My shipment awb[protected] is stuck with delhi customs and fedex has not done anything about it. I have come across many similar cases on social media. Customer service usually does not receive calls and their replies to emails are vague. Please sort this out at the earliest.
I hope my parcel is not lost yet.

Complaint marked as Resolved Well, I did receive an email from the company and I have received the parcel. However, it took way longer than expected. FedEx International Priority is a premium service and I could not figure out what is premium about it. Thanks anyway.
FedEx customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Dear Sir,
Shipment has been detained by Customs for (JA) Jewellers Appraiser examination, which is a mandatory Customs requirement, the availability of Jewellers Appraiser . The clearance of shipment will be subject to report submitted by JA to Customs.
We will update to you accordingly once the Exam was done.
Then i got another mail saying:
Dear Sir,
File return with objection CTH 7117, ITEM NOT PRESENTED BEFORE CLARIFY THE MONTH.
I didn't understand the second mail. When I emailed them again and again, they are not responding at all. It still didn't reach Sydney. The guy through whom we sent the courier is also not responding the calls. I request you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible. Thanking you.
