Fedex — commercial invoice is incomplete.

Dear sir i have submitted all the forms required for kyc, still my shipment status is 1. Commercial invoice is incomplete.

I have been inquiring everyday for the past 10 days about the same still no updates from fedex.

It is coming from dubai, a gift from my sister in law just 1 item.
I have submitted all the required documents. Still it is pending for 10 days.
Please do the needful.
Do i need to give more documents for the clearence???
Let me know if i have to do something for that.
Does this happen everytime.

Till now no one call and mail me regarding my issue from the Fedex side.
I am really regretted o[censored]sing the Fedex service.

NO, Still i have not receive the package.
Once the product Stuck in the Custom then we just have to wait after submitting all the required documents.
Same is happening with me.
Its been 17 days ... that's too much .. we didn't get any updates nor call from fedex side..
Its not done.
I got product delivered from other couriers in just 1 week which was sent much later than fedex .

I won't be using FEDEX ANYMORE THAT'S IS ENOUGH.

It's not the FedEx fault. Once any shipment stuck in Custom then no one have any control on it except custom itself. So hope for the best. I wish you will get your product soon. Chinta koro na peye Jaabe.
Not taking initiative, not updating even after customer provide approval form from CDSCO.

I don't what is happening with FEDEX ????

They are not delivering the package nor any updates from their side.

Please do the needful and Deliver it ASAP as it been more than 2 weeks now...
Really disappointed the way it is been handled by FEDEX.

STILL I DID'NT GET MY PRODUCT WHICH WAS REACHED INDIA ON 5, SEPTEMBER, 2020.
I CAN TELL FEDEX IS THE WORST INTERNATIONAL SERVICE PROVIDER AT LEAST IN INDIA.

On 22, sept, 2020 i got a mail from (murali.[protected]@fedex.com) required a Form 12B, which was the first contact from the FeDex India side to me. The very next day i have submitted 12B to FeDex.

The Second mail from FeDex India comes on 26 Sept, 2020, I am attaching the mail below

Note: I got response from DUBAI Fedex frequently, but they were helpless since the Indian FeDex has to do the actual work.

Every day i am losing 30 minutes regarding this courier, losing time, energy, and increasing stress.

TODAY 13 OCT 2020, THEY ARE TELLING THEY ARE WAITING FOR THE WAREHOUSE CHARGES OF MY PRODUCT, SO THAT THEY CAN BILL ME ABOVE THE CUSTOM DUTIES OF RS 26, 000 FOR THE PRODUCT OF RS. 25, 000, AND RELEASE THE PARCEL.
ONLY GOD KNOWS WHETHER THE PARCEL IS WITH THEM OF LOST ITBY THEM.

GUYS PLEASE THINK 100 TIMES BEFORE USING FeDeX INTERNATIONAL COURIER.

      I've tried every recourse to reach an actual person at fedex to ask what the issue is with my one piece of paper. One document that's taking forever to reach me
      .the service is absolutely useless
      .robots and frequently asked q and a, please. Where is my document already! Ypu have made me miss an appointment with the embassy on this one piece of paper. GET BACK to your customers
      .your site has nothing but absolutely awful reviews.

        This is with regards to an international shipment with AWB no :[protected]

        I ordered a package from Singapore and it reached bengaluru on the 25th of August. I was contacted that very day and told to submit some documents with relation to the package (payment proof and technical write up) and it was done immediately from my end. Since 26th August, the status just says 'shipment exception-pending'.

        I understand customs delays are part and parcel of international shipments as I've ordered many hundreds of shipments over many years. But it has been almost 2 weeks since I submitted all the required documents and there is no change in the status of the shipment. Calling customer care is a very tough task and each time I end up waiting for over 20 mins and finally they just tell me that there's a backlog and so it will take its time and there's nothing that can be done. They also then tell me that they will expedite the process form their end and I would receive it soon. (no such thing has happened of course and I'm guessing it was told for my own satisfaction)
        I don't understand how a massive company like FedEx can allow a package to get stuck for such a long time without any updates for so long. Yes I understand there can be a backlog but its been almost 2 weeks now with no update on the horizon and that is extremely disappointing. I don't know how long more this will take. I've used FedEx for many years but this particular incident has been extremely frustrating because of the massive delay. Other packages have come through via other couriers in the last few weeks without an issue but this one is just stuck with no updates

          My AWB is[protected], It's been more than 2 weeks, my product still stuck there. FedEx executive didn't giving me proper response about my shipment; they only said that it will clear soon. but we can't tell you how much time it will take. I will never use FedEx for my shipments.

                My shipment: Tracking id:[protected] Date: 08/13/2020 Sender: Garrett Barnes, Maharishi International University, 1000 N 4th St
                My shipment has been stuck at the customs since days now. After repeated calling, the officers have asked for many papers from the sender and yet there is no change in the status of the shipment. They are now asking for IEC and GSTN numbers to clear the shipment from customs. However, please note that the shipment is NOT an Imported good and neither the sender nor me (receiver) are exporters of any sorts. Hence I do not possess the required IEC/GSTN numbers. The shipment was simply a gift sent by my family for my birthday.
                This is sheer harassment by the company and its people, including the top members supposedly there to help us. It is very exhausting since such harassment does not take into account the sentimental values of the packages they ship. It is a shame and I shall never indulge with FedEx again.
                However please help me to get the package sent back to the sender's address. That is the least to be done to ensure we do not lose the shipment materials. These people have been sitting on the package for over 2 weeks now.

                  My awb no.[[protected]] is this and it is an international shipment, it is stuck at delhi, earlier delivery date was 31august, now it appears delivery date unknown, goods are subject to regulatory review. My order is for individual use, and i’ve submitted my kyc documents also. My father is also in customs so i know it doesn’t take so many days. Plz resolve it.

                          It's actually complaining second time, each time they will not do anything . some excuses shown each time back logs, holiday, etc. Just simple courier .it's need a life long we watching, we complaining, nothing have they will do,

                            Our Chinese counterpart has booked the shipment through Fedex to reach us on time. Fedex has delayed for more than 120 days saying due to COVID-19 the services are restricted and might delay.

                            Now when they bring the shipment after 150 days the invoice carry charges which is exorbitantly high.

                                This is exactly the problem with fedex india. Worst customer service ever!

                                They couldnt even deliver a simple imported watch which doesnt even cost over 200 bucks. Even after submitting the kyc much before like 4 days and it's now stuck with customs clearance. Can someone escalate this to higher officials? They are also so rude to me when i call. It's been over 4 days and am moving out of town in a couple of days. That's why i wanted it to be delivered soon. They just make false promises and do not keep up their words. I have been to used to many countries and used fedex rhere. Couldnt find such a horrendous customer service like fedex india.
                                Why do you want to spoil the name of such a reputed organization. Please please please dont ever use fedex for delivering your goods. It's not worth it.

                                  I received a notification that a specialized form or statement is required for this shipment. Tracking #[protected].
                                  This package is from amazon with correct invoice, product values and contents. The package contains clothing and other items for my wedding. The package was supposed to be delivered on 8/11, and is still not here, and now is being held up. What is the issue and what is needed beyond what has been provided?

                                    I have been calling Fedex customer care every day over the last few days only to get different statuses \ responses like "Customs has lot of backlog", "It will be cleared today", "Send email to our fedex customs team", "Do you know who is working on your case?" etc with no proper response nor resolution.

                                    The shipment is stuck with same status "Clearance Delay - Import" since Friday, August 7th 10 AM IST with no update. AWB number can be found in the screenshot attached. Please let me know and help here. For a shipment sent with "International Priority" service, I expected better service and meaningful updates.

                                    There is a case number and agent assigned to AWB but haven't yet got any update from the agent nor any status change. In the last 2 days, I had to call FedEx customer care up to 30 times for even getting this info as reaching out to customer care and getting hold of them is daunting task with customer care number getting dropped frequently.
                                    Need help here as soon as possible as it been a week now the shipment is stuck with same status and no end in sight.

                                      I shipped out a package on august 4th from california which was to scheduled to be delivered on august 7th in bangalore.

                                      The package was held at customs asking for a detailed description of the goods which i provided on august 7th itself. The fedex customer service said that all the required documents have been submitted and a release is awaited from the customs and the agent assigned to the package will contact me soon.

                                      The status has not changed since 2 working days nor have i heard from the agent. The customer service has no new updates and they seem to get frustrated answering my questions. At this moment i have no update on what is going on with the package.

                                      Please let me know if there is something i could do to get the package delivered soon.

                                      The package was released from customs today and a customs duty of 36, 860 INR has been charged. The package had only gifts to my family worth of nearly $500. I have been charged 100% customs duty on my package which clearly only had gifts to my family where the receiver was my mother.

                                      The person who created the label in USA listed the package had OFFICE SUPPLIES when i clearly mentioned gift and mentioned the shipper and reciever were not related when I clearly mentioned the package was a gift to my home in India.                                       My package which was sent from US through Fedex is stuck at customs from 4th of February till date. The status says in customs clearance and fedex has no clue about the way forward for this situation. Whenever we call or email, it is the standard reply saying that we have forwarded the same to concerned department and they will get back to you. Till now no one has called us.

                                      I checked on customs website and it says duty to be paid. We have sent the same to fedex through email and same irritating standard reply. I did not know that fedex has this kind of sub standard service. Attaching the customs website screen shot.

                                      Have you received the parcel ? How long it took for shipment? I was not able to get search results when I verified in the customs portal ? Hawb is same as AWB right?

                                      Hi my name is jaswant pavan B and my shipment number is[protected] and it is from uk to chennai and i have already submitted the kyc etc and now the clearance process have already started but till now I did receive any update and inside the shipment it contains thrustmaster T248 steering wheel ps4, ps5 and uk to india plug adaptor thats all and in the declaration also it is clearly mentioned and in the invoice also it is clearly mentioned and then too when i check in the eccs website customs status tells that xray suspescious and after that there is no further update till today and so kindly check and tell to the customs officers that inside the boxes it contains only the thrustmaster t248 steering wheel+ pedals ps4 ps5 and uk to india plug adaptor thats all it has and so please clear the shipment from customs asap please because i have been waiting for a past 2 weeks and still now i didn't receive my shipment till now and so kindly check and tell me the exact status and when it will be cleared from customs etc and please tell to the customs officers the same information please.
                                      And please tell me whether the customs officers wants any other documents etc asap or immediately please.

                                      Fedex - small package stuck at bangoare fedex custom office.

                                      My Indian friend from France sent my own small parcel to me. I forgot at his place in France. now, he sent on 28 March and arrived in Bangalore on 29th March. It is a non-commercial product for my individual use. I have already did KYC form filling up as per their instructions. Since it is clear from the consignee side and they acknowledged it. they told me by email to wait as they might contact the shipper (my friend) as well. I have requested them by email on the given email id ( [protected]@fedex.com or call on[protected]. This given phone number is not working and no response from [protected]@fedex.com. I asked my friend to send by urgent post to work on it and my parcel is still with FedEx clearance office ( in transit status). today, it is 5th April. Help me to get my small parcel. I am a student and want this parcel for my study. Can someone help me and respond to my email at [protected]@fedex.com or give me the right phone number to contact them. I really need my parcel. every single passing day is going in vain.

                                        I used fedex for an international shipment and they charge twice as much as ups and thrice as much as usps. Despite of the higher costs i used fedex as the shipment contained a time sensitive document and fedex promises 3 business day delivery for priority services and handling of customs clearance as well. However the shipping agent here didn't bother to inform about any prerequisites on international shipping which caused a day of delay with customs clearance with receiving country. Then after tracking and reaching out a lot the clearance was done and the package then moved at the speed of a turtle to destination facilities. It would have been faster if the recipient just used a bike to go and get it after customs clearance. After it moved to destination facility i was hoping it to be delivered at least 2 days after promised delivery date and they didn't bother to deliver or notify the status. Getting hold of a customer care agent is another daunting task of waiting several hours and making several attempts. Finally an agent told they can't deliver it to recipient and it should be picked from facility if needed. After a long search and a day it was attempted to pickup but they have updated it to be delivered and signed successfully which was totally fake. Reaching out to customer agents again they are not honoring the service delivery promise and refusing to address my grievance. I will never use fedex again in my life. Better to use ups or usps even if they are slower.
