my original product to My address
