I've submitted the kyc documents needed. Just got an email that "a specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient. Please call fedex customer service." i'm tired of the delay. Please help me....

I am from bokaro steel city jharkhand.
I have ordered a voltas 0.8 ton window ac on 24 may 2020 from amazon india. I have amount of rs. 20, 990/- via my credit card in emi mode of 24 months. The expected date of delivery is 01/june/2020. The seller of this ac is named as t. T. Enterprise on amazon india who was residents of new delhi the seller shipped it on 25 may 2020 and shared the tracking number which is[protected] after two...

I have not received my product yet but it shows product has been delivered. Online fedex tracking[protected]....

Its almost 12 daus since the product was shipped with tracking no[protected]
But i have not received it yet. Customer care doesnt respond.
Very disappointing....

I ordered a beauty product a month back and the seller shipped it through fedex. Now it was supposed to be delivered by 23rd of may but after that day passed it shows that delivery pending, tendered to agent for final delivery on 26th may but no scheduled delivery date available. Now no local office has contacted me about the same, i’m clueless. It’s been a month and fedex has still not delivered my parcel....

I have been asking since 4 consecutive days in your customer care office, your customer officers giving the same status about that. Not even taking calls.

You may inquiry about that and take immediately action on shipment, arrange the delivery earliest.

My package was scheduled to be delivered on 28th may. It has arrived in chennai. It takes overnight to reach my city but its been 3 whole days. Please provide an update...

My documents need to be delivered by 27 may 2020, but till date the status is showing scheduled delivery pending. No update after 26may 2020 is provided on tracking. The package is in transit from hyderabad and it hardly takes 3-4 hour to reach the destination warangal urban.
Even after registering a complaint with fedex, no update is provided....

I was expected to receive a package from usa on 26th may. The package landed in india on 24th may itself (As per fedex tracking). As per the tracker the package was out for delivery on 26th may and towards the end of the day they flagged it as "delivery exception" (Without even contacting me or reaching my place).

Again on 28th may, it was marked as "out for delivery" and i was at my home waiting entire day for the package...

While submitting kyc, it is asking for iec number which i don't have.
I have send email to fedex but there is no response...

Fedex is really down the drain in india,
My package is being at pune local fedex facility for two weeks now, after the delivery was scheduled for 13th may in the first place, they have failed to deliver, manwhile many other curiers are operating normally but not fedex.
There's no way to contact customer service, when the call get through you waste 30 minutes waiting not to speak to anyone.

I recommand not to...

Our shipment with tracking id[protected] is in custom clearance for 2 weeks but no response we are getting from customer care that when we will our package get released as a consequence our customer has cancelled the order and we have to bear the loss for the same. Our supplier told us to take it from dhl but we forced them to send it through fedex as we need urgently but i think we have done a mistake too much disappointed...

My parcel with tracking no[protected] arrived india on 8 may. It was shipped from ca usa and it is still not delivered. I understand you have different priorities now and for that 1 week at max delay is digestible (At max).
Now it's two weeks. It's something important. Why can't you get that? Do something asap. I want my parcel. And stop lying over calls and being rude....

I have an order that was shipped on 08-may-2020 (Kolkata - dehradun) and it was promised to me that my order will be delivered within 4-5 working days.
It has been 11 days as of now and i still haven't received the order. I understand that there are delays in orders because of the covid situation but the fedex customer care service is pathetic as they do not provide transparency regarding tracking service and providing misleading information....

My shipment is delayed and the estimated delivery date is still pending and nothing as been done by the FedEx authorities to deliver the shipment on time....

I got printed stickers in china and imported to india through fedex. It was scheduled to deliver on 2nd may 2020 as per told by fedex china. Today is 8th may and i tried contacting local fedex in india but they didn't care to send me any reply of my email. I tried calling their toll free number which is saying switched off.
It seems to me big scam by fedex. It is my first time using fedex. I will never recommend any one to use this...

I came home early on march 19th early so i would be able to sign for my phone, and i don't get paid when i leave work early. Well your jerk driver puts another tag on my door saying no one was home. My car was in the drive way but he didn't bother to knock or ring the doorbell. You know how i know because my dogs go off if someone even breathes hard on that door. So yes it wasn't delivered. I went up to fedex and got it. Fedex delivered nothing...

I have ordered one item from aliexpress and it is shipped through fedex. Now the item stuck in delhi. It’s showing clearance delay import. A specialised form/statement required for clearance from recipient. Please call fedex customer service.
I tried to call them and whenever i am connected they told me to do e mail. I sent email two times, yet there is no answer.
It’s an expensive item. What should i do now?
