Dear sir/madam i have submitted all the forms required for kyc, still my shipment status is 1. A specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient.
What does this mean?

It is coming from usa. Do i need to give more documents for the clearence. Let me know if i have to do something for that. Does this happen to me or everyone.

    I have ordered dietary suppliments from usa to india but my courier stuck in customs for more than a two week nobody picking my calls, i have received an email from fedex for fssai noc which is not required for personal consumption products i have used dhl last time not faced such issues but fedex poor service they are not able to clear customs the cia is not helping manish tomar also not picking calls i will not use fedex again.       What's up with this title "goods are subject to regulatory review"? It's been more than 3 days since i sent the kyc form which you asked just to keep my details on server in the name of customs clearance delay. Now i have this new title and the scheduled delivery date is pending, but they said it will be deliver it by 27/01/2020.. But now its 29/02/2020 the shipment hasn't be delivered.. And when call fedex customer care they say the process takes upto 48 hrs but now its above 80 hrs still no feedback and update.

          Sender send me my individual product to me usa to india when my product came through its showing clearence or something
          When i contact to the customer support of fedex kyc and actually sender send me product by my another name by mistake but just name is different and surname are same and also shipping address
          I just submitted forms and all with my documents and signatures
          I didnt get any positive reply from them.

          So i want resolve this issue asap.

              This is regarding my shipment AWB[protected], which is still holding at customs for no reason, firstly the KYC team of FEDEX "scks", useless - all time to give correct information on what documents are they exactly looking for .

              secondly no one from fedex team has contact me for proper information on the shipment even after sending the document 4 - 5 time at least

              half of the member email address are not working, its states they are out of office for over 2 months, why are they employed still.

              its getting damn frustrating at the moment as the shipment is hold for over 2 months now

                This has happened too many times. Product reaches Bangalore, status gets set to "Out for delivery" and the courier never shows up, returns back to facility and sets the delivery date to a much later date in future.

                One time it happened, the delivery guy called and said his colleague was on leave and he wasn't going to deliver because he won't cover the other guy's work for him. Then claimed he will deliver first thing in the morning but sets the delivery date for 1 week later, citing the fake reason that "Customer requested future date". I file a complaint and the customer care was decent enough to get the guy to deliver that same day but at nearly 9:45pm.

                Next time around, same story except no call from courier and package is returned to facility and delivery date set to several days later despite the package sitting at Destination Facility. Again I raise a complaint and the same customer care agent said he could not believe this happened again.

                I could go on with various reasons given for delays. But to summarize, the customer care agents were very polite and escalated the complaint. But what is the point when you employ incompetent and lazy frauds as delivery guys?

                I will NEVER use FedEx India again and I hope the online shopping portals realize that there is something seriously wrong with this company (or at least their delivery agents) and switch to other couriers that are more reliable. Even IndiaPost outshines FedEx in so many respects.

                The complaint has been resolved.

                I still maintain that the issue is *not* with customer service, which in my experience has always been excellent for me. The problem lay with the people who deliver the products.

                  I have contacted fedex indian customer service and they advised me to send kyc authorization letter and id proof to [protected]@cogenteservices.in
                  And [protected]@fedex.com. I have already sent it and below is the response i got from kyc:

                  Question: why should i send hard copy again to above address? Are you guys joking? To send one item to india i have to courier another document.
                  I have sent soft copies to their email id still they are playing with me?

                    First i got that it will be deleivered on 23rd... Then it said 24th december 19 by 8pm.

                    Then on 24th 2pm i received msg that it's out for delivery.

                    Then i tried to contact fedex as i was worried that its delivery. All in vain.

                    Best part i get a mail in evening stating it's not deleivered due to in correct address. Simple common sense... One should have called me. I believe..
                    Sorry i am sure it was never attempted.

                    If this is what your service standards are then... God help you guys.

                      My sender sent me my package from bangalore on 20th dec friday 2019 and it was supposed to be delivered by 24th dec 2019 tuesday. Even though it arrived in my city a day before, it is still lying in the warehouse and not delivered on time. Despite my repeated request to fedex to deliver my package at the earliest as it was important, they didn't move an inch. The delivery guy asked me my location and sensing that the distance was just too long decided to just ignore my request.

                        Why my order isn't delivered to me as it was supposed to be delivered yesterday by 21:30?
                        I got a text from fedex team shipment is due for delivery today. But after 90 mins they've updated on the website delivery exception requested for future delivery. But no one contacted me or tried to reached out to my address. I haven't requested for future delivery i was eagerly waiting for the delivery.                         Worst customer service.Employees are not working correctly.They are simply submitting as delivered if the card has not delivered also.now who is responsible for the undelivered card.Employees are not worth enough to do their job.customers have to face the issue.

                          I have a package stuck in customs. From the tracking it seems that a specialized form/statement is required for clearance from shipper. I contacted the shipper but he does not know which form to complete (He did not receive any instruction).

                          The box contains perishable goods and i need to get it asap.

                              The fedex - domestic has taken airfreight charge against domestic charge. Instead of airfreight the consignment came by road transport.
                              Shipping is from bangalore to chennai.
                              The actual amount as per fedex domestic customer service statement it is rs.775/- the amount paid was rs.1272/-

                                  Very banners of the customer care on phone. When I tried to ask more details about my shipment delivery, she is not willing listen and she cut the phone abruptly, which is really disguesting. They dont have minimum concern about the customer. People are so demanding as if they are my eployer.

                                  This is my first consignment and it may my last one also. I neither choose FedEx nor suggest to any others

                                    My sender has sent me a package from delhi on 11th december 2019 but still i am unable to track the shipment online. The package is around 20 kgs and contains a fat tyre bike which i purchased online.
                                    When ever i called customer care, those people just pick the phone and say "hello customer??? No response from customer received" then end the call. This happened with me for 7 times. I don't understand if these can't take calls then why they are sitting at office.
                                    This was my first time with fedex and trust me this was a very terrible experience.
                                    Owners and ceo of fedex who are sitting in tennessee, you guys should do something to improve the quality of your services in india or else as a business man i am telling you, no gaint can stand for forever, i[censored] people continued like this, your name and your brand value will keep on falling.

                                      My party booked a consignment with tracking id[protected]
                                      (From howrah to asansol) on 2nd dec. 2019. At the time of pick up delivery system shown me that the document will be dispatch on 5th dec.19 but to day system shown me that it will dispatch on 7th dec.19. Sir from howrah to asansol they will taking time 360 hours how is it possible. What their commitment about service? I need necessary action about this courier.

                                        I have ordered dietary suppliments from usa to india but my courier stuck in customs for more than a week nobody picking my calls, i have received an email from fedex for fssai noc which is not required for personal consumption products i have used dhl last time not faced such issues but fedex poor service they are not able to clear customs the cia is not helping manish tomar also not picking calls i will not use fedex again.                                         I have order RF signal amplifier from ubuy. They send my shipment through fedex. My awb no[protected]. On the day 18/09/2020 it came to delhi custom from that onwards till today 03/10/2020 my shipment not cleare from custom. I called several time to customer care number they told me convey your quiry to manish tomar via email.
                                        So i send email several time.
                                        1- he send me email i am out of office
                                        2- he send me email id of sheetal.[protected]@fedex.com
                                        So i send email to sheetal.[protected]@fedex.com
                                        about my shipment but she also did't reply to my email quiry.
                                        Fedex service is one of the worst service staff. They will not answer u r email also. They r not doing there jobs also pathetic worst service. Dont use fedex
