My consignment from my US supplier is still pending to be delivered. I have been told by FedEx customer care agent that the same is pending because GST linking has not been done on the Customs portal. I had done the same on 26th August but till date the item has not been delivered.
Meanwhile, I got delivery of another consignment through FedEx from the same US supplier on 27th. This consignment was despatched on 24th August and was delivered without any delay. Obviously the linking has been done on 26th itself. Otherwise this delivery also would not have happened.
I have made many calls and sent mails on the issue, FedEx has not bothered to reply to any of my mails. Since FedEx was not communicating I escalated to Maya Rao, managing Director in charge of Customer Experience. I got a reply from someone by name Nimish Mhatre, who said they are looking into the matter and will resolve it soon. Thats a load of english without any commitment. Till today there is no news about my consignment. I am totally in the dark.
I regret suggesting FedEx to my supplier for sending the consignment.
