Shipment supposed to be received in the month of march, however we have not received the shipment yet. This is impacting our production immensely, there is no communication about the status of the shipment. There is no addressed of the complaints which has been raised earlier. There was no proper support from fedex warehouse team. Please resolve the complain asap.

    Fedex Tracking no[protected]

    I sent some Dryfruits to my mother in law for her personal consumption and it was 2 piece shipment. One on our n of call and mails is been delivered and second we kept on requesting to deliver but they did not.

    They have given us the good excuse that the parcel is been eaten by Rats and we can not deliver.

    I m the owner of this brand and I know how we pack our parcels. That pack was having atleast 5kg of weight of dryfruits and i know how much rats can damage it.

    Fedex says we destroyed the parcel and they never accept the fact that its been stolen by their own staff.

    They have not called me or customer before destroying the parcel and neither inspite of asking 100 times, they could never share any images of damaged parcel.

    I have reached to even all their higher authorities but now its a harassment for us. In past 8 years, they never accepted their mistake and we had to bear all these losses.

    Similar incident has happened with one more consignment very recently and since last one month they are not reverting even for the same. Tracking no is[protected]

    Though the worth was Rs 10000 only but this company has waated my so much of time and energy, that i call now for 5 times compensation from them.

            My FedEx package with tracking number[protected] has been delayed for 3 weeks. It is stuck in customs clearance since Nov 18th. Any email to Fedex is responded with "It is under process".

              I regularly do import export business, whenever we ship/receive goods through FEDEX, always have problem, Firstly customer support service is so bad. and delay goods for 3-4 months then ask more tax to clear goods. worst service. never ever use fedex service

                I was supposed to get my delivery by 30th Nov but FedEx sent me a msg that the parcel will not be delivered on that day but on the next day. Today (1/12), I got a message that it is planned to be delivered today but I have not gotten it and it is 8:50 PM already.

                The status says it is in transit.

                I want to know what is happening to my parcel.

                  Do not deliver during store hours. They deliver when THEY want to. Packages broken. Customer Service is non-existent. You also cannot call the Baton Rouge Fedex on Coursey. Also they have address as 10781 Coursey Boulevard in mapping programs. Their actual Address is 10781 Coursey Court. You will not find this place if you do not know the CORRECT address. They have not changed this mistake in years. I bet they do not have too many people coming into the Baton Rouge location.

                    I didn't get any updates regarding my parcel as my tracking no is[protected] from uk to delhi. I call more than 10 times at corstmer care and also mail on 18th & 24th nov to Mr shadab.[protected]@ fedex.com as well as 20th nov to [protected]@mail.fedex.com which customer service told me but i had never been contacted by fedex. I didn't get any reply till 25th nov and finally I had to visit personally at IGI custom fedex office to get my parcel. And the start a new story that that don't have any contact number of my so the parcel unable to deliver and I have to pay custom duty and demurrage charges 10000 per day for 1kg box. Why, i they never contact me i am the first who try to contact them. How they can book a courier without contact details.

                      My parcel with AWB No :[protected], shipment was suppose to arrive by[protected] but it was not deilevered on the said date, mentioning update as " customer NOT Available" which Is not the true fact, whereas we all were there to receive the consignment. I talked to the CCE, they told that it was to be delivered by today 8pm, but still the consignment is not delivered and once again update as " customer not available" . This kind of misleading facts in the update is really putting a black mark on the reputation of the company as the delivery agents are not attempting to deliver the consignment and they are providing wrong updates to the receiving hubs .Please take care of this . And provide me my package at the earliest.

                          Really very worst shipping services FedEx. Very slow shipping. Ordinary post also more than fast FedEx. I attached here pic see it. If any courier services one two days only, Bangalore to Nagercoil. But FedEx taken more than 8 days.

                            International shipping good, but domestic very worst in india, my recent package China to India it received Bangalore within 3 days, customs also cleared too fast, after it reched my location Nagercoil 7 days. Other courier services Bangalore to Nagercoil just one day. Very worst FedEx local shipping

                              The shipment had arrived in Mumbai on 4th Oct'2020. As per the process I submitted the KYC documents and that was accepted as well. However, FedEx started demanding additional documents for clearing the shipment from Customs. There were similar shipments sent to various parts of India none of FedEx offices in those cities asked for any additional documents. Nevertheless, I submitted the additional document that was asked, however, even after submitting the document the shipment is still not processed. Requesting FedEx to please release the shipment at the earliest as it now more than a month that shipment has arrived in India.

                                My package is showing under the clearance process. I am already down with KYC and submitted the commercial invoice as per the conversation with the customer care, but not sure there is no step taken by them yet. Not even I have received my courier.

                                    I have imported an international shipment and Since 16th Oct 2020 till date it is showing same status on Fedex's portal. Their call centers are really tough to reach and you have to be fortunate to get your call picked quickly. You keep calling wait for minimum 20-30 minutes. Once picked up you get answer stating someone will get back to you. They don't transfer your call to seniors if you want to speak to them. Emails they hardly answer, and if answered will be a diplomatic answer without any clear information and status about your shipment. They say someone will get back to you and you never get a call back.

                                    Tracking status also shows highly doubtful facts. It has come to Delhi first, then gone to bangalore, then to Dubai and then to Mumbai. And since then they showing same status.

                                    Also a fact is this items are officially imported and it is the item being regularly imported without hassles since past 3 years.

                                    Their such inaction and irresponsible behaviour is affecting our business badly.

                                    There was a team put me in email with some thread 8 10 days back.
                                    Still receiving diplomatic replies and I see no action and seriousness of fedex people.
                                    Lot of people are marked in email, no one wants to take responsibility and getting me correct delivery estimation. Just round and round information.

                                    Still there is no clarity on when I will receive my shipment.

                                    There is a huge opportunity lost and business (monetary) loss being incurred to me because of this behaviour of fedex.
                                    Its been now officially a Full Month. And few people also involved from 8 10 days. Still no resolution and clarity on my shipment. It is really frustrating and affecting my business. I am at loss.

                                    Fedex still is unable to give me clarity on when they will delivery my goods.
                                    Who will compensate for the loss being incurred to me?

                                    Its month and I am not sure how much more time it will take.

                                    Fedex services are really frustrating and they are unable to provide me with clear information and delivery date.

                                      This would be the 15th time I'm writing to address FedEx as my attempts to get in touch with the personnel have been unsuccessful.

                                      Already called and emailed them a couple of times but there was absolutely zero response from the team, espcially the prime handler of the customs files in my case - Vaibhav Srivastava.

                                      My parcel's been stuck in Delhi, India since about more than two weeks now and there seems to be absolutely no updates on the status inspite o[censored]ploading the correct Commercial Invoice and the correct KYC documents - the status of the parcel still shows up as "Commercial Invoice is Incomplete" and hasn't changed since.

                                      WHY IS THAT? And why's the FedEx team so utterly horrible at customer service?

                                      Hope to hear fron you soon because I'm honestly starting to lose it.
