Customer is framed and fined and charged for internal processing delays:

My story:

My package was received at local customs and was getting delayed( for reasons not in control)and this as per tracking information.

The customs clearance team reached out to me post 1-2 weeks later(delayed already) and wanted me to share some proof documents which I had shared within 24hr but that main concern was that my emails were intentionally ignored, and I was getting reminders after reminders and even a threatening email on a fine and warehouse if I don’t reply, inspite of me sharing the documents for the each follow up(main trail was also edited)..Now after clearance I have received a invoice with a exorbitant fine and warehouse charge of 9000INR for no fault of mine..Why should I be paying this fine and fee with no delay at my end..?
This seems to be a spam here where packages are delayed at customs and the FedEx customs clearance team makes it look like it’s customer’s delay(by ignoring customer emails and editing main treads) and making me pay..

The worst thing is if I ask them for clarity on why a penalty to the customs clearance team they tell me our task is over and raise a complaint with customer support which I did and still not received any response/ resolution

    Shipment not picked up as per schedule. Inspite of 15 times calling them, did not get any proper response or resolution.

    My international shipment is delayed due to this very bad service of FedEx.

      Customs clearance delay.

      My package with tracking number[protected] is stuck at customs clearnce for almost 15 days now. I have kept nearly 10 emails to the fedex executive but there is no proper response.I have already did my KYC as requested and also emailed them declaration letter. The package contains very important legal documents. Its shipped with International priority but gone into a waste. Im not going to use fedex dor any of my future shipments....

      Hi, I am hoping to get help as I am sick and tired of the service. I am a registered business in Toronto Canada, trying to schedule a pick up from Jaipur to Toronto by FedEx. I created the label, attached the commercial invoice, emailed it to the shipper and the FedEx guy who shows up says that my GST HST number is not mentioned.         On 11th July, 2021, I had sent a 10kgs package from Mumbai, India to Hamilton, New Zealand which was expected to deliver on 19th July, 2021. Tracking id[protected]
        I as a sender as well the receiver has been constantly following up with the customer support, but we haven’t received any further confirmation or update on the same.
        It is extremely disappointing to expect no update on my package as and when informed.
        Please look into the same at the earliest and get my package delivered.

          Tracking No.[protected]. we expected dispatch date was 06/07/2021. once we started calling Fedex Customer care for the material, they asked us to submit KYC documents which we submitted on 15/07/2021. inspite of submitting KYC documents and calling customer care many times since one week, there is no update of the material.

            I have been sent a parcel from the india via FedEx.
            Shipping charges were already paid.

            they did not inform me about the customs duty . Moreover, they are charging almost 200% extra money demand from reciever.
            I tried to contact customer care by e-mail but they do not respond.

            This company is practicing fraudulent business tactics and doing scam in India.

            I express my shock and disappointment on the sheer fraudulent and unprofessional service by a reputable company like FedEx

                We have dispatched shipment to UK in 8th July & shipment has been reached to UK on 11th July but it has been around a week but customer didn't get his delivery yet. I wonder what's problem with you guys? Neither you're delivering shipment nor explaining what's wrong with this? There are life saving cancer medicine in the shipment which is waiting patient to eat. This is ridiculous how can you play with someone's Life? He keeps calling your FedEx UK post for delivery but you don't have any exact update. When you're going to deliver it? Due to this concern he'll never use FedEx shipping again.

                  I have been sent a gift for my newborn from the Canada via FedEx, AWB[protected].
                  Shipping charges were already paid.

                  Now, I had to upload my KYC for customs and then, without any contact or information, after two days they suddenly mail and ask me to pay a bill of Rs.4511, out of which Rs. 900 something is the customs duty and Rs.590 is the "Duty Advancement Charge". Now, they did not inform me about the customs duty and even paid it without my consent to them to pay on my behalf. Moreover, they are charging almost 200% extra money for the payment. They did not take my consent while paying the money or inform me about such extra charges.

                  I tried to contact customer care by e-mail for 4-5 times in the past 3 days but they do not respond.

                  This company is practicing fraudulent business tactics and doing scam in India.

                  I express my shock and disappointment on the sheer fraudulent and unprofessional service by a reputable company like FedEx.
                  FedEx customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                      My shipment is from Kolkata to Gurugram and it shipped on 12th July'21 and was supposed to be delivered on 15th July'21 and on 14th July'21 they are showing Scheduled delivery: Pending and shipment exception and Delay beyond our control.
                      This is totally unacceptable from company like FedEx.
                      I want my consignment to be delivered on 15th July'21 and that too ASAP.

                        I contacted FedEx for delivering my package from mumbai to pune 3 to 4 times. Order id was generated 2 times. But each time the delivery executives rejected the pickup raising some issue or concern.
                        FedEx customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                        Sorry to say but i have not yet received any positive response from their end.
                        Today also they called me said that today before 6 pickup will be done but again no one came for pickup.
                        I want to deliver my package on urgent basis to my company. My final settlement is blocked only because of this delivery delay.

                        Please do the needful ASAP

                          Very annoyed with the pathetic service I was provided by Fedex, I have booked your service and received a shipment with the Tracking number[protected] on 26th June at 2 pm and in the package was my Television.

                          But when I opened the package and put the TV on, entirely on one side I see a huge cracked and the entire display is not working and even the remote is damaged.
                          I never expected this to happen. I always knew that FedEx was the best hence I had decided to ship my TV From My parents house (Mumbai) to mine (Banglore).You can check the below images of my TV. I have taken an insurance for my shipment.

                            I ordered from Homecentre online
                            The whole package was of 2669/- but was in 2 containers but your executive just deliver one container taking full amount.as it was not an open delivery order and due to covid I opened package after sanitising it then I found my ordered items were missing and on the bill inserted inside the parcel was consisting of 2 container with all 16 items.
                            Inspite of 16 I just got 7 item containing container .trying contact your team but you people and your executive is also not reachable.
                            I stayed at gujar ki thadi Mansarovar jaipur..kindly share the delivery person contact details and deliver my 2 Nd container too asap else I will file complaint against your company.

                              Tracking number #[protected], reached Patna on 2nd July, today is 9th July 2021, no one came for the delivery, not even a phone call or a text message about the shipment. Finally I went to the FedEx office in Patna where they said the item is returned to the shipper because the address was incorrect, pin number was also incorrect which is not. Spoke to 11 customer care people but in vain.

                              At least they should have tried calling the number on the address and no one even called. While speaking to the unprofessional lady she said we have followed all the process and then returned the shipment. All I can say is everything is correct on the address but no one tried to deliver or contact the recipients in any way and finally returned the shipment. Please help.

                                This is regarding the courier (School kit) from Vibgyor Kadugodi school is sent through FedEx to my apartment, the courier is NOT delivered but the status shows as delivered. Its a school kit and kid exams are starting so it is very urgent.

                                No proper response from FedEx team as well, called several times and raised Complaint as well. Please find the details which was sent by FedEx though it was not delivered.

                                  The package has been of the truck for delivery over a week every day they promises delivery at the end of that they, in which at the end of that day another day is promises at the end of that day. But never deliver. I had about 5 due dates.

                                    Poor service by FedEx. My courier is in FedEx Express, bhiwandi for past 7 days. I am from Kalyan West. I called Customer care 4 times and they always says it is out for delivery and will be delivered today. Since 4 days I am listening to same excuse.

                                      It's pretty annoying at this point

                                      It has study materials for my upcoming exam

                                      If any customer is reading this kindly opt for anyother delivery service although FedEx is an international company but they're really slow and have poor services in Maharashtra
