correct address not giving delivery

Address:Sri Ganapathi Homes , Flat G2, Srinivasa nagar, colony, Nizampet,Near Nalla pochamma temple, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, 500090

The package is at local fedex facility on 30 oct 2019 now 8 nov 2019. But still they are not delivering the package and keeping as incorrect address. They are not even call to me when the package is out for delivery. I had raised a complaint to coustmor service even though they are not even give proper response. I had attached the copy of status and complaint details....

fedex package not received

I never knew delivery time to send a package takes more than 12 days and counting. When i checked its showed shipped on 23/10 and till now (4/11), i haven't received my package. Initially scheduled delivery was 30/10, later it showed scheduled delivery is pending. Online i got it as "tendered to authorized agent for final delivery" on 29/10. I need this package asap. Now i am wondering when will i receive my package? Will it take 20-30 days?br...

why service of fedex in hp-india so poor

I have sent urgent documents from washington dc to shimla. Within 2 days it reached to solan but from solan to shimla, which is hardly 1.5 hour ride (50km approx) it is taking more than 4 days.

Once documents reach to solan office they move much much slower than any other services in the world.

It really feels bad for such service when we pay huge dollars for our transaction. Kindly take some intitiative to solve...

misleading information about shipment delivery

This is regarding my shipment tracking number[protected] from chandigarh to varanasi.
The expected date of delivery for this shipment was 23-10-19. When i searched this shipment on 23rd october morning on fedex website, a message appeared "on fedex vehicle for delivery" but the shipment was not delivered on 23rd. On tracking the shipment on 24th october again same message - "on fedex vehicle for delivery" appeared....

not delivering the courier

The courier agent here is very irresponsible and they haven't delivered my courier and moreover they updated the status as the recipient refused the parcel. I hope this is not your strategy to get more money...and the response is also very bad.
And they are from Hyderabad Nagole branch, the vendor and service boys are very lazy to deliver the courier i think...

What a pathetic service by Fedex and their customer service executives. I am totally fed up with this from last 5 days. I am looking for my parcel and I am getting fake commitments. Order number[protected]... Was booked on 16th october and scheduled to be delivered on 18th october.. But my shipper answered me that due to ongoing festivities season the pick is a day late... However the package is showing to be scheduled delivered on 21st... Which is very horrible seeing the distance from delhi to silchar...
Next the package showed will be shipped from delhi but i cudnt get how and why it went to other corner...

my product not delivered

I ordered from zoomin and it was to be delivered by fedex. 15 days past still they haven't delivered my product nor they are showing the tracking updates that where it reached. They are just wandering in a city for 10 days and still they could not reach my city. Also, there is no estimated delivery date.
Neither i can contact zoomin nor fedex about the issue. If you cannot deliver the product on time then why do u take it for delivering....

1st time attempt for delivery but i was cashless so i asked delivery person for card swap device but poor company not having card payment facilities, so i told delivery person reschedule for tomorrow.
After 2 days not any updates from fedex so i called there customer care, no use that call agent asked me for some detail and said, tomorrow i will get my shipment delivered...

I have order some online product, so i came via fedex courier service, and that was my bad lucky.

First they attempt delivery but coz of know one able at delivery address so i said them to reattemp delivery or reschedule for tomorrow.
Even they don't have card payment facilities. Such poor company,
After not getting delivery i called their customer care gent, no use...

We have been trying to reach out to fedex for several days now with absolutely no response from their end. A package scheduled for delivery on oct 5th was misdelivered by fedex to a wrong address and despite several phone calls to their customer service; fedex isn't responding. We've been given several complaint numbers and promises by fedex with no actual response. Current complaint number is [protected].
