delivery pending - in clearance delay

Tracking number for fedex international priority is[[protected]] its been stuck with status "in clearance delay" and recommended action no action required at this time".
I have been calling fedex customer care every day over the last few days only to get different responses like"it's delivery within 2 days ", etc with no proper response given.
Please let me know when and how i can get my package.

My awb no.[protected] Is this and it is an international shipment, it is stuck at delhi, earlier delivery date was 31august, now it appears delivery date unknown, goods are subject to regulatory review. My order is for individual use, and I’ve submitted my KYC documents also . My father is also in customs so i know it doesn’t take so many days . Plz resolve it ....

Exorbitant charges for delivery

Our Chinese counterpart has booked the shipment through Fedex to reach us on time. Fedex has delayed for more than 120 days saying due to COVID-19 the services are restricted and might delay.

Now when they bring the shipment after 150 days the invoice carry charges which is exorbitantly high....

Clearance delay

goods are subject to regulatory review even after submitting kyc docs?

This is exactly the problem with fedex india. Worst customer service ever!

They couldnt even deliver a simple imported watch which doesnt even cost over 200 bucks. Even after submitting the kyc much before like 4 days and it's now stuck with customs clearance. Can someone escalate this to higher officials? They are also so rude to me when i call. It's been over 4 days and am moving out of town in a couple of days. That's why...

package stuck at bangalore customs

I shipped out a package on august 4th from california which was to scheduled to be delivered on august 7th in bangalore.

The package was held at customs asking for a detailed description of the goods which i provided on august 7th itself. The fedex customer service said that all the required documents have been submitted and a release is awaited from the customs and the agent assigned to...

I used fedex for an international shipment and they charge twice as much as ups and thrice as much as usps. Despite of the higher costs i used fedex as the shipment contained a time sensitive document and fedex promises 3 business day delivery for priority services and handling of customs clearance as well. However the shipping agent here didn't bother to inform about any prerequisites on international shipping which caused a day of delay...

My shipment with tracking number[protected] had encountered custom clearance delay. I have completed the necessary documentation and received the email too from fedex that the consignee's documentation is complete. But shippers documentation is pending. I have contacted the shipper personally and found that fedex personnel havent reached out to them for any assistance concerning clearance. Its been a week since theres no update for my shipment....

Shipment awaiting customs clearance since a week

Its been 1 week since my shipment reached bangalore. Kyc documents gave already been provided on 19/7/2020. There has been no status change and my parcel is still awaiting clearance. The initial eta for delivery was 21/7/2020. But now there’s no delivery even scheduled as its still waiting for customs clearance! I dont have a clear picture of what is happening at fedex side and no one even answers calls!!...

Delay in delivery

International shipments delay

I have been using dhl for international shipments but whenever my shipment is carried by fedex there is a lot of trouble involved from kyc submission again and agin to getting stuck at custom. I have never had a smooth experience like dhl with them. Very very poor service...
