AWB No 281884217347. FedEx dont even attempt to call the customer and deliver the order

We have booked our order whose AWB no[protected] from Agra to Chennai. The order reached Chennai on 31st July . Till 7th August it was in transit and fedex guy didn’t even call the customer for delivery and on 9th August instead of delivering the parcel to customer, they are returning the parcel back to us. Don’t understand how pathetic their service. Without delivering and without informing us they are sending the parcel back to us...

I imported a personal consignment using US shipping services & Fedex as their shipper with AWB no[protected]. My package was created on July 14th, 2021 by the shipper & received by me on 7th august, 2021 via Fedex India. My story:

My package was received at local customs and was getting delayed( for reasons not in control)and this as per tracking information.

The customs clearance team reached out to me post 1-2 weeks later(delayed already) and wanted me to share some proof documents which I had shared within 24hr...

Shipment not picked up as per schedule

Shipment not picked up as per schedule. Inspite of 15 times calling them, did not get any proper response or resolution.

My international shipment is delayed due to this very bad service of FedEx.

Customs clearance delay.

My package with tracking number[protected] is stuck at customs clearnce for almost 15 days now. I have kept nearly 10 emails to the fedex executive but there is no proper response.I have already did my KYC as requested and also emailed them declaration letter. The package contains very important legal documents. Its shipped with International priority but gone into a waste. Im not going to use fedex dor any of my future shipments....

International pick up

Hi, I am hoping to get help as I am sick and tired of the service. I am a registered business in Toronto Canada, trying to schedule a pick up from Jaipur to Toronto by FedEx. I created the label, attached the commercial invoice, emailed it to the shipper and the FedEx guy who shows up says that my GST HST number is not mentioned. Well if the FedEx software does not have that option then it's not my problem. I want my box to be picked up....

Complaint regarding my FedEx package

On 11th July, 2021, I had sent a 10kgs package from Mumbai, India to Hamilton, New Zealand which was expected to deliver on 19th July, 2021. Tracking id[protected]
I as a sender as well the receiver has been constantly following up with the customer support, but we haven’t received any further confirmation or update on the same.
It is extremely disappointing to expect no update on my package as and when informed.
