    My parcel was shipped on 30th may and was supposed to be delivered on 5th june, 2020 but since it arrived in india is stuck at delhi customs.
    I cleared all the kyc documents right when i was contacted. Its been more than 2 weeks that i am struggling to find the status of my shipment.

    After contacting customer care with a lot of efforts i get one standard reply that they have raised some investigation request, request for prioritized clearance, etc. But nothing really happens.

    Moreover without my consent it is displayed in the order status that "customer has requested non express clearance" when no such request was made by me.in fact, my parcel was shipped via international priority! I have been following up since no information available since 3rd june.

    Since i had ordered artificial jewellery for a particular event/function it will be useless if i don't get it in time. Chose fedex for the timely delivery. But exactly opposite of it i am experiencing.
    I understand that due to covid-19 it is difficult, but there is a limit to how much one can understand especially in absence of any clear information.

    Atleast provide some information as to by when i will get my package, so that i can plan for an alternative incase i am not getting them on time. Think of the inconvenience caused to me due to the lack of transparency.

    This is sonia Narayan, wife of balaswamy pudhota. We have sent a courier on 30th dec, 2021 on my husband's name, balaswamy pudhota from Hyderabad to Sydney, tracking number of which is[protected]. It's been 1.5 months since we sent our courier but it got stuck in Delhi. When contacted through email, the reply I got was:
    Dear Sir,

    Shipment has been detained by Customs for (JA) Jewellers Appraiser examination, which is a mandatory Customs requirement, the availability of Jewellers Appraiser . The clearance of shipment will be subject to report submitted by JA to Customs.

    We will update to you accordingly once the Exam was done.

    Then i got another mail saying:

    Dear Sir,

    File return with objection CTH 7117, ITEM NOT PRESENTED BEFORE CLARIFY THE MONTH.

    I didn't understand the second mail. When I emailed them again and again, they are not responding at all. It still didn't reach Sydney. The guy through whom we sent the courier is also not responding the calls. I request you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible. Thanking you.

      My AWB number[protected]

      First time fedex held my parcel for months. at that time i was thinking that was ok bcoz there was something that they can't fix. but now again second time there is a same problem of clearance.
      why fedex do this all time i just don't understand. now i have clear my mind set that don't use fedex ever.

      If they require some documents than mail me fast. every time you have to delay on the name of "Clearance delay bcoz instructions from the importer are required". than mail me i'll complete my documents.

        Unable to submit kyc for last 3 days called customer care they suggest mail id which is [protected]@cogenteservices.in which in turn return mail to upload in the kyc website which is still not working. The parcel is important please suggest.
        The parcel contain tea samples and in nned o[censored]rgent requirement

          My parcel has reached bangalore on 5th and i submitted the invoice to clear customs on 8th june.. Still there is no update. Its been 11days it's stuck with customs

            I have shipment coming from us. Tracking #[protected]

            Shipment sent to india on june2nd and from june 8 my shipment was in "a specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient" status.

            No specification about what form is needed, i submitted the kyc though.
            There are my study materials which i needed little urgent that why we used fedex in the hope we get it on time.

            I'm trying to contact customer service in all way but because of this covid-19 situation i couldn't reach them.

            I really appreciate the help here. Just the guidance stating what is needed from me would be great.

              Wakefit mattress was to be delivered on 9th of june by fedex. But it’s 18th of june today and no sign of delivery as per the order status it shows delivered to local warehouse and is there since past five working days.

              Tried calling fedex at least 25-30 times per day. But no response. Either number is switched off, call is forwarded, phone is unavailable, no response or if by mistake someone pics up they cut the call.

              Given the current situation we have been patient but would appreciate some response and proper assistance from the delivery company.

Address 65 b ekta bihar mithapur jalandhar my husband sent me package on 20 may from usa still not delivered i got letter to upload kyc i loaded but told re submission now again i tried to upload shows that it is in process we use fedex for first time and stuck we never knew about kyc or it's process.. Please sir i have important papers in that and medicine... For my mother please sir deliver my package if any payment i will pay at delivery please help me

                  I have ordered some led lights from china, and the shipping update says "a specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient.
                  Recommended action: please call fedex customer service.". I have tried to contact their support number, theres no response. Send an email and no response. What am i supposed to do

                    My product seller shipped my order on 26th may 2020 and it reached to hyderabad on 4th june 2020, it is been 2 week there is not update/delivery the product from them. I have contacted customer service few time and used there sms alter service but no reply.

                    Tracking number is[protected] showing at hyderabad location from 6th june and today it's 17th june.

                      My tracking number is[protected]. It has been more than 15 days since the parcel arrived in my country but there is no movement. Everytime i contact you via email, they respond saying the parcel is under assessment. Even some cheap loacal post can do much better than fedex! It’s the worst in the world. You people don’t even have a proper customer care number to contact you. I will never use your stupid service ever.

                        My air waybill no. Is[protected] dtd 31.05.2020 & reached at bangalore on 09.06.2020, my order was expected to deliver on 10th june 2020 but it didn’t and today is 15 june 2020. I am calling many times to customer care number but no response received for delivery status. Such a bad courier service and such a unprofessional behaviour. I want my order on immediate basis

                          My shipment awb[protected] is stuck with delhi customs and fedex has not done anything about it. I have come across many similar cases on social media. Customer service usually does not receive calls and their replies to emails are vague. Please sort this out at the earliest.
                          I hope my parcel is not lost yet.

                          Well, I did receive an email from the company and I have received the parcel. However, it took way longer than expected. FedEx International Priority is a premium service and I could not figure out what is premium about it. Thanks anyway.

                            The above shipment was shipped on 1st june 2020,
                            Till date it has not been delivered. The customer has refused to pay for the item any more.
                            We deeply regret the pathatic service of fedex locally. Why do you pick an item if you cant deliver, please register our claim for rs 5000 for the inconvenince caused and cost of the shipment

                              Parcel has been sent from ayurkart through fedex on 30th may. Expected delivery was on june 8th. Parcel has been arrived at mumbai on june 5th itself still not delivered. Status is always showing as parcel in mumbai fedex location kindly do the needful for getting my parcel.

                                    Hello Sir/Madame
                                    My package has been held by the customs for clearance for almost 3-4 days and my shipment have been delayed.

                                    Manoj Kumar I believe he is an administrator for clearance of customs asked for my Aadhaar number for clearance and i agreed to pay my due customs fee upon arrival of the package.

                                    He sent an email stating that I have confirmed to pay the due fees of customs. And my package will be cleared in 2-3 working days.

                                    As I have paid more money for a fast shipping, I need to know when my package will be cleared by the customs as it is shown that the clearance process have been delayed and there was no schedule delivery date when I tracked the order.

                                    Please provide me an accurate confirm information that my package will be cleared and how many days should I wait for it ?

                                      My international shipment has landed but fedex team hasn't contacted me before filing bill of entry.

                                      I had clearly emailed stating to call me prior filing bill of entry. Because of their failure to do so, there is custom clearance delay and message shows on fedex tracking saying "goods are subject to regulatory review"

                                      I have called their customer care number and emailed them minimum 20 times but no one answers phone or replies on email. I will drag fedex india to court for the demurrage charges to be paid by me.

                                      Pls escalate this matter to fedex india so they bother to reply.
