Request no. 30279847, i have given a request for new account opening, its almost a week time still nobody contacted. It is something the fedex is not intereated to expand business, i dont understand. And also the sales person also not reaponding for my calls. This is really disgueatung. I would say very bad service.

Very banners of the customer care on phone. When I tried to ask more details about my shipment delivery, she is not willing listen and she cut the phone abruptly, which is really disguesting. They dont have minimum concern about the customer. People are so demanding as if they are my eployer.

This is my first consignment and it may my last one also. I neither choose FedEx nor suggest to any others

    My sender has sent me a package from delhi on 11th december 2019 but still i am unable to track the shipment online. The package is around 20 kgs and contains a fat tyre bike which i purchased online.
    When ever i called customer care, those people just pick the phone and say "hello customer??? No response from customer received" then end the call. This happened with me for 7 times. I don't understand if these can't take calls then why they are sitting at office.
    This was my first time with fedex and trust me this was a very terrible experience.
    Owners and ceo of fedex who are sitting in tennessee, you guys should do something to improve the quality of your services in india or else as a business man i am telling you, no gaint can stand for forever, i[censored] people continued like this, your name and your brand value will keep on falling.

      My party booked a consignment with tracking id[protected]
      (From howrah to asansol) on 2nd dec. 2019. At the time of pick up delivery system shown me that the document will be dispatch on 5th dec.19 but to day system shown me that it will dispatch on 7th dec.19. Sir from howrah to asansol they will taking time 360 hours how is it possible. What their commitment about service? I need necessary action about this courier.

        I have ordered dietary suppliments from usa to india but my courier stuck in customs for more than a week nobody picking my calls, i have received an email from fedex for fssai noc which is not required for personal consumption products i have used dhl last time not faced such issues but fedex poor service they are not able to clear customs the cia is not helping manish tomar also not picking calls i will not use fedex again.         I have order RF signal amplifier from ubuy. They send my shipment through fedex. My awb no[protected]. On the day 18/09/2020 it came to delhi custom from that onwards till today 03/10/2020 my shipment not cleare from custom. I called several time to customer care number they told me convey your quiry to manish tomar via email.
        So i send email several time.
        1- he send me email i am out of office
        2- he send me email id of sheetal.[protected]@fedex.com
        So i send email to sheetal.[protected]@fedex.com
        about my shipment but she also did't reply to my email quiry.
        Fedex service is one of the worst service staff. They will not answer u r email also. They r not doing there jobs also pathetic worst service. Dont use fedex

          I am asked to upload confidential documents to fedex, or email a third party agency on [protected]@cogenteservices.in.
          - however cogeneservices.in domain is not a secure website, i get an apache page displayed. On using https://www.congenteservices.in i am warned by my browser that it might be dangerous to open the site.
          - i get 4-5 calls demanding to upload documents. However the caller does not state the retention policy for my confidential documents.in fact they say they will retain it forever.
          - i called up fedex helpline on their toll free no from india, i get different replies on how long will fedex retain my documents and they say they are not sure keep me on hold and then disconnect. One executive told me they will retain my documents forever to help me in the future. I have kept the recordings of my conversation with fedex.in these days of data breaches and identity to i was shocked to hear such sentences from an esteemed us based organization.
          Also once i upload/email my documents fedex nor the third party ensures me to mandatorily purge my documents, nor will they intimate me about such a deletion if they ever do it.
          - the package is a complimentary t-shirt being sent to me by a software company for attending an online conference in india, the company chose to send from us, without realizing how fedex would process it. I would imagine the t shirt to cost between 10-20 dollars or less, and since it's branded by the company effectively ideally there cannot be a price tag to it. However sending via fedex is eventually causing me lot of harrassment by their third party's constant calls.
          If an indian company sends a t-shirt to a us or european receiver, will they be asked to upload an equivalent like a ssn equal to indias aadhar card or pan card, or be subjected to so many calls and in turn harass the receiver. No equivalent of eu gdpr, or us privacy laws, for indian citizens?
          Fedex in the name of following regulations appears insensitive to indian customers. The kyc copies will be stored by the third party, and fedex itself, and there is no control on how many more copies will be created by these entities. I am not sure but don't think the copy will be shared with the customs authorities, they might just be informed if kyc is done or not, as otherwise they should have asked to upload directly to the customs authority website, why should a private entity agree or be allowed to store or process an indian citizens poi/poa without their permission?
          Sadly it also reflects on indias customs department of making regulations (Not sure if kyc is not just a guideline) without seeing through how it will be implemented by the private entities, and in turn if a said regulation or guideline would not compromise on the rights of indian citizens now or for the future, especially concerning usage and storage of confidential electronic documents.
          - i offered to display my original documents at my doorstep to be able to verify me, just like when i receive a credit card from. Banks. However fedex is keen on receiving only an electronic copy.
          - i also offered to sign a printed authorization form as per their sms, if someone comes and collects it for the sake of them to follow the required regulations (Or guidelines), however fedex is keen only for an online process whereby they get to store my confidential document in an electronic document format. If a person in an indian village with no means to email/upload documents, and was sent some package from us how would have fedex handled it?

          As a receiver of a package, the request which i did not initiate, i am subjected to so much effort to the point of feeling harrassed and in future if i have an actual genuine need to receive something from us will i not be comfortable to safely recommend fedex as the preferred delivery partner, as their process seems very random and hence immature, and their customer service sounds insensitive towards the issue raised. I wrote to the top at fedex (As they say on fedex website) however they are not even courteous to acknowledge my communication.

          I order fishing lure from china the senter will the sent the courier via fedex about one more month the fedex team didn't delivery the courier. The fedex courier was waste please this is my request don't use this kind of express

            Below response from fedex customer care is not acceptable
            "please note that as per the investigation conducted, there was no discrepancy noticed on this package at any transit point and as per our system. Further, the destination has confirmed that there was no signs of damage / pilferage noticed to the shipment at the time of delivery and the shipment were delivered in intact condition. Also please note that the shipment was not opened in customs. Destination delivery station has also confirmed that the consignee did not notice any tampering / damage at the time of delivery, nor the same was brought to the knowledge of the courier at the time of delivery."

            I will not buy below explanation.

            Why i will ship damaged item and chase fedex team for claim.
            This is lg 49 inch tv uh60 model. Agent who came to pick the item saw the condition of the product and it was intact. I was not at all aware such casual response from such a reputed international courier company for the damaged claim.

            Definitely no one will take the responsibility of the damage but eventually iam at loss by choosing fedex to ship such a delicate item. Tv was inside and by looking at the pics you should be able to make out that it was broken due to hit from other end while transporting. Packing was intact
            Doesn’t mean inside item will not damage at all. Your team can collect the item from my home if can’t refund the claim it’s for no use now.

            You tell me what should? If you will not bear the amount of repair who will do?

              I sent my transcripts to the usa from hyderabad, india. The courier got lost at the usa and i received a lost certificate. However, when the damages are being claimed as mentioned in the lost certificate, i am not receiving any response. Amount is being claimed for the loss, there is no response. The track no.               I was asked to provide a letter stating that i will not take any legal action and i provided the same, though as per law, i cannot be asked to do so. Still i have not received the amount towards the loss caused to me. I shall proceed with legal recourse if i am not paid the amount as promised in the lost certificate

                Hello. My parcel got stuck at mumbai customs. Fedex is not reaponding priperly and not getting serious for getting it. It contains baby stuff. And urgently needed parcel. But they are not taking it seriously. I submitted commercial invoice though it was not commercial. Declaration letter of price correction and everything they needed. Them too they are not sortibg it. And af the end they told me to take your own cha clearance agent. I dont find any agent. What should i do to get my parcel?

                      I had contacted your customer service and added complaint number to it one week after complaint date but no response and no delivery till the day daily showing as Tendered to authorized agent for final delivery but not getting. If out for delivery they have any doubt they should call but they are not called and delivered. Simply they put cock and bull stories.

                      As a curious I would like to know are you recruiting delivery executive or storyteller 🤣

                              I never knew delivery time to send a package takes more than 12 days and counting. When i checked its showed shipped on 23/10 and till now (4/11), i haven't received my package. Initially scheduled delivery was 30/10, later it showed scheduled delivery is pending. Online i got it as "tendered to authorized agent for final delivery" on 29/10. I need this package asap. Now i am wondering when will i receive my package? Will it take 20-30 days?

                                  Hi,
                                  I had booked online toys and shoes for my family through myus.com they selected fedex for shipment service to india.
                                  They dispatched it i received a call from fedex for kyc which was completed and accepted after that when the delivery date was a new messages poped up now they require invoice of shipment so i contacted myus.com for the invoice they emailed me as well as fedex after that again same message now they want commercial invoice with signature again i put up a request they send invoice me as well as to fedex i called fedex inquiring regarding the shipment they are replying mr. Murali yadav is handling my case he will call you with in 3 hours now 3 days has passed no one called no further action has taken after checking online on complaint website i saw similar stories of fedex.

                                  After the complaint on forum mr.murali Yadav had sent an email and had send a long request of documents which has to be fulfilled by the shipper one thing is very clear this people are running a online scam which I got trapped I had requested myus.com for sending the documents earliest both the parties are involved in this myus.com and fedex as replied by myus.com that they had send the required documents to fedex now I am waiting for the reply and my shipment

                                  Just received an update from fedex that now they require technical specification of all the product which myus.com had dispatched, items are toys and a jogger shoes for ladies and a sandal.technical specification for toys and shoes they are just harassing nothing else I can see it clearly.

                                    I have sent urgent documents from washington dc to shimla. Within 2 days it reached to solan but from solan to shimla, which is hardly 1.5 hour ride (50km approx) it is taking more than 4 days.

                                    Once documents reach to solan office they move much much slower than any other services in the world.

                                    It really feels bad for such service when we pay huge dollars for our transaction. Kindly take some intitiative to solve fedex service in hp. You may perform complete analytics of delivery of all international packages to hp and you will find out that it is not what is expected from fedex.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      This is regarding my shipment tracking number[protected] from chandigarh to varanasi.
                                      The expected date of delivery for this shipment was 23-10-19. When i searched this shipment on 23rd october morning on fedex website, a message appeared "on fedex vehicle for delivery" but the shipment was not delivered on 23rd. On tracking the shipment on 24th october again same message - "on fedex vehicle for delivery" appeared. On 24th october i called fedex customer care enquiring about my shipment but surprisingly i was told that future delivery has been requested by the customer which was completely false.
                                      I lodged a complaint same day on fedex customer care complaint number - [protected] for taking necessary action for giving misleading information by the concerned person. Also fedex customer care told me that the shipment will be delivered by 24th october eod.
                                      Sir, it is 25th october today and i have not received my shipment yet. Due to this carelessness by fedex i have suffered loss and therefore i am bound to write an email seeking appropriate action.
                                      Please don't mislead your customer.

                                        The courier agent here is very irresponsible and they haven't delivered my courier and moreover they updated the status as the recipient refused the parcel. I hope this is not your strategy to get more money...and the response is also very bad.
                                        And they are from Hyderabad Nagole branch, the vendor and service boys are very lazy to deliver the courier i think
