Dubai to coimbatore - AWB #[protected]

Shipment reached India on 11th August 2021

KYC and linking of GST with customs commpleted on 19th Aug 2021 as per FEDEX request

From 19th August till date - NO UPDATE. They are saying pending in customs.

Please help to clear this goods. We already lost all the hope.

    Fedex Tracking ID:[protected].

    This shipment has arrived at Banglore on 22nd of August.
    We have submitted all the required documents for this shipment including the price list, Online price list link, declaration for name change, Corrected the commercial invoice and all the relevant documents for proofs that customs needed.

    Despite making all these efforts, we haven’t been able to clear the shipment.
    Also we would like to bring it your notice that the Banglore Fedex team that handles customs clearance is not capable of responding to our emails or phone calls. We have been trying to get with them since past couple of weeks to understand the issue.

    This is a stone sample that was sent to us by a company. And now it is costing us a lot loosing our client as we are not able to get the sample.
    And because of the irresponsible behaviour of your staff we would like Fedex to bare the demurrage charges that might incur in this regard.

    Kindly wake up and please do the necessary to get this sample to us.

      settlement of claim -lost in transit

      dear sir,

      we are informed by FedEx that our shipment is missing scans in FedEx network. Due to Fedex carelessness the box got lost in transit.

      we do not accept the claim settlement at inr154307. you will note from attached Invoice that our loss is much bigger. invoice amount is euro 5472 which is equivalent to inr 4, 81, 536, leaving a gap of inr 327, 229/-

      we are looking forward to monetary compensation of full invoice amount . shipper (enerpac) invoice is the proof of the loss incurred by us.

      in view of above, please settle our claim for full amount inr 4, 81, 536/-

        Kindly please look into the matter..
        An item with tracking id:[protected] was delivered aug 18, after that because of different colour and quality issue I returned the same and a delivery courier partner picked it up.But now it shows not picked up while tracking.I already contacted FedEx customer care executive, he said that he is helpless without pick up id..I returned the item and immediately an id came..I also shows invalid..I have phone number of delivery partner who picked up..but FedEx customer care executive is not ready to hear this.so kindlytake necessary steps to process my refund.

          I had a parcel which was supposed to be delivered on the 30th on August but it has not arrived yet. I tracked it found that it has been in the same Fedex facility for the past four days. When will I receive my parcel?

              KYC Website not working for uploading the documents

              I have been trying to reach KYC Fedex Customer Service and no one is responding for the issues I am facing. I gathered all the required documents but I cannot upload the documents related to my shipping. I wanted to avoid any delays but as I am not getting the response I am not able to update my shipping documents and it's causing more delays....

              My consignment from my US supplier is still pending to be delivered. I have been told by FedEx customer care agent that the same is pending because GST linking has not been done on the Customs portal. I had done the same on 26th August but till date the item has not been delivered.

              Meanwhile, I got delivery of another consignment through FedEx from the same US supplier on 27th. This consignment was despatched on 24th August and was delivered without any delay. Obviously the linking has been done on 26th itself. Otherwise this delivery also would not have happened.

              I have made many calls and sent mails on the issue, FedEx has not bothered to reply to any of my mails. Since FedEx was not communicating I escalated to Maya Rao, managing Director in charge of Customer Experience. I got a reply from someone by name Nimish Mhatre, who said they are looking into the matter and will resolve it soon. Thats a load of english without any commitment. Till today there is no news about my consignment. I am totally in the dark.

              I regret suggesting FedEx to my supplier for sending the consignment.

                While I can understand an occasional miss, I am beyond aggravated by the driver for my area. He repeatedly fails to leave my packages at MY door. I checked on tracing #:

                today, and it said package left at front door today at 11:09am. I have been sitting in my living area all day & front door is visible. There has not been a FedEx truck in this cul-de-sac today. This happens on a very regular basis. I've received packages several times that belong to a neighbor & I just take them to that person. I've also observed him lightly throwing packages from a distance.

                  I asked my roommate to send my company laptop to India via FedEx - Aug17, Paid extra 405$ money to deliver package @ earliest date (Aug 20). The package was holded in bangalore customs for 5 working days ( during this time, the followup with clearance team is a struggle) i agreed to pay customs duty money (43k INR) Later it got cleared to deliver by Aug 26 and status updated to delivery by Aug 27. The customer service also confirmed the same. But delivery didn't happen and it now Aug 27, and still waiting for my shipment- which was extra paid to deliver originally by 8/20; when u will deliver ? Even after paying 405$ and 43K InR, the package delayed causing emotional distress and pain.

                      Hello. My phone shouldvr been delivered today but was not because the driver chose to have a nasty attitude with my neighbor.
                      I called my neighbor this morning and asked him to keep an eye out for my pkg and sign for me. I got my ring doorbell alert and answered and my neighbor was talking to her trying to tell her that i asked him to sign. She told him no and that i would just have to pick it up. Meanwhile ignoring me saying hello on the bell. My neighbor told her i was saying hello and she shrugged her shoulders and got on her truck and left.
                      She was very unprofessional and rude by ignoring me on the bell and i dont appreciate her being rude to my kind and elderly neighbor!

                        I have contacted the following people at Fedex but they do not reply to our emails We emailed olean.[protected]@fedex.com as well as Alice.[protected]@fedex.com with no response several times.
                        After phoning Olean Matsiari he informed us that the issue is the merger of TNT with Fedex and that he has to do everything manually.

                                So my product was assigned for shipment by the seller in 5th Aug, 2021 and was to be delivered by FedEx until 16th Aug, 2021 due to COVID and other reasons. However no attempt was made on 16th even though the package had reached the nearest hub by 14th Aug. I and the seller have been making regular calls to the customer service and they have been assuring us everyday stating the product will be delivered by the day end any how. And today is 25th Aug and there is no update whatsoever. This is the worst delivery service I have come across which has hampered my small scale business in a large way.

                                  I'm not able to upload the desired KYC documents because KYC page/KYC link of FedEx is continuously showing error and not allowing me to upload the documents against my AWB, I have tried to reach out FedEx team's customer care number as well as KYC team's number but my problem has not got resolved yet and instead I am continuously getting reminder mail and call from their side that I have to update my KYC documents.

                                  It's been more than 6 days that my consignment is on hold because of KYC reason and FedEx people are not all interested in resolving my issue.
                                  I've never seen such pathetic service.

                                    My daughter sent a rakhi courier from Sherbrooke Canada to Patiala India .whose tracking id is[protected]. I received a text message on mobile no.[protected] that it will be delivered on 14.8.2021.but this courier has not received it yet.I contacted on [protected] on18/8/21 &19/8/21 3times but they cannot convince me regarding late delivery. when I am tracking this order it is showing scheduled delivery pending. also, your staff is saying that the order is showing Canada to France but the order reached new Delhi on 16/8/21. this parcel is to reach Patiala Punjab India. we have also paid for express delivery. kindly avail of this parcel before the Rakhi festival. this courier is in the name of Varinder KaurMy contact no. is[protected] *email id is [protected]@gmail.com

                                    Sir regarding tracking number[protected] KYC documents were asked to submit. On 25/8/21 I received a mail that KYC documents are updated after that I have not received any response regarding delivery of my package. None of your team member got in touch with me. When I asked reply from Parmeela barnala who sent me mail regarding package from mail I'd Parmeela [protected]@fedex.com, she always said that she is on leave and has no access to mails ane calls. Now please tell me what I should do. My daughter has already paid for express delivery. When I contacted On phone number [protected] they're asking me is there any precious thing in this package, what does it mean, Is anything precious more than feelings, sent through rakhi. I think they had lost the package. Kindly do the needful. Or return our package charges as well as delivery charges.

                                      Hi AWB [protected] delayed without any estimated date of delivery being given. Needed the materials urgently . Fedex delivery service is going from bad to worse. This is the second time, i am facing this issue. Hope someone takes onus for this.
