I sent my transcripts to the usa from hyderabad, india. The courier got lost at the usa and i received a lost certificate. However, when the damages are being claimed as mentioned in the lost certificate, i am not receiving any response. Amount is being claimed for the loss, there is no response. The track no. I was asked to provide a letter stating that i will not take any legal action and i provided the same, though as per law, i cannot be asked to do so. Still i have not received the amount towards the loss caused to me. I shall proceed with legal recourse if i am not paid the amount as promised in the lost certificate
