    Please persuade them to respond faster. My parents are not happy with this, i need to immediately fix it. I couldn't afford to pay that much. This is regarding complaint id: 2637241 that i submitted earlier today.

      I received an item worth around ₹2800 approx, just a few hours ago. The problem is it was a gift, i wasn't conducting trade and this isn't for commercial purposes. I've never had to pay custom duties or import taxes for my previous gifts, which were items of the same kind and weighed the same as well.
      This time, i was charged ₹2052 that i wasn't expecting at all, and i had to pay out of my savings. Keep in mind, i'm an 18 year old student.
      The details can be found in the invoice #: blr-c-236366. I want to be educated about this topic, because it has shocked me. How can a gift be charged all this much? The sender has already paid the shipping charges. Am i not eligible for a refund?

        Lap gadgets had send my product through fedex id[protected] and it's in bangalore since 01/06/2020 but they have not attempted to deliver the same and have sent the sms to my mobile with false information: "order undelivered: we have received your request to postpone the delivery of my products (Details have been mentioned).in fact they have never contacted me and i never requested for a postponement. Today i. E.06/06/2020, i have contacted fedex office on phone no. [protected] and the person who attended the call was very arrogant and ordering me to collect the product from their warehouse that is in electronic city and he says we give service like this only and telling me that i should have informed the lap gadgets not to send through fedex. However, immediately i have emailed to lap gadgets to take necessary action either to deliver the same immediately or refund the money.

          regarding kyc clearance by the customs

          I've submitted the kyc documents needed. Just got an email that "a specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient. Please call fedex customer service." customer care is worst worst, nobody receive the call, i tried more than 10 times.

          Fedex service is worst service in the world.

            This is regarding awb[protected] current status is clearance delay - import

            "a specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient.

            Please let me know what is need from my end to reslove the issue, i don;t have iec or gstn as the shipment for individual use.

              I've ordered plastic model. Kits from japan worth almost 4 k plus 3.7 k inr shipping. For this much cost of expect it to be delivered on the said date but it has been 2 days since the "goods are subject to regulatory review. Recommended action:no action required at this time." notification popped up and i have no idea when the package will get to me or when i will be notified about the updated shipping date. I have not gotten any decent response...

                I am from bokaro steel city jharkhand.
                I have ordered a voltas 0.8 ton window ac on 24 may 2020 from amazon india. I have amount of rs. 20, 990/- via my credit card in emi mode of 24 months. The expected date of delivery is 01/june/2020. The seller of this ac is named as t. T. Enterprise on amazon india who was residents of new delhi the seller shipped it on 25 may 2020 and shared the tracking number which is[protected] after two days later 27 may 2020 courier company named as fedex recieved the shipment at 3:21 pm on 27 may 2020 on the same day at 8:22 pm shipment has left the courier facility new delhi on 27 may 2020 after this on 28 may 2020 the fedex courier facility of gurgaon india received the shipment on 28 may 2020 but after this they are not scanning the shipment and not updating the status of my shipment there is no record of my shipment where did it go where it is no one knows the expected date of delivery date given by fedex is 02/june/2020 and today is 02/june/2020 still i am waiting...
                I have raised complaint to amazon india and amazon india seller tt enterprise and fedex as well but no one responded they only keep saying we are on it and it will be delivered and keep extending the delivery date now it's 05/june/2020 amazon india customer care aslo said that thier large appliances team will contact me in 48hrs but no one contacted me... And whenever i call fedex india customer care they always keep me hold for about 20 mins and after this call was automatically disconnected no one responing...

                I request you to please take action against them they are harrassing me too much please do something please.

                      I ordered a beauty product a month back and the seller shipped it through fedex. Now it was supposed to be delivered by 23rd of may but after that day passed it shows that delivery pending, tendered to agent for final delivery on 26th may but no scheduled delivery date available. Now no local office has contacted me about the same, i’m clueless. It’s been a month and fedex has still not delivered my parcel.

                            My documents need to be delivered by 27 may 2020, but till date the status is showing scheduled delivery pending. No update after 26may 2020 is provided on tracking. The package is in transit from hyderabad and it hardly takes 3-4 hour to reach the destination warangal urban.
                            Even after registering a complaint with fedex, no update is provided.

                              I was expected to receive a package from usa on 26th may. The package landed in india on 24th may itself (As per fedex tracking). As per the tracker the package was out for delivery on 26th may and towards the end of the day they flagged it as "delivery exception" (Without even contacting me or reaching my place).

                              Again on 28th may, it was marked as "out for delivery" and i was at my home waiting entire day for the package to arrive.in the evening, they again marked it as "delivery exception" and set the next delivery date as 16th june (Almost 18 days from now).

                              I am wondering what is going wrong here? At least they should have courtesy to call me on the registered number and tell me about the problem. I already sent them 3 messages and there is no proper response. The service seems to be really pathetic.

                                  Fedex is really down the drain in india,
                                  My package is being at pune local fedex facility for two weeks now, after the delivery was scheduled for 13th may in the first place, they have failed to deliver, manwhile many other curiers are operating normally but not fedex.
                                  There's no way to contact customer service, when the call get through you waste 30 minutes waiting not to speak to anyone.

                                  I recommand not to use fedex at all in india, simply terrible.

                                    Our shipment with tracking id[protected] is in custom clearance for 2 weeks but no response we are getting from customer care that when we will our package get released as a consequence our customer has cancelled the order and we have to bear the loss for the same. Our supplier told us to take it from dhl but we forced them to send it through fedex as we need urgently but i think we have done a mistake too much disappointed
